The app stays in the loading screen and never loads. This never happened but lately the app never opens. This needs to be fixed.

Where are the offers? I see a message that ticket twosday will come back some day, 3 “offers” explaining AT&T’s response to Covid 19, a message about how I will receive offers, and one ad for 20% off select accessories. I downloaded this app because I was told I could get Spotify premium. Instead I find no offers at all. Being a “gold member” means nothing.
Don’t waste your time or the space on your phone.

This app continues to log me out . It is very difficult to log into multiple times. This app is supposed to help and be a benefit being a customer but the notifications never come through and the tine frame doesn’t these “benefits “ are timed not during normal hours

Most rewards post Covid are crappy, no movies and many scams to get you to sign up for or provide personal demographic info for “free” gift cards. This isn’t really a reward program, it’s a marketing lead generator for AT&T and the people they sell your info to. But there are suckers born every minute.

Well we have been good with AT&T for a long time but we r thinking about changing cause our bill is so high we were told that our discount is no longer good and now we will be paying almost 300. For cable so I do think we r going to change I have called even went into store they told us to call the loyalty department but that didn’t do a bit of good U would think that with us being a long time customer and my husband doesn’t like to change but there is no way we can afford this cable tv and internet bundle so yes we will be paying this brill then we will change our service since apparently it doesn’t matter to u guys that we have been a long time customer

TLDR version : AT&T since Houston Cellular days left when the bill got out of hand. tmo price was good but service deteriorated. So we’re back with AT&T.
Since signing up, we had missing packages and various hiccups. Now I can’t login to thanks app. The website works but keeps pushing to use the app. I’ll change my star rating if I can get some help.

BS Do not even apply for this you will get unlimited phone sells and questionnaires by the dozens and guess what yes you must subscribe to many sub offers this is not free if you have to do something monetary in return !! I continue to to be an AT&T customer in spite of the fact that When I returned to Philadelphia from Chicago, I was not able to access internet service but I continue to use AT&T for my mobile service.
It’s nice to get rewards when we get them.

Always have issues logging in. Does not recognize login info until the 3rd or 4th time logging in. Never keeps you logged in. When logging in, takes up to a minute or two to accept login information. Crashes sometimes when you are looking at an offer. App used to be great about a year or so ago.

When I upgraded from Samsung to Apple 11, I was looking forward to the support from AT&T Thanks to come to my house and help me setup and transfer my info between the 2 phones since this is a service that is included in AT&T Thanks. But when I called to setup an appointment, I was told it was not offered in the Dayton OHIO Area. This is why I gave it only 3 stars. Otherwise I would have gave 5 Stars. The time I needed their support the most, it was not available. I think when they say they offer this support that they need to say not offered in all areas and list the areas.

This app is awful. I downloaded it so I can participate in those at&t contests. When it’s time to enter the contest / giveaway at a specific time , it lags so you just keep waiting and waiting and all the gift cards or whatever you were trying to get is gone. When trying to opt of out at&t selling your personal info, it opens a link to safari and from there you click the tab again and it’s a broken link on that website. This app is horribly created and whoever did the test before launching obviously didn’t pay any attention since NOTHING WORKS.

There aren’t any offers worth anything. Your AT&T app always has hiccups. It is troublesome to access each month to pay my bill or make changes to my Directv package. Never used any offers.
