Bananagrams: The Official Game App
Face off against the AI or online opponents in this game of letters! Be the first to form a succession of words by using letters from the shared pool of letters. Bananagrams will put your gray matter to the test! You'll need to be crafty and use a maximum number of letters to beat your opponents. Unveil your vocabulary, stretch your syllables and lay out your lexical skills to win! If you use up your letter reserve, draw more and make your opponents draw additional letters! Don't leave them any respite and keep arranging new words to make sure you're the one who puts down the last letter.
Play in single-player mode against an AI or face up to 3 opponents in multi-player online mode... challenge your lexical dexterity and place your best words.
Add your friends to your list so that you can easily find them again. Use "Quick Play" mode to swiftly start a quick game against other online players! Or you could also set your own game parameters and invite other players.
- Official adaption of a classic word game!

Bananagrams: The Official Game app reviews
Too buggy to be a paid app 1/5
Love the actual game but am extremely disappointed at how buggy the app is, especially for a paid app.
1) freezes and exits games abruptly
2) doesn’t “peel” when you are out of chips
3) online games don’t select for your primary language
4) too many more to list out
I hope developers are working on fixes because this would be a fun game if the app wasn’t terrible.
Where are my tiles? 2/5
I enjoy this game.... when I can find my pieces. I feel like I lost a piece quicker with this app than I would have by losing one under the table or couch with the real game. 2 bucks...welp.
Love the idea, but needs improvement 4/5
I’ve been waiting for this app for a while. It’s good, but it needs improvement.
Here are some points:
1)We should be able to zoom out to see the entire board, and be able to move tiles around more easily.
2)An “undo” button would also help - I would sometimes touch something by mistake, and boom! My entire game was ruined!
3)Adding a feature where a double click on a tile would make it automatically move back to my pile of letters would also help. 4)I would add a swap feature where I would click one letter, the button swap and then another letter (including the letters from the pile)
5)why wasn’t I able to play online?
I don’t want to give less stars because I want the game to be around - I want it to succeed. I’m a bit bummed because it doesn’t look like it was made by real Bananagrams players. Serious players wouldn’t have approved the release of this game - just not yet.
I hope you guys address these little details. Cheers!
good to play, improvements needed 2/5
I've played on my phone and iPad and it is impossible to see the whole board at once (on the phone you can’t see tiles well), and scrolling around risks accidentally moving your pieces. Please add a zoom out feature. Also, bug on my first solo game; one tile remaining but it isn't given to me. I used all my tiles and I'm just waiting... for the computer to play theirs? why wasn't I given the last tile? The bot wins while I wait. This happened twice now.
Fun but a struggle 4/5
I LOVE bananagrams- and I’m excited about an app so I don’t have to peer pressure people into playing with me. That being said- the game board is hard to navigate and zoom out on to see the the entire creation and there is no way to easily locate missing tiles to finish a game.
