Automatically track your sleep from your Apple Watch*. No buttons to press. Even the Watch app is optional! Just sleep! About AutoSleep ----------------- Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to. If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning once you unlock your iPhone. Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple. If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply put your Watch on charge just before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping. A handy Today Widget lets you see how your own "batteries" are charged for last night and the previous seven days. A second (entirely optional) widget lets you also track the time you have taken to fall asleep. As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper. If you wear your Apple Watch to bed*, AutoSleep will also analyse your sleep quality. By using time asleep, restlessness, time awake and heart rate it can score the quality of your sleep and provide you with a comprehensive nightly analysis. *Note. If you do not wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep simply captures the amount of time sleeping. AutoSleep also works with HeartWatch our premier heart & activity monitoring app and writes your Sleep information to Apple Health. *Requires Apple Watch running Watch OS 3.2 or higher.     I have been using sleep monitoring apps for years and so far I think this is the best one I have used. You don’t have to worry about starting something in order to use it. I have two Apple watches, the Apple Watch 1 and 3. Both of my watches work flawlessly with this app. The only thing I would like to see or maybe it is something I have missed but I would like to see the app be able to record sound at night. Other than that this is a great app you guys have done a good job!

    Tracks sleep pretty well. I need to adjust the outcome about 1/3 of the time. The adjusting process UI is a little awkward but does work. Overall a solid app.

    Just bought an Apple Watch and this is absolutely my most useful app. I have severe insomnia and the app helps me track amount and quality of sleep under different conditions. At first it seemed like the app was overestimating how much I slept but then I figured out I needed to set my sleep level not as “average” but as “still” or “very still” and now it shows how often I wake more accurately. Can’t imagine any improvements. Truly is a remarkable app.

    Even though I have the setting on that if I’m messing with my phone, it means I’m awake, it’s not showing up in the app. The report it gives is inconsistent

    This is the most confusing and difficult sleep tracker I have ever tried to use. There’s barely any instructions and when I tried to email support they were ZERO help. I tried this because it made a list of the best sleep trackers. Absolute waste of $3!

    I love this app! I gave Sleep Watch a try for a while but decided to give this a try and love it!! I love the layout and the info. I’ll get Heart Watch eventually (I am very much not one to spend money on apps). When I wake up at night to feed the baby or something like that, I make note of the time on my watch and in the morning I compare that to see if the app picked up my time awake and it hasn’t failed me yet! (Two weeks in) 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Great app! The only reason that I don’t give it a full 5 stars is that when you adjust it, you can’t put in why you’re adjusting it. You can remove sleep but not add it when you are using the Apple Watch to track it. I do LOVE that it tracks automatically... I just wish it had more of an ability to add in what was missed. Overall... best app out there that I’ve found so far!

    This app works as advertised and seems to be pretty accurate as long as you wear your Apple Watch to bed. It is a good gauge for your sleep activity. I recommend it, paired with the HeartWatch app.

    I replaced a dying FitBit with a new Apple Watch (Series 3). I had to load an app for in depth sleep analysis, well this one sure does the trick. I like the analysis a lot more than the FitBit app, it is a more complete sleep tracker. The way it graphs sleep/restlessness/awake/heart rate is really great. I would definitely recommend this app!

    I used to use my Fitbit to track my sleep, they cover a lot of the same stuff but the graphs are easier to understand at a glance . I'd recommend spending money on this app it's worth it .

    Been using the app for a week. The auto tacking works very well and makes it super easy to track sleep every night. My only complaint is the interface of the app. It took a little while to get used to and I feel like they could make some changes to make it more intuitive and flow better

    I saw another app “Sleep ++” was being featured on 9to5mac but it doesn’t hold a candle to the design of AUTOSLEEP. So, I came here to give them a positive review. Very good job on the UI/UX. I am learning how to positively impact my sleep.

    Weird as it says i sleep like 15 hrs a night and that it was 100% restful and such when i only sleep like 9 hrs a night. As a result the data is useless except for the sleeping heart rate which is the only thing that seems to work correctly.

    Still learning all the features of this app! But so far it’s just incredible! It uploads all of my sleep data to HealthKit for me. It automatically tracks your sleep. You don’t have to do a thing. It’s so easy to use!

    The app is overproduced and confusing. Too many colors/graphs. You can edit your sleep, but don’t know what to edit, swipe, drag, etc... not much direction. For a sleeping app with one primary function, you managed to make me stay up an extra 30 minutes to try and figure this out.

    Ever since I got my Apple Watch I sleep with it. And now I can track my sleeping and it’s really cool to see how I actually sleep. For those saying they don’t sleep with the watch. 30 minute charge before bed and when you wake up will keep you at full charge for a full day or two. Try this app you’ll love it.

    I click the Lights Off button in the Apple Watch just to make sure the app starts tracking my sleep. Then I click it again when I wake up to end tracking. This app does an excellent job. I know now how much I really sleep and even see what my heart rate was when I was sleeping.

    I use this app every night. The best part about the app is how smart it is to figure out when you are sleeping well and when you are not. There's one thing that's missing though: ambient temperature correlation. It would be awesome if ambient temperature could be retrieved from Nest or IFTTT somehow and plotted through the night along with the heart rate and motion stats.

    Don't use this app if you work overnight. The earliest it detects sleep is 5pm. I've tried every possible way of getting ahold of the developer so maybe they can tweak their app to be even better to no avail; I just get an error that device doesn't support email....I'm just disappointed that I paid for an app that only works when I dont. In all other aspects it's a wonderful app, and I wish it could work for me because there isn't any other app that tracks the way this one does

    I love that it can track without me having to say I’m going to sleep. It tracks naps even very well and if I had one thing I would like to see improved it would be the UI. Make the colors easier to distinguish, and the graphs more simplistic and straightforward. Something with a snore tracker would also be a nice addition or even talking in your sleep if possible. It would be a 5 Star for sure with a UI boost but otherwise I have recommended this app to anyone who asks. I’ve used a few different ones that have the alarms that wake you when you’re in a light sleep etc and they are not reliable at all. They also require your interaction with them a lot while this one is just in the background doing it for you. Great work!!
