    Downloaded this app a couple weeks ago. This is the second time I tried to create an account and it just keeps glitching during the account creation. Needs a debug or some sort of attention. Disappointing!

    AT&T offered a complimentary Thanks for prolonged difficulty in fixing a problem only to experience more frustration with an app that doesn’t work. Several attempts only to waste more time. 😡

    App keeps crashing upon trying to sign in. I used my att login information and it stated I do not have an account with them which of course I do. I figured I needed a separate login for att thanks so I tried to create an account, but when brought to the screen to enter my phone number the screen automatically jumps back to the home screen. What a horrible trick to play in a new att customer . I had T-Mobile Tuesday’s and never had an issue

    I downloaded the app, it will not allow me to login nor will it allow me to create an account. Do not call costumer service, they make you feel like you are bothering them. To AT&T Thanks thanks. I can’t miss what I never had. Please do better!

    Since ‘16 switched from Verizon to AT&T, mainly due to moving to the woods and their cell & net services were all that worked. After our contract with a certain Co, we got Directv..even though the installation guy demanded $75 even though we were told FREE INSTALLATION! I called at least 20 times to resolve this to no avail. We were promised a $300 reward card but received a $100 card & EVERY CSR I s/w lied and lied about this being resolved until finally, I s/w a young man and I know he at least read the notes on the account and December’s bill was $16.95! Like Merry Christmas to us...perseverance paid off and I examine every bill and how unbelievably sad to see most of the companies are ripping you off! Examine-Call-Keep notes !!! I still haven’t received the other $200 for switching to Directv but I finally got the “I care about my job guy” and he finally corrected by crediting our bill. AT&T never applied my final bill from Verizon ($139.xx) sinc’16 now I’m being hunted for $439 ugh and nobody cares also not advised NO WIFI so was told a lot which were lies. Also I paid cash $1500+ when we bought everything there (my mother Ann paid that’s why I know the details) yet AT&T’ receipt reflects we did pay that much but he voided like $700 showing as if I only paid him that. So we were financed for $649+tax for 2 years. Lied! Finally he offered a iPad mini for $99 but neglected to say I’d have to pay a monthly fee! We can’t use it it’s locked and we tried every password we wrote down so ended up paying $288+tax for the 2 years we were NEVER TOLD ABOUT! Plus the $99 so there’s another approx. $400 for NOTHING I CANNOT EVEN sell it. So I realized big corporations are rip off artists and must be training everyone to sell me stuff I don’t need. I’m extremely hurt I am POA for my mom who’s not going to last long from Alzheimer’s which hit her hard so I guess we’re stuck with no WIFI and we’re both disabled 55+ and we NEED IT DESPERATELY. After most of the honest to God situations I’ve listed, can someone please contact me on the WiFi issue or we’ll have to cancel and ugly as it is, may have to switch to another carrier. I expected more but I’m not really important to anyone except Mom and my hubby. So I’m kinda thankful for AT&T for finally getting our bill to where it should be but what about the $100+ bills, $79 etc on a $50+tax bill. I deserve that refund. We’re both disabled and to be honest, we’re paying hundreds of dollars a month for regular HD tv no extras and $100+ on our wireless phones 📲 which serves us absolutely no assistance. I only wish you’d stick to YOUR WORDS and I’m slowly losing respect for your company from being ripped off from installation man (took 5 seconds to stick pole in ground) he never came in or asked questions and when he was leaving I asked for a channel guide and as he rolled his eyes went to the truck and got us one. I’m hoping someone reads this-A landline is about $35 mo and a tracphone is definitely looking good. I wanted to get to NPLS (free lawyers) but I didn’t wanna make you upset or look bad..I’m sorry I’m candid and tenacious but why lie now? Everything is true and I thank you The Bonds

    When I first downloaded this app. It worked once. I have not been able to take advantage of the benefits since. Not sure how long it takes for them to fix the issue.

    I live in Alaska and the only perks I can access are the movie tickets and the reading materials. I think you should work with local AT&T staff and also survey the customers for fun things to do that are local, e.g., Iditarod chute Access; live theatre or opera; state fairs, AK Railroad tickets, etc. Love the idea of perks for being a loyal customer—just need more options.

    I login and it takes me to the screen to select which account. Mobile or Directv I choose one and it takes me right back to the login screen. I login, choose the other option, same result. It’s stuck in this loop and will not login. Needs some work AT&T!!

    The app won’t let me log in. I am of the belief this is a dead promotion that they don’t want to admit is over and so they have this app where no one can log in. Was on support live chat with five people for two hours and they all said delete and reinstall (did ten times) or reset password ( they did at least three times) still get user error and can’t log in.

    I have not been able to even login to this app. It’s got some sort of bug that won’t even allow me to finish entering my phone number. Doesn’t matter if i say create a new username, forgot username , or forgot password. It cuts me off and then takes me back to the login page. FRUSTRATING!!
