Going down the drain 2/5
Beyond stock levels not being accurate and not being able to use PayPal in store, things keep going down. Now they expire certificates for my rewards, something they never did before and I’ve been a member since the start. The whole program has gotten worse, app now says mine is gone and apparently only had a month to use but am elite plus. Thanks for stealing the money I earned.
Has tried to process payment twice now without asking where to ship it. Is this a scam? 1/5

For a store promotion app, it’s okay. But for a credit card app is junk. Two separate login steps. Nothing intuitive. No customer support. Even finding your current balance takes digging.
Not useful for managing credit card.

So wanted to give a final update to my fun, called Best Buy this morning when they first opened so I wouldn’t have to wait to speak with someone and the person I talked to said they only saw my order charge and not the double charge so I now need to wait for it to go thru in my bank and dispute it and possible wait up to 30 days to get my money back. Also I keep getting emails from ups that if I won’t be home to have my package sent to a pick up point but what they don’t tell you at first is they charge you for that 1.99 and that might not be a lot of money but if you order a lot. The whole situation just comes off as shady where Best Buy can’t see all the money they took from me then the company they partner with be like hey pay us and we’ll hold your package for you like I get that if it’s something I need to sign for but if I don’t need to sign for it then no. Like I said in the other paragraph I will never be shopping with Best Buy again and you shouldn’t either.
So after calling my bank it looks like the second charge will be going thru and I can’t get a live person or where they tell me to go online there is no way to get in touch with someone online like it states and if I dispute this with my bank it can take up to 3o days. So basically it comes down to Best Buy getting an extra 77 bucks from me. I will never be shopping with Best Buy again and will be letting people know of my experience as well.
Placed an order and tried to use Apple Pay that I will also never be using again as well and it told me something went wrong but then I got a notification from my bank that it went thru and so now I have 2 charges for the same order but different amounts for some reason. Tried to get help thru the app then the website and you just go in circles over and over again and you literally get nowhere not even a place to email someone at all. I then was able to eventually get a number but you can’t touch the number and call it like all other websites do so when I call it’s a 45 min wait and I get that with all that’s going on right now so I’m just gonna wait and if it goes thru I will dispute it with my bank. This is just way too much trouble to get 2 items and it shouldn’t be this hard to speak with someone.

I put order thru 4/2 just notification at 12:51am telling me order was cancelled. I thought maybe it was credit related well it was but not in the way I thought it was. Beware with the Best Buy credit card when they ship and fulfill your order they run the credit again for the purchase which was $751 of $926 for all in on touchscreen. I was supposed to get it Wednesday locally but not now. I was on the phone almost 5 hours trying to get this resolved only for supervisor Roxanne in the phillpines put me back in the phone IVR cue asking me what my issue is. Waiting I don’t mind but ignorance isn’t bliss and is intolerable. This isn’t my mistake. Please listen to all the calls and fix this Best Buy management.
The second run in credit cancelled my order because there wasn’t enough left over credit to cover it. That’s a huge flaw in your system!!!!! But I still have the same credit limit it wasn’t lowered.

This app is terrible and I’m deleting this. I do not recommend. I have to change my password EVERY time I try to log in so I have to come up with different pwords because you can’t use a previous one. I have to enter my card number every time I try to pay my bill!! It’s just ridiculous. Don’t waste your time

The app doesn’t give you an opportunity to comment on customer service. I received excellent customer service today using curbside due to the COVID 19. I did not get his name but he went out of his way to resolve an issue and complete a minimal but important sale. I would like to have been given the opportunity to comment on it so that he can be recognized. .

Over the past week I have had EXCEPTIONAL service from Best Buy. It has simply been outstanding. They replaced (at absolutely no cost to me) an order in USPS purgatory. They have trusted me to return the original shipment if it ever shows up. And their app is great, including smoothly integrated iPay. Very positive experiences. Making customers in the post-pandemic world.

I enjoy Best Buy in every aspect. The sales people are always knowledgeable and helpful. The store is bright, clean and laid out right. The Geeks are really a necessity for me because I need an instruction manual for a hammer. I also love to shop on their website. All in all a total 5 star operation.

I am very sad to say I bought A nice refurbished Dell tower called OptiPlex 780 and it only lasted barely over a year I wasn’t happy with the customer service I got in the store I did not buy the tower in the store I bought it online but the graphics card I bought to put in it was another experienceI was passed off from employee to employee Which I felt was pretty obvious because I was not buying an expensive one they lost interest in me as soon as they found out I was only buying a low-grade graphics card well if they understood like they were supposed to the tower that I purchased could only handle a low grade graphics card so my whole experience was not good with Best Buy altogether really upset that my computer is no longer working

I don’t buy anything from beat buy on a card because if you want to make a payment and forget your password they make it impossible to recover. There app isn’t user friendly for making payments at all. It’s like they make it impossible so you will miss your payments and accrue late fees horrible. You have to go to a third party to pay won’t allow you to pay when you log on to the mobile site on the app.

I am attempting to make a computer purchase and wanted assistance with computer product information. I tried calling in and was told would not receive call center support. I then attempted to use the Apps Chat options. Despite perfect connection on my end (I tried 4G, Wi-fi, and broadband). I attempted to chat through Android Note9, Samsung NotePad, iMac and iOS iPad Pro. In all options the Chat would open the reps would join but were not acknowledging my responses, as though they had me on mute. Tired of trying

Love Best Buy but hate the app 1/5
The app will not allow me to login in to my Best Buy account. Has been going on for about a year. I can login fine online and have reset my password many times but the app will not work correctly. Very frustrating. Need to fix its syncing issues.
I’ve been Best Buy elite for about 4-5 years so i do a fair amount of shopping with Best Buy. Again, love Best Buy just needs the app repaired.
