Never Works! 1/5
This app never works. It will sit and download constantly. I’m never able to just go into the app and sign in. I’m constantly resetting passwords and getting locked out, even though I know what my password is. The fingerprint feature never recognizes my fingerprint either. I’ve deleted and installed this app so many times. Would be a nice app if it ever worked!

I’ve had this app for months and I try to sign on it at least once a week. I’ve had to trouble signing in on the website, but the app simply won’t work it says my account is suspended even though I use my Adp card daily and can access my account online. I tried getting it handled though costumer support and was basically told to just use the website.

The app is okay. It does everything it should, but the information could be a bit more organized in a specific way. Finding things like accumulated points is hard to find and I had to ask another user of the app where it was. I think things like this should be easier to find.
So when it works, it works great!
When it doesn’t work it doesn’t prompt me for Touch ID and pops up a network error then I have to manually put in my password and it will finally go through.
Also, I find myself having to go to the main website to clock on/off because I don’t have the option of adding notes when clocking on/off with the app.

I’ve had this app for 3 months now and the only section that works is “Pay.” Every other section gives this error message:
We apologize. There is a problem. Please try again later.
There should be no reason that whatever is going on has not been fixed in three months.

I am very annoyed!!!! I can't log in to the app at all it said my password was wrong so i was like ok I'll press forgot password so i press it then it says username doesn't exist ok so i go to the website instead & reset password & then my NEW password i just RESET doesn't work either!!!!!! Super frustrating i just want a quick way to see if im poor or nah
Schedule issues 2/5
My schedule constantly disappears, seems like it only shows up when it feels like it. This is frustrating, because this is how our entire company sees when we work next. I’ve heard the same complaint from co-workers, so I know it isn’t just me or the two phones I’ve used it on.

The app isn't too bad, when you can login. Many times I've had to go in through PC and reset everything so app on phone would work.
I REALLY Wish there were a way to redirect funds to different accounts (i.e. Savings/checking)
I do like the downloadable statements as well as tax info.
If I didn’t like my phone so much, I would open the app and then proceed to run it over with my car, put it in reverse and run it over again. Nothing about ADP, it’s products OR it’s services are worth a sh!t. Anyone that says otherwise probably works for the company..

Since this last update my app it's not working. I keep getting the message error server when I tried to logged on.
Still not working for me... after several emails with adp support I still have the same issue. I can log in if I use the website but not using the app. It's been 4 months already with this issue.

If you are only checking your payroll statements, then the app is fine. My company is migrating to the online work calendar. It would be better to have this as a part of the app and not just the desktop site.

Update 3/1/18: Was notified by our workplace that we needed to change to the new company user login and now it works. Too bad you can’t change your W-4 or direct deposit on the app, but you can on the website.

So how can I log in and everything perfectly fine on my laptop but when it comes to putting my Username and password it act like I have something wrong. When I’m literally PUTTING THE EXACT SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD. This is being retarded I can’t even log in😤
Can’t see my schedule 2/5
I only use this app to request off and view my work schedule. It does 1/2 well... most of the time when I open the Calendar there is no info displayed. Not only does it not show when I work but it doesn’t show payday which is the same day once a week, every week. Very frustrating, especially if I don’t have my computer nearby to look at my schedule.
Slow, data heavy, won't save a password... 1/5
This app is a way for employers to pass costs onto employees... too much space, data, etc. takes a whole minute just to login, another to log out... frustrating. And on my personal device won't even save the password, which is required to be long and confusing how about a 4 digit confirm code in the app at least!

Every time you update the app I'm always getting locked out and unable to use the app even after using password and even resetting password. Not user friendly at all. Only reason I use it is because of employer doesn't want to print stubs.

I like ADP. but for some reason it doesn’t work on my phone. It says when I log in the app I currently don’t have a card through ADP which is false.

Quite possibly the worst app on my phone at this point. Data almost never loads, and the app is one big archaic mess. The website is another nightmare I wish I didn’t have to deal with. ADP should be embarrassed.

Passwords doesn’t work?? 1/5
My password which I’ve used on the desktop works, sometimes. I’ve been trying to log in for fifteen minutes now and nothing I tried resetting it and I can’t bc my credentials aren’t even being heard. The machine keeps sayin “I didn’t get that” even when I clearly and precisely do as it asks me to do. It’s frustrating.

For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to use this app. I’m always connected to our office WiFi with location on. App can’t connect to its servers or I am not at my “designated location”. Seriously ADP? Get your act together with coding and programmers. Make an app that actually works!!

This app is miles ahead of their full website, I seriously love it. Their website is absolute garbage, however. Fix the website to be more like your app and you might just monopolize paycheck systems... food for thought...
Great convenience, a little improvement needed 4/5
Love the ability to clock in and out from here and do everything else right from my phone. I am grateful for that! However I wish the app had a bit better performance and was more streamlined. It is just a little laggy and bloated feeling when launching and waiting for it to load. I’m sure it’s doing a lot of things in the background but I think it could use some improvement. However thanks for continuously providing updates!

This app was very slow but worked. After the update on feb 21, 2018 the app doesn't work at all. When I try to sign in it says "I can't sign in with a temporary password but when you select password reset, the code never gets texted to perform the reset. Awesome.

Great app. Super useful. There have been some pretty solid improvements. However, when requesting time off, the last button to push says “update changes”. I didn’t push this button because I didn’t wanted to update or change any of my request info. The request was never approved and I missed out on getting vacation pay on my paycheck. It would be a lot less confusing if the button read “submit” or “confirm”. Just a thought...

Solid app - only getting 4 stars bc it's missed a couple of punches in and out, and the touchid-to-enter is only 90% (which is probably apple's fault), and the failure mode is to require you Thu enter the pw before you can reactivate touch id.
The one feature that would make this app really, significantly better, would be a phone widget (and/or watch app, etc) for recording punches. If I could just swipe eight and punch in - oh, I'd be in heaven.

I don't usually write app reviews, but I thought maybe some attention would be brought onto some issues I'm addressing if I did this, particularly for accessibility issues.
I work in a nonprofit for the blind. This app is really inaccessible for my blind coworkers. VoiceOver is often incompatible with it and leaves my coworkers unable to punch in without the help of a sighted person (because they end up having to turn off VoiceOver and asking a sighted employee like me to log in and punch for them). Not sure if VoiceOver intentionally breaks the fingerprint login, but it has happened multiple times. Sometimes even when they can log in, they cannot hit the punch button with VoiceOver on. Furthermore, for my coworkers who rely on VoiceOver and have no vision remaining, the app is just confusing to use! The labels are all over the place and sometimes repeat, so to someone who can't see the app, they may not know how to access all the features. The website is completely inaccessible to my coworkers who have no vision, so they have to tolerate the app.
As for myself, the most irritating thing is logging in. It might be a security feature or something, but when I just type in my username (not even going to the password screen) and leave it for maybe three seconds or more, then try to move onto the password page, it refreshes! I didn't even try to put in my password! Security feature or not, this irritates me because it prolongs how much longer it takes for me to punch in. Admittedly, I don't save my login info for security reasons, but I don't know why I get constant login refreshes.
I've also experienced some connectivity issues like other users have mentioned. I'll be trying to log in and then the ADP app will have a pop-up saying that there's no connection when I'm within working wifi or cellular data range. I'm not sure if this is a bug or what, but it prevents me from logging in.
When I am logged in, the app is very user-friendly to me as a sighted person. I can find basic information I need quickly, like my pay stubs and schedule. I like that the clock tells you the time to the second when you're punching (super important to me as an hourly employee, haha).
