So frustrating to use the Zola.com site that is linked to Bed Bath and Beyond. First of all, you click on one item to purchase and it takes you to BBB and the color and size they requested is gone. Have to go back and find out what that is. And then if you want to shop for more, forget that. It sends you back to somewhere else. Then if finally get everything set on BBB and it won’t process my order. Not even sure why. So I figure I will do it later. It just kicked me out. No email confirmation that the order went through. It wasn’t until after the wedding that I noticed on my bank statement it charged me twice!!!! Who buys two sets of sheets and two sets of pillow cases at $127 a transaction?? Total frustration when shopping for a bride and groom should be super easy, because that’s the one time you want to spend money!!

Does Not Work for Beyond+ 1/5
The app is “Ok”but does does not work for Beyond+ members — those loyal customers who paid $29/year for a consistent discount. When I go select the “My Beyond+ Code” I receive a screen saying “No offers yet”. Same thing when I go to “My Offers”. If I log in from the website, the Beyond+ Code appears where it should.
I contacted Customer Service using the “Chat” feature on the app and the rep actually recommended using the website instead of this app.
As such, this app is useless for Beyond+ customers. Deleted. Just use the website.

At my store, I can always use expired coupons. However on the app, you only accept current coupons even if the item isn’t available for in-store pickup. I’ve canceled purchases and shopped elsewhere for same items.

I’m enjoying the online or in store options that come with the $29.00 a year membership!! I receive free shipping as well as 20% off my TOTAL PURCHASE! No more struggling to find coupons for the items I love. Great choice of quality items!! Also, if I’m not satisfied, returns are easy!

I was going to review an item for a pair of the cushioned elastic slippers that I bought in the store. I clicked on write review but a different item came up for viewing/review.
When I tried to back track for the item I was going to review, got an error about losing internet connection. I had the latest B,B&B mobile app updates too.

This app is easy to use - my only complaint is that if you are a member, the discount is not automatically applied. I have had to make multiple purchases of the same item because the member discount price is shown - but not applied unless you click on a button in check out. Also - address sometimes needs to be unnecessarily reentered. Otherwise I would give this 5 stars.
FREEZE ALERT 2/5
I have only had this app for 2 days and am already pretty frustrated with it. I’m trying to browse for registry items and literally every 10-15 seconds the app freezes for a solid 5-10 seconds while scrolling . I love being able to use apps for something that is already time consuming(registry) but I don’t want to use an app that makes it even more frustrating and more time consuming.

I love bed Bath and beyond but now even trying to write a review the app kicks me out. But I frankly have to agree with some of the other reviews about the fact that I apply my offers —take the time to put them into my wallet which yes is a great feature and then boom when it goes to process payment those offers have been removed. Now I don’t want to think that bed bath and beyond is sneaky I’d like to think it’s a glitch and it will be fixed because every time I’ve placed or try to order something it takes me a couple days because it keeps taking out the coupons and I get so frustrated that I just have to stop. Now for the last three days I’m trying to purchase the beyond plus membership and it either freezes takes forever or deletes all my information and I have to keep trying to do it. I am going to try one more time and hopefully I will not have any issues because I love bed Bath and beyond I love your coupons and I’m just so frustrated though with the app but hey listen technology isn’t 100% so if it’s the worst problem I have today it’s a good day

This app is SOOOOO slow and has been for the year plus I’ve had it. Adding to lists was improved as it was inaccessible prior. You cannot see photo reviews which is awful. You also cannot write reviews of products in the app which is ridiculous.
The most disappointing is that if you are a beyond plus member—a yearly subscription that gives you free shipping and 20% off all items—you cannot use coupons. Not even a $10 or $20 off your purchase. This is also ridiculous and very disappointing. BBB only allows “1 coupon per transaction” and considers being a beyond plus member and utilizing your 20% off as a coupon! It’s not a coupon, it’s a paid in full subscription service. This is appalling honestly and I’m not happy with BBB.

Why would anyone pay to get a discount?
Went to the store and all they did was try and get me to sign up to PAY $29 to get a 20% discount! I reminded why I don’t shop here more than once or twice a year if that.
Every since they changed their return policy years ago.
Finally the manger gave me the 20%, after I told here to forget it I will shop somewhere else.
I still have not received my text coupon and it been over a month. Manager said it takes 24 hours. Do they even send coupons via text anymore? Have not received one in years!

Frustrating that I can’t find a way to remove an item from an idea board. There’s limited selection with a lot of out of stock items and items with no customer reviews. There’s almost nothing Big & Tall size, primary searching for robes. Otherwise it’s a pretty nice app.

Every time you proceed to checkout the system automatically deletes any coupons you’ve selected off. This is a know issue. It would be awesome if your It could proactively correct this issue. Other than that minor issue, Your in-store and call center customer service is phenomenal. I continue as a customer because and only because your team members are amongst the few stores whom still strive to provide outstanding customer service and assistance! Please take a close look at my last order (standing mixer and satin pillow case) and greatly reward that team member. She worked fast friendly and effectively and I truly appreciated her assistance!
Please let her know as I did but have a chance to do so! Please look up my contact information and feel free to give me a call should you have any other questions!!

Annette at bed bath and beyond in Westbury was the most helpful person. She spent 7 hours between 2 days with us showing us everything and explaining everything. My fiancé and I couldn’t of asked for a more helpful associate! The store was clean and organized and so many options. For the few things we couldn’t find she found online for us. Even personalized things. If you are going to do your wedding registry ask for Anette!

Beyond plus member here and it’s very difficult and disappointing to use the app and beyond plus membership. Often the 20% off and free ship doesn’t go through and it’s very redundant. Have to retry many many times to get both the 20% off and free ship. Have to also re enter my billing address multiple times even though all my info is saved. Very frustrating to use the membership.

This was a waste of time! I downloaded the app and ordered extra stuff with my vacuum cleaner to get the 20 percent off coupon on a $29.99 item. Instead it applied the discount to a cheap shampoo and gave me a $2 discount. I was not allowed to change it and apply to the 29.99 item.
I may or may not go to the store at this point. I wasted an hour at home that I could’ve used to get the item in person.
Please do not ask me to waste more of my limited time to email you and go over this again in detail. That would just be an insult.

Used this to order new sheets for our recently purchased bed. Ordered two different sets of sheets on Dec 2nd, 2018. One order came right away. Second order, which showed it was in stock, had a delivery date of March 2019. Tried to cancel it several time but the app would not let me. Called customer service 5 times and while some reps were trying and were very nice, no one could cancel the order. Finally the order was delivered the first week of January as someone finally got the order expedited. After we received the order, I deleted the app. I recommend you go to a store near you. It’s worth it not to get the hassle through online purchases. BB&B is still a good store but their online web site and app are just horrible.

First, let me say this review is on the app itself and not on Bed Bath & Beyond. I’m using my iPad trying to look at different size stock pots as a gift for my mother-in-law. I started trying to use just the website through my iPad but only one row of pictures were loading. So I thought OK I’ll download the app maybe that will be better. Nope, no such luck. I download the app do a search for “stock pots”, it loads several rows of results with pictures this time, but the filter feature is totally useless! I am looking for a large soup pot, something over 10 quarts, and the only choice is to sort by are 5-10 QUARTS, 10-15 OUNCES (really?), 25-50 OUNCES (again, really?!), up to 5 quarts, up to 5 ounces.
So I’m thinking, OK maybe it’s accidentally missed labeled and the 10 to 15 OUNCE category is actually quarts. NOPE! One result returned for a 15 OUNCE pot!
So now basically, I have to open every stock pot returned in my search to figure out if they’re actually the right size. First, I really hate that I have to download another app when I should just be able to find what I’m looking for on the website. And second I’ll be wasting my time going through results when I should just be able to search and refine what I’m looking for.
So, BBB app designers, you just sent a willing customer to Amazon. Good job!
