    When opening the app today to check my balance I got a message there was a new version and I needed to upgrade. I did. But now it keeps telling me that there is a new version and need to upgrade and won't let me log in. In the Apple Store it is showing as the latest version installed. Not happy.

    Lately it seems every time I sign on, I have to change my password or username. Then it thinks I'm using the wrong one so I have to change it again. Now it's telling me my version needs updating; but App Store says I have the latest. So again, I am completely unable to access my account. This app should make my life easier, not frustrate me constantly. If this continues I'm going to switch to another bank altogether.

    I just switched to Wells Fargo bank after my much smaller bank closed all its branches in my area. Boy am I disappointed. Aside from all of the other problems I've had so far which is too much to go into here, This crappy app will not deposit checks. The cogs just keeps spinning when you take a picture of the check and I've done everything I can think of including rebooting deleting the app and reinstalling itand I still end up having to make a trip to the bank to deposit my check. Please fix the mobile deposit portion of the app or reimburse me for all my gas and time. Better yet I'm going to find a credit union. Big banks s**k.

    I hate it. Update: again - I just want to look at my balance. Don't make me have to update the app again!!! I use this app about once every other month on the road but it always requires an update first, usually when I don't have time (or bandwidth!) to do it. At the very least the updates should be optional, so that the existing app still functions and you can do a quick transfer of funds when needed!

    I just learned that you can automatically deposit your checks now without physically going to the bank anymore. Years ago, the commercial showed us a couple recently married, taking photo's of their financial gifts and those monies being direct directly deposited into their account. At the end of the commercial it states "The checks still though must be taken to the bank." But not anymore. Download Wells Fargo's app, your phone will take a picture of your checks, front and back and that's it, you're done ! How cool is this? I never knew.     I've never had an issue with this app until yesterday. It will not allow me to login stating that I need to update. According to the App Store, I have the latest version. Is anyone else having this issue? I tried contacting the service line & there's no good options for mobile problems. 😕(iPhone 7 with latest iOS update as well)

    With the type of money an institution like Wells Fargo brings in, I'd expect them to put forth a little more effort on their mobile initiatives. It doesn't take much to hire a firm to create a really great mobile experience. My main complaint is that this app is basically a mobile web view of their website, and it constantly requires forced updates. A native would be much better, especially one that doesn't require updates.

    LOVE IT! Great for making transactions! If you normally log out of your account when you do your business, you don't have too! Just force quit the app when you're done and it'll log out for you!!!

    I recently opened the app, and as typically occurs I was prompted to install an update to continue. I went to the App Store and installed the update, but the app still won't let me in, telling me that an update is still required.

    I found this app to be heading in a good direction with updates including fingerprint access however for the last few weeks when I try to sign in I just get "we're sorry but Wells Fargo mobile banking is temporarily unavailable. Please call .....". What's the point of banking on the go if you can't access the app. At this point worthless to have on my phone. I can still get in through safari so who needs this unworking app.

    I use this every day, multiple times a day. He had to get a little annoying, in on your stock account sometimes it is difficult to do research with the new format. But I do like his app.

    I can't randomly pay from a different checking account I have linked for paying the credit card. Keeps telling me I can't use those things together? Why? Who knows? I have done payments from that other banks checking account before but randomly I can't use it to pay. It just depends on the apps mood I guess. Instead of spending money scamming people and opening unwanted accounts maybe you should spend money on making your app better. If I can give it a negative star I would.

    The app itself isn't completely terrible. Yes a little busy with banners, ads, and random messages but overall works alright for basic functions. My main issue with the app is that it hardly ever works. Many times when trying to login I get a message that says Mobile Banking isn't available at the time. Very annoying when you're trying to do a quick balance check and have to go through the hassle of making the attempt to sign in online instead.

    Touch ID has disabled itself twice already in the last 4 months. I have been using USAA banking app for few years and the TouchID has been rock solid. If there is a will, there is a way - fix it for once WF.

    The geniuses who made this app constructed it in such a way that the phone number associated with my account for years became "ineligible" the day I downloaded this app and started using it. The charming people at Wells Fargo assured me they would fix the issue within 10 business days. Only problem... till then I CAN'T MAKE A SINGLE TRANSACTION!!!!! I have a full time job and a full paycheck in my account and I am literally going hungry. Sunday afternoon right now and if I don't pay my rent tomorrow I will be sleeping in the park with the homeless. Not even close to joking.

    I didn't have my card on me so I went to the bank and wanted to use the card free deposit and the app opened, i put in my correct user name and password, had a 5 bars of 4g lte data and it just kept spinning and spinning and did nothing, this app almost made me lose my phone.

    Lately, Wells Fargo Mobile has been very slow in processing and updating balances. The slowdown has made it difficult for me to assess my balances and efficiently pay off credit cards. This slowing of their system is frustrating to me, and I have expectations of them to quickly manage the issue effectively. When they do, I will fix this review to five stars.

    This app has always worked perfectly for me. Touch ID, Money Transfers between accounts, statement balances and transactions--Ive never had any problems. I was browsing the App Store and coming across WF I wanted to see what other people thought based on my experience; I was really surprised at what I saw. However, I think most of it is people not knowing how to use the app properly. One person commented that the app wouldnt allow copy and paste--not true. The "super long, strong password" that user created exeeds the character password limit. The app was allowing the paste, it just cut the password off at the 16 max limit. The inferface needs some work, but its not as bad as people are making it out to be

    First of all, the password isn't case sensitive which is just not safe. Secondly, half the time I go to log on it says mobile banking unavailable. Finally, the sign on with Touch ID feature stops working and I have to re-enable it, but it almost never lets me. This app is extremely frustrating!

    Wells Fargo app developers consistently ignore user feedback and publish poor products that lack efficient basic functionality. This app is sad compared to every other major bank. Lack of manual capture for checks has been a number one complaint from customers for years, and the developers simply refuse to implement such a basic feature. Mobile deposits are painful and unreliable while waiting for the auto capture to focus and take the picture. Additionally, I do not need troubleshooting instructions for your poorly designed auto capture "feature," you just need to fix it. Making users wait for multiple failed attempts before allowing them the option to manually capture the check is just ridiculous.

    The Wells Fargo App is a disaster. First, there are too many ads that slow the loading process. Next, the fingerprint log in option constantly lags and disables itself due to prolonged loading process caused by the ads. Finally, the interface is poorly designed as if done by a high school art student. Wells Fargo should look at Amex App and take several critical notes. Even small regional banks have far more attractive apps. Wells Fargo should be ashamed!

    Real time up to date info. I like the travel notice so this way I don't have to call and wait on hold. But issue with the alert, not sure if it's coz I just got my new debit card coz when there was a purchase or ATM withdrawal it didn't alert me, idk if it's coz of my new card(not "set up" yet) coz I originally have alerts set for my main is the acct directly. Anyways. still good app!!

    How about you send us some money so that we can pay for the message rates. You have my email and phone on the profile, while your sign on page says you'll send a code to verify by phone or email based on the contact information you have, I don't see an option to use email. Plus it's ridiculous to have a third verification code just because you guys can't hire right security developers is pathetic. Now if I travel somewhere international and I can't use my wellsfago online activity options because you insist on sending a text or call the only number you have? May be next time someone opens an account instead of creating fake accounts you should buy them phones and pay the monthly phone bills since you insist on using our phones and messages to verify your poor security protocols.
