Horrible way of saying “thank you” to your customers by providing:
1) an app that always has login errors
2) once you are able to login, it doesn’t stay logged in
3) app constantly crashes
4) the worst of all, once you get to an offer they are never available.
AT&T - now we know your way of saying thanks to your customers.

Signing into the ATT Thank you AP is a pain
You can sign up but later when you come back to sign in for offers - the app DOES NOT work.
It just spins and says “authenticating” but eventually it comes back saying there is a problem with the site and to try later.
Trying later yields the exact same results. You are never allowed to sign in for limited time offers.

This app is a nightmare. Anytime I try to login and claim an offer I get an error message telling me that I am not logged in even though I am. And by the time it logs me back all the offers expire. There has been instances when the app is not even connecting to the network. Please fix this 💩 & offer better rewards. Thanks
This app barely works and the “rewards” are a scam. Super low quality, just like everything AT&T does. Switching carriers tomorrow, can’t wait.

Never any gifts to claim and I couldn’t get in app
I set an alarm to enter today’s giveaway. I clicked on claim entered my info and in less that one minute after giveaway started it said prizes all claimed. I would love to see a review where someone actually won.
This app is either a gimmick or trash. I’m not sure which because it’s befitting with at&t overall
The rewards are such ridiculous. Even if you log in at 12 pm and it tells you to enter your address and then it said all reward have max for the day. Maybe you should be like t-mobile and give all costumers the rewards

Ever since the thanksgifting has started this app hardly works always has errors or now it tells me I’m not connected to the internet.......you guys have definitely lost a long time customer.

How can they be claimed minutes after being posted?

Umm ok AT&T... I have been unable to log in at all during this “thanksgifting” session, the save log in doesn’t even work having me put in my username and password each time.. all I get is a loading screen and then an error message every single time. Yes I’m sure it’ll be blamed on high volume servers and etc. Please update servers or update app.

Usually don't write reviews but this app deserves one. I get emails from AT&T daily directing to my "gold" tier rewards and they force you to use their separate rewards app. Except it's a total bait and joke since while the regular AT&T app works great, their other rewards app only works maybe 5% of the time.
I guess they have heavy traffic with their December gift card giveaways but literally out of 7 days I've tried to log-in, only maybe 1 or 2 times it actually let me in and all the rest are servers errors and app issues every day.
Why does AT&T email me and promote this app every day when it doesn't even work? Sheesh.
I pay 150$ for ONE line and have for a long time with one account then another. While the coverage area is great i’ve actually never been shown any appreciation I’ve been given one perk or another only to be screwed by it, or just pulled out from under me. If you want to actually show appreciation why don’t you start with baby steps and just work on keeping your word straight up in a easily understood way and maybe once in awhile offer an actual reward one that doesn’t affect The weight Of the people who pay your wages wallets purses. I know you have to make money I do understand Business but you’re so called perks and rewards are BS.

This app is a joke. They offer some great deals. Too bad they always run out by the time I log on. Are they limiting how many people can’t get? Deleting app as it serves no use to me.

The app never works for me to claim a giveaway. It either times out or all prizes have all been claimed. I ended up deleting the app because it’s more frustrating than it’s worth.

The app is very slow! Has lots of bugs that need worked on. I log in it tells me an error message then I click on something else and I’m logged it.
Customer Frustration, not Customer Appreciation 1/5
I was very excited when my husband pointed out this app to me. The first day I used it for the Thanksgiving days, the gift cards had run out. Ok, no problem. I set a reminder to log in right at noon every day. The next day, I immediately click on Claim Gift at noon. Still, I was too late. Ok, that’s annoying, but I understand. It’s a popular deal. The next day, I try again. I get through! Yay! I enter my email and claim my gift ... nope, sorry, while I entered my email, gift cards ran out. The next day, I kept getting errors that I was not connected to the internet. I definitely was. This app is way more trouble than what it’s worth. This customer does not feel thanked for my years of business. I feel rather annoyed and frustrated.

Don’t expect much. I was not able to actually get to any of the offers when they come online and the system seems to not be able to handle the volume and has errors. Makes me think less of ATT as a company. It seems T-Mobile does this much better. Great idea, poor execution.

You call customer service no one has answers just forwarding you to different departments for answers about the app ! It crashed literally every day when it was time to claim a gift ! I’ve called 3x still no answer and not fair to people who use the app and can’t even get thru no one solved the issue ! Next time I wouldnt dare to celebrate the gifting app !
I woke in an area where only Dunkin’ Donuts is available. Starbucks is to far from my job so it’s be nice of something for that would be available in the offers (:

Horrible...it gets hung up on the authentication screen for several minutes. After my third attempt I gave up and plan to delete it. I shouldn’t be surprised given the poor performance of AT&T’s other apps and customer service.

I got this App went it first came out and it was bad- it rarely worked and just when I thought I was in, it would crash. I saw all the stars on the app recently and thought I would give it another try. Nope! It is still a terrible app. It won’t even log me in. It sits on Authenticating screen until my phone goes to sleep. Deleting it. Again.

Worst app I have ever used. I get emails constantly telling me to claim offers or gift cards and not once have I ever been able to claim one. This app is nothing but a scam. AT&T has gone downhill steadily and I think it’s time for me to find another provider. I will delete this app as soon as I finish this review.

I have so much issues with this app. Takes 5 minutes to get past the loading screen. When trying to purchase movie tickets it tells me coupon not available even when it’s Tuesday and I’m picking a movie that starts in a couple of hours. Way to ruin my evening plans.
