    The touted "AR Feature" that allows you to compare the size of different TV screens in your viewing location doesn't work on the iPad. Very disappointing because the size of the iPad screen would make it much easier to get an actual feeling for what the TV screen would look like. The description for the app says it works "on this iPad", but only some of it works.

    Although it “support” Sign In with Apple, after sign in, the app will block you from doing anything before you need to give whole bunch personal to Best Buy. Then, what is the point?

    This app is terrible. Trying to purchase an Xbox that was is in my cart and I was signed in and it made me re-enter my password and said it did not match. It made me re-set my password over and over again and by the 7th time I was done and of course the item is out of stock. It still will not me log in. Will not be purchasing anything from Best Buy I anytime soon.

    I usually don’t have any issue with the app but this week the app keeps crashing when I try to access my account information. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my iPhone and the app still kept crashing. It’s starting to get annoying!

    There times where the app is slow when loading pages. One thing I notice is when you do a search for products the in stock toggle seem to show that everything is in stock and then You un toggle to show what is actually in stock. It’s like the toggle button is flip showing the wrong side of the stock inventory. Also when browsing for products that are available at the store and when you try to order there no longer at the store. Not sure but feel like a waste of time with in correct inventory. The your store tab should be at the top 🔝 for easier info and know how quickly to contact store or mapping it out.

    Bestbuy is in continuous decline. I bought a TV and HDMI for curbside pick up. There is no parking so I cannot go inside. I waited on hold for 45 minutes trying to talk to someone at the store who is supposed to handle curbside. I spent 45 min with the live agent chat trying to get them to help. The app is useless as my order is not coming up. The “support” people I spoke to either did not listen, just cut and pate the same answer, or were too inept to understand as they constantly suggested “going into the store’ when I said I could not leave my car and said to use the app which does not work. So sick of this like of big business not caring about customers. This is why people use Amazon since stores do not care and do not help when you need it after they take your money.

    I don’t give Best Buy access to my devices “Location Services”. I keep having to enter my zip code under the “Stores” section. This app is frustrating as it does not retain the last zip code entered. Please fix. I’ve ordered multiple appliances listed as “in-stock” via the Best Buy app. Neither was actually in-stock and neither have shown up yet despite passing each delivery date at least once. App showed a wildly incorrect “delivery by” date.

    I arrived at the store and entered my curbside pick-up spot number. The app said it was expected that someone would be out within 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, it said someone would be out soon and gave no further updates. I had to leave to go pick up my daughter, and the app did not have an option to cancel the pick up and come back later. I also tried calling the store, but they did not answer. They called back later, and I said I would come later in the week to pick it up. I later saw the order had been marked as picked up when it had not been. Please update store procedures for pick ups to not mark something as picked up if it has not been picked up. Please add an option to the app to return later for pick up if needed.

    I use the Best Buy app to check my Best Buy Visa transactions. It would be so much more convenient if Face Recognition was available when checking account information through the Best Buy app because I don’t want to install the stand alone Citi Bank app.

    This app is not very optimized. Going directly to the webpage is much better than this app. 6 sign in attempts failed after downloading for the first time due to server response. What in the world is it doing in the background? Lol. I clicked my account tab and the page showed the loading/spinning circle for more than 4 min. My network is not the issue and I am on an iPad Pro. Get this app fixed! Apps are supposed to be about convenience and speed, not 10x more time to load over a browser page. Pitiful.
