    Communication is horrible. No way to actually talk to someone verbally. No help setting up pages and adding item. They send you in a loop. Never get issue solved.

    Took us literally 5 days to login because their staff has no override ability to allow you to login with an error on amazon side for double authentication. My experience with amazon seller side is horrible for past 4 years. If there were zero stars I would give them zero.

    I recently open a seller account and all was going smoothly until I enter the credit card info. I started getting a message that the card was invalid. Tried different cards, Called my bank, no apparent problems on my end. I tried call Amazon support and after trying several different numbers found online I finally was able to speak to someone who had no idea of what to do or how to help me. To conclude, She sent me an email with a link that did not work and I’m still stranded. Super frustrating situation. I give up!!😔

    i created an account , went through the hoops of the sign up process glitching over and over and of waiting for the letter in the mail to verify the address . then they get all my info including banking info and the account is created. the next day without doing a thing its magically deactivated. i call amazon support and they are pretending they cant hear me and hang up on me twice. i call blocked and all of a sudden they can hear me. what is really going on with amazon and stealing info. i cant even believe it.

    I don’t use the app to list, don’t care about news, and most of the features offered in this app, as I use my laptop or pc for those actions/features. I use this app when I’m traveling or away from my studio. Therefore, what’s most important (for me) is knowing when I have orders, emails from customers, and returns. I’d love the option to move those three action links to the top of the the list so I can view them at a glance. Also the communications feature isn’t always accurate so I’ve missed emails when I’m away from the studio.

    Almost every single recent review has mentioned the apps uncontrollable page flipping or loading once opened. Even when phone is reset, app gets deleted and downloaded again, the problem doesn’t go away. I even got a new phone. I was excited to start selling on Amazon and the biggest hiccup is this app not working. They’ll make more money when they fix it. Update. This is my second review now and I still have not heard from anyone and not seen any improvements. All recent reviews from the past few months are one star reviews addressing the EXACT SAME ISSUE and nothing has been done.

    A white block fills the screen and it shows nothing and cannot be closed. Even when I could use the app in previous versions so many features are missing. About the only this this app helps with is an additional notification that something sold.

    Since version 8.3 every time the App has a pop-up after opened, the popup doesn’t load properly covering all the screen and doesn’t have any way to close it. The only solution is delete the App and reinstalling. My device is an iPhone 13 with 256Gb so it seems not the cause and I never had it before.

    Have been using the app for 2-3 years. Since the beginning of Jan 2023 it has been glitchy with flickering screens, but now there is just a large white rectangle covering the whole screen. Restarting does not help. I see many other reviews noting the same problem. IOS, iPhone 11.

    Since the update, When I load the app, I would get a white pop-up overlay with no way to close. I uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall. Now, the app is failing to install on my iPhone 13 Pro. I hope Amazon engineering or project management team sees this review.
