Every time I go to the Randolph acme the personnel are always watching everything you do. It’s like walking into a prison. Very uncomfortable. Not a warm and greeting environment. No more Randolph acme for me.

The app is helpful in general. Since the Apple software update this month I haven’t been able to use the app though. It just stalls on the initial page. In the story it freezes up which stinks because I like to use it as a shopping list. I wish the aisle location of the items were also visible in app. I like the coupon part of the app. I wish there was a button so I could click all the coupons at the same time instead of each coupon individually.

Dillon & his co-workers were very pleasant & helpful during the processing of my first on line, pick up order. I called 3x to ask various questions and each time, Lori, Gloria, MaryAnn or Julieann (not sure) we’re very courteous, kind & professional. I was not able to use thePROMO30 code for a discount. Nor was I able to avail myself the 5% senior citizens discount I usually get when shopping in person. I think you should include some process to verify at least birth year or some collection of data you have with an ongoing customer of your store. Rewards card, address something to afford a senior the discount. Otherwise, great team members.

Agree with numerous other people. New update is not user friendly and just real bulky. You went backwards with the update I have now tried twice to redeem points for $10.00 off my purchases and it has failed both times. The app says I clipped them but they don’t get applied to my purchase. In my wallet my ten dollar reward that was clipped is still not being applied at check out. Two weeks now it was not applied. You don’t even know the app. There is no setting page . And another week my clipped reward in the wallet for $10.00 did not work again today. Obviously a way for acme to save money. Fix it still cannot get the 10.00 off my purchase for my reward. Also again there is no setting page in this app. Open it and look for it.

Tall male 50ish year old cashier rubs me the wrong way for some reason. And the price of cosmetics, specifically L’Oreal Voluminous mascara is way too expensive $21 at Acme and $8-$10 in Walmart and drug stores. Ya gotta know that you can get that and other cosmetics way way way cheaper somewhere else.

While I have no problems most of the time I have noticed on the day the sale starts all deals are not added. I have to wait until Saturday for all of the deals to load which then presents problems at check out as well as missing out on some deals. Also I am not able to take advantage of these deals because I have already been to the store.

Love this app! I saved $30 just through using coupons, deals, and “rewards” (points acrued from prior purchases) in the app. That didn’t include store savings/things on sale! Easy to use it just takes a little time but to those of us who are “coupon queens” it’s worth the effort. Who doesn’t love saving money?

Prices are high but shopping on line and pick up same day is a huge plus! Produce has been superior. And staff is quick to bring out groceries and put in my trunk. Which is a savior .I Have had many procedures on my leg and I am often in recovery and mobility is limited. You enable me to remain independent! Other than the fact that there are a dozen items in my cart for which the MFR coupons are not showing up under the items, nor are they working at the store, the app works well. IDK what is with that! I’d like it if the checked items in My List would stop being crossed out! But, now there’s a new peeve. The quantity requirements for coupons were removed from the cart area. How are we supposed to know how many we need to buy? Is it $1 off on 1 or is it on 2? Who knows! I have to click on it because NOW it just says $1 off. Annoying and unnecessary extra clicks and a waste of my time. Please put the quantity requirements back!

I was intrigued by the savings on the digital app so I signed up but then I got to the register and the cashier barely looked at me and asked if I could use it another time b/c I couldn’t get it to load. He answered each question but didn’t help me use it. I spent a lot more than I expected but deleted the app and won’t be tricked by this again!.
