App stopped working so I deleted and reinstalled.
Now it will not let me re-login to my account without providing a phone number. I don’t want to provide my phone number.
The ONLY reason I reinstalled it is because of a special event that is being ticketed by Atom.
Since Atom does not understand that NO means NO, the tickets are now being printed out and their crappy app is being deleted.
More problems than convenience 1/5
I purchased 5 ticket amounting to $75, but a week before our schedule, I had to change our viewing date. I can’t get a refund. They only give ATOM CASH. Ok fine. Now it’s time for me to use ny credits for another movie. It doesn’t process, after 4 attempts. Tried to call customer service, no one’s taking calls. Tried fifth attempt, success. But, I can’t purchase the rest of my ATOM CASH from the concession. I’m deleting this app.

Like the app, I like the $4 deals you get through TMobile and that I can share with friends when and where I’m going to a particular movie. I don’t like the service fees and twice I’ve arrived right after posted movie start time and my tickets are gone. Thankfully I have an emailed receipt and my theater is generous to accept. Screenshot your tickets if you like to get there after the posted start time!

My daughter had a seizure,so we wasn’t able to attend movie. I contacted atom letting them know what happened. They said if I notify them 30 mins before the movie, like I’m supposed to know my daughter going to have seizure five minutes before the movie. The movie theater staff was apologetic and they would have help but we bought the tickets through atom. Never again

Literally me and my wife buying our tickets online separately and as I’m purchasing mine ticket the app was taking a while to take my payment and as it went through it told me my seat is no longer available since someone already purchased that seat and well my wife’s payment went through before mine it didn’t let me sit next to her since there was no longer a seat available to seat right next to her.

I hate Atom tickets , this is the first time I booked tickets on atom after long time. They have changed policies. You need to choose between atom cash and refund, where they will charge for the service fees. Not a full refund. Not gonna book my tickets here anymore .

Do NOT link your AMC stubs account if you plan on using any promos with this company. I am a T-MOBILE customer and was stoked to see a discount code for tickets to a movie my niece and nephew were dying to see. It asked if I wanted to link my stubs account to get points for purchases. I thought sure! That’s awesome! Well what it Doesn’t tell you is that if you have a reward activated on your stubs account that it takes the reward first. WOW. So I am out a reward I was planning to use to help get concessions for my niece and nephew at the theater, since they don’t get to do this alot. I emailed customer service after I had gone into my AMC app and realized my reward was gone. The response I got was basically that once the reward is gone that it can’t be reloaded to the account. They didn’t offer ANY solutions. So basically they won’t do anything about it even though it never told me it was going to use the reward. I certainly would never have connected the account and I’m a bit disappointed they didn't even offer ANY remedy to the problem. I am new to the company, And I will Never use this app again.

It is literally broken right now. Phone number required for tickets but so cannot update my phone number. Instead it throws a 400 from Identity saying the account already exists. You’re using POST instead of a PUT or PATCH.

This app is terrible. First, the cost of one movie ticket is what it would cost to buy two directly from the theater. Second the app crashes so often I haven’t even been able to make it past selecting a theater. I just downloaded it and immediately deleted it.

I bought five tickets to a movie at the end of October. It’s Dec 1, and tonight is movie night; so I went into the app to purchase concessions. I kept getting errors saying it couldn’t contact the theater. Twice I managed to get through to the payment screen, but it declined my PayPal account for some reason. I went into the settings to delete that payment method and re-add it, and then I see I am inviting myself to the same event. I declined the invite because I already purchased tickets, and now I have no tickets; and the QR code in my email confirmation from October is now expired. WTH?!?!

Just got charged 17.99 for what I thought would be $4. Cancelled! Got a refund for $14. ( minus ‘service fees’) dang, Enjoy the movie y’all.

I have been trying to buy my tickets for my movie this Saturday with my kids and have not been able to because of some error about atoms payment processors not working. I have sent emails and no response. Nowhere to call and the theater is getting full and I still have not been able to get the tickets. Not ok.

This app needs severe help. The developers can’t get it right! There are constant “We’re sorry, there was an issue just now. Please try again.” It took me hours, not once but three times, to make my reservation because T-Mobil deals are only available on Atom app. Fix it or remove promo to online options!

I bought 9 tickets today for the movie Purgatory. Now I’m in Limbo! Atom charged my cc and sent me a confirmation that I bought tickets, BUT they didn’t reserve my seats and have yet to contact me after a number of emails. I will be contacting my cc company tomorrow to dispute the charge. I’m very disappointed with the customer service. Very tired of the Covid excuse.

App was unavailable for multiple days making a subscription I had purchases unusable. then Atom customer service lied to me stating there was never an issue after I was able to get employees of a theater chain they partner with to replicate the issue.

I was introduced to them by T-Mobile Tuesdays. They sold me tickets for a movie that wasn’t released yet. When I asked for a refund, they said they didn’t do that. Bought garbage, got garbage. Couldn’t talk to a person due to “COVID complications.”

I loved Atom and used it exclusively to buy all my movie tickets. However, I was suddenly logged out of my account and have had trouble logging back in ever since. I reached out to a representative, provided screenshots, and was told they didn’t “see grounds for making any modifications or changes in this situation.”

Had membership with them, they kept charging me monthly dues into the pandemic when all theaters were closed down. Wouldn’t refund or issue new tickets. Terrible service, avoid at all costs!

I had to cancel my ticket because the program directed me to the wrong place. It was an hour before the movie started. But they still claim that I canceled my ticket within 30 minutes before the movie starts. I will never use this program. I hope these unfair fees don't help your business.
They never give refunds. You can never get your money back. Don’t use that app!! This is trash!!
