The GPS feature has not been retrieved yet and we promised that it will be added. Why lie?
There really isn’t much functionality unless you pay $50/year. I can’t imagine it is worth that.
Impressive ease considering it’s a mobile CAD app 5/5
By Josh E B
Great menu setup and everything works just like the windows version but in a different format.
Google drive??? 1/5
By Slightly bigger then you
Not sure if there was an update but my google drive won’t link or find my projects anymore so sad this app was useful now it makes me feel I should use something more consistent
Program no longer working properly for some unknown reason... Everything seemed to just "disappear".
Would've been nice to know this was just a 7 day trial BEFORE I went through the trouble of creating an account.
A subscription 1/5
Just be honest and say this is a pay per month app, I wouldn’t have wasted my time to create an account and set this up.
You Should be Embarrassed! 1/5
I have been an AutoCAD user since 1998. I have used the platform CAD, LANDesk, and Civil3D. This product is sub-par. If Civil 3D is Morton's or Ruth's Chris, this product is McDonald's or Taco Bell.
The commands that traditionally have worked in all CAD products don't work. I can't plot. There is no Help. You should be embarrassed to put your name on this product. As other software developers keep getting better you guys are going backwards. Piss-poor.
Removed features 2/5
By DAW ~ WDP
After watching several videos on using this app in the field, I was very excited to get my new iPad and Apple Pencil. Come to find out, they removed all of the functionality that would’ve made this app useful to me in the field. Most notably is the ability to freehand sketch using the pencil (aka “smart pen” mode). Hopefully I can find another app that will allow me to do this.
Can you make it so I can use Aligned dimensions with inches showing or an option to change it to inches. When I go to show a measurement of a line or a box it just shows metric measurements not inches and I selected every possible option and it doesn’t change.
The old version used to show inches!
Also can you make it so if I move a line or a box it can move exactly where tell it to the first time. Your can try it to see what I’m talking about. Make a box and then move it 10’-10 7/32” now check to see if it moved where you wanted and you will see it just moves 10’-10”. Then you have to move it again 7/32” to get it exactly where you want it.
Please fix this! It messed me up big time thinking it was doing what I wanted to only fined out it was not doing it the first time, I had to do everything twice. Also some times it would change it to a different measurement messing up my accuracy.
Please fix the Align dimensions to show inches or have an option to switch to inches not what it’s currently doing.

As soon as you make an account it makes you pay immediately. Don’t bother
Did not try app 1/5
Downloaded, created account and then deleted when the only option to actually use the app is to pay for a subscription. This review is based on a forced subscription and not functionality. Let users know that a subscription is needed to use before asking for an account creation. I’m sure the developers will sell my email since I was forced to create an account then told I’d have to pay to use the app.
No PDF export 1/5
Pretty good interface, however negated because there is no way to print or export as a PDF. Nice if they told you before purchasing. Waste of money.

It’s the best I found nothing better.
Us full 5/5
I fined it is easy to navigate and worth the money for what it can do. How ever it would be nice to import and export other files into the program as a option. The scale for the modeling needs to be improved as well I use my phone for quick projects.
Very useful fir projects review 5/5
By Wael Akl
I have been using AutoCAD on my iPad to review many projects and conduct minor modifications. It is very useful and very professional.
Why they need to improve it 2/5
I like this app on my computer for work at school but it takes forever to sign in and when I do get signed in it just becomes unresponsive the minute I get in and I am going to fail the class that I am in and I am not happy about it as well as my parents
Horrible app, really hard the drawing process! 1/5
By yo el Fer
I’ve been using AutoCAD for so many years since AutoCAD v10.....then I used AutoCAD v12, v13 and Wooooow! I met Autodesk Architectural Desktop release 14.....wow I was so happy thru Autocad Architectural Desktop 2, 3, 2004, 2006, Autocad Architecture 2010, 2014, 2016.......then switched to Revit (the BMF!) but that’s a different story......I’ve been so nostalgic since I’ve got an iPad Pro and now this!, this app is real BS...so hard to create a measured floor plan, even my hand on the screen affects the drawing process, activated snap to grid but there’s no way it properly works, so hard to introduce dim s while drawing.... nothing to do with the desktop version functionality (I still use Autocad Lt v2020 from time to time).......I’ve got this app as part of my Revit, Autocad Lt 2020 subscription but otherwise don’t waste your money, you better wait for Autodesk to remember we’ve got new tools like iPad Pro and we spect to keep using our traditional softwares with the same efficiency than we do in desktop versions......by the way it’s a really shy try with FormIt...you (Autodesk guys) better join Teams and please, develop a unique but worthy app for iPad Pro.
BTW.....Can you please just make the process of drawing lines easier. Just like: touch the display with Apple Pencil and start dragging to draw a line, then you release the pencil and the line stops at that point....then you touch the display in another point and starts drawing another line...without connecting to the previous line, unless you picked the endpoint of that previous line....and so until you finish the line command....is that hard to do so as desktop version does? My goodness!
Worthless would be a step up. 1/5
Absolute crap user interface, no documentation or tutorials I could find. Doesn’t work with DISTO at all. Somebody really dropped the ball on this one. Currently trying to get a refund & definitely canceling subscription.

Apple files compatibility 2/5
By Phlying Goats
AutoCAD is a pretty great program, but the mobile app is essentially useless to me as an AutoCAD Mac user because the mobile app does not support importing files from apple’s files app. Please add support for this!
By Dr. V. Villarreal
Using this on an iPad is possible, it’s the same as the one on desk tops and laptops. I don’t understand why professors always strongly suggest using Audocad on desktops and laptops if it is capable on an iPad. It’s more organize and with so much ease using the Apple Pencil. I truly encourage engineers using iPads as a mobile way of using Audocad.
It’s a great app to have on my phone it help me stay on track when it come to designing and putting my ideas on paper it’s doesn’t have all the feature the the actual cad program have but it’s stay amazing that able to do such a large portion of the work that am able to do by just using my phone.
I need help 1/5
Im a high school student and I recently got this app so I could work on my projects at home instead of going to school to do them. Unfortunately, this app doesn’t provide all the tools you would normally get when working on a desk top(I’m on an iPad Pro).Later on I saw a video saying the apple pen provides more commands. I went to go buy the pencil (second generation)to see if it added any commands. It didn’t. Every video I see on the internet about using this app has an option to connect your Apple Pencil to the app and I can’t seem to find it on my iPad. Can some women help me please.
Love it but... 4/5
I use AutoCad Lt on the computer all the time and until the last app update, I loved this app. The last update that added the cursor cross hairs really threw me off and I find it more difficult to use my Apple Pencil to draw. I like to draw stuff in AutoCad but it is slightly difficult for now until I get used to cross hairs function.
Want my money back 1/5
Paid for premium to unlock the ability to freehand draw tool paths for CNC cutting. I see no function that allows for drawing unique organic shapes which made this useless for me. They claim to have a “smart pen” tool or a “marker” tool to accomplish something like this but neither are in the program.
Can’t access Premium 2/5
Paid the $99, but the app refuses to acknowledge it. Hundred-dollar paperweight on my iPad.
A great price of tech for when you are on the move and just need to review things or make a tiny adjustment
App missing many features compared to its past versions 1/5
From what I understand, the app used to be able to export and plot drawings, and these features have since been removed.
$99 per year to use 1/5
I don't appreciate a developer that can't seem to reveal the price of the app until AFTER it's been installed.

It’s an amazing app for engineer. 5/5
However , it cannot be used as itself in PC.
Bring back image function 3/5
I will probably opt out of this app soon if the Image function doesn’t come back. It’s way too expensive not to have it Personally, I’d love it if it had some of the functionalities available on ipocket draw.

Extend Command 3/5
By Weaver 65
When will the Extend Command work the same as it does on the desktop?
great APP for on the go access to my DWG files 5/5
This app works great for accessing my files on the go especially, when I need to meet with someone to go over the sketches. It allows you to check dimensions so it’s useful to verify field dimensions. It is a great tool when coupled with Dropbox or similar file storage system. All in all it’s a great app!
Worth the wait til school started. This is is required in CNC
I set it to metric but yet it’s still in imperial units 1/5
By Bubbles 😼
I have no way in drawing my designs in centimeters or meters. It’s always in inches and feet despite changing the insertion to cm or meters.
Removed free draw feature 1/5
Unusable without accepting stylus input for “free draw” which worked just a year ago.... no more....
Not an expert! 4/5
By F.J.H Flores
I’m not an expert with AutoCAD, but it help me a lot with the construction site.
Missing a lot 3/5
So i saw some tutorial videos from them, seems that a lot, and i do mean ALOT of features were taken off. It is almost impossible to draw
Much better, still needs work. 4/5
It would be nice to have some of the the same tools as AutoCAD LT. Mirror, Hatching and Blocks would be nice : )

Great App 5/5
By OuneWorld Fellowship
I really enjoy using this app, on my tablet.
It’s basic but works in field and for clients 5/5
Instant no more pencils and paper quick room layouts when working in field. Better management of drawing. Mobile is mobile nothing more than a tool connected to my PC at home. May the Force be with you
This shouldn’t be that hard 1/5
By Dan T.
Adobe illustrator is way easier and more user friendly. Take a hint.
Very poor 1/5
Can’t do basic functions with 2d drawings such as chamfer and fillet let alone get snapping to work properly. Spent the better part of 2 hrs trying to draw a triangle with filler corners one corner with a .75 radius and a 3/4” hole set back .375” from the larger radius corner. Just wanted to be able to basic tabs and brackets on mobile and export to a plasma table but not worth the hassle. Womp womp womp
Basic functions don't work. 1/5
I'm trying to work this into my workflow, but frustrated at every turn.
You can get stuck in the file picker without the ability to actually view a file.
In some DWGs I get no tools, just the top right menus, with no explanation as to why.
In a new drawing, there are no instructions how to manage the tools with touch. For example, if I make a rectangle, then try to move it, the tool just prompts me to select the object to move. On desktop I would hit enter to proceed to moving... but there's no keyboard here. So I literally can't *move* objects.
Apparently there used to be printing/plotting, but it has been removed for the sake of charging more.
