    Received a bed with manufacturers defects so bad, it requires extensive customization to even be usable. AllModern referred me to the manufacturer, rather than taking care of me. I’m going to have my people at AmEx go after them and refund me. Lousy con artists.

    This app is misleading the prices of items. Not sure it is a BUG or they are doing it on purpose. When the item is displayed on Sale then on click how come it is not on sale anymore.

    App always crash when looking at multiple items. Auto sign out and cant sign back in. Doesn’t happen once but all the time. Idk if they really want customers to buy their products or not when app keep crashing every click.

    I love everything about AM—selection, quality, delivery speed—but I hate using the app. When I select a category for shopping, sometimes I get furniture but just as often I get “can’t find any results.” This isn’t a response to a filtered search, just a response to clicking “Living Room,” for example. Once I get a category to load, fingers crossed that clicking on an item won’t give me “We’re sorry! We can’t find any results for ___.” I was just looking at it seconds before! I shop with the app anyways, but would love not to spend hours closing and reopening it to do so. Please, please fix the bugs. I buy from AM frequently for both my home and office. P.S. the Wayfair app (same company) does the same thing so I also left the same review there.

    I originally downloaded this app after seeing an ad on Instagram of several pieces of furniture I wanted to look into. However, once I downloaded the app, I could not find those pieces of furniture. The search bar on the Home screen doesn’t work and the furniture doesn’t come up even when I search the exact terms used in the Instagram ad that led me to AllModern’s app in the first place. Please fix this search function!

    I’m not sure what is going on with this app, but it used to be my favorite furniture app. Now, I can’t even get the app to load. I deleted and re-installed, and was able to open it. However, it says there are no products and keeps giving CONSTANT errors. It’s completely unusable. I’m deleting it for now. Maybe I’ll see if they fix the issue in the future, but I’m not wasting phone memory on something that’s doesn’t work.

    Click to open a floor length mirror and a set of side tables shows up. Click an armchair, see an LED Light bar. So very glitchy and no available updates.

    It was working at some point in the past but currently it does not load anything. I keep seeing errors that the server connection is not working and to retry, anytime I try to log in it doesn’t work. Kind of bummed out because I was trying to use the AR feature.

    All Modern has the potential to be great. It does, I won’t take that from them. However the app? Well, the developers must dislike the users because it.. just.. doesn’t work. You can’t sign into the app after creating a new password every single time and let me tell you, there are only but so many passwords you can get and remember. The items don’t load, the app will “oops, something went wrong” for no reason. It is not the modern app it wants to be and I truly, wish it was. Do better you guys because we love your pieces!     I got a desk. A simple desk. The drawer didn’t have the preexisting holes necessary to complete it. So i had to make some. risky but we did it. Next, I wanted to get a hold of customer support but they never got back to me. I requested a refund because of the fact that no one answered me and the desk wasn’t proficient. But I got nothing. You’re actually better off ordering cheaper and same quality products off of amazon.

    Love the products but the app and website are very glitchy! When trying to filter search results, it can’t or doesn’t. And there just so many other things wrong with the app… it’s sometimes doesn’t want to load or just loads for probably hours at a time but I’m not sticking around the see…I hope it will be fixed soon because there have been so many things that I wanted to buy but i can’t because it never fully loads my shopping cart which is already full which is a shame because I think I’m going to have to get my sectional somewhere else even though I fell in love with one on the app ☹️ I have been wanting to buy things on here for the past several months but I have 65 items in my cart that I can’t check out because it doesn’t let me…

    1) annoying I couldn’t click on product reviews until I entered my email. I had to try constantly to get it to work. Read reviews and liked a product, then decided to read reviews online on AllModern, since their site annoyed me enough to question if it was a decent business Which leads me to: 2) that are using/scraped all imagery and reviews from Wayfair. DIRECTLY. same product (a lamp) but different name - yet same reviews. Verbatim. That means any reviewer *actually reviewing Wayfair*’s shipping or customer service alongside the product.... is showing up in the AllModern stuff Not good The AllModern reviews on Google are rated 3/5 but sounds like the customer service is absolutely terrible from what people noted. It also is REALLY annoying you need to send an email to read a product review, and also that it took a lot of clicks to get the “read a review” to work (inconsistent site links) so the website is bad as well

    Terrible customer service, the worst I’ve ever seen, phone service representatives not helpful and very disrespectful. They keep canceling my order and insist that I change my billing address to the same as my shipping address or they will cancel my order for ever, which means I can not buy anything to ship to places other my home, this is utterly absurd and never heard off, Called my bank, changed the address, All modern still cancels my order, what have I wronged All modern, I made 5 ordered and got canceled each with and met with disrespectful customer service. This company will not have a future !

    This app is basically like having a modern filter on Wayfair. I don’t know what the issue is, but the app seems to have difficulty connecting to Wayfair’s servers. When you try to view an item, it will give an error message. Looking at the same item on the Wayfair app doesn’t have the same problem. Same thing happens when trying to edit your lists. It occurs on the website too, so it seems to be a technical issue Wayfair needs to resolve.

    If you manage to get logged in, you won’t be able to view your favorites or any orders placed. “Something went wrong” appears any time you click anything related to your account. God forbid you log out, you’ll never get logged in again. Deleting the app and reinstalling it seems to get things working about 50% of the time, but is it worth it? Not really.

    I love shopping on the Allmodern website for certain items and others right here on the app. The app is handy as it keeps you up to date on orders if you quickly want to check or it’ll push notifications on shipment and if an item is back in stock. AllModern has quickly become our one-stop- shop for everything home.

    Placed and order and tried canceling it right after. I’ve had to place at least 4 phones calls to cancel the delivery and when they finally do they want to charge me $150 to do so. Customer service rep was rude and almost refused to let me speak to a manager. Never ordering from AllModern or Wayfair again.

    When googling All Modern, I found that it has a rating of 1.22 stars on SiteJabber. You could imagine my surprise when I opened the App Store and saw it has 4.9 stars with almost zero negative reviews. I’ve been in my apartment since March. My boyfriend ordered a TV stand on the app with his account. Honestly, it’s so ridiculous that it’s funny. When we first ordered it, two packages arrived on the day the table was supposed to be delivered. One had two tiny pieces of wood, the other had a bag of screws. This was supposed to be our TV stand that could fit a 70” TV. Maybe I’m supposed to use magic to somehow assemble a whole TV stand out of two tiny pieces of wood. We reported our issue and they said they’d send another TV stand. Once the expected delivery date came and went, we called All Modern and they refunded us half of our money and ordered us a different table since the one we originally wanted was out of stock. That TV stand was supposed to be here June 27th. It’s now July 13. It’s become a joke in our family. Just last night, I looked at my boyfriend and said, “Where is our TV stand?” and we both shared a laugh before mumbling about calling in the next few days and falling back asleep. This app honestly seems like a scam to me. I also can’t help but think that their rating on the AppStore is somehow falsified. We’ve since made different arrangements for our TV (after having it on the ground for a month because we expected to have a stand). I want our money back. My boyfriend wants a TV stand and expects to get one, I don’t think it’ll ever happen, but I’ll laugh if it does.

    To me, this app‘s appeal stems from no doubt its user-friendly interface, which combines a modern look with sophisticated navigation features. Yet, it does tend to be glitchy and produces a persistent server error message when you’ve browsed it for a good while. I’m not sure if that’s an issue caused by a bug, but it would help to get it fixed.
