Can no longer sign in on v3.70.5.
After updating the app to the latest version, I’m no longer able to access my account. Whenever I login, it immediately tells me my session has ended and that I need to log in again.

this app used to work well but it's now horrible after the latest update. has issues recognizing checks and unable to capture check images correctly. it's supposed to save you time from having to make a trips to the bank to deposit checks but failed miserably in doing the most basic task of mobile app deposits

It is easy to pay bills with Bill Pay and easy to deposit checks. It takes a little getting used to how to take a proper picture of the check, but once you do, it’s a snap. I really like being able to immediately deposit checks.
Won’t display account numbers 1/5
They will only display account numbers from a desktop or a tablet. That’s great for security.... if this was 1999. I expect better than this, they are the only bank I have with this problem, and is just one more reason for me to find another bank. Please fix this and join the year 2017.
I have to delete the app frequently so that it will open. Can't use the check deposit feature for the past few months unless I reload the app.

I have been using the app regularly to deposit checks, but for some reason it stopped working a couple weeks ago. After taking a photo, it gets stuck buffering. I have been trying nearly every day and get the same result every time.

Secure ( if you know what you doing i.e : never use it on public wifi ) and easy to operate , I don't remember the last time I had to go to the bank.
Just make sure you keep it updated.

I would actually rate this to be no stars if I could. This app was a good thing but once they updated it a few months ago, the notifications that I am subscribed to for each of my accounts only come as push notifications about 25% of the time. They used to come as soon as changes were made to my account. Credit card payments take days to process now instead of less than 1 day. Maybe it’s a Wells Fargo issue? Maybe it’s an app issue? Maybe I’ll just switch banks.

I like Wells Fargo but their app is useless. It’s always down for maintenance, and when it isn’t, it is so slow it always times out. I deleted it and just resort to using the mobile website.
Where is the Touch ID feature? 3/5
Did it disappear? A few months ago stopped getting prompts to use Touch ID and had to put my password in instead. Then, out of the blue the app started with the Touch ID for a couple weeks, now it's gone again. Is there some way to reinstate it?

It never ever is able to 'sign in', even when I have perfect internet connection - I get this message or the 'we are not available at this time' message, more often times than not. All required updates for my phone are up to date and we don't have issues with the bank. I can log into Wells Fargo via desktop, laptop or iPhone using safari with ease, but this app - DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

idk why i get notifications if it doesn’t notify me when i overdraft my account 3 times on accident... no low balance notification, no overdraft notification.. Will be leaving WF ASAP over their overdraft garbage

Unfriendly. After each deposit App closed automatically. First time I thought I did something wrong, but when it happened every time I deposit the check, I understood that it's not my fault , the app has a problem. And because it's closed automatically without even any notice So after every deposit I have to sign in to banking account again and check to see if my deposit is in pending status.
Display is complicated too. Did not like it at all. Try not use often because get nervous each time.

I thought it was my phone glitching when I would go to sign in and my finger print wouldn’t let me sign in and I’d have to enter the password. I got a new phone and same thing. It’s enabled but doesn’t pop up for me to use- I still have to enter my password every time and I check my account multiple times a day so it’s annoying. Please fix this.

So tired of turning on TouchID and not being able to use this feature. I go into the settings and toggle it on, and it will time out and say that TouchID is unavailable. So irritating. Also, it would be nice if Wells Fargo had a widget for iPhone where your available balances showed up on the spotlight screen. My credit union which is WAY smaller has these basic functions. Apple Watch app also is junk, it doesn’t update (gives you old balances). Slow as HELL and useless. Come on Wells Fargo, I know you have the money to make better mobile banking applications.

I have just used the new app for the first time and it seems very easy to navigate around. I had a little trouble trying to find how to get to my bill pay at first, but now it is so simple and smooth. Thanks Wells Fargo!
Touch ID sign on. 3/5
I am getting very tired of the Touch ID sign on giving me error messages when I try to set up Touch ID or it randomly just stops accepting Touch ID. So frustrating!!

Been a member with Wells Fargo since 2002 and honestly don't know how I've lasted this song. 9/10 when you sign onto the app it'll tell you that they're experiencing difficulties on their end. Will be leaving Wells Fargo here very soon
Daughter needed money 5/5
My daughter was at the mall and needed money added to her account to make a purchase. I was able to quickly transfer money to her so she could make her purchase with her debit card. Thanks Wells Fargo for being there in every situation.

This app is crap along with the bank unfortunately where I live the only other choice is somehow worse the Touch ID never works, it never saves user name and half the time it's says it's down also don't expect it to ever be accurate

I seriously love this app, mobile transfers are the bomb! The best part about the Wells Fargo app is the ability to pay my credit card right from my phone.
However, I do find it incredibly irritating that I have no way to view my full bank account number and routing number. Maybe I’m just missing it, but I can’t find it anywhere on the app, when I can find the information just fine on my other banks.
Too mechanical and not easy to navigate.
The pictures are boring and always the same.
The FICO score doesn’t update every month and not concurrent with the rest of other scores out there.

Forgot my wallet and had to download the app to get an access code to use the ATM without my debit card. This has saved me twice I’m so psyched about access code banking. Way to go Wells Fargo!

The Wells Fargo app is great for basic needs like depositing checks and transferring money between internal accounts. It even works well for transferring money from an outside account to Wells Fargo and paying bills as long as you have already set these up on your computer in advance.
But don't be fooled, it is not mobile banking. It is basic mobile banking. I am fine with that. It fits all my needs. It has never crashed on me nor has it failed to deposit checks.

When I pay bills, I need to see the transaction immediately go against my account 3/5
I only get paid monthly. So, when I use bill pay, it would be especially helpful to see these as pending transactions in my checking account, as soon as I commit to payment of a bill online. The pending transactions will show on the bill pay screen, but not in my checking account immediately after I commit the funds. Please update this feature. Instead of bouncing back and forth between screens to reconcile my funds, pending transactions should be immediately reflected as such, in the “comprehensive” checking account screen. I even wonder if the funds are truly going to transact as I specify, because they cannot be seen immediately as withdrawals, pending or otherwise in bill pay or my checking account!

I like the app but what really annoys me is that the app does NOT restart to the “Home sign in”. Instead it always stays at the “thank you for visiting”. It would be nice that each time I want to open the app, it would automatically ask me to sign in from the home page so I can get the fingerprint option. Please update that! Thanks!
