It gave me some insight about my IPhone. I have always had Android before this. The only reason too change was for one app Google was supposed to have but didn’t . It was a utility app for my home theatre to update. I saw Apple had it and it was time for me to upgrade, I was nervous about it but I did it and haven’t decided yet if I even like this,you can’t get half the apps on this, so far my iPhone hasn’t froze up on me. I still miss the keyboards on my Android they liked like real keys instead of blua

Paid money for your service when I bought Epson printer at Staples a few days ago. The other reviewers are right... once you type in your service provider, your app freezes! Your service is totally worthless! You are stealing money from people providing an app that prevents people from getting help! You don’t even provide a phone number on your email! What kind of service company are you that refuses to give your phone number??? Your company is a sham! Will be telling manager at Staples store today when I ask for a refund!!!
Major bug that prevents progress 1/5
Same problem here that the rest of the reviewers have stated before. There’s a bug in the app that doesn’t not let you progress further. It gets stuck on the “Phone Provider” question. You can type your provider and click the arrow to proceed but nothing happens. You don’t proceed and the chat gets stuck. You cannot do anything after that point. This is a serious bug that needs to be fix ASAP. The bug completely breaks the app as it is not usable.

There’s a bug in the app that’s blocking any progress past the “enter your service provider” node. It just gets stuck and won’t let you move on with the claim/chat....
Could not enter my carrier and my phone is not activating. Very frustrating.
Couldn’t enter what carrier I had on my iPhone 7 found out what my problem was elsewhere. Worth updating this issue just letting you all know.
