Amazon seller is very crappy. There software has so many small glitches and mess ups non stop and it pisses me off cause there making me lose money.

Amazon fees are very high, poor support experience. I do not recommend Amazon to any seller. Walmart is market place and eBay is much better then Amazon.
Amazon does not care about seller policy at all. Amazon will do whatever they feel like. I will give them no start only 0.

Seller fees and restrictions are a bit much, shipping is high but usually a quick return as far as sales.

They don’t provide any detailed accounting as to what they are charging you for. I have a free account with no sales and my balance somehow went from $60 to $308 in a matter of a few months. So, they’re debiting my bank account every 24hrs until this balance is paid — without providing notification of the debit until after they take the money. Without providing any details as to what the charges are for. The seller statement just says “fees” with zero explanation. There seems to be no way to reach anyone at Amazon except through the web form which you just get canned responses with no real answers or expectations. I’m not even sure that it’s legal for them to just take money out of a persons account without any prior warning and without providing details as to what the charges are for. Storage fees can’t possibly cause my balance to increase from 60 to 308 in 3 months.... just don’t do it!

Hard to read and click on buttons or fill out forms on some screens. The mobile website has the same problems. App and mobile website are poorly designed. Better off using a computer.
Love how it displays the sales and payments on the Home Screen.

UPC game is a straight joke. Customer service is sub par. And they don’t help just open up claims for help and get none except inexperienced customer service reps. Might be my last month on this platform

The seller app has about a week long process to authenticate and you provide tons of personal information. If you fail the initial process they don’t tell you why and they give you no one that you can contact. I recommend never installing this app and I recommend not getting involved with the service.

When I was able to log into the account I found the app to be amazing. Was really looking forward to their FBA service. Unbeknownst to me why, Amazon deactivated my account and their system locked me out (not password related) before I could sell a single item. To contact customer support you need to log in to your account.
Failed Solution attempt, I tried to create a second account. Immediately contacted customer support, they told me they can’t do anything then proceeded to lock/deactivate my second first attempt at selling on here. I raised an appeal, was told their decision was final and locked my second account.
To this day, I still have no idea why my initial account was locked/deactivated. I paid, provided my social security security, a credit card, and passport; everything is legit and in good standing. I don’t have a number to contact. No email has been responded to. This was two years ago....

After providing all my information and waiting almost 2 weeks I finally get confirmation to sign in. Would be great but it doesn’t allow me to. Not through the app no the website. Bummer.
Tried to open the support menu and logout but cannot use the sign out button when it comes up. As well as cannot close the options side menu. Using an 11 pro max.

Amazon seller app is defiantly flawed. It’s only good to look at not work in. I fell victim to the big hype about selling on amazon. My account along with others has made Amazon millions and billions of dollars at cost of our accounts going negative. If you plan you sell on Amazon be ready to loss money. If your the 1% that can actually turn a profit then good for you. Selling in Amazon has cause me and my family so much lost, stress and depression. Your competition can attack your listing with bad reviews and Amazon has no way of defending against it. It’s sad. The only way to win on Amazon Seller Central is to cheat. Get fake reviews and amazon will reward you. Seller support or customer has hung up on repeatedly. It’s a joke

It’s such an hassle to get some proper service from them. Seems like most of them don’t know what their job is and how to handle them. It’s very frustrating to deal with robotic individuals from overseas😌this has been a nightmare and I ended up deleting all my listings as I can not deal with these people anymore. Besoz is getting rich by the second from our sweat and blood.

Please make sure to never try and sell with amazon. Their support team is horrible and they will try to deactivate your account in the first 30 days and make up an excuse so whatever products you ship out they will keep all funds you were supposed to make from them and that will be your loss. Has been happening to everyone in the forums. And they have the worst automated customer service to date. Worse than ebay 😁

I signed up and my account was active and the second I got charged from my bank account the account was deactivated. I tried contacting the support center multiple times but always get let you the same page which request for a certain document I cannot obtain. The only support emails I get lead to the same submission box no help from any person. This app is terrible it only takes $40 from you, doesn’t let you use it, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! I tried contacting multiple times left my name and number. I expected more from Amazon!!!

It is ok for some limited item entries or to check orders. But most of its functionality direst you to the browser version for functions like item editing or printing shipping labels. (The main functions you do.)
