Wallet doesn’t work 1/5

I’ve tried 3 different credit cards to auto load and it never works. I try to add money to the wallet and it says I’ve exceeded the daily limit but no money has been transacted to even reach a limit. The only way I can pay for gas is to use the Apple Pay option.

The clerk/cashier was preparing raw frozen chicken with her gloves on went to remove the cooked pizza that I purchased out of the oven with the same glove on her hand the she proceeded to touch my cooked pizza with that same glove on her left hand and just added a glove to her right hand. I informed the store manager of what she was doing and she told her that she couldn’t do that. I asked the store manager to please fix my food and put it in a container. I pray that they don’t give anyone else that pizza and simply discard it for fear of getting someone sick .

The 7Now part is broken and refuses to work. Most deals are okay but would like to see better deals and prices (like instead of 1000 points on one pizza it’s 2 because of how small the slices are) other than that app wise it’s good.

My go to store since the 7/11 closer to home closed at the end of last year.
Bavan at this store is one of the most efficient and friendly people I’ve ever seen. When he’s not there I’m disappointed. But the rest of the staff is just as good.

This app would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for all the orders I’ve had stolen from me by ordering off of this app. Every single time Postmates picks up my order it’s been stolen every time. Don’t waist your time with this app. Go to the store on your own. 711 you need to kick postmates to the curb they are horrible.

Been having an issue since November of 2022 loading the wallet via Apple Pay, called in multiple times they said it was escalated never heard anything back from those losers in Tech Lack Of Support. I see they say to contact them in these support messages well sorry i am going to air your dirty laundry here since no one ever calls or emails me back!!!! Why you ask because 7/11 does not care about it customers. Probably will just get a canned response some thing like “we are so sorry for your experience yada yada yada, please contact customer support or app support” which is just to get it out of the public eye, and i will never hear from them.

I’v tried to rejoin the app at least 10 times and it keeps asking me for another verification code which I continue to enter the new code but I am still unable to sign in. So I have up and deleted the app. Consequently I will no longer purchase coffee at 7-11

You have a special 10 wings $5. I brought 10 wings and a ice coffee. Total came to 8.21 on the machine I see 15 for the wings and 2.29 for the ice coffee and. Discount of 8.21. I asking what is this only speaks Spanish and I had a coupon with my account wings free. I removed the wings paid for the ice coffee and left.

I work at the one in front of the new jeep and dodge dealership in Spartanburg, South Carolina and my manager, which is a third shift assistant manager taught me just about everything I know, except for what I’ve had to learn on my own. She is one of the best people in person I’ve ever worked with if there could be more people like her in management a lot of these places would have more employees. She works very, very hard, under the circumstances that she goes through, I give her more than a five gold star. If I could give her 100 gold stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. But she is very well thank by me, if anything was to ever happen to her that store is going to go downhill. I really appreciate everything you do for me and she is the only one. That I’ll let call me rere I look at her as more then a manager or coworker. She is a friend. And I really really do care about her as a friend.
