What’s not to like? 5/5
I don’t understand why people hate this app so much. If you want coupons, take the long lonely walk to the mailbox. Do you really need mobile ordering? It’s a drive through. That means you get in your car and drive to Arby’s and order via your car. The definition of mobility. How many other fast food apps show prices, quality pictures, and detailed product information? What a bunch of entitled whiny millennial snowflakes!!! Get a job! Maybe Arby’s is hiring... honestly
Get with the times 1/5
You guys are so behind. What’s the point of having a app if you can’t do anything with it. None of the stores in my area have mobile ordering capabilities. Your losing so much profit
No Coupons, no local Mobile Ordering, Deleted app 1/5
This might be one of the quickest app download and delete ever for me. As others have committed, COME ON ARBY’S LOOK AT YOUR COMPETITION!
Chick-fil-A, Burger King, McDonalds, and probably most others give us incentives to use their apps.
A few examples: Chick-fil-a has free rewards every month or so, along with accumulated points for rewards. Burger King has amazing deals/coupons for mobile ordering. McDonalds has good coupons/deals also. More and more I am using your competitors apps and going to their restaurants because it is simply more convenient for me and I get good deals to boot.
You are missing out on a wealth of data that you could accumulate from people using your app.
Also, our local Arby’s does not have mobile ordering. Any response to this?
App not taking code 1/5
Would love to use the app but having problems with setup. It sends me a code that it says to copy and paste onto a special page. I copy the code but when I go to the page to paste it it is not hot. No matter where I try on the page nothing gives me a paste option. Hope it can be resolved. Love the restaurant.
Worst App Ever!!!!!! 1/5
You would think this app came from a local biz that had their nephew create an app for them. This app could actually be good but I wouldn’t know since it’s NEVER WORKED!!!!!!!
How does this happen in 2018 with a national chain? Stop being cheap and put some money into this app! You’re losing out on money! This is really poor planning! SMH..😬
Pointless and worthless app
Never got a coupon or offer.
Not worth it 1/5
By Creator of the A-TOM Virus
Doesn’t offer online ordering at my store. The coupons are extremely limited, there are three for basically the exact same sandwich. This is pretty much 100% useless. What a shame because it’s a place we like to eat at.
No local restaurants accept mobile orders 1/5
It kinda defeats the purpose when there are NO restaurants within a 30 mile radius that accept orders through the app
Nice job Arby's! I was excited by the app but no longer
Why offer an app when none of your franchisees accept the service?
Wendy’s Burger King McDonald’s apps r better 1/5
Burger King McDonald’s and Wendy’s apps are so much better plus better deals and coupons. I get better coupons deals in the mail . There’s no point to have this app.
Can’t order food on it smh you can’t even see prices.
Order online... 1/5
Asking for all my info for online orders and then saying “Oh, not at that store”
Terrible app 1/5
Seriously why even have this app available, it doesn’t do anything or have any coupons. Really what’s the point ? Lol
Just spins 1/5
I don’t do mobile ordering so I ignored at the bad reviews complaining about that and down loaded it anyway thinking there would at least be coupons but all the app does is spin. I am using a Apple SE with the most current system with my locations free WiFi.
I like Arby’s and the employees at my local location are nice but this app doesn’t work.
What’s the point? 1/5
My wife and I both downloaded this app. The main screen just says “sit tight,” indefinitely. Clicked offers and nothing.
App doesn’t work 1/5
By Columbia Student 1
App wouldn’t let me sign up without giving my cell phone number, even though it said this was optional. No coupons. Deleted.
No deals? 1/5
Why have an app if there are no deals? Pointless
Sits and spins 2/5
I just downloaded the app and all it does is sit and spin when I open it. It’s, “loading my meats...”
No deals 1/5
I decided I wanted Arby’s for lunch and I downloaded the app to see what coupons may be available but the coupons didn’t even load. I even waited 10 minutes and I couldn’t wait any longer otherwise I would spend my entire lunch waiting for coupons. Still a Arby’s just wish I had coupons. Could give it a higher rating just not happy that I downloaded an app and it doesn’t work.
Arby’s is great but the app isn’t 1/5
By Cool dude1223
Took over a half an hour to get signed up to use the app. An app should be made to improve on the ordering experience. I completed the set up and promptly uninstalled the app. Would rather take my chances at the take out window than try and use the app.
This app serves no purpose. No deals, no mobile ordering, what's the goddamn point?
Save yourself the bytes and delete this app.
Whatchu want!!! 1/5
This app is horrible! Very limited and no specials.
Works great 5/5
The app is easy to use and I like having the option to order with app instead of waiting in line. I hope Apple Pay is added at some point so you don’t need to provide credit card info. It would be more secure and convenient.
Fix the mobile ordering 1/5
When I go to redeem an offer, I get an “oops, something went wrong” error. And the only way to clear out the bag is to log out and log back into the app.
I got this app yesterday and tried to sign up for an account but it won’t send the confirmation code. I tried two email addresses but it failed to send
Horrible App 1/5
By Samantha Folio
Total Waste of time. It just gives nutritional information on food. It had 2 coupons that sucked.
It's a menu 1/5
How cute. I just linked my Facebook account to Arby's so I could look at a menu. No coupons, no online ordering just the menu.
Behind the competition 2/5
Doesn’t even come close to comparing to most competitors’ apps and mobile ordering capabilities. I echo the sentiment that the convenience and deals provided at other restaurants makes them that much more enticing and feels like they want to interact with and reward loyal customers. Maybe Arby’s has the meats, but this app doesn’t have anyone beat.
I won’t be using the app. 1/5
Until mobile ordering is available I will not be using. Why would you have an app for fast food if it contains no usable features.
Love it 5/5
The prices should be included in the app. That’s the reason why I downloaded it. Having the prices would help cut down on wait times in the line.
No Southern California restaurants accept it 1/5
I love the McDonald’s, Burger King, jack in the box apps, etc as they are accepted and work everywhere. Unfortunately can’t say the same about Arby’s. None of the numerous locations in and around the Los Angeles, Orange, Inland Empire, Riverside, San Bernardino, nor Ventura counties work with the Arby’s app. A real shame.
Mobile ordering? 1/5
What's the point of having a phone app if you can't order with it?? Not a single store in Denver offer it? Get with the times please. Coming soon? Like this decade?
Even though mobile ordering isn’t available I would still like to be able to see the prices of things so I know about how much it is before I go to the restaurant. It does tell all the nutritional information but along with that it could tell the price
I got this app for the coupons mainly. When I first downloaded the app I had 15-20 deals loaded on my app. The longer I have the app the less coupons get loaded. Now I’m down to one coupon every 15 days or so and it’s been this way for a few weeks now. I’ll be deleting this app as there’s better and more coupons found in the paper.
no restaurants accept it app 1/5
Live in the dc and baltimore area, i really like the mcdonalds and chick fil a apps all the restaurants accept their apps, guess i will just use the drive thru like always, they are never crowded anyway, also i dont understand why some people give reviews on the food and restaurant, the review is about the app, where is it used anyway i checked atlanta san francisco los angeles and maryland?
I love Arby’s, unfortunately app is limited 2/5
It disappointing this app is so limited. I know Mobil ordering is supposed to be available soon, but you should implement coupons within the app or some reward system (I didn’t see any mention of this feature within the app or coming soon). I don’t mean having one or two offers over the course of 2 weeks of items that most people never order. Not trying to be rude, just being honest.
I really enjoy Arby’s, but you guys are behind in this area. There are several other places, one has a big funny yellow M and the other has the word chicken in their name...my point is they offer free promos or discounts in their app and change things up everyday. When you get hungry, their apps pull your interest to see what’s new or what they are offering with the app. Sorry about writing a book, didn’t realize I was going to write this much
Useless app 1/5
Mobile ordering isn’t available. Nothing more then a menu
No restaurants using 1/5
No point to using. Find a location that is using - good luck.
Does not work on iPhone 8 with latest iOS 1/5
Just hangs than says oops something went wrong
Deleted and reinstalled same problem
Mobile orders not available hardly anywhere, and not anything good for coupons
I like this app 4/5
I would give it a higher rating if locations that offered online orders. But so far not many locations allow that, especially up here in northern Michigan. But the app is helpful with the menu. And the offers are great. This app will be most useful to people living in larger cities.
Arby’s needs to step up their game 2/5
I have always loved Arby’s in general but the past couple years ..... I’m not feeling the love back.
This app, to start out I’m not sure why it has a place to put your phone number (says optional) but will only allow you to enter one single digit (of course you get an error message from this). It also would only let me log in using Facebook, email & password wouldn’t work.
Like most others have stated, it’s frustrating to learn mobile ordering is not available at any location near you. *Shrug* I guess the 13 min wait at the drive thru behind 1 other person will have to suffice, or I’ll just hit 1 of the 7 other drive fast food places in the parking lot. Quick question... does any Arby’s in Northern UT have more than 3 employees? Just curious
I first signed up for Arby’s promos via email long ago. I was hoping for better promos from the app but, not surprisingly, the only offers are ALWAYS “free small fry & drink w/purchase” of a continually decreased quality & increasingly over priced sandwich. This is the same promo you get via email (which I have tried to unsubscribe from). I wish I were exaggerating but this is the longest running & worst promo ever, especially if you eat low carb. It doesn’t matter what they are trying to sell you, the promo is always a fry & drink. Come on Arby’s, spice it up a little, your promo department has clearly become either non existent or completely lazy.
This app is not at all worth downloading unless you have mobile ordering in your area (not sure what area this would be based on previous comments) and you have little expectations from Arby’s deals these days. You will definitely NOT see a 5 for $5, 4 for $5, 2 for $5, 2 for $6, or even a BOGO. Not sure it’s worth it even then as I have not been able to test the other features.
Needs work 2/5
I was able to order one time through the app but since then I keep getting error messages and unable to order or look at my ‘bag’, check out, etc.
Some many issues 3/5
App is okay, but creating account could be simplified.
No coupons 1/5
There’s no coupons in this app even comparable to the ones you get in the mail. It’s a waste of time. Most of the locations don’t have online ordering.
I want the coupons on my phone. I’m uninstalling this app because of no coupons.
No way to order 1/5
I’ve never used an app where it was this hard to order from lol there is no add to cart button or anything. Just viewing nutritional values.
Can’t see the price 3/5
Where’s the price of your products?
Worthless app 1/5
I downloaded this crappy thing about 30 minutes ago, signed up for a login and have yet to receive an e-mail with the verification code which is needed to activate it. Don’t waste your time on this junk.
No Mobile Ordering Available 2/5
I live in a top 5 US city, so not sure why release the app when Arby’s mobile ordering is not “Ready For Primetime”.
App is only good for the coupons, but a hassle to use in a drive-thru.
TOTAL waste of time: I deleted the App 5 minutes after installing it.
Bummer: I REALLY love Arby’s!!
Discount offers are useless 1/5
Selecting discount offers in the app does nothing, it just makes them disappear so there’s nothing to show the cashier.
