Terrible costumer service and the website lies about the number of product they have in stock 1/5
I spent 200 dollars on an item that was listed in stock. A week later I got an email saying this product was on backorder and they didn’t have any left. When I called customer service they encouraged me to cancel my order. When I asked for some kind of compensation and said I will not shop here anymore the costumer service rep essentially told me I don’t care. I can’t do anything. In other words either give me your money or stop talking to me. I will get my product that I paid for. But I will never shop on this app again.
Totally useless app for iPad 1/5
Crashes or suddenly can’t connect to the “server” every few minutes. Regret downloading this and the Wayfair app. So much time wasted looking through long search results, only to have the app crash.

App doesn’t work and the app support link doesn’t take you anywhere for app support.
I really like the layout of the app, but it literally loses connection and shuts down every 5 clicks. Honestly useless. Very disappointing.

I would not have believed I would furnish my home with items purchased online. I have a twin sleeper, area rug, two recliners and even a beautiful tile backsplash. Never returned anything. I’m definitely pleased.
Unusable - Always thinks I’m a bot 2/5
The app always fails with the screen that says “We’re sorry! We couldn’t find any results” and if I go to the website it asks me if I’m a bot. If I continue using the website, it’s fine but if I go back to using the app I’ll get the same error again. You’re losing sales because your api thinks regular users are bots.

All Modern. Ordered bed. Delayed. Damaged. Wrong parts. Missing parts. Empty box suppose to have screws and nuts. No way to install bed. Replacement option is over two weeks. Have to wait over 30 minutes to speak to someone. Unreal.

Terrible quality 1/5
Want to give no stars but that is not an option. Terrible quality!!!! Ordered several things after moving into a new house. Half of what we ordered was damaged. Bed came with headboard that was spilt when it was assembled and was shipped anyway. Clearly no quality control. Rails came scratched and damaged. Only piece that was good was the footboard and now I have to pay to ship it back. Just opens a three drawer chest and the bottom is cracked at one of the feet and I do not want to keep the matching nightstand but would have to pay to to ship it back. If a piece is damaged they ask you to dispose of it like I have a way to get a bed and a dresser in a vehicle and get rid of it. Quality is terrible do not order from AllModern or any of their affiliated companies like Wayfair.

The app is so slow to load anything. Also, you start clicking on things in the emails they send you, all of a sudden the app will no longer load. Just says retry. Have to leave it alone for a couple of hours. Also, for those of you that don’t know, AllModern and Wayfair are the same. This is how they really screw you. I ordered patio furniture from AllModern, bc it showed a delivery date a week before wayfair. Supposed to b delivered middle of last week of May. Now starting second week of June and still no product. I understand covid, but this had been going on for two months before I ordered, so you should know by now your delivery times. Don’t bait people into purchasing showing a short delivery time, then after they order say oh hey, yea there are delays now bc of covid. Deception is not a good way to earn or keep customers. Sure hope this furniture is quality, cause if not, it will be the last product I ever order from AllModern or wayfair.

I really love the products and price point of AllModern, but the app is always soooo slow to open, load photos, etc. I don’t have these issues with other apps, have good internet connection and always try to keep the latest version updated in my phone. I hope they can upgrade the app to improve the shopping experience.

I gave 3 stars because I like the furniture ... BUT I ordered a product and estimated delivery date was for 5/5/20 and it dint come that day. Contacted Fedex and turns out the address didn’t have the apt number. But on the allmodern confirmation, the address is there is correct. Then a week later the delivery “arrives.” But only two boards and some hinges show up. I filed a complaint and they said they would resend the entire TV stand. I still haven’t received it and it’s now 5/22/20 and the updated delivery date says 5/21/20. ... someone from allmodern please contact me ASAP.

I ordered my daughter a bed and a mattress about 30 days ago. It was easy to to put together and she loves it. Since then I’ve bought a rug for my dining room which is exactly what I wanted and I just ordered a throw blanket that I can’t wait to get. I love the discounts and the slashed prices.

I purchased 2 louvered bi- folding doors. One arrived with a footprint on the package. When we opened the package one of the louvered pieces was indented. I called for a replacement and was promised to receive the door within 2 days. It has now been 2 weeks and no arrival. While waiting, half of the doors lost its louvered slot pieces and I cannot find anyone to follow up with this

Filtering Mechanism is Useless 1/5
The filter does not filter out the correct items. If I select single material-wood, solid material-wood for a bed, and a whole other category exist for upholstered/fabric material for headboards that I DID NOT select, then obviously I DON’t want to see upholstered headboard in the results, YET, about five items in, the selection switched to mostly upholstered headboard, which now makes me think, the stupid filtering mechanism probably filtered out solid wood headboard/beds that I actually did want to see. Why have a filtering mechanism if you don’t have a decent algorithm to support it. Real disappointment.

The ridiculous original pricing to sale price of items is truly a joke. On what planet would a 2x3 rug cost $1500.00 and to put it on “sale” for 200.00 is even more of joke. Delete and don’t be fooled into thinking this app is worth it due to it’s minimalist design.

Constant crashing 2/5
Crashes frequently, so I have to start my search completely over. It also takes a long time to load pages so if you accidentally touch a product you have to wait for that page to load fully and then go back. Also, it doesn’t save all my products. Very confusing when I KNOW I just found a tv stand I liked and saved it to my favorites....now it’s missing from my page.
