Awesome idea !
Not half as good as “T-Mobile Tuesday” but they try... nothing free like “T-Mobile Tuesday” and every time i try to claim event tickets, they are never available. What i can use is not in my area.

On my iPad I can put my access I’d & password in but there’s no button to tap to log in so I can’t use this

Nothing shows up....even on the other app I’d click on “get tickets” and it takes 10mins to load a page that doesn’t exist. This app is a waste of space. Maybe when they fix it I’ll download it again other than that use a computer to see your “benefits”

The ticket app for Tuesday movies does not work. When I tap they get tickets button it says it cannot find coupons. Cannot find any other way to order tickets.

I have tried LITERALLY EVERYTHING and cannot get logged into the app. I don’t know what’s going on but this is ridiculous. I tried to call customer service to get help and they don’t even know what they are doing and ended up transferring me to every department.
Keep getting errors and no support whatsoever 2/5
The app keeps giving me an error code when I try to log in. There's no number or info for app support anywhere. I've had to call att general support and they have no idea how to fix the issue. Their app updates are months apart. I get they're trying to keep up with T-mobile Tuesdays, but with their randomness and lack of support At&t is actually doing a disservice to themselves.

Why does this only come in an iPhone version and not an iPad version? Let’s get on this and fix it for those of us who don’t use our phones for everything.

I’ve been trying to sign in and all it does is stay on the sign in page after I choose which account I want to use. 24 hours later I can sign in!!!!! Now this morning, when I click “Redeem” it routes me back to the website where it says, “Sorry, the page could not be opened or the page you are requesting no longer exists.” AT&T you’re just not the same company you used to be. For what you make off of your customers you would think it could afford decent programming for your apps and Customer Care. Maybe it’s just time to take my business else where. Such a disappointment.

Like most of the recent reviewers are stating- I cannot log in either. Why isn’t this program inside the MyAT&T app anyways? Also the app is not formatted for an iPad. At least the log in screen isn’t, and the keyboard that popped up looked like it was from my iPhone 3. When was this last updated🤔.... C’mon AT&T your gonna have to step up you’re game a bit if you want to show you appreciate my business and want me to use this app...

I wouldn’t mind the clunky, huge text, vertical only apps if anything worked on it.
Tried to get an offer for a free magazine subscription and I am unable to input my state which is one of those drop down things and it won’t allow me to do it so the offer is nil. Dead end.
If they fix all the bugs and I can get the thing to work I will change my review. So far nothing has worked.

After many days of trying to log in, i finally was able to after I deleted the app and started over. The app NEVER updates and this it a very poor mans excuse to tmobile Tuesday.

Unfortunately I wanted to give this a shot, but AT&T wants to collect too much information from my device and the trade off for some discounted or free ticket is not worth it. It it were just confined to analytics concerning the app itself I wouldn’t mind, but it also wants to know what else I have installed and EVEN UNINSTALLED! I’m sorry but I can’t see how this is useful for this app’s purpose. This “free” stuff is not out of their generosity, but coming from selling your data and doing who knows what else with it. As if the average of $1200-1600 subscribers pay annually just isn’t enough.

I had T-Mobile Tuesday and everything was great. Some weeks they didn’t have anything I could use, but it was still a good app.
It’s been 2 or so days and I still can’t sign in. Always getting an error message and from the other reviews, you are no T-Mobile Tuesday.
So. I am uninstalling the app for now until it is fixed. Not worth it taking up space on my phone.

I matter how many times you try Ticket Tuesday it will not allow you to choose a movie or even a zip code ! This is my 4th time DL App each time same crap !

This is most annoying feature that AT&T doesn’t has. It gives access denied error even if the credentials are correct. Even customer support has no idea of that and no response on att forums about the issue resolution.

As mentioned by numerous others, I cannot login. Even after trying multiple things, including resetting password, uninstall/reinstall, restarts, etc.
Doesn’t work. Login with my info and it does nothing!!!!!!! For weeks. No error no nothing!!!!!
