No back button which is very annoying, clicking on almost anything within the app takes you to the mobile site to login again which defeats the purpose of the app, also the app is not optimized for iPad so the screen is small and loses resolution when enlarged.

First of all thanks for accepting constructive feedback and updating the app. Still some issues -
1) LOS page takes ages to load.
2) Login via touch is bit slow compared to user-id and password. Checked both on IOS as well as Android
3) Not sure usage of “Cart” in the app when the app is supposed to be for IBOs business center only.
4) Suggestion -
a) App should have option of viewing PV history for the particular month same as how we can find out specific transactions generating how much PV.
B) It will be great if app can have Ditto information as well as update functionality.

I would give no stars if I could. Had to create another Amway ID, so now I have 2 that I have to remember. This was change for the sake of change. Now to place an order you have to log on to the app and once you hit the shop tab you have to log in again for it to pull up your saved address. If you forget to do this before you start adding items to your cart, guess what you have to start all over
Every time I try to sign in, the app show me and message that an update is available even I just updated and I dont see the need to sign in again when I want to go and buy

Lately anytime I want to check my line of sponsorship the page lags for a very long time. It stays on a loading status and it doesn’t load the information. It was working great a month ago but for some reason for the past 2 weeks it doesn’t do it.
Also it would be great if you could report your points from the app instead of having to log in through the internet and do it online. Other than that it’s a pretty great app.

It was not previously working on my XS Max iOS 12.1. I’ve tried to change my other response but couldn’t find how.
Everything has been fixed, the app is running now, and I love the UI. It’s easy to maneuver and I’m excited to have an overview of my business in one app.

As others have complained, there is no back button which makes the whole shopping experience very frustrating and time consuming. Also, why do I have to log in twice? The company is the same if I’m shopping or looking at my stats so why should I have to login twice? Moreover, why does it seem as if the app is like a website but in app form? It doesn’t feel like an app when shopping. It feels like an app when looking at business information but that’s about it. It was the same deal with the older version as well, it felt like a website with the appearance of an app. Lastly, why can’t I click on a product picture to enlarge the image? It’s inconvenient when I’m trying to show a potential client a picture of the box and can’t click on the product to enlarge the image.

I feel I was forced into downloading and using this app today with no explanation from Amway as to why it’s necessary. It doesn’t use the same login as the website, doesn’t display IBO prices, and has no back button, so if I want to view details on a product and then return to a list, I have to start my search over. This app is a beta release at best right now.

On iPhone X I tried to turn on Face ID and now it won’t even let me log in. I type my username and password and press “login”, and it errors out with some text about Touch ID not starting properly... not yet compatible with iPhone X?

I created my Amway ID, but when I try to sign in; it says that the app cannot respond and must wait for it to be resolved.

Its a little stressful not to have that ‘go back’ option when shopping. When i click on a product to view the benefits and descriptions and want to go back to shopping the category, i have to go back and re open the whole tab and start over :(

I’ve downloaded and deleted and redownloaded this app multiple times. I have not once been able to access the app itself. I have created my own Amway ID as prompted when I first downloaded the app. Every time I try again I get a notice saying it’s unable to respond. This is ridiculous.

Everything went fine to log in .,
But it does not work fast the other app was great and fast., and is not my service reception is the app that doesn’t work well hope you guys are still working on the bug fixes. While other apps are working properly this one is just not loading.
Please do something about it . I need it to have updates in my business., I know I can go the the full site and check my updates but ., wasn’t it so post to be easier on the app?????? :/

I was forced to update to this app from the previous version and the only good thing I can say about this app (which has never opened in spite of requiring me to update my login, etc), is that suddenly the old, clunky app it replaced actually seems functional now. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Please fix it or delete it. This is worse than nothing.

Absolute garbage because while the previous version was not easy to shop on, this one is even worse! Amway has a lot of catching up to do... maybe they’re losing money and can’t afford decent developers in this “information age”. They sure preach a lot about “information age”, especially those BWW dorks about Amway, but can’t even develop a decent shopping app. EXTREMELY disappointed with Amway.
App still has bugs, try reinstalling it on my iphone-XR but keep giving invalid user error, I am able to login on my desktop with the same user info.

I loved the simplicity and functionality of this new App its awesome .
But one thing I saw it’s when i was creating my ID I can’t do my own name,
It make me my email so that’s the only issue I had.

The previous app was way better. This one is unnecessarily hard to navigate. It’s confusing and complicated to use. The log in process was ridiculous.
I tried to shop and it sends me to the website and I am having trouble reporting my points as well. I find it more complicated then previously.

I am an existing IBO and the previous app force me to download the new app. The new app update will not allow me to log in even after creating a new ID and linking it to my existing account. Amway please have your IT engineers correct this. Thank you!

I am a customer and all I want to do is place an order. I was forced to update to this app, had to jump through hoops to reset my username and ID, only to find out this app can’t be used unless your an IBO!! This is a horrible change. Now everything is screwed up so much I can’t even log in to the website since that’s the only place I can order now unless I want to call my sponsoring IBO’s. Are you kidding me?! This was a major step backward in customer service Amway! Get this fixed

When shopping there is no back button which is very problematic because when shopping in a category, for instance, vitamins and supplements, after clicking on a product to view the page with product information instead of just being able to go back I need to close out the shopping window all together and completely re-navigate back to the vitamins and supplements section meaning wasted time.
