    This app used to be great, but since last app update my bill pay list is not in alphabetical order, and scrolling makes it jump around really bad. Old bill pay accounts that I’ve hidden via settings have mysteriously reappeared in my current bill pay list. Hot mess! There is no option in app to report buggy behavior, so leaving a review here and hope Wells Fargo developers see it.

    The app is intuitive and simple to use. The Zelle function that allows you to easily send cash to others is easy and convenient. I’ve written maybe 5 checks over the past year and that was because of limitations on them, now my banking app. I use this all the time.

    I’ve updated this app the other day. I kept checking my account and the app asked me to type in the three letters to make sure it was me. I tried to click on the box to try to type the letters in but it wouldn’t budge. So I deleted the app and installed it again but it still kept giving me the three letters to type in. Please fix this problem. I’ve always liked the Wells Fargo app but this problem is making me not want to use this app again.

    The new lightbulb message notification has got to be the most annoying visual on the updated app. Get rid of it; it’s terrible to see that lightbulb following you around while you’re trying to see your banking.

    For what ever reason, my app has stopped working when it comes to making mobile deposits. I spoke to a customer service rep who transferred me and I ended up being transferred three times only to be told to mail my deposit in and they would post to my account in 7 to 10 days. If that was not sufficient, I needed to contact Apple to make the necessary repairs on my phone because they were having no issues with their app. Now tell me how that is considered customer service. I only give one star because they won’t allow you to give zero.

    After the latest update I can no longer deposit checks, which is pretty much the whole reason I use the app. The app doesn’t save the photos when I take them so there’s no way I can continue from that step. Then I get a progress loader that freezes the app. Not very reassuring. Guess I have to drive to a branch. 👎

    Love this application. I get checks everyday for business and used to hold checks until I’d make a bank run. Now I deposit checks as they come in. Saves me time and fewer bounced checks (because some checks bounce if you wait too long)

    You think for a company ripping customers out of hundreds of millions they could find the capital to MAKE TOUCH ID WORK. Uninstalling, reinstalling app does not work anymore. My Touch ID has not been working for months and counting now. Really disappointing.

    I’ve used this app for about three years with mostly favorable performance but that has degraded significantly in recent weeks. Login with U/PW has become very unstable since WF has tried to introduce biometric method. It will be a cold day in hell before I open up that can of worms.

    Very useful app, I can do all my banking on either iPad or iPhone. Only issue is printing statements; it prints them shrunk down for some reason, so I have to log in through a web browser to print.

    This app has been my primary access point for ALL of my banking for years now. After the last iOS update I can no linger deposit checks. I have installed the most recent app update and the ‘deposit check’ feature still causes the app to crash everytime. I enter the deposit amount and try to take a picture of the front of the check and the app just crashes. Please fix this!!!

    A new "feature" was recently added that looks like a light bulb in a circle at the bottom left corner of my account transactions list. It is visibly distracting, annoying and in the way of viewing the list. It disappears and reappears often. You force this unwanted feature on us and offer no way to turn it off. Your notice says "We hope you find this useful". Well I don't! Please remove it!

    I just upgraded to an iPhone X and tried to log into my account. The App kept indicating that it doesn’t recognize my ID and password. What?! Tried deleting and reload the the app again but experienced the same sign in problem. The ID/password still work on my old iPhone 6.

    I loved loved LOVED this app before the new update. I can’t stand that little blinking light bulb notification. I can navigate what I’ve spent and when and on what just fine without it. Please, WF app developers. DELETE THE NOTIFICATION BULB! Or at least give us the ability to remove it if we don’t want it. I know I am not the only one that finds it obnoxious! TIA!

    1) When I enter a payment in Billpay why doesn’t it show as “pending”? It makes it hard to know my actual amount available if I can’t ALL my pending transactions. 2) Please, please, pleeeease, make the flashing light bulb go away. It has no useful function and it makes me crazy. Outside of those 2 things I have no problems with the app.

    I do agree with someone who also hates the annoying light bulb at the bottom of the screen and it looks like a permanent feature, oh well. I don't use the touch screen sign in because sometimes we get partials on our fingers our own skin oil can mess up the touch screen. Otherwise I am okay with it.

    At one time, I would have given the app a 3 or 4 star review. However, now I really don’t like it. Main complaint - bill pay. You used to be able to have certain accounts show up. But now, everyone you have ever paid now shows up. If you haven used WF for long and don’t have a lot of accounts, maybe. But I’ve used bill pay for years, paying all sorts of things, many only a once or twice deal. Now they all show up. If there is a way around this, other than erasing these unused accounts, I haven’t found it.

    I’m fine with the operation of this app other than the button used to view your balances without logging in is so small that it directs me to safari instead of showing my balances. It’s a glorious moment when I actually get see my quick look.

    New update (Jan 2018) has literally destroyed this app. Won’t open, re-load or work at all anymore. What’s the point of an app if it crashes every time you touch it? Online WF.com site is running smooth and normal. Just this darn app is not working at all! PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!!

    Why do we use mobile apps? For convenience and ease of use, right? Well, not this one. Try using the mobile deposit feature. Before doing so, make sure you've lined up your Xanax, taken a dump, had a nap, and are prepared for a long, mind-numbing, frustrating experience. The auto-focus function is so jumpy and inane that you will have to repeat the process a hundred times just to get it right. When you think you've got it....wrong...you don't. Picture looks perfect? Nope. Repeat. With flash or without? Nope. Change rooms. Nope. Add lamps, strobe lights, torches, candles, the moon...nope. And that's IF you have a check that's less than the pitifully low daily and monthly deposit allowance that this app has. Save yourself the headache. Get an account at Chase and use their app.

    In 2018, applications should work consistently as intended. In the three plus years I’ve used this app, it tells me 50% of the time that it cannot connect. Recently, clicking ‘log-in’ crashes the app to the home-screen. Uninstalling and retrying does nothing. I can’t understand how a big name company like Wells Fargo hired an app developer with the skillset of a middle school kid.
