Horrible App 1/5
I got the app downloaded. But it won’t recognize the code that I’m putting in. It says data invalid. Then I tried to login a different way and it won’t recognize my phone number as a valid number. There’s nothing worse than an app the you can’t even get set up.

I go to the one on Atlantic and Adams and there aren’t many choices. It doesn’t matter when you go. I like the one on Lafayette and canal street because they have a variety of sandwiches and coffees available. The clerk is nice at Atlantic so I gave her the 4 stars.

Morning crew 2/5
In the past 6-8 months the morning crew does not keep up the store compared to past years since the last manager long term manager left. Coffee is out. Stations are dirty. Floor is dirty. Staff is not welcoming. Seems like they are bothered to cash you out. I only stop in when I absolutely have to. Where it was daily in the past due to the staff and well kept store.
Update I just visited the store and I see the old manager is back! I look forward to him getting the store back in shape, yeah. I will get back to visiting regularly if he does.

I’m still waiting to be refunded from items that never arrived from months ago that I was charged for. Other than hundreds of dollars I’ve had taken and the so called 10 weeks you have to wait for refunds , they are great. I’ll let you know if I ever get My money back. Regarding the promotion of buy 6 drinks get the 7th free: when I purchased my 7th cola drink, I was informed the special only is for coffee and not colas - even though the picture includes slurpees, coffee and colas.

Do not link any payment methods. If your 7-Eleven account gets hacked, they will give you the run around for 2 months then tell you to contact your bank. This app is not secure. Don’t do it!

I love the convenience of this app and the ability to pay for fuel with Apple Pay, but wish the developers would work out a few items which would make it a great user experience.
1) The app frequently hangs when selecting “Pay for Fuel” and will not complete the process to bring up the pump selector. You must reboot the app multiple times to get the operation to complete successfully. At times, the only way to get the app to complete this process is to reboot the phone and start over.
2) Using Siri to pay for fuel is a great idea, but it will only let you proceed to a certain point before it returns a response that the process will need to be completed on the phone due to it sensing that the phone is still connected to Apple CarPlay and thinks you may still be driving. This means you must shut your car off completely or manually disconnect the phone from Apple CarPlay if you want to use this feature.
3) Please give us a way to disable the annoying notifications for the inbox, opt out of promotional messages, or select which message types notifications are sent for. It’s very annoying to receive notifications every day for in-store promotions on items we never purchase. There would be a much greater response to these promotions if the marketing team would profile your users and send promotions for item categories they are interested in purchasing. An example of this would be to send a promotion for a healthier choice of products instead of sending a promotion for soft drink and chips to users who try to live a healthier lifestyle.
4) Give the user the ability to add their vehicles to the app and then select which vehicle the fuel receipt is for each time they purchase fuel. It would be even better if the user had the ability to enter the vehicle’s mileage at the time of fueling to allow the user to track fuel consumption and consumption trends over time. This could even be done automatically in the app since the amount of fuel purchased is returned to the app in the fuel receipt once the purchase is complete.

Lately I’ve noticed the deals aren’t accurate. I don’t know if it’s the store’s system but I’ve gone to several different locations and the price didn’t change to what it said on the app. And the clerks don’t seem to care to do anything about it.

I wanted to use my points for free chicken on a stick but the clerk didn’t know how and it was only $1 off instead of free.I was deducted 2000 points and left the store with nothing so I was very disappointed.
Sign in issues 1/5
No matter if you sign in with phone number it asks you for email. If you enter email it asks you for phone number. It just keeps looping you through that. Can’t even get into the app.

I got a free pizza for my first order. I chose the pickup option. The app told me the pizza would be ready at 2:45pm. I drove all the way to the store and they said they never received an order. Now the app won’t give me the 1 time free pizza promo because it said I already used it. I’ll just stick with Grubhub for my food app

I had two coffees already marked for being brought I attempted to buy five more coffee so my fifth coffee would be credited as free I didn’t get credit for any of my five coffees and I came to the store where I know they give you credit for buying coffee so I don’t know what happened

I always loved walking into this particular convenience store. The star in this store is Mahomad. Always at work, always smiling and making jokes. You can see that everyone enjoyed his presence very much.
I’ve never seen anybody with this kind of demeanor working in a convenience store, or anywhere else! Please give credit where credit is due and reward him accordingly!

I approached the front counter with my purchase and the store clerk ignored me. I almost had to yell “ good morning “ to get her to turn around! If she doesn’t like serving the public, then let her work behind the store.

Never had an account here, it doesn’t allow to sign in with my email or phone number, says another account already exists using either way, so I’m in infinite loop of trying to sign in… User experience is awful

Customer Service is terrible. My order failed in their system, my money was taken. They give you the run around to avoid doing actual work. I’m Diabetic trying to eat and Customer Service is playing with my money. I’m deleting the app for good
