    I really like this app a lot but there is room for improvement regarding the audio. Or maybe I am just using it wrong. First of all, I cannot find s way to go in and listen to the choices for audio without starting. I want to be able to select ahead of time. Secondly, some genres have the vocals completely off key to the rhythm tracks that they added! I can't listen to those! I am still trying to figure it all out and find it very limited but I love the Latin tracks and they are completely motivating. I don't want to stop when my workout is done!

    I wanted to try the free version to see what it was all about. In the first 30 secs I had to close about 8 windows asking me if I wanted to upgrade to premium. And when they just continued to pop up I became frustrated. I don't mine the ads and upgrade requests when I'm using the free version. But when they prevent you from actually using the free app without frustration it's just too much. I deleted it right away. There are other apps to try.

    If you have the free version it has so many ads that you can't even read the instructions without having to X out of the "upgrade to premium" ad that constantly pops up. I deleted it after 5 minutes.

    You cannot actually use this app unless you upgrade to Premium. Constant pop ups for Prime trials and even when you try to dismiss these it triggers other pop ups. I am not interested in Prime account and want some flexibility in setting my own workout days. Bye bye app....I hardly knew ye.....

    I downloaded the app to try-before-I-buy. I could not even get through the set up without feeling like I was fighting off upgrade ads. So annoying all I wanted to do was walk away. Deleting the app because it was a really unpleasant first impression. Bad Marketing decision.

    I just downloaded this app and was bombarded by the premium service. In fact, I almost removed it because it appeared I could not move on without a monthly subscription or a 7 day trial. Give people a chance to try the app and then bombard them with ads. I will try it to see if it's motivating, but of these ads keeping popping up, it will be removed!

    I love the app! I'm hoping to get back into running but wanted to start off walking first. They are short workouts every day that I can do during my babies nap times. I'm still using the free app.

    To be fair, it is effective and the music is good. Past that, the subscription is too expensive. The seven day free trial only lasted six days so I was tricked into paying for a month. The app is bossy and inflexible. You can't choose which two days a week are your rest days. You won't know the length of an upcoming workout until time to do it. When the app decides you're done, that's it. The music ends. Bother you if you feel like continuing or doing some other workout with music (like lifting weights after your walk). It's not nearly as intuitive and easy to use as the makers believe. The features are nice once you figure them out, but they're all available elsewhere for free. Motivation? Get Zombies, Run! Use IntervalTimer for intervals. Spring has all the same music and more, with bpm, searchable by time, genre, activity and bpm, and Spring will detect your pace and match it with music. This app is okay and it works, but the early cut-off trial period is a low down dirty trick.

    Been using for 2.5 weeks. Not losing weight yet but can feel my body changing (Fat to muscle?). Like the music, but wish you could select the beats per min easier to match walking speed, or had warmup, walk, & cool down music timed to session & in one mix. Otherwise, like a lot & look forward to my walk every day.

    This is great for people wanting to ease into exercising regularly. I was a runner until I injured my foot a year or so ago. After healing it hurt to run still, so I downloaded the walking app to help build up to running and it's been great!

    I think this is a great app to help ease into exercising on a regular basis. It's motivating because you only need to take 15 min out of your day to do it. The only issue is there is no way to manage the rate or speed for warm up and the time spent actually walking.
