With a modern look and easy-to-use navigation, the Amway™ Business Center app is designed to help Amway Independent Business Owners manage their business on the go. Check PV/BV status, register new IBOs and customers, view downline volume, view action reports and more. Please Note: • An Amway ID (email address) is required to sign in. • Using an Amway ID as a sign-on gives you more security and personalization options. If you haven’t already done so, create an Amway ID before downloading the Amway™ Business Center app. As new digital tools and apps are released they will also require an Amway ID. If you previously created a login for your BodyKey SmartLoss or Atmosphere SKY app, that is now your Amway ID and you can use it to sign in to the Amway™ Business Center app. For further assistance creating an Amway ID, please reference the Amway ID resource document on Amway Education. • This application is only available to Amway Independent Business Owners.     Honestly I’m not satisfied with this app at ALL🤬the first app was better but not being forced to use this app. It won’t let me login even after your recent update🤦🏾‍♂️what was the point of the update when MAJORITY OF US CANT LOGIN.

    On iPhone X I tried to turn on Face ID and now it won’t even let me log in. I type my username and password and press “login”, and it errors out with some text about Touch ID not starting properly... not yet compatible with iPhone X?

    Its a little stressful not to have that ‘go back’ option when shopping. When i click on a product to view the benefits and descriptions and want to go back to shopping the category, i have to go back and re open the whole tab and start over :(

    I’ve downloaded and deleted and redownloaded this app multiple times. I have not once been able to access the app itself. I have created my own Amway ID as prompted when I first downloaded the app. Every time I try again I get a notice saying it’s unable to respond. This is ridiculous.

    1) If its intended for IBOs then checking out prices and product catalogs should have been made easier and more accessible. 2) No back button seriously not in the app and even the IOS also doesn’t shows up any buttons for navigation. 3) clicked on Shop link (kept me within the App) Added bunch of products to Cart, came back to App to find nothing showing up 4) Added products to a new list and as I moved to add another product it doesn’t shows up that list. Infact as I go to Lists I dnt see the list I created. 5) No option to add a product to Ditto. When we are promoting Ditto so much it should be made easier to manage via App rather than going via browser full site. 6) How should customer use the app?? It will be frustrating to say to customer that we have app only for business owners and not for them. 7) New App crashed twice while I was preparing my order. It was not usual case with old app.

    Everything went fine to log in ., But it does not work fast the other app was great and fast., and is not my service reception is the app that doesn’t work well hope you guys are still working on the bug fixes. While other apps are working properly this one is just not loading. Please do something about it . I need it to have updates in my business., I know I can go the the full site and check my updates but ., wasn’t it so post to be easier on the app?????? :/

    I was forced to update to this app from the previous version and the only good thing I can say about this app (which has never opened in spite of requiring me to update my login, etc), is that suddenly the old, clunky app it replaced actually seems functional now. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Please fix it or delete it. This is worse than nothing.

    Absolute garbage because while the previous version was not easy to shop on, this one is even worse! Amway has a lot of catching up to do... maybe they’re losing money and can’t afford decent developers in this “information age”. They sure preach a lot about “information age”, especially those BWW dorks about Amway, but can’t even develop a decent shopping app. EXTREMELY disappointed with Amway.

    I loved the simplicity and functionality of this new App its awesome . Thank you But one thing I saw it’s when i was creating my ID I can’t do my own name, It make me my email so that’s the only issue I had. But the rest of them it’s great it’s way better the old one I love it Again thanks your effort and make it easier I appreciate you.

    I am an existing IBO and the previous app force me to download the new app. The new app update will not allow me to log in even after creating a new ID and linking it to my existing account. Amway please have your IT engineers correct this. Thank you!

    I am a customer and all I want to do is place an order. I was forced to update to this app, had to jump through hoops to reset my username and ID, only to find out this app can’t be used unless your an IBO!! This is a horrible change. Now everything is screwed up so much I can’t even log in to the website since that’s the only place I can order now unless I want to call my sponsoring IBO’s. Are you kidding me?! This was a major step backward in customer service Amway! Get this fixed

    When shopping there is no back button which is very problematic because when shopping in a category, for instance, vitamins and supplements, after clicking on a product to view the page with product information instead of just being able to go back I need to close out the shopping window all together and completely re-navigate back to the vitamins and supplements section meaning wasted time.

    I’ve tried deleting and re-installing, but that hasn’t fixed it and I’ve had it installed for over a month now and nothing has gotten to fix it. I have rebooted my device as well. It keeps saying that the app is not responding at this time. I will update my review after it has been fixed

    This app just signs me in and to go shopping I have to sign in the old way. Not cool. Then if I go to a certain area in the shopping and I want to go back there is no option so I have to exit and restart signing back in to the store?! What!
