Hello , sometimes i would love to get my order to the United Arab Emirates , but some of the stuff doesn’t have the option to get to the country or sometimes it’s unavailable which is unfortunate hopefully that would change in “Asos” but overall i like the Asos App

I placed an order for 2 dresses and bunch of other smaller items. I needed the dress for my baby gender reveal party, so I chose expedited shipping by paying extra $10. I then noticed on my confirmation that it had everything but the 2 dresses. I started to figure out how to contact ASOS which wasn’t easiest to find. Apparently you can only chat and there is a wait before you can get to a representative. Once I get to a representative I explain the situation and ask them to either add the two dresses to the order or just place a separate order for dresses and waive the expedited fee. The representative asked me for a proof or a screenshot to prove that I had added those two dresses. I told them I did not expect to have a mess up in their system and didn’t collect proof as I placed the order. They said if you added it, it would be in your order details. However, the whole issue was that they were not there! I chatted with one rep twice as I got disconnected from the chat. Then I had connect for third time and explain everything and I just kept getting the same stock answers that said I can’t help you. After an hour. Of what felt like talking to a robot, I asked to cancel my order and they said I had to do it in first 15 minutes of placing the order which is ridiculous as it takes time to identify the issue then navigate and figure out how to contact the customer service etc. I told them this is totally unreasonable and I understand if they can’t cancel the order but at the least place another order and just waive the expedited $10 fee as you can see I placed that order right before contacting you. They kept saying our refunds team wouldn’t agree to this I asked if I can speak to them or reason with anyone live. I was told the only way is to talk to the chat person. Pretty much they have you locked in so you really can’t make any reasonable requests or have any other channel to communicate with. They now are sending me the order with items I don’t need with expedited shipping and charging me for it. They chatted with me for over an hour about this issue that any other reputable retailer can solve in minutes and typically with no interrogation. They made me feel like I was lying about this situation and not prepared with proofs as that is a normal thing. This was by far one of the worst experience dealing with customer “service” which pretty much gives stock answers and doesn’t really have any power. I now have to spend further time refusing the charges with my credit card company as this is a thought out scam. At the end I think the lack of human touch to this customer service is a loss for me as a customer and ASOS as a retailer as they will loose the extra order + all this time spent by their employees for a $10 shipping fee.
I enjoy shopping at asos. I always find what I’m looking for even If I’m not looking at all 😋

Almost every time I add something to my cart the app freezes and I have to close it completely. Sometimes this leads to my entire cart being emptied. It’s extremely frustrating

I love it and it’s my best place to buy clothes with my tiny sizes.
I got an issue though with the new version and 1M new added UK sizes choices, I don’t know anymore what am I looking for and I stopped buying due to that. I’m getting very frustrated to look through all the clothes and never finding my size cause I don’t understand how to filter. I’m not a professional and it’s already hard enough for me to find clothes and now ASOS made it not pleasant for me and unfortunately I will be looking for the new place to buy clothes.
It’s completely hard to figure out what am I looking for.
Please, please, please... add functionality to “remember my sizes” and “categories” for the sizes so I know if I am looking for: pants size or jacket or shoes.
I promise I will be back and continue my happy journey with my best place for clothes ASOS after you add those features.
5 stars for you as you deserve it for being such an amazing store.

I odered a package last month & had put the wrong mailing address but didn’t notice until the package was almost here. I was super stressed out so I decided to use your online help & they were very patient and really helpful. Everything got to me safe & quick thanks ASOS I love you mfs ❤️

I am missing my order and none of you guys are helping me
The app is ok but my experience ordering was awful. I ordered 10 items as a surprise gift for my son and paid for Premier Shipping. Was told the items would arrive in 2 days. In 2 days a small package arrives, he opens it: 2 shirts. He was grateful but I’m wondering where the rest is! I ordered pants, tshirts, sweatshirts, the works. I contact Customer Service by chat and they have no additional package information and my account is showing the order is complete. I haven’t even received HALF of my order!! Cust Serv asks if I want a refund or replacement. I ask how long replacement will take. 6 days for them to PROCESS it but then they will send it out as soon as it’s processed. What?!? Unacceptable! How long will a refund take? Again, 6 days. I asked for a refund for the items AND the Premier Shipping which is a bloody joke. So incredibly disappointed. Better off going to the bloody mall.
“It’s the jeans for me.” I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years and this is the only app where I purchase jeans. My size is always available. And ASOS has options for the tall, athletic build. I get asked often where did I get my jeans and don’t mind sharing my secret sauce, unless the person wears my size. All in all, 5 stars, affordable, and personally recommend anyone to shop with ASOS. Go SHOP! 😉

It’s sad because i really liked them for a long time, but their next day shipping just doesn’t work anymore. That’s what was so great about it, and the app doesn’t give you the option to even call them. Customer service is nonexistent. If you want to pay a higher than average price for fast fashion for about the same time it would take to get it straight from China, buy from ASOS. Otherwise, find something else.

Great quality , continuous sales , variety of choices, delivery to saudi arabia take 2-3 weeks . Did not tried the retune . Delivery with Aramex .
Items look good but if you want to refund because u don’t want the color or need to change payments they will automatically get your money as soon as you press order your money is gone

Free shipping and free returns are awesome, pay for the express shipping $20 a year its well worth it.
I like ASOS they have nice stuff I have order before and had no problem with it but my last order disappointed me ordered something Nd it came two sizes bigger than the one I order plus some earrings that doesn’t look like the one I saw on the picture mind u there was not on low stock or anything I guess they just send wt ever they want or have 🤔🤔🤔

i love ASOS for their size inclusivity, fast shipping, and high quality clothing for an affordable price.
but i would really appreciate it if in the product listing they added a tab under product info that says ‘brand info/shop all of this brand’. often i really like a certain brand’s clothing but it feels like a lot of effort to have to search for that brand separately

Been using this app for quite sometime now. Honestly it’s the best shopping retail app for clothes super affordable with the brand and as an outlet it cuts almost have retail price on items even has discounts for sale specials on top of that !
My only issue is I wish they had a fast turn over rate with restock in my size. But I understand they have a lot to go through in terms of getting sizes restock which I fully understand other than that they are ovah laniz!!!!! (Jargon for over and beyond !)

Need better packaging to protect product 1/5
I’ve had 3 shirts come damaged in the plastic wrap with the plastic and seal broken as if someone put a hot stick or belt onto the plastic and damaged the product. So bad to where I could not wear the product please correct this I recommend product being wrapped in boxes!!! I was very disappointed if my next package that ordered comes damaged I will be forced to not shop with you guys anymore!!!

Love the selection of brands and clothing but whenever I add an item to my cart, the complete app freezes 🙁 so I usually just have to log out the app completely just to look at another item and I’d also like if they held items in the carts longer, sometimes I take more than hour to finalize my purchases.

Be careful ordering from this site. I ordered clothing and shoes from this site. They had my old address, I picked my new address and for some odd reason the site went back to my old address. I contacted fedex and they told me because of there shipping services they can not do anything for me. I contacted ASOS customer service and they told me the same thing. This is the first time I experience this type of problem before. With other stores they don’t put you through this !!! I would not recommend this site

i’m gonna make this quick and short, asos is truly an amazing online store. Nothing is sketchy and it’s not like other apps where u order something and it comes in a whole other color. They truly show their products and portray them in a way in which you can see the materials . In conclusion you NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE APP ITS AMAZING AND U CAN GET DISCOUNT CODES ANDDD THEY DO SAILSSSS EVERYTTIME!

I’ve been getting my clothing from here for about 2-3 years now, and ever time I get on the app, there is always something that catches my eye, wether it’s a pair of pants to a jacket or shirt. There will definitely be something for you and you to enjoy.
Returns take a long time. Ten days after shipping to get the return processed, then have to wait longer for the refund. I wish there was a way to track returns on the app. The tracking number should be included in the returns summary.
