ADL Helper lets care aides working at Assisted Living facilities to document delivery of assistance provided to residents living at the facility. Care Aides need to be working in a facility that has deployed the CareSynchrony® software platform for senior living. Access to the app should be authorized by the community management team. With ADL Helper care aides can: * Document completion of daily tasks associated with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) which are part of the resident's care plan * Identify and note miscellaneous help that is provided to residents based on nurse call requests initiated by the residents Please note that this an optional app for communities that are utilizing the CareSynchrony® platform for senior living If you have any questions regarding this application please contact [email protected].
