    if you’re expecting this app to work like other apps where it saves you time standing in line, dont download it. you still need to wait inline and they dont make your order until you get to the register. i made the order 20 minutes prior to arriving and i still had to wait. others who were in line received their order before me. and its fine but to advertise that your digital order will be picked up in a timely manner is false and honestly a waste of time

    Not only does their delivery system not work properly, they don’t even call you if they can’t find your address. I spent $30 on an order, only for this man to show up to the wrong house, and didn’t even bother to call me when he couldn’t find my address. You can’t contact the store in question, and DoorDash won’t refund this sort of issue either. This app is a joke.

    The “skip the line” is a complete joke. Even with a line in place, people who order from the cashier and waiting in line is still faster than ordering it via the app and then waiting for them to make the food. Literally defeats the whole purpose of this app. Waste of customer time, waste of company time, and a utter waste of investor’s money. Learn to run your business a little better.

    Can’t get past the launch screen. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still all I see is the nice salty pretzel from the launch screen and it never shows anything else. Is this even a real app or does it just display an image?

    Only App I know of that charges you a $0.35 to place a pickup/order ahead. Shouldn’t be charging me extra to give them extra business & streamlining their restaurant orders.

    I'm currently on my iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 12.5.5., and every time I open the app it freezes for a few seconds and then a popup says "App cannot be launched" and then it crashes. How do I fix this?

    Sitting in the food court. Tried downloading the app. Didn’t work to order from, didn’t accept the barcode when I tried to scan after just ordering the old way like a caveman. Deleted

    Decent, clean layout! Easy to use, no complicated hoops to jump through. They keep it simple! 👍 Two small glitches, nothing big - When opening the (food) menu a video pops up taking over the screen and it’s oddly automatically at about 3/4 or completely “played” and the “video” is just a blank white screen? It’s odd. Luckily, hitting the X just gets rid of it and you’ve got the food menu. Happens again when ‘Drinks’ is tapped within the food menu. Second issue: A tap on ‘Catering’ (again within the food menu) results in the app continually trying to load. I’m definitely not looking for catering. I was just browsing the app, but the company clearly has an interest in fixing this. I don’t visit their restaurants often. It’s a rare splurge for me, but their pretzels are definitely really tasty. If you frequent them often, it’s definitely worth getting the app to make an account and earn some free snacks! Would recommend!

    I had this app years ago & got rid of it because 1 time the company told me they weren’t doing perks anymore. I downloaded it again today to check it out again & looks like it’s still an active app. I’m having a hard time scanning the QR code from my receipt. 1/2 the time scanning the code in person, has issues. I keep getting an error message & then it asks me to enter the bar code manually. I would if there were actual numbers on the receipt for the bar code. I ended up sending an email to the company to give them a heads up & what to do. I have a feeling this will be an ongoing issue.

    Apple store says the app is on my phone, but I don’t see it. Siri opens it when asked. Tried looking at hidden but is not there. Tried to delete and reinstall, but you have to find it to delete it. Ugh! Though once open , via Siri, works ok. Scan receipts has never worked.

    This app honestly has the worst UI and UX ever and made my experience 10x worse. I recently made an account and got a couple of rewards for free pretzels. I tried to redeem those two rewards on the same day. Nowhere in the fine print does it say that a customer cannot redeem more than one reward on the same day. I wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to figure out why I couldn’t apply my reward. I had to exit out of the app just to remove the reward from my cart because clicking “remove reward” on the app. So frustrating. The timings for each store is also not updated.

    What an absolute scam. Auntie Anne’s collects personal data, makes money of it … yet has the audacity to charge a “service fee” that most will miss as it’s combined with Taxes. A variable fee which easily surpasses $0.50 … so there is a fee for the rewards program. Which means everyone, and not just California residents, should be able to opt out of the collection and sale of our personal information.

    I’ve had this app! Deleted it then reinstalled. Still stuck on, “turn on your notifications” which I’ve done. If I can’t upload my purchases or redeem my perks, what’s the point. Please go back to the old fashion punch card! This is entirely too frustrating!

    I have had this app for a couple weeks. From the time I downloaded this app, I have not been able to open the app. I have good service and a good wifi connection and have the most updated version of the app. I am running off of an iPhone Xs on IOS 14.6, the latest IOS right now. There should be nothing wrong. Yet, I am immediately kicked out of the app EVERY SINGLE TIME. I cant even make it to the home screen before it forces me to exit. This is extremely frustrating as my birthday was yesterday and I was trying to get a free pretzel but it’s hard to do that when you have an app as terrible as this.

    Boy did I have a bunch of adventures because of this crappy app. I went from buying at least once a week to never. The app crashes or just doesn’t register orders or registers but doesn’t send successfully to the store. That was happening pretty much every time. Then I moved and the new location near me is garbage 🤢. Done!

    I have tried to use my rewards many times to order for pick up, but it never lets me use the coupon. When you view the reward you can click redeem and it shows a code and barcode to use it in store, which is valid for 20 minutes. Once you click that you cannot use the coupon for your online order or any other coupon. Even after the twenty minutes, you are unable to use any coupon for 4 hourse, even if you didn't use any coupon. This is very frustrating as in other apps when you click redeem it asks if you want to redeem in person or online.

    If you are stuck on the notification page, just go to your settings and then display and brightness, go to the bottom to the text size and just lower it one or two down, then reload app and it should work. I read that on another guys comment here and it worked for me too!! Definitely try it.

    In general, I think the UI is mediocre at best, not much else to say. It can be hard to find the “menu” button on the “order” page, but you’d think it would be front and center. I went to use a reward for a mobile order, but didn’t realize that trying to use it before getting into the order made it a temporary scan-in-store QR code. Then I went to actually make my order and I couldn’t apply it. Extremely poor system that probably could not have been implemented worse. Codes should be indefinite until used. The only reason I went was because I had a usable reward, but then when I got there it was useless.

    It said it will email me my reset password since It keeps saying my email is already registered but I never receive any email even from junk email. I tried like 5times but no email receive. They will give you offer but you can’t even used the offer they are giving you because you cannot register or log in through your email as it keeps saying already registered.

    Drove all the way to the mall for the free pretzel offer, only to find out that if you tap the button, you have 19 minutes to redeem it or it expires. I feel like that is unfair. There should be a warning, or else don’t put a timer on the offer at all. Sonic got it right. Auntie Anne’s, not so much. Wasted trip.

    My app was previously stuck on the screen of “Ding your rewards are ready! Turn on your notifications...”. I could not find any fix online, so I wrote to Auntie Anne’s customer service. They promptly wrote back that it sounded like my font may be set too big. They said to go to “Settings” then “Display & Brightness” then “Text Size”. Adjust the text size lower and then app should work. I did exactly this and app now works great!!! They also told me after the app is working correctly, then I can readjust my text size to my original setting. THANK YOU, Auntie Anne Customer Service!!
