UPDATE: I was asked to contact app support via email in regards to my issue. I did so on 10/4, and so far have received nothing in reply. Still have consistent issues using the app- my current experience prompted this update, as I have been trying to shop for sheets and my app has crashed four times. FOUR. In one shopping session.
Do not waste your time contacting Wayfair about your app problems, and please do not expect a smooth shopping experience if using the app.
Most annoying app I have. I love Wayfair, but this app crashes and freezes all the time. Scrolling through options on a search? Guess what, you're going to get booted out and end up back at your phone's home screen. Want to look at the multiple photos available for a particular item? Too bad, the app will only let you select the first photo and zoom in on it despite indicating that there are more photos to swipe and view.
I would shop Wayfair more often if I could get this friggin' app to work correctly.

I have spent thousands of dollars on wayfair.com. I started with decorations, throws, lighting and some small furniture that didn't need assembly. I was so happy with my purchases. Therefore, I moved on to buying bigger furniture... three platform beds, coffee table and dining set. I could not be more disappointed. The holes for assembly did not align properly for any of the items! We had to re drill holes for the screws to line up, the quality of the furniture is not great either. The beds I purchased were expensive. I am extremely disappointed with them. I do love Wayfair, but won't be purchasing any large ticket items in the future. I will stick to decor and accents.

One of the bad apps I’ve used. Very frustrating, it often freezes, does not show my store credit so I have to call the customer service to use it for my purchases. Really bad integration with Joss and All Modern app.

Through the years I have had my share of mail orders from Magazines to TV Special Order’s. Nomoterack & Wish were my first & I pinky sweared would be my LAST INTERNET ORDERS‼️
Between the cost of shipping & the wait time for delivery was so long I actually forgot I had ordered the items when 3 months later I came home to a package at my door.
I usually FAST FORWARD COMMERCIALS while watching TV However, this one night I couldn’t locate the remote? So on came the “WAYFAIR” commercial & it made me laugh which is unusual for me to laugh at a commercial.
I immediately reached for my phone & searched wayfair.com. From that minute on I was HOOKED‼️ ( I was in the process of moving up to a two bedroom in 2 or 3 months so there was much I needed & I was ecstatic to see they had everything‼️ Even a toilet seat.
Best is on order’s of $49.00 you don’t pay shipping & if you have a business personal or cooperate with a business email you automatically become a Special Business Customer. This entitled you to never pay shipping earn when you spend, the price you see you get a discount on if you use your Executive Account Associate Manager to place your order in stead of doing it yourself through the app.
You as a Business Customer Shopper get Special Shopping apps only for you.
For the most everything you order is received within 2 to 3 days & by downloading the app you can always see #1 what is in your cart, #2 what you have ordered, when& when you received it & how much the cost of the item
Was. In addition you can track your order the whole time you are waiting for it. and even months after receiving it all the information stays in your account if you ever need to see it again.
As for Customer Service, on a scale of 1 to 10 it flies way past a 10‼️ The agents are caring, Helpful, Clear Spoken, Ready & Able to help recommend. Honestly I can’t say enough to get you to understand how happy I am with the wayfair company.
For the most part the prices aren’t just reasonable they are up to date, & in addition “Wayfair”is a live sight so the prices change all the time.
My first order I had 8 items one item was a set of pink lock boxes I thought so beautiful I couldn’t wait to receive them.
I was using a Live Customer Agent to place my order & just as we were ready to tap SUBMIT ORDER. TGE LOCK BOXES DISAPPEARED‼️ OH NO I cried out... What happened to my lock boxes I asked?
That’s when the agent who was assisting me explained they were a live site & if somebody saw the same item you had in your cart & put it in their cart if yours was cheaper they could take it‼️ I laugh now, but I remember I wanted to cry. I had them holding in my cart almost 3 weeks waiting to have enough money to buy my order.
I ordered something else & I know I am much happier with this item so all is good.
Quickly I’m adding.... I needed a sofa for my new living room & I could not afford anything at Bob’s discount. One day I was searching the “Wayfair” App & just for kicks & giggle I typed in the search bar Leather sofa... many items to see came on my screen but one in particular caught my eye & grabbed my attention it was a White Faux Leather Futon on sale for $180.
Immediately I put it in my cart and the next week when I was financially ready to place the order between the discount & coupons they send to your email account I paid $108.00 ‼️‼️ it is absolutely BEAUTIFULLY, OUTSTANDING, THICK, COMFORTABLE EASY TO CLEAN & the best part a child could put it together.
Now my apt. Is fully decorated & I couldn’t be happier. I recommend if you don’t check the site out & you don’t download the app: you either don’t need anything or your paying too much for quality not worth the purchase.

App won’t let me use my wayfair card to pay for my purchases! Other than that I have no issues. Website does the same. I’ve contacted customer service several times and still no resolution to my problem.

After the latest update, the app doesn't open. I only updated it because I couldn't view anything correctly if I clicked on it from one of my board, so not even that worked right from the previous version. And stupid Apple doesn't let me do a fresh reinstall, at least not intuitively so. Please fix in next update. Otherwise I'm stuck squinting at things on my cell phone.

Wayfair has great product with great price. Very satisfied and they're customer service is the most greatest I ever experienced with any other company.
I started ordering from the wayfair less then a month. And I never planned to purchase high volume. But when I received first order from them I was very surprised by the product and packaged quality. So I decided to ordering all my remodeling finish materials from this site.
So far I ordered almost $10,000 thousand dollars worth of bathroom materials and light fixtures.
Only one time manufacturers send out the wrong product and made me hugh concerned but I was very shocked by customer service.
Less then 3days , Wayfair sent me the right product.
I was pleased by the nice representative and fast response.
I only had big problems with delivery mistake by FedEx. Because FedEx delivered my Vanity cabinets and light fixtures at wrong house with out Notifying they left all these heavy packages in front of someone else house front porch blocking they're access of front door. I was lucky I didn't lost my packages because house owner found my phone number from packing list and notified me.
FedEx representative had hard time figuring out how to resolve that issue and took so long on the phone. So I personally had to drive one hours to pick up my truck and went to pick up the stuff. Wasted my Saturday weekends.
But this is the risk I have to take when I ordering the product from internet which I really hated.
Oh well! It was my choice to ordering the product from the internet and its not Wayfair company's mistake. So I do not blame to Wayfair.
Other than that.
People who interested to order some Vanity Cabinet and Light Fixtures...
I strongly recommend you to order from Wayfair.
They deserve 10 stars!

The reason I say "Hit & Miss" is some items I've ordered were great quality with reasonable pricing. Others were absolutely awful/cheaply made with super expensive price tags! I do love the app and browsing but I'm leary with every purchase now. Unfortunately :( As far as shipping goes. I've only had 1 shipping nightmare. Other than that shipping is usually fast.
The Wayfair App frequently crashes. My credit card will not connect to the app so am unable to complete my order. Have been attempting to do so for about a week! Did contact the company but not heard back yet. Only reason I give three stars, is because I like their products.

Would give 5 stars. Only problem is that you can’t add a photo to a review inside the app. The main deciding factor for me when purchasing an item are the reviews and the photos of the item in real life. I like to share reviews and photos because I know how much I appreciate them, but you can’t do that in the app.

I was having a lot of issues with the website crashing and reloading so I thought I'd try the app. What a waste! It won't even fully open before it crashes. Guess I'll shop locally or find another vendor.

I am super pleased with the quality of this headboard and the fast free shipping I received. The color is exactly as shown on the website. The price was absolutely amazing! I love the Wayfair app and the option to create an idea board. I am remodeling my home and it is so easy to find items I need for each room. You can even use the "see in room" feature and get a great idea of exactly what your new item will look like when you get it.
