it never works!! I have called Wells Fargo twice and no one can give me an answer. My device and app are all up to date. Typing in my passwords correctly, but it NEVER WORKS.

Every time I try to sign in I have to call customer support to reset my password. Can't wait until this paid off and I don't have to deal with this bank any more.
As a now single woman after 28 yrs married, its important to me to establish my own credit and constantly strive to improve my credit rating. The fico score and tips help me to steadily improve and stay on top of things. Thank you !!

Everything seems to be fine, the Touch ID feature seems to be gone tho. I have it turned on and active but it always asks for my password when I log in no fingerprint

The app wants and forces me to change my username?! Why? I don't want to change it. Looks like this will be deleted. I should be able to keep whatever my username is.
The Touch ID sign on never works. I've tried multiple times to turn it on in settings and all that I keep getting is a message that the function is not available at this time.

I like this app only wish they would fix the Touch ID feature. I keep getting "Sign On with Touch ID is currently unavailable." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it without luck. It's a hassle to type password when in a rush.

Update: 8/2017- Touch ID was fixed and back to normal! Took a while to fix but definitely love the app.
Sure would like if the app worked at all. No longer remembers my Touch ID nor does it allow me to enter my username and password. FIX this already, I love it when it works but it hasn't been working for the last month and it's really frustrating.

And again! I hate this bank and their app. Every time I need to do a quick balance transfer or mobile deposit, I'm required to update the app FIRST. My next deposit will be to a DIFFERENT BANK.
(At the very least the updates should be optional, so that the existing app still functions.)

I have an older i-phone (5s); the app was working great, a couple of weeks ago. Today it told me I needed to update; but there is nothing for me available to update to. There is also no tech support link, nor does it state what version of software the so called newer app would even work on.

I use this app for making deposits, paying bills, transferring funds, and just checking my balance. It works very well with an occasional problem where it says my hand is shaking to much to photograph a check.
On 8/16/17 I have to downgrade my rating from 5 to 3 stars. WF apparently decided to make some changes to the app which make it more difficult to get the info I need.

I was loving the app though one of the drawbacks was being limited to how many times I could transfer money from the savings account to other accounts for example to the checkings or to pay off my credit card. Anyway, that wasn't so much an issue compared to the one I'm facing now. My credit card information completely disappeared from the app! I can't see my statements or make a payment! I have to go to an ATM or into the bank what a let down, I don't always have time to do that. I'm always on the go. That needs to get fixed soon or I really will be going to a different bank this time.
The TouchID feature hasn't worked for about two months for me. Latest release didn't address it. Any word in this getting fixed in the future???

Just got a chance to peacefully browse the app while laying on couch. Normally just used it to check balances and do some account to account transfers. Tonight reviewed other features...ranging from free Fico score, various notifications that pop up on accounts, set up of alerts and others. It really is amazing how much capability is in this app. Everything from account maintenance type stuff to a variety of transaction options. Love it! And all works smooth and fast. Thanks Wells Fargo for a great tool!

I mostly utilize Bill Pay. I'm very pleased with how bill pay is working. I write very very checks anymore. I only have to fill in 3 fields and send. Every thing else is maintained in bill pay.

The app feels tight and restricted. I want my "brokerage account summary to be my landing page when I first log in, but there's no option. I also have a mortgage with WF, but can't access or see that account either. Also, unable to find Touch ID within the app. Grrrr
Surepay sent my money to a crook 1/5
Dont use surepay with phone numbers on this app. If a crook uses your recipients number to create a fake transfer profile at Wells Fargo's partner ZELLE, Wells Fargo will send them that money and tell you that you are on your own when they find out. As long as they use the right number nothing else matters. So my advice? Send it through pay pal!

I will use it from time to time to save a trip to the bank but it is poorly implemented for everyday use. The login/authentication process is clumsy. I can't understand why they don't implement 2 factor using my registered phone number and fingerprint.

I couldn't locate the debit card on and off feature... it was urgent and had to spend over an hour looking for that feature. There should be a search button in the app to help locate features easily.

Doesn't work AT ALL. Frequently says that it's temporarily unavailable and when I did finally enter my username and password – after the first attempt – I was told I had to create a new password because of too many failed attempts. Which I did, and then I was notified again that the even with the new password, I had too many "failed attempts" - and I needed to create a new password. This happened three more times. Finally gave up, and deleted the app.

It will accept checks that I consider illegible and not accept checks with text quality handwriting.... otherwise the app is great. However I need it most to deposit checks on the go so it gets one star from me.
