I ordered some things from this site. They send me emails after emails for deals and to review my items and the account. Yet I’ve yet to receive my order 😡😡😡 it’s be well over two months. Which I am super bummed and annoyed. Because I was looking forward to the stuff I ordered.
Every other on-line retailer has gotten back to a delivery schedule and responsible contact methods pre-COVID but the customer email option still doesn’t work for ASOS. Horrible customer service when you can’t reach the retailer. The chat feature also does not work.

Very disappointed with Asos. This is the second time I receive damaged goods from you. The last time I ordered a few dresses, among them one had a rip all the way across the back. This time, I waited two weeks for a package (that was meant to be a gift) one item arrived burnt. I don't understand how such an item was delivered in the first place?? It’s obviously damaged, so why was it delivered? The brand’s package is ripped, does not have a cover flap on either, and literally charcoaled from one edge. The pencil’s cap is damaged; there was black powder all over the other boxes as well. None of the items were sealed. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!

Love the variety but my favorite brands are ASOS petite and ASOS 4505. I was skeptical about the athletic line but love the sports bras and the petite leggings are the perfect length for me. The restock alert is clutch! I don’t have much luck with the shoes which is disappointing but customer service and shipping is always great and reliable.

I have ordered from ASOS for several years now. They were my go to for event dresses, statement tops, and accessories. I always shopped here before anywhere else. There were only a handful of times that I sent items back for not fitting properly or being of poor quality. However, my opinion has recently changed. BUYER BEWARE. Check their reviews and look at their Facebook page. Myself along with many others have been ignored about our issues. Issues being not receiving packages, no refunds, order issues, etc. It has been over a MONTH and I still have NOT received my refund of $100.56 on 9/9/2020. I wish I could attach screenshots of the messages. It was an absolute awful way to handle it. It’s as if their customer service reps are auto reply bots. In the end they said they refunded me which they did NOT. I took a screenshot of my bank app where I searched “$100.56” for the entire year, nothing...nothing came up. They still have not responded to me. Although this was my first bad experience with them, it will definitely be my last. Also, they have people trying to bury these bad reviews by placing good reviews about their customer service. Don’t believe them. Would my review change should this issue be resolved? Absolutely. Still wouldn’t give them 5 stars. Do what’s right ASOS. It’s 2020 for Christ’s sake. We’ve already been through enough.

Some items cannot be shipped to some Countries. I don’t understand why it wont ship to another European Country. After picking my items and measuring myself for right sizes when I was finally ready to complete my order it said Items cannot be shipped to my Country! I’m near Poland!

I placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered September 30. October 10 rolls around and I still haven’t received my order. I contact customer service and I am told that the package is sitting at a post office ( which is closed today). I was told that I have to go out of my way (during a PANDEMIC) to pick up the package then return it in order to receive my refund!! I will NEVER spend another penny with this company!!

I did order for the first time some shoes. To make sure the size was correct I used their measures guidelines . Still after arrival shoes didn't fit correctly, still to big . They don't use American sizes correctly so chances you get wrong size are big .
You can't exchange size . I don't like that . They ask you to return it and order them again and pay shipping again . And if you get a refund , you don't get shipping fee refund at all . Of course this is not American company so you need to accept it . Next time I will buy using another app

I’ve jus ordered my 2nd lot of clothes from ASOS to wear to my trip in 2.5 weeks. i couldn’t wait until then to wear the outfits i’d bought so i tried on 2 of 3 of the outfits n they all fit as they should and i got nearly 10-20% off the original price i’d pay if i’d gone to Nike, Polo or even Burlington Coat Factory. I will be using this app to buy all of my clothes and shoes from now on. 10/10!!!

I have a very weird body to fit, i have giant legs and a small waist. I have wide feet. I have been looking everywhere for shoes that I liked because everywhere else the wide shoes are not my style. Their shoes are amazing and fit my wide feet and are in style. Now time for the jeans... at first I had to return a pair because I ordered the wrong size, but I could tell they would fit well on my big legs!!! and they even fit in my short legs!! i ordered two more pairs in the right size and I am super excited!! I love Asos so much, even though it may not be the best price, it is worth it. thank you

Everything runs smoothly and perfectly. I love everything that ASOS offers, especially the feature with the boards. It makes it easier to group everything. I have a suggestion for it, if nobody had brought it up yet - what if an app user could see the total cost of the board? For example, if I were to create a board of things to buy for a specific occasion, it would be cool to have a feature to add everything from the board to the cart, and to be able to see the total cost of the entire board. That way it’s much easier for users to calculate prices and save time. Just a suggestion!

I understand the refund policy on items that are mailed to wrong addresses. However, it makes it difficult to cancel an order when you can’t contact anyone in time to do so. So it seems unfair to not refund, especially since I ended paying for the items again to the correct address. So the answer is I loose $250, and someone is enjoying some really awesome shoes. I’ve shopped for years, stylist in LA, and a very weekly if not daily shopper haha. ASOS is my main squeeze but costumer service is what creates customer loyalty...disappointing especially during these times.
