I don't know what happened but used to like this app a lot for making my Credit Card payment in full each month. if this is not fixed quickly I will stop using the Wells Fargo Card until Fixed.

How can such a large bank offer an app that is fundamentally broken in so many ways? I guess the better question is how such a large behemoth such as Wells Fargo manages to stay in business. Makes you wonder if your money is safe from the real smart software programmers, who happen to be the hackers...
No pasting passwords 1/5
Horrible that you cannot paste your password from your vault for this app. I'm not going to remember my 16 digit auto generated password from my vault! Then you can't even flip between screens without starting typing your password again. Please fix.

I use to love the app but after I need a code via text msg for every time I use MY Touch ID I just think is way easier just go online banking #shame

So this used to work, very simple for what I needed it for. Now, when I try to open it I get the apple logo and my phone goes into locked mode.

This last update broke something with this app because I can make purchases one day and sometimes it now takes 1 to 2 days for it to show up and adjust my balance accordingly! I can log into Wells Fargo on my computer and the purchases and balance is there and updated...but not in the phone app! That is a BIG problem! Makes this app now pretty useless!!

For some reason the app will not accept the pictures of the checks. I have never had any trouble with any other bank apps. Very frustrating.

This is the worst mobile app ever. It is never up and working when I need it. I've had to duck into a business center just to access my checking account before. Currently I'm on vacation in Boston and there are no Wells Fargo's here so I'm relying on this app - which has not been available for the past 18 hours. fu wf.

Use it to pay bills, check account and deposit checks. Most frustrating is that often the deposit checks feature does not work. Nothing happens when I touch the icon. Found out that you have to delete the App and reinstall it to make it work. Then there is no number on the App to call technical customer support. When I tried to call them took me 20 minutes via the regular Wells Fargo number. With all the customers this bank has this App should be much much better!
I only use to check balance in account and versus other banking apps I have, this one is most convenient for my needs.

I have had no problems signing in with Touch ID or anything else except 'bill pay'. I find it difficult to edit a payment and when I do, it came up I was going to pay twice for the same thing. Also I can't mark an e-bill as paid. I had paid an e-bill early but my app is saying it's still due. Annoying but.... the rest is good so I assume it will be taken care of at some point.

What happened to the touch ID login? It used to work perfectly and now it's not even option. Even better, I use a password manager and can't paste in my password. In other words I can't log in. Junk.

This app almost never loads. 70% of the time I'm asked to to contact Wells Fargo directly. Isn't the whole point if the app to be convenient?

For basic functions it's fine. But significant features such as check deposit do not work. It seems to have all you could want from a bank app but the features either fall short or don't function.
Nice app , everything they got from banking to credit and .....goes on and this cashback and no annual fee plus no foreign transaction fee I LOVE IT

I am surprised that a bank as large as Wells Fargo would put out an app like this. If you happen to land on the make appointment page you're going to be stranded there. Can't log out and you can't move forward unless you go to the FAQ page. From there you can find a home button. I just can't imagine them being this sloppy.

It constantly gives me trouble to log in!!i rely on the app to deposit my checks! It doesn't even give me a reason of why it's not working the only thing it says is "temporarily unavailable" it seems more than temporarily to me SMH if I could give it 0 stars I would !!!

The app is great for making deposits, viewing activity, and checking your balance. The one thing I think Wells Fargo NEEDS to do with their app is posting your balance in the box after you make a purchase (so you know what your balance is after each purchase). I have had to call customer service a handful of times and this could all be fixed if they would add this simple feature that other banks have.

Wells Fargo as a bank is the most incompetent, untrustworthy bank there is. With outrageous fees they won't retract even when you shouldn't be charged any fees to begin with.... The app is very slow and only really useful for checking your balance. And even then it's iffy at best. Transfers don't always show up, so you lose your own money and its your own fault for trusting them with your money apparently. Don't trust this app to handle your money and get out of this bank while you can!!!!

Crappy just like everything else WF offers. Touch scan works maybe one in four times. Randomly have to re-approve functionality to turn it back on. Crap crap crap.
Super slow. Always loading and rarely ever completes demands such as transferring money or even just trying to view an account! Automatically logs me out a lot as well.

It's good. Only difficulty is finding where to activate the THUMBBRINT sign on option for iPhones. And the Info that says 'how to', online is not correct. The only way I've been able to find it (to open that option of thumbprint sign on) was on the revolving WFargo ad scroll.
Also challenging is that in sign in fails, because a call comes or something, it seems to drop the touch sign on when you reopen the app.
Very very good app. I have never had an issue with it.
