The new ALICE app offers hoteliers the ability to organize and communicate efficiently, to better service their guests and internal operations. With ALICE Service Delivery on mobile, users are able to create and track their work via ALICE tickets. Tickets can be customized in order to efficiently communicate as needed for different departments at the hotel. Ability to communicate internally via notes and upload photos. Push notifications alert users of new tickets and work that is past due. Ability to share feedback with developers directly in app.
