The products are nice, timely delivery and very affordable. The problem? I’ve contacted them several times to stop my VIP membership and I am still being charged after 3 months of trying to stop my membership! If I could be reimburse and stop the charges, I would give it 5 stars.
The first thing I ordered from this app turn out to be amazing but then every single time and offer came into my email been to see what you won enter this code to see what you won every single time they never let me use the code it always says things like oh you’ve doubled up or you might be seeing this because the offer has expired but not a single code has been expired and I haven’t been able to use a single one since I’ve gotten the app if you want quality and you want good deals you might want to look else where because this app is not worth its I want a free set once but it wouldn’t let me use the code to get the free set so I absolutely refuse to ever use this app again and I suggest you do the same

I wanted to start buying sets but don't love Victorias secret and never really know what to purchase. This app makes buying sexy, beautiful sets easy and I think the quality is really great! I joined the VIP membership and I honestly look forward to receiving my items every month! So far I've been super pleased. I have experienced long ship times once, on my first order. Haven't had a problem since.

I’ve been a member for about two and a half years and loved my experience up until now, frequently recommending this brand to others and buying all of my current bras here.
I have always taken good care of my bras. Washing them in the delicates bag I got from AdoreMe and hanging them to dry. Today my favorite bra’s underwire broke in half, pierced through the fabric, and gave me a pretty decent puncture wound.
I was disappointed in the quality of the bra that allowed the underwire the snap like that. I called the customer service number and explained what had happened and asked what they could do for me expecting at minimum a voucher for half off or the offer of a replacement. The customer service representative was rude and dismissive. Because it was past the 90 days there was absolutely nothing they could do.
I’m sorry but if a customer has been physically harmed by your product then something needs to be done regardless of what the return policy is. If I didn’t like the color or it didn’t fit me and it’s been 90 days I’d understand but I’m currently on hold to see if I’m up to date on my tetanus shot. I’m so disappointed in this disgusting customer service experience after years of good service.

I absolutely love this service. Beautiful, quality product for a reasonable price! They carry many sizes and cater to multiple body types. The app interface is user-friendly. I just wish there was a way to get notified when an item is back in stock. I seem to like popular items, and although they’re not “sold out,” often times they don’t have my size when I want to purchase it. Other sites have a feature that notifies you when the product you like is available again in your size. Adore Me, please get on that train!

I kept seeing commercials for AdoreMe on tv and their things seemed cute so I went ahead and checked them out and was not disappointed. I got my first lingerie outfit from them a couple of months ago and it fit really well. I was kind of iffy on it because of my body type and i wasn’t sure if I would be considered “plus-size” or not. But I’ve gotten plus-size lingerie and regular sized lingerie from them and they all have fit me great! The lingerie is very good quality and the stuff that it is made out of is stretchy enough to be able to fit you right and form to your body/curves but not so stretchy that it begins to look baggy in certain areas. I love the showroom that you get every month, it helps to show you new merchandise that they’ve come out with and not just the same original sets that have been on there for a couple months. The shipping is a normal wait time which I don’t mind at all. At first I thought it was a little pricey, most of the things are $39.95 or $49.95. But after looking at lingerie from other companies and their prices it’s actually kinda a steal. A lot of lingerie companies try to charge 2 or 3 times what AdoreMe charges. Which for me, someone who is interested in just casual lingerie to add a little something every once in awhile, is not good. Especially being a college student and working a part-time job hat makes minimum wage. They have a good mixture of things that are cute and sexy and the prices are not bad. So far I have no complaints!

First order from this site and it has been a horrible experience. I ordered 3 sets on 5/2 and waited 5 days to get the processed notice and shipping notice called today and spoke to a rep reylyn she was horrible. She wouldn’t give me any answers as to why or when my order will be shipped because they have been having “warehouse” problems (mind you there is no notice on their site to expect delays) she told me there was a notice however it was taken down because it was resolved yet they are still having the problem. When I asked for an estimate on when it would be shipped she said she didn’t know. I asked to speak with a supervisor she refused saying there was no supervisor available to take calls. I asked if one could call me back she said no then hung up on me before I could ask to cancel my order. I called back 2 times and waited on hold for 10 min each time for it to hang up on me. This is a horrible first experience I don’t recommend purchasing from here I don’t plan to anymore.

It’s been a month, where are my swimsuits? 1/5
So I ordered my 2 swimsuits on April 1st. I got an estimated arrival date of April 8th. Well, April 8th came and no swimsuits. When I check the app it says they are having delays because of a warehouse change. Well, now it is may 4 and my swimsuits still say they are processing. I had emailed the company and they took 2 weeks to respond and they couldn’t even help me because I logged into the app through my Facebook and not my gmail. On top of that, I can already tell you that one of the swimsuit bottoms will not fit. They didn’t offer any size bigger than an XS in the bathing suit bottoms. I heard good things about this company, but in the end I was just disappointed. Will NEVER order from again.

Pretty but not practical 2/5
I love how pretty everything is but like another user said I’m a medium bottom and 34DDD top so finding bras and panties that fit both top and bottom has been nearly impossible. I’ve purchased several items; the bras fit “ok” but if they have lace they tend to “rub” on spots and become uncomfortable after a couple hours and it’s not just one bra, I have 3 with lace. One thing I am in love with is the cotton pajamas! They are UH-mazing!! The material is so soft and light and they are so comfortable ALL NIGHT! I also would like to mention when you update the app it requires you to sign back in, annoying :( I wish I had more luck with the undergarments but will definitely buy pajamas again!

My mom bought some clothes with them last year on her credit card, she doesn’t really check the things that are debited on her account.. it’s been 8 months and she was almost done paying her credit card so she went to check her statements because the amount she owed had gone up.. since October last year they have been charging her $39.94, EVERY SINGLE MONTH! My advice to whomever wants to buy things from them is, watch your bank account!!!!

I’ve bought 5 sets so far in 6 weeks including a swimsuit. Everything fits! Everything! It’s also the sexiest under garments I’ve ever worn. Great quality, Pretty and feminine for a 6’ 185lb non petite woman. I’m Addicted! The app makes shopping so easy. Shipping takes over a week but the anticipation makes the arrival like a holiday!

I ordered a bathing suit in February and have yet to receive it but they are still taking orders for the same bathing suit online. When I asked about the order they gave me $5 in store credit but why would I order something from them again when my first order hasn’t even arrived yet! They couldn’t give me an estimated arrival and by the time I get the bathing suit I’m sure summer will be over.

I ordered 2 different items from Adore Me and needed to return them as the sizes did not fit even though it was my size. I returned the items but when I received my refund it wasn’t even close to what I paid. I understand the restocking fee but it was less then what it should be minus the restocking fee. There was nothing about there being a fee for shipping so I’m not sure why there is such a difference. I then sent an email and it’s been close to a week and they haven’t responded. I don’t plan on ever purchasing from them again but I would suggest buying a larger size then what you think you are if you plan on buying from them.
Update: it been over 2 weeks without a reply even with 2 follow up emails. Don’t use them unless you want to get refunded less then you’re owed!!!!

Everything I have ordered has fit perfectly. I even ordered a large swimsuit to accommodate my temporary large bust size, due to nursing, and the fit was perfect. I will say that some of the styles don’t seem to come in plus size. I wanted to order something for my mom, who is plus size, but was unable to find the swimsuit she wanted in her size. Other than that the app is easy to use and I love the reminders for my showroom and being able to pause my autopay.

Customer service is an absolute joke. My wife ordered a swimsuit feb 28th it finally came the last week of March. Then we went through the steps to exchange it for a different size and by the time we did the steps got the voucher to order the new 1 they were out. Sent several Emails bout 2 weeks later they get back to me and they can’t tell me if they will ever get anymore in. They tell me to check everyday yea like everybody has time to check their website everyday. Come on we payed AdoreMe all we want is my wife’s swimsuit especially now it’s warmed up and it’s time to hit the water. AdoreMe y’all

I’m a woman at 50 & I have brought so many sets over the last several years, no problems and I feel pretty awesome wearing them.
Product never arrived, customer service impossible to get a hold off. It’s over a month that there whse is moving. They con you to get 29.95 but, actually 199.99 for your shipment when your done. I have emailed numerous times left voicemails still no response. Terrible service. Have read on that they where sent to BBB previously but they still operate the same way. I want a refund.

I placed an order in March and I’m still waiting at the end of April. Try sending an email and it gets bounced back because the mailbox is full. Send a message via the app and get a standard delayed message. I like what I’ve gotten, but I don’t know if it’s worth this wait time.
And this doesn’t include shipping time. Just how long it takes them to get the order together...
I love you guys & I always order from you guys but It’s seems that you guys will have my size bra but not my underwear size or my underwear size but not my bra size 😒. So I’m a little disappointed 😔.

I’ve had this app and been a VIP member for over a year and a half. The bras are an amazing fit! I’ve exchanged a couple things and had no problems whatsoever. They even issue you a voucher for the items and you return right when you ask for a return! So your new items are on the way before you even send the exchange in! You can print your free label from home and just hand your package to your postal carrier! Gone and done! I have problems walking so shopping at home is great! Advice....Measure! Measure! AND THEN MEASURE AGAIN! (Have someone help or use a full length mirror!) Every bra brand is different, so you may wear a different size in the Adore Me showroom. Order different styles...(ie....contour, balconette, push-up, full coverage.) to see which is best for your shape. Having problems getting the best fit? Try going down a strap size and up in cup size or vice versa. Always wash in a lingerie/bra bag on hand wash.Only cold water. Hang to dry. Or elastic will melt! You can skip as many months as you want or go on a 3 month vacation. Great buy one get ones sales often! Love the reminders to skip or but for VIP’s! Enjoy!

I am super skeptical about buying online especially clothing! I am very picky about how my clothes fit me and when it comes to any of my undergarments I only buy Victoria secrets! Well I decided to look around and this is what I found with adore me... I ordered 1 bra and panty set went by the size I am 36C and an Xl bottom (I’m a little thick in the waist) and when it came in I was surprised it fit... it was a little snug that I like most of my outfits to be but not to the point of it being uncomfortable! It became a little more comfortable with a couple of washes, though my everyday wear I will still choose my Victoria secrets. I also purchased a bathing suit which I was more pleased with! It will be the suit of my choice this summer.

I used to love adore me and had no desire to shop anywhere else for my bras. Now that the customer service has failed I feel the need to find somewhere new. I placed an order on March 9, over a month later my order is still showing as processing. I have sent numerous emails and made unanswered phone calls. The emails have been answered with the generic message that they are moving warehouses and orders are delayed. This is unacceptable business.

I hardly ever write reviews but I have to give Adore Me credit. I absolutely love everything that I get from there; never once was I disappointed! I love the fact that I can buy a matching bra and panty set without paying an arm and a leg and the quality is not compromised because of the reasonable price. Yes, it’s a monthly subscription, but you can skip the month between the 1st an the 5th and you won’t get charged. If you forget to skip, there’s an option to request a refund and they quickly refund your money for that month. There have been times when I ordered something and they happened to be out of stock on that particular item. Not only did they apologize for the minor inconvenience, but they refunded my money and they also gave me a store credit. That is awesome customer service! I love the fact that I earn a free set once I’ve ordered 5 sets, which is no problem for me because I order a lot from them whether it’s lingerie or sleepwear. I see a lot of people saying that they wish they can find the cute sets that they see in regular sizes in the plus sizes as well but my issue is actually the opposite. I see a lot of really nice sets in the plus sizes that I wish came in regular sizes. Perhaps Adore Me should make the same sets available for all women of all sizes, problem solved. Other than this minor issue, I really have no complaints at all. Keep up the great work Adore Me, and you've got a customer for life!

My order has been sitting in Indiana since Friday waiting to be taken to USPS. Was suppose to deliver yesterday. I’ve tried calling them, emailing them and have received not one response except their automated ones. I’m guessing I will get another automated one tacked onto this review. Ridiculous! I just signed up and will be cancelling.

Ordered three swimsuits from here two full weeks before we needed them (the site said 5-7 days for shipping). Never received a shipping confirmation. Tried calling customer service and they don’t answer, their phone system kicks you off after 11 minutes. Emailed their customer service multiple times and have not received a single response. I filed a complaint with the FTC as we spent over $80 here and have not heard from them since the money was taken out of our account. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered these swimsuits off a Facebook ad, so I wasn’t expecting much but wanted to give it a try. My swimsuits came a few days after the estimated shipping time, but it’s swimsuit shopping season so that’s to be expected! The suits were both high quality fabric and looked the same as advertised on the site! Due to personal taste, I didn’t want one of the swimsuits so I took to the website to figure out how to exchange/return. Easiest. Process. Ever! Seriously, in a matter of five minutes I had my shipping label with the replacement suit already ordered and processing. I’m super satisfied with my experience with AdoreMe and I’ll be using them for future shopping!

I purchased a bathing suit. Got it. Tried it on. It didn’t fit, so I put it back in bag tags still attached and stickers still in place. I placed it back in the box and sealed it with tape and returned it undamaged. I decided to use the code they gave me for an exchange and purchased another bathing suit. Then I suddenly get an email saying they finally received the first bathing suit and they said it was damaged. Then proceeded to charge my bank account not once but twice ($20 both times). Also in all of this, I received an email saying that I joined the vip subscription and they would be charging each moth for that. I found the link to unsubscribe and followed through five different times and it is still saying that I’m an active vip member. I called and they said they would see what they could do about the refund and that I would just have to do the link again to unsubscribe. Well I did and it still didn’t work and that was when I looked and discovered the second damages charge on my account.. Adoreme is a fraudulent company in my opinion. By the way I tried to remove my card number from their site and close my account and they have no way to do that on the app. It’s just frustrating all the way around and I really hope they get it all straight.

They simply keep drafting money from my account after I’ve removed my card and every intention of wanting anything from the App. I’ve even purchased things with the money they took out my account, but it’s continued to happen over and over again. Customer service assured me it would not happen again and that I’d get a refund. To their credit, i did, but only after about 2 weeks. Now, it’s happening all over again. DO NOT SHOP WITH ADORE ME!!

I am over the consistently bad service. Emails ignored about my missing order. Waiting on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I ordered 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. No apologies. Nothing made right. I keep being told it’s on its way. It’s not even shipped yet. Two thumbs down. Disappointed by their lack of care.
