I’ll be 50 (GULP!) this year and haven’t worked out consistently since 2009. I’ve done the first week on the easiest level and I don’t feel like I’m under or over doing it! It doesn’t take me more than 1/2 hour a day so far so I can easily fit it into my daily routine. Thank you for providing a program that is helping me get back on track!

This is only my second day using this app but I love that it has categories for the different areas you wanna focus on while trying to get in shape! I also love that it shows you how to do each work out and it’s actually easy to do from the comfort of your home i highly recommend this app. I hope to see good results after this first month is up 😬

Once you learn the exercises you can complete daily routines quickly. The app mixes it up so you don’t get bored doing the same exercises day after day. I recommend watching the videos if you are unfamiliar with exercise. Great app for me.

It gives you a variety of exercises to perform based on what you input you desire. You can adjust the reps you want to do at will.
If you super-set, which is work fast and with less rest time, through the daily challenges within a month you are bound to see the change.
I enjoy it personally, though the ads can be annoying, as with any application. Its simplistic in nature, and good if you just want a quick sweat.

I’ve just started using the app, and have been very pleased. To move it from very good to great, I’d like to see (1) a stretching/flexibility challenge added, and (2) a way to sync content with your calendar and grocery shopping list.

Today is my first day using it and it’s just simply perfect. It gives you the option of beginner, moderate and intense! Which is nice because as you get stronger you can upgrade. Umm not to mention it even gives you a diet plan!! I love this app. Excited to continuing using this.

I tried this app for a while and decided to work out three times a day. Then I just kinda stopped because it was too challenging. I deleted the app but I regret it because it was amazing. I’m glad they give you an option for the difficulty. I’m going to re-download it and try and challenge myself less. I find this app very encouraging and i swear the first day you start you’ll want to work out more and more. I love this app so five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
However I wish they would add more diet options to the meal plans. I’m lactose intolerant but not vegetarian. The standard and vegetarian both include dairy items. I’m sure people with this other diets or allergies can relate. Really good app though. Luv it!

This app has been very helpful for me to gain muscle and be more fit and helps me have a better diet. I also love the voice that gives you tips if a work out is too easy or too hard and how you know you are doing it right. I would 10/10 recommended this app to anyone from beginner to expert looking for a work out you can practically do anywhere! And all of this is free!!!!

The app is really great! I’ve used it for an month straight and the results are amazing. Although there’s one problem my phone was stolen an couple days ago and when I received my new phone I downloaded the app remind you that the app is linked to my health app on my iPhone but there was no data of completion (didn’t pick up where i left off) so if we can fix this than I’ll change the stars.

This has been a great jump start for me and a variety to use without a gym along with walking. The only neg is that you can’t see what the next day workout is until you complete the current day. I wasn’t sure when my rest days were.

I love the reminder to do the workout each day. I also like the choices given to concentrate on one area or do a full body workout. The different levels of intensity are beneficial to someone of my age and stamina. This is the best fitness app I’ve experienced. I highly recommend it.

I love this app, it has helped me lose weight tremendously just by working out at home, but I hate the new update with the male voice coach, it’s barely audible and not encouraging at all.
Please change it back to the female voice coach!!

I’m 53, spent 26 years in the military in great shape. Retired in 2009, then off to the corporate world, leading me to the worst shape in my life.
Started this program in January, with ABS. added arms the next month, then legs. I get great results with no additional weights any core has never been stronger. Back and neck issues that have plagued me for years are much more manageable.
Love the examples, add more variety in the future. The one negative is the voice skin changed. Please put it back, or clue me in on how to change it.
Great but personal issue with Meal Plans 4/5
I haven’t been using this app for long but the workouts are great for me since I don’t have time to go to the gym. My only issue is with the meal plans. I have Celiac so I would need a gluten free meal plan which isn’t an option. If that would be fixed, then this app would be perfect.
