Be aware of their Bait and Switch Practices 1/5
I was purchasing a chair on the site that was priced at $326. In the time it took me to enter my info and my payment info, they switched the price to $499. When I called customer service, He saw where the price jumped up on me and I was told their prices are continually changing and you have to be quick. Faster than 10 minutes?? He offered to sell it at $388, which I declined. If I hadn't paid attention, I would've been charged $175 more than I agreed to. Even sadder, I found it through a third party site that sold it to me for $330 and shipping through wayfair. Very deceitful practice on your part. Just pay attention when purchasing.

I’m trying to set up the app on my iPad and iPhone but it keeps saying password incorrect when I just changed it on my iPhone. Frustrating and time wasting. Just want to be able to sign on to my established account on both devices.

Did I just get a doorbell sound notification? 4/5
It scared me because I don’t even have a door bell, but my dog went nuts because she knows what a doorbell means! Lol, but kind of annoying. I’m turning off the sound notification now. Overall I like the app, but sometimes it’s buggy when i select a different color and the photos don’t load properly.
I love this app don’t get me wrong, but every time I’m on it, it crashes. It’s always conveniently while I’m far down on a page.. pleas fix bug crashes

Everything I've purchased from Mayfair has been great! Ever a large rug I bought last year and it started to fray on the edge was replaced without question.
The customer serves staff were very polite and knowledgeable.

Do not like my phone “ding donging” at me all hours of the day and night and unable to figure out how to stop this!!! Further, my order was supposed to be delivered today - by 8 pm. It is 8:03 and I do not have it. Further, I received an email saying that delivery was delayed yesterday, but never received an updated estimate of delivery date and time.
SO - NO! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH WAYFAIR!!! Nor will I recommend it to anyone!

I’m running the app on an iPad Pro and the app goes along just fine searching for awhile and then all of a sudden it crashes. It doesn’t remember your last search with filters. Very frustrating!

Whenever I am browsing on the app, it keeps kicking me off and I have to go back into the app every single time. But then it happens again. I’ve had to do it more than 4 times in less than 15 minutes. I just gave up and ended up going on my computer to look at everything.

Sluggish, unstable and needs more organization 2/5
Things that could take this app to five stars:
(1) Reviews need more depth. Consumers should not just be allowed to leave a star review and nothing else. Either make verbatim comments required or add categories for stars like when I go to leave star reviews its based on (a) appearance (i.e. did the actual item match its online appearance), (b) delivery (a lot of one star reviews are for screw-ups on delivery), (c) quality, (d) comfort, (e) overall satisfaction (or likelihood to recommend to a friend.
(2) "Specs" for furniture need standards. For instance when I'm looking at sofas, a lot say they're medium firmness, some don't say anything at all and two that had the same description for the cushions were rated differently (one said medium-soft the other medium). This also creates clarity because you can define what "soft" is (i.e. Plush) versus medium (i.e. Pillowtop) for example.
(3) Deeper organization: if you have standards (see above) this gives users more and easier ways to narrow things down. Versus having to go thru literally thousands of different couches one could simply choose a filter option for "comfort" that specifies firm, medium or soft.
(4) Improve availability. I finally found the couch I wanted and its backordered thru April - why even advertise something thats that far back-ordered - you're setting yourself up to disappoint customers and make an already frustrating shopping experience worse.
(5) Add a universal sorting filter option to sort by "New Arrivals" or "Recently Added"
(6) Fix the frequent crashes. I have not been able to use the app in a single sitting without it randomly quitting and returning to the desktop. Of course, the more frustrating part of this is that there’s no memory within the app so when I relaunch the app I get the fun task of sifting thru 6,000 desks and trying to figure out which ones I have already looked at.
(7) Filters need A LOT of work - outside of what I discussed earlier, using the app more, I’m finding certain items cannot be categorized (or categorized correctly) — for instance, when I set a filter based on color, items that should be included in that filter are not. I only see them when I’m viewing all items within a category. This makes me afraid to use filters because you miss out on a lot.

Problems with the app, not the actual merchandise 2/5
I’m giving this app 2 stars for the sole purpose that I cannot stay on it for more than 3 minutes. I wish I could actually get a full sense of what the site has to offer, but every time I open up the app it shuts down within a matter of minutes. I’ve tried opening up the site in safari, but every time I click on an item, it tells me to go to the app for easier viewing and purchasing. It’s a huge inconvenience when your friends are about their products, but you can’t even use the app to view them. I’ve also tried hard resetting my phone. It’s done nothing. If this app works for you, I’m sure it’ll be great.
I always amazed that I can run all over Tampa/St. Pete and find what I want on the Wayfair or Joss & Main websites on my iPad. I LOVE THESE APPS!!!!!
This app used to work great but for the last 3 days it crashes constantly. As does the J&M and All Modern as well. Im super upset and frustrated over this right now! I have gift cards saved in my account and can’t even shop to spend money...PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP, or I'm taking my business else where for good and as a wayfair business account member it will be a pretty big loss!!

I love this app but since the last update I get kicked out all the time. It’s frustrating to use now so I have been using the overstock app now.
I am searching decorative pillows by types and colors and have been cut off 7 times. As I do not see a way to save a search, I have had to go in and reset my filters.....very irritating. How can I save a search?

The app just crashed on me several times once I open an item from the list.
This app is horrible. The products are great and I love saving money. However, the app is constantly crashing! I can’t be on it for more than a few minutes before it crashes. That doesn’t allow for a lot of browsing time. I can’t do any shopping when I can’t even look at the products.
I wrote the company about this months ago in hopes for some kind of improvement. But from the lack of communication and continuous crashing problems, they now get a poor review. Incredibly disappointed.

At first, this app worked great! I love how organized it is and easy to keep track of your favorite things by creating and saving items to your boards. That said, the app itself keeps crashing on me every 5 minutes or so which is very annoying. If it didn’t crash, definitely 4-5 stars!
