I thought the app would be great. My payment didn’t post after I got an email saying it did. Had to call 5days later for them to tell me my payment got denied this morning. I think that APS should have the ability by now to accept debit and credit without a fee. Having to send a check payment is inefficient and out dated. If I could choose to move companies I would.

I just got the new update and it the spinner goes forever saying “trying to authenticate”. Their last update stated they removed the “compare” tab to make the app faster? What that’s ridiculous. You are supposed to add features not get rid of them. Besides the app won’t even open now.
For a company with so much profit stop being so cheap and find somebody who can build you a working application. This is embarrassing.

Terrible app which doesn’t even support the capabilities to view my bill. When you recommend me to self serve options and you have issues with the app, there is problem. All the reviews say it. Does anyone in the company even bother to read the feedback.

App refuses to stay open when attempting to view detailed energy generated. Clicking on App Support with the App Store does not provide app support. It takes you to the web site that has absolutely nothing to do with the iPhone app. Bottom line... this app is useless.
Fix Login and Update Service Plans 2/5
The thumbprint login is only offered on 1 in 4 or so login attempts. PIN does nothing. The service plan shown is an old plan. The app needs work!

Setting Touch ID or PIN don’t work as the app doesn’t keep anything to make it work, thus you need to do the long login each time you use the app.

Not only does the app not work, the website doesn’t work. If you are on a non compatible webpage like chrome it will tell you that there’s no bill due however if you work on IE it will give you correct information. The app doesn’t work for anything, APS cannot even control which date your bill is due, I’ve called no less than 6 times to get my due date switched and not one person can support it. Also trying to cancel a payment on the site is not possible it just brings up an error. So if you want to pay these people, I recommend in cash at a kiosk otherwise their tech services will probably get it wrong.

The most important feature, reading the bill, doesn’t even work. I suppose we shouldn’t expect anything from a company that has a monopoly and doesn’t have to provide any kind of customer service.

No daily updates regarding usage for four days now. Useless app.
Now no daily data loads. Gets error message. Worst app I've ever used. Unreliable.
So many intermittent problems with this app.
Difficulties logging in at times. And now it's Friday and I don't see any usage showing for four days now.
Also problems where sporadically the usage misses a day.
Would be really nice if they could just get this app to work...and then leave it alone!

I had hoped the other reviewers were heard and the app had been fixed. To date, it has not. This is a piece of garbage! Opening the app takes you to their VERY phone unfriendly webpage which then requires you to scroll left and right and do a lot of zooming in to read or fill in anything. Seriously APS, fire your CIO the IT department as a whole is one big 404 error!

This "app" just pulls up your account on a webpage inside of the app. Not sure where the screenshots in the description came from but it sure isn't from this.
Difficult to get into. Touch ID would be helpful. Scheduling a payment on the app is tricky. My opinion. I deleted it from my phone, and will pay my bill from the bank through Bill Pay.

I am new to APS so glad they have an app!
I signed in with my username and password. It gave me an option to use a pin or touch ID, I choose touch ID and it lead me to my account.
Can't pay a bill or see usage yet b/c I just started service a couple of days ago.
Can't wait to use the full functionality of the app!

Nothing loads and when you try to go into settings it closes the app every time/ forces you off...can you update it and fix it please actually when you try and do anything on there it closes the app and takes you back to the home screen.... :(

I download this app and tried to access with my existing user. How frustrating to not be able to use my existing APS account. When are you going to build something that is actually usable by your customers? Don't download this app unless you are looking for a totally frustrating experience.

I really haven't had a chance to look at all the features as it crashes for some of the basic features like displaying usage. I can't trust it with things that matter like payments.

WHY hasn't this been fixed by now? Guess the people who make corrections where FIRED or are on vacation. Spend over an hour to verify my account, only to see that my widow's name is the one they wanted. I'll quit now. JUST DON'T EXPECT ANY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS APP.
Needs daily/hourly usage info. I'll have to visit the website for this info in the meantime, which renders this app not entirely useful.

This would be a great app if it worked all the time. I'm thankful they made the app but I hope their developers polish it up a bit.
The Touch ID feature often fails to load and the app requires the password to be entered.
Checking accounts that have used to and stored for several years comes up as not available during the payment feature. Trying to re-enter the account info comes up with "enter correct routing number" error although the numbers are correct.
What's the point of an app if I have to log in to APS.com to pay my bill?
As stated earlier. I'm thankful APS made the app. I just hope their developers get their act straight once and for all.

This update is unacceptable. It's buggy and doesn't display things right and the usage stops on last Friday 5 days ago and it's inaccurate. I had to log into my account online via my desktop browser to see my usage thru today. Really makes one wonder who's making their app.

It used to work fine, then had errors...said to update. I updated and could finally log in again, but nothing works. No functionality. Please fix ASAP APS!!!

Anything past the second tab won't open....
App takes you to the APS website so why have the app if you can't do anything on it. Doesn't hold credentials and why not use the finger print reader like all the other apps for password authentication. All this app is good for is the time it saves me from opening safari to manually type aps.com
