Money Missing/My Funds Not Used 3/5
I had made a prior purchase where there remained a balance from the gift cards that I selected to keep in My Funds. When I went to make another purchase after that transaction, the money was no longer in the balance of My Funds.
I also added a gift card to the My Fund balance to make a purchase and selected my debit card for any additional cost over the amount that would be covered by the gift card. The transaction instead charged my card the entire amount and the My Funds balance has not changed and still includes the gift card balance.
It is really frustrating as we do not have extra money to be throwing around and the gift cards are from our wedding two years ago.

Best store ever!
Usually I don’t mind the app but not just recently it will not let me view my app at all. I try and open it and it says “this app is no longer shared with you. To use it I must buy it from the App Store”...go to App Store and nothing. Hoping this is a glitch but I am very annoyed right now and had a cart I was going to order but I think I’ll just change my mind and buy elsewhere.

Disappointed at the ability to add items that will eventually be back in stock and it’s misleading the perks of the discounts and it almost makes you believe that you can use more then 2 coupon or discount at a time.

I really appreciate BB&B online. Easy to navigate, offers suggestions but doesn’t overwhelm with too much stuff. And I’m sensitive to smells, online let’s me shop longer. Now if they would just bring back the kokopeli counter top paper towel holder! Great favorite store. Thank you

Has been received!! The live chat shows you have 22 minute waa as t rgee Ed n it goes down to 14 minutes then it goes up
To 27 minute wait time and it’s back and fourth guess wat up then down!! Wastes of time I can’t find the phone number!!! Very frustrating!!!!

I’ve been trying to add my $25 e-gift card to my account and for two hours now it will not allow me to login?...or it lets me login and then won’t allow me to add my gift card...or it starts to give me one thing ...then go to check out and it’s a whole different thing.
With today’s days of technology...I am convinced this is an “on purpose” saling plot from their company. Making it look and seek like it’s a confusing cliche...but they know what they’re doing. And they have just loss my business. I’ll just forward this $25 to someone else. And buy the latest ninja blender from amazon. Where I don’t feel I’m being hustled .

Too many restrictions and disqualifiers as I can’t send to my local store!!! Why would I want to pick up an order that is not even in my state??? I’m trying to purchase coffee and I want the Keurig kind and the regular for auto drip makers. Where it says I need to have 2 in quantity - why the same flavor?
I tried the pick-up in store, then I get “ not within 50 miles”. Grrrr. So much for ordering from this. Remove and Cancel!
You would think in these times of in-store closures because of the COVID 19, you would be appreciative of your customers ordering online. Instead, nothing but a hassle. Be more than happy ordering 2 Keurig style coffee pods boxes but same flavor? Really? :(. Can’t even send to my local store for pick-up:(

3 weeks later, order was never shipped.
2 weeks past, never received my order, contacted CS, got hung up multiple times while waiting, finally talked to someone after trying countless times, got promised for a replacement, 1 week past, no replacement order confirmation no shipping. Back to getting hung up million times.
Doesn’t have iPad landscape view 3/5
This app is great on an iPhone but when I’m shopping on an iPad I can’t view it in landscape view! With more people using their iPads as laptops, it just doesn’t make sense that it can’t do this.

The app was easy to use and even provided a coupon discount to be applied to the order on checkout. I did have one small problem, I used PayPal at the check out, the pop up screen from PayPal showed continue but I accidentally scrolled it and it disappeared. I still had the checkout screen. I cancelled the coupon, cancelled the checkout and the cart still had my items. I checked out again, applied the coupon, checked out with PayPal and tapped continue and the order went through. Good recovery.
I hit to apply 3 coupons, but it only applied 2 of them.
I swear you spit out updates daily. This is indicative of not knowing what you’re doing. Deleting the app and won’t be doing further business.

I often use the app (esp uploading the coupons) when I don’t have access to WiFi (and I don’t have unlimited cellular data). But anytime there’s an available update, I’m forced to install it before I can use the app at all. I don’t mind updating, but let me do it on my own @#%* time.
Couldn’t complete checkout but triple billed! 1/5
each time stating the credit card information was not accurate and to try again. All of the transactions did in fact go through on my cards and the amounts for each of those three attempts immediately appeared in my credit card transactions. I was forced to contact customer service to have the three charges removed from my credit card accounts and also had to place my order by phone.
Apple shouldn't let all apps add to my keyboard app list. There is literally ZERO reason for you to be there. None. Zip. Apple should remove you from the App Store until you remove that bloat spying on key presses.

Do yourself a favor and read thru their privacy policies. You should do so before signing up for ANY program. I only wish the young lady at the register had suggested I do so. Unfortunately I felt rushed at checkout and blindly agreed to the policy automatically when I signed up for Beyond + or whatever it’s called. Thankfully they have, which is rare, a Request Deletion process which I used immediately after finding out the info I was potentially giving up (if I understood what I read correctly)

I am Beyond+ The coupon doesn’t load. Cannot sign in. Like many other reviews said this is a known issue. Every time you visit the store you needed to refresh the coupon but the refresh has had issues for several months. I am Beyond+ so why does the system need such users to refresh anyway it’s so idiotic. It’s so frustrating.
