Can’t schedule pickup date / time with latest update. 3/5

The latest app update says that it will now allow you to schedule a future date / time pick up for an order. however, when I try to actually place an order, the only options available for date and time are ASAP and ASAP. The app will not let me choose an actual date or a time for a future order. I’ve tried placing orders at a couple different Arby’s but I still can’t can’t change the date or time. apparently ASAP is the only available option when using the app? If I go online via a computer to Arby’s website, it will let me choose a date and time for any of the Arby’s locations that I choose but that doesn’t do me any good if I want to use the actual Arby’s app on my iPhone.

I can’t order from my local Arby’s from the app, but I can from the Arby’s website. Minor inconvenience. But on both the app and the website the full menu isn’t available online. And you have online deals that I can’t use for what I want to order from your location. Which usually leads me to go somewhere else.

Does not show what restaurants are closed and still lets you place orders with no option to cancel or get your money back. You have to make an account and after you do it deletes your order and still won’t refund you your money back. Absolute worst experience with a food app ever.

ALWAYS gives me an error message when I try to pay for an order on the app.
Recently got a reward in the app for a medium milkshake free for my birthday. Couldn't use it ordering through the app. At the store, scanning the code on the app wouldn't work, so the manager had to deduct the cost of the milkshake manually.
In sum, the app is useless and taking up space on my phone.

Used to be my favorite fast food but I can no longer eat there because of them adding peanut to the menu. I know I’m not alone and it’s sad to see them go in the wrong direction. There not a lot of places people with severe nut allergies can eat but arbys was alway one and a good one at that. With the rapidly increasing amount of dead nut allergies you’d think adding a deadly menu item to a once safe menu would not even cross their minds. I hope it goes away soon so many of us can safely eat there again.

The app is honestly not a good one. It’s a little clunky compared to others and you sometimes have to really search to find what you need. Supposedly I would get a free classic sandwich simply for creating an account on the app and that was a lie of a sales ploy. Truly awful. Plenty of other great options for food with way better apps.

Other than viewing menu and locating nearby locations, not much works well. Can’t enter payment information, won’t let you complete on-line ordering. Login is kind of awkward, the app won’t remember the last used username.

After seeing the multiple multiple signs, I decided to download the app. Obviously it's not a real savings of 40 a month, but a free fry and 5$ discount every weekend is not bad! It would certainly draw my family there if so.
After downloading the app and creating an account, I was notified nowhere in my area actually allows or makes use of the app or the deals.
Disappointed and misled.

There is about a $2 to $3 up charge PER ITEM to order and pick up yourself. Simply ridiculous. Use the app for coupons but do not order or you’ll come out spending at least $5 more on your order.

This app serves its purpose and it works, but it has two annoying “features” that need to be addressed: One, the app requires you to furnish your name , phone number and email address EVERY TIME you order; and two, pickup from the drive-through during normal hours isn’t an option.

I tried the fish sandwich and fries special. The sandwich was very good… I dislike curly fries or any type of battered fry so I especially enjoyed the fresh,hot crinkle fries & the hot spicy sauce.

It was disappointing, sorry to say.
If you are serious about making this a premium sandwich, here’s what you do.
1. The bun / make it larger, with a premium bread dough- artisan style, sourdough, rye etc.
2. The ribeye / make the slices thicker so that you know it’s from a ‘cut’ of meat.
3. Maybe add some grilled red pepper to give it a custom touch.
3. And increase the quantity of meat. Ours was rather less than the classic we ordered along side.
4. Marination options such as Korean barbecue, Worcestershire etc
Btw, your gyro Greek style is probably your best sandwich at this point.

This has been an issue on and off, the location for the store says that online ordering is unavailable and the employees at the store always have some sort of reluctance/ make it hard to apply the coupon that is being used in store. If you all could fix this that’d be awesome because I’d rather order online and have it ready vs. waiting in line during my lunch which is only 30 min. Thanks

As the app was easy to use I used it for quick pick up and ended up not so quick as they were out of the Mac n cheese asked if I was going to refunded and took 3 different people to get me no answer needless to say disappointed in all overall.
