You Can Do It With This App! 5/5
I waited until I completed this whole program before I wrote this review. I have never been a runner, in fact always said I hated it and couldn’t understand people who found it enjoyable. My good friend talked about doing the Cooper Bridge 10K in Charleston and I thought because that race is so enormous, it looked like a super fun time ...so in the beginning of winter, I signed up with her for it on a whim. Now I’m 42, do yoga a few times a week and I truly was starting from scratch with running. This app made it easy to build up to doing it. I’ll be honest, I doubted the walk / run method. I thought I wouldn’t be able to run in the end without stopping at least once for my two minute walk breaks but I was wrong. Trust the process, I ran that 10K in just a tad over an hour and it was pretty easy in the end. I could have kept going and am now entertaining a half marathon someday. I can now foresee myself actually enjoying the freedom of going out for a run a few times a week and clearing my head. It became something I actually enjoyed and looked forward to because of this app. If I were to suggest any modifications I’d say add pace to it and more options for positive reinforcement. I would run this, Spotify and Runkeeper at once to get everything I needed at once. Great app.
Program isn’t free! 1/5

This program isn’t free. You have to buy the upgrade in order to get the training program. This is really misleading.
Absolutely the easiest way to get in shape 5/5
I hadn't run a race in the last 16 months because of various injuries. Today, I started again using 10K runner. It's a fact: if I stick to the plan, I will be in running shape. Plain and simple!
Love it 5/5
Preparing for a 5 k
Doesn’t register calories or heart rate??? 2/5
By Mathematics E
What’s the point of a running app that doesn’t register calories burned or heart rate???
Requested update 5/5
Wish the app whirl track when running on a treadmill
Now a runner 5/5
Never been a runner but tried this app so I would stop walking when I got tired and this app made that happen. Keeps you on track and is motivational!
Don’t let the title fool you 1/5
This is a C25K program with the option to upgrade for a 10K at the end of 8 weeks. The first 8 weeks of training is EXACTLY the same as the C25K app. If you don’t plan on paying for the “PRO”, then don’t waste your time with this app.
Great app 5/5
Starting using the app to help with me wanting to lose weight. Used to last year and lost 42 lbs. I’m by no means a running but the program helps build you up. Made it to the last run but tore my hamstring at work and haven’t used it for 9 months. I started again and have used it to rebuild. The nice part is that you can go back or repeat a step. Which was nice for me, because I could back off, if my leg wasn’t feeling up to the increased work out.
Turning off auto subscription 3/5
Seriously 😳 is a huge pain. The app itself is great.
Charging me again- no way! 1/5
I purchased this awhile back - had an injury and now coming back to start over .... and you have just added insult to injury by making me pay for it again? Who are you people?
Take a hike - because I will not be running with you. Now to find an alternate App. Both your 10K and the 21 K are being tossed!
Not really free anymore 1/5
I had this app and the full program on my galaxy for free. Got a new phone and redownloaded only to find out now you only get the first 4 days then pay for the rest of it. Don’t get it unless you really want to pay $10+
Love it but wheres the watch app? 4/5
Apple watch makes it 5 stars!!!
Not free don’t get it 1/5
Nowhere does it say that only the first 4 days are free and you have to “go pro” to actually use the program. Dumb!
Not a runner?! 5/5
I can totally do this and become a runner! I did the 5k app and loved it! Loving the 10K app. You think you will never be able to do it but each week you get stronger and build endurance!
This app makes me accountable to keep going with training. There are days I start the next training wondering if I will get through but I start and I do. Hope I can keep going.
Almost there 4/5
Really need to get timer on the Apple Watch. Good overall but that is a major fail
Making Me a Runnner! 5/5
I am an avid cardio fan, but have never loved running. I signed up to run a 10K and knew I needed help to train. This program—although easy at first—has really amped up and I’m thoroughly enjoying it and building my running stamina. I’m even starting to look forward to and like running. I’m not fast, but I’m running!
ANYONE can do this! 5/5
This program works if you follow it. You’ll be running better than you ever could just by focusing on distance or pace. They’ve made it almost easy!
I keep returning to this app! 5/5
Effective, easy to use, motivational and works with the Apple Watch! My go-to app each time I restart my fitness routine.
Paid then it stopped working. 1/5
Don’t pay for this app. Totally stopped working.
Great workout 5/5
This app has you steadily increasing your running time so that you gradually become stronger and more confident
Great app 4/5
Need a way to restart without erasing previous runs
Good app 5/5
Some issues in previous years but works great now. I like the motivation and that you have the option to lock the screen. I also like that it takes you from the couch to 5k then to 10k. So you don't have to buy a separate 5k app.
Friendly app 5/5
It’s the only one so far that’s kept me running beyond 4 weeks. I feel improving and having fun,l. Most of all 30min running has become part of my routine every other day. Look forward to my 10K run in another 2 months, yay!
Automatically subscribes with no way to Vance 1/5
Warning before your”try” this app... you are suppose to have the first 4 sessions free before you decide to pay and keep it... HOWEVER, this is NOT true! I tried it once and it charged me after 7 days without allowing for a trial priori. I am also having to email them to find out how to turn the auto subscribe off since there is NO place to do it on the app. We will see if they respond. This app just steals your money, trial BEWARE!!!
Great App 5/5
Keeps good track of runs and walks. Easy to get to 5k without hurting yourself.
Love it! 5/5
By Frannie Fran
I love that this app gives you a structured workout. It’s super easy to follow. Been using it on and off for years.
Tried free... after a few runs. Worth the small price for full 👊 5/5
Great app. Got me running again after injury.
Bought it for my wife too
Made right!!! 5/5
I Purchased the running app a few years ago and had all 14 weeks!!! To my surprise today, I just realized with all of the updates they took my purchase away. I emailed them and all of a sudden my weeks are back. Thank you thank you thank you guys! 5 stars. I really do love your app and look forward to using it daily!
Great app to kickstart your running 5/5
Perfect for getting your running back into gear without making yourself completely miserable. One small critique to the developer, add an update where it automatically advances you to the next workout day. Several times I’ve accidentally run the same workout as the one before.
Love the app! 5/5
Love how easy it is to use. I was really out of shape when I started it. The app has a good progression to make me push myself!
Gentle way to achieve your goals! 5/5
Starts you off easy and works to build you up to reach 10K status. LOVE IT!
Great for training. 5/5
I’ve been using this app for days, and it is amazing. It is super encouraging, and sets goals that aren’t unreasonable for a slightly unfit person. If you’re looking for a good app, this is it.
So happy with this app. It has a created a daily runner in me!! I’m shocked
To expensive 1/5
To expensive for what it is.. many other that are just as good for free.
Have been using it for years 4/5
Have gone thru several periods in my life where my run fitness has dropped. I use this app to get back at it. If you’ve never run before this is also a great way to start. This time I am back at it post-pregnancy. Gave 4 stars because sometimes the sound on the app goes down mid run. It doesn’t always happen but can be annoying when you are counting on it to tell you to walk. Again this is a minority of times. Today it happened when I also started a workout on my Apple Watch. I think the watch took over by buzzing my wrist the notifications which is easy to miss mid run. I was able to get sound back by pulling out my phone and fiddling with screen leaving 10K app locked but on display. I would like it if in addition to telling you “you’re halfway there” it also told you this is run in segment 5 to keep you mentally motivated that you are really “almost done”. Thanks for developing this. I know you’ve helped a lot of people.
Only played sound if phone screen left on 1/5
Some times it doesn’t play sounds at all. Other times it will only play sounds if screen is left on. This also does not work with Apple Watch. If you have Apple Watch or expect to get one, do not get this app.
New Runner 5/5
Never been a big runner but set the goal to run a 10K this year. Got great feedback from friends on this app and love it. Easy to use, tracks runs data and motivates. What else could you want. Highly recommended!
Love this app 5/5
It has taken me safely from the Couch to at least 5k so far. Excellent design. Only wish it had a pause and resume when my neighbors stop me to say hello. Haha.
By Maddie and Bird
This app makes it easy to keep going! It’s exactly what I need
Awesome motivation! 4/5
By Josh formerly of Lawrence
I love how easy this app is to see when I run. There are audible tones and a voice (female) that tells you what to do if you prefer an arm holster while you run. There is an option for an almost $12 all-inclusive version of the app. The free version doesn’t have a min/mile function. I also have to start my music before I start running. But letting you know all that I would still recommend this app to anyone. Oh, one other nice touch is the voice gives you encouragement but not too often so as to coddle you. I wonder if the pay version has a Drill Sergeant or Football Coach voice to kick you in the butt. That would be a cool add-on!
Where's my 10k watch app??? 1/5
Unsure of where the watch app went that I had about 5-6 months ago. I started working out again and wanted to ease back into a running regimen, but the watch app has inexplicably vaporized. Tried searching in the apple watch app, and the actual app store and couldn't locate it during my warm up portion of today's run.
I really enjoyed having the watch give me haptic feedback of when to run/walk.
Also, you should allow the app to integrate with other music platforms (i.e. Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, etc.).
This has helped motivate me and keep me on Trax 5/5
I have enjoyed having this app. I made it to the 10k goal and most likely wouldn't without it. I also use it for my shorter runs. It helps get me out the door and on track with my running routine.
Awesome app 5/5
Helped me run!
Great app 👍🏻👍🏻
I bought the app and have been using it for a few weeks, but it’s wiped my history use of the app and restored itself to trial mode. It’s insisting I have to buy the app again. This app is a rip off
Great to get you going again. 5/5
I used to run 4-5 miles no problem. Then lost it when I got lazy. I tried to get back into it and pushed myself too hard. This was great because I followed the prompts and was able to get back to full running quicker than doing it on my own.
Get it! 5/5
Gentle start to training~ perfect for beginners. If you are on the fence, get it!
