    As an older woman (76) I was excited to get an app for stretching. However, there are too many excersizes I can’t do as I have two knee replacements that prevent me from getting down on my knees! I will continue to do what I can til my month subscription is done.

    The stretches are ok,however the app is mediocre at best.My biggest disappointment is that the screen does not rotate on my iPad.I also cannot get to work on my iPhone without purchasing the app again. I don’t have this problem with my other apps.

    I have not realized how tight and tense my muscles were until I started doing these strech. I am using the free version so far, I do 5mns every morning which hurts because my mx are so tight🫣🫣🫣.

    I love being able to make my own routine. I do wish there could be an auditory cue though, maybe like reading out the name of the stretch, so I don’t have to look at my phone between each pose to know what stretch is coming next

    This app is really great. If the developers could add the option to enable voice prompts so I don’t have to put my glasses on and look at my phone every 30 seconds to see what’s next. Also, another nice (separate) option would be to enable the app to read the description during the stretch and maybe a reminder to breathe, etc. Thank you.

    GREAT. Rehabbing from a back injury. Started out at maybe 10% flexibility now at 87%!! Injury occurred Aug 1 2023 and hopefully going to get to 90%. BEND HAS BEEB EASY TO USE AT MY IWN PACE.

    This app would ne more user friendly if it had verbal ques. Some customers are beginners and need help with breathing ques and modified positions if you can’t quite obtain the exact pose yet! Verbal ques would be helpful to keep going daily and help reach your goal!

    Bend is perfect for me. I’m on the go a lot and I need something to remind me to get my body totally warmed up and in gear to start my day. So far my favorite is using the 15 minute full body stretches every morning. I’ve been using this app for about three months now and I look forward to my daily workout with it. I rarely miss a day because my body feels so calm, yet completely, awakened after I’m done.

    I like the interface and stretches. I gave 3 stars because I can’t edit a custom routine nor can I copy a routine to use as a base for a new one. This means every time I want a change I have to start all the way over and make a new routine.

    Would give 5 stars if you add at least 100 yoga poses. There’s some poses I would like to add to my routine but can’t which makes it difficult for me to do yoga at home by myself because of my ADHD. I have to remember what pose to do after a certain pose which makes it a bit of a challenge for me to complete my routine. I do love how easy it is to navigate the app. Please add more poses. Or at least add a button where I can take pictures and name and add my own custom poses please. That would help so many people who has to modify their poses to use like yoga blocks , straps and blosters due to like a injury or age.

    Another App Store pariah that shoots to the top of these pay to play lists where Apple allows companies to rise the ranks without providing ANY value to the end user. If you don’t pay, it lets you do literally nothing. How does an app rise without being free on the free apps? Late stage capitalism baby.

    I love the options of routines. The length of the routines are just right as well. The option to put together my own if I want to.     I really enjoyed using this app initially, and was starting to see some progress in flexibility and feeling better. Then I found out I was pregnant, and realized I should only be doing certain types of stretching/yoga, and there is no where in this app that has options for pregnancy. Lots require being on your stomach, or being on your back. All no nos at a certain point in pregnancy. Developers, please do your research and add in some routines for moms to be! I am disappointed I won’t be able to use your app through pregnancy.

    I migrated to this app after the one I used for years stopped working. It’s pretty and easy to use, and I like all the different routines. I think it would be helpful if there was an option to have the app say/identify the stretches out loud, so you don’t have to constantly be looking at the phone screen.

    I have only just started to use it every day … so far I love the reminder alarm and the way the timer lets me know when the time is almost up so I don’t have to watch the clock! Consistency is my biggest challenge … I only do the 5 minute warm up so far and mild as they are they are revealing where I am weak and confirm why I need to keep doing this!
