Its a very good home workout plan which doesn’t need any equipments. Your yoga mat is enough. Medium level full body workout plans helped me reduce 7kgs.

This app is great, I’ve been using it for a while now and I can definitely see and feel a difference in my body. Workouts are great, straight to the point and easy. (Depending on your body) been recommending it to family and friends who are willing to get in shape, but don’t have time for the gym. Great for home workouts!!!💛

I really like this app because it is very well organized and has a different workout for each day. I like that each section (abs, butt, arms, legs, and full body) have 6 levels within it. One improvement I would make to this app is to provide limited rest time to ensure better results.

I have been using this app for a while, and I have many great things to say about it, like the plans, coaches, and really, just the encouragement....but....if you want to upgrade, you have to pay extra for a free app!!!! I just wish some app out there (free app) with plans, coaches, and encouragement with free upgrades could just exist! Cause like , for them if that happened, they will be the number 1 health and exercise app...so yes, this app is good but , just that one flaw. But overall , this a great app for anyone who needs help and encouragement with losing weight and getting fit, g’day.

This app is for the person who wants to be in shape but skips days. Restart the program in hopes to get consistently further along with each new attempt. Doing so helps train the brain. The audio and visual cues are the best part.

This app is great. I’m a busy career woman and mom. Sometimes I can’t make it to the gym or I’m busy traveling. I get a great workout with this app and can do the exercises in my living room or hotel room. I add free weights to some of the routines. I highly recommend this app if you’re busy like me and looking to stay healthy and fit.

This app is really good with its variety of different workouts for different levels but it doesn’t correctly tell you the amount of calories burned. However many the animated person does is the calculated calories burned not the amount that you had to do so if you go sightly faster or slower on any of the exercises the burned calories is most likely incorrect. For example, if you had to do 40 cobras and you did 40 but the animation did 50 the end result tells you that you burned more calories then you actually did making it really annoying for serious calorie counters. But overall good app for being free.
This is an amazing app I really think you should down load it I lost 30pounds from this app but you have to do it everyday

This app helps me figure out new workouts to do at home which I really like about it. The only negative thing I could say is about the ads but that’s easily fixable for a one time cost. Highly recommend this app to anyone. Not just people trying to get in shape!

In my opinion it's really fabulous to be in a good shape because we are responsible for our body .however,in these busy days it's really hard to going to the gym everyday as a result we should have a good plan if we want to be in a good shape and this app is fantastic .I highly recommend you to download it .

I have been looking for the perfect workout app. An app which is free and has workouts designed for my level. This app has it all and in addition it has meals plans and a convenient grocery list. What makes me most happy about this app is that it is completely free. Aside from the occasional ads this app is the most perfect fitness app. I recommend it to everyone. Started the app a few days ago, gives you different options depending on you level. I use it as a quick work out every morning but I also lift weights to get a more intense work out.

To begin, I am 15 years old, 5'5, and about 170 lbs. I’ve been wanting to lose weight and body fat for a while but not much seems to be working. Cut to today, I download this app and enter my weight and height. According to the BMI tab, I am SEVERELY obese. I take this in and realize it’s complete bull so I begin to experiment. I keep the same height in, but I change the weight to 75 lbs to see my result. According to the "BMI" if you are 5'5 and 75 lbs, then you are overweight but not "severely obese" like 170 lbs. Please fix this I think we all know that if one was 5'5 and 75 lbs they would be laying in a casket, not using this app.

Getting back in shape 5/5
I’ll be 50 (GULP!) this year and haven’t worked out consistently since 2009. I’ve done the first week on the easiest level and I don’t feel like I’m under or over doing it! It doesn’t take me more than 1/2 hour a day so far so I can easily fit it into my daily routine. Thank you for providing a program that is helping me get back on track!
