9 times out of 10 I try to log on and get the pop up that says it's temporarily down and to call the 1-800 number for service. Would be nice to actually use the app during normal daylight hours.

The app is easy to use and I've banked with them for years. I do have a suggestion- stop forcing people to have a certain amount in their award balance before being able to credit them to your account. Other banks (like capital one) don't require this and it's nice to actually use your rewards before reaching some limit. You've promised rewards- let us use them. Thanks-

Either I can't find it or it is not available. I can't make scheduled payments to one of my Wells Fargo accounts using the mobile app. I understand and appreciate the fact that the mobile app can't do everything that the full site can. I know that the mobile app is the baby so it's functionality is limited, but certain options like scheduling payments should be available on both.

Lots of great aspects of the app, easy to pay people and check current balance, however it needs to show the date of statement so you know when you actually need to send in a payment rather than the final due date only. I use the app for payments and constantly look at the final date since it is easily visible and have to constantly remind myself there is an earlier date.

This App gets LESS user friendly each time. Total BS. Now I HAVE to change my user name to THEIR b.s. criteria though it's been fine this whole time. I used to LOVE this app, now I hate it. I should just close my account.

Never has ur account info up to date. will never shows all pending transactions. Like the app wants you to over draw ur account so they can get money. Update ur scandalous app

I get an error "too many failed attempts" which is not correct. Please fix the app.
This app has not worked for me in months, I have to re install all the time for it to work. Used to work all the time, now it's garbage. Unacceptable for a bank the size of Wells Fargo!

I don't use this app that often, but literally every time I do need to I'm hit with a forced update notification. This completely defeats the purpose of having an app. Let me use the app, I'll update when I want to!

This app is not an app because every time I try to sign in to it, it says "Wells Fargo Online Banking is temporarily unavailable," which is not true because I can sign in on Safari. So this is all to say that the app never works and I hate it. Seriously, Wells Fargo, step up your mobile banking game. It's ridiculous. You're a mega-bank for crying out loud.

After an upgrade mid-Feb this app became useless on my iPhone 6 & iPad Air2. I was unable to deposit checks, one of the key reasons I use the mobile app. Not even able to navigate after logging on or to sign off. Contacts to Wells Fargo netted me the helpful advice to drive to the bank to deposit checks!! But I can report today the app is back in working order!!! Yea!!! Thanks Wells Fargo.
Let's start with if you ask to reset your password. It takes you to page that states your session has timed out and yet you just arrived there. You call the number and they try to sell you other products. Be careful they may sign you up even after you said no. Luckily, I also belong to a credit union and their app is much nicer/easier to use. The credit union must listen to their customers...

As my title implies, I own a junior account. All my other banking experiences have been fine, but I can't log into this app. My parents haven't a problem, and that's great, but I would like to have access to my account as well. I punch in my login info, and when I submit, it loads a page that says "Thank you, your session has ended". I update frequently, I have deleted and restored the application, nothing on my end seems to work. If Wells Fargo brags a mobile banking app, they should be able to make good and fix this simple flaw.

This app hasn't allowed me to log into any of my accounts for 3 weeks. I do all of my banking via mobile and it has been extremely difficult for me to do something as simply as check my account balances. There is always an error that the system is currently down and to check back later. Later apparently means never as this is far too long for something so important to not work.

It seems like every other time I use the app I have to manually input user ID and PW and then turn on Touch ID again, I have other apps which work much better in this regard so it's possible to not have this issue. Having Touch ID is a big step for this app but it's efficacy is poor
Why Reset My Touch ID?? 1/5
This app constantly disables or resets my Touch ID preference. So every couple of weeks I have to re-login and then re-enable the Touch ID login option. Why do this? Is my fingerprint going to change every two weeks? What a bunch of idiots. This app gets one star because zero stars is not an option.

I kinda liked the old app better. For some reason when I try to do a mobile deposit, the picture of the back of the check never wants to capture. I also thought it was more convenient to be able to see a balance after each transaction. Is there a reason that was taken off? Hope the next upgrade will be more satisfying.

Wells Fargo is the only bank I've used that charges fees for outgoing ACH transfers. Do yourself a favor, get a better bank such as Prosperity or, my favorite, Ally.
Over all interaction with this app is extremely slow. Check deposit feature doesn't work. Always saying amounts don't match and it is so F'ing slow. Useless. Switching.

Linking external bank account could be more user friendly. Should have fingerprint authentication.
