It doesn’t even open 1/5
By ellie dabs
I check if it needed updates but it doesn’t I try opening it and it just closes , idk I never got to actually use the app and I don’t think I am going to be able to , what a disappointment:/
Not free. 1/5
I really dislike apps that are free to download but then when you go to use it, you have to pay to use. Besides that it only lets you choose 10 days duration which does not fit all.
Lol I figured why not try another tracking app but when I went to put in my average cycle days, I could only put in 30 and mine are usually between 35-40. So I’ll be deleting this app and using Flo.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP !! 1/5
It is not a free trial , also they charged me 16.23 when they said it’s only $9.99 .. Apple could do nothing about it. I have had the worst day with this I literally downloaded the app and next day uninstalled it. There are way better period trackers that are for FREEEEE this is not worth the money or headache. Apple has lost a customer I swear with everything in me this is it ! I’m done with Apple Samsung has better phones better customer service better camaras better devices !! I will be switching !
Full of it 3/5
I downloaded This app and it’s a disappointment...I would like a refund..thank you
I purchased this app and I am very disappointed because the calendar dates are not correct.
Don’t download 1/5
The the calendar dates are wrong
Nice design - terrible cost 1/5
I really like the way the app is designed. It’s simple and easy to use and understand. Some apps make the period tracker over complicated. With that being said, the cost of $10/ weekly is outrageous and I’m honestly thinking it’s a glitch or something. How can you justify charging someone $10/week to look at this simple calendar. You would have more consistent users if your cost matched your product. I would consider spending $2 one time charge but other than that I’m deleting it if the cost doesn’t change.
Worst App 1/5
For an app that charges a great amount of money, it literally only has 3 features such as “symptoms”, “unprotected or protected”, and “mood”. Much better apps out there for FREE that offer way more. Trialed this app for 2 min and I was done.
Just way too expensive 1/5
If you were so proud of your app, confident that a lot of people can benefit from this, then why is it SO expensive?? Lost my business as soon as I got my foot in the door.
I just download this app and I have to pay... not cool 😡😡 this app should be free 😡😡
Money was taken😡😡 1/5
By Jolly MC'Luffins
I deleted the app and they still charged my account.
Not worth it 1/5
15 dollars a week? There are free apps that do the same and have more options about your personal information.
Days are off 2/5
By Calender off
The 2019 calendar in the app is off by one day. August 1st started on a Thursday and the app says that it started on Friday. This needs to be fixed ASAP since it is tracking your period and you don’t want to think you are a day late when you aren’t going to be.
Can’t even use it 1/5
By LGL in US
I can’t even use the app because it only goes as far as the initial BetterMe screen. At first I thought it was an issue with my phone, but now I have the iPhone XS Max and I still can’t get further than that screen. It stays on that screen for a while and then it just closes.
has AMAZING potential but prices are absolutely appalling 2/5
i was going to give this 1 star but it gets 2 for beautiful design and smooth layout. however, this app is for people with normal periods and does not account for the fact that more people than you would think have a period longer than 10 days. i see that as a fixable issue that you could increase in an update. however, i strongly believe you should not have to pay to be able to view a calendar. if you still REALLY want that money consider this: it’s free to put in your cycle info and look at the calendar. pay to input symptoms and see advanced diagnostics. it’s almost laughably horrible that you can’t use this app without paying. FOR OTHER CONSUMERS READING: clue works amazingly for me and i’ve used it for a year now; getting ready to check out flo from seeing recommendations. unless you’re able and willing to spend 40$ every month this app isn’t it.
Didn't let me set my age. 1/5
By DJ Leems
I am 11 years old, turning 12. I did not have the 2007 year option, as it only goes up to 2004.
Deleted as soon as I downloaded it. 1/5
One star because i had to tap a star. It looked really good. After downloading it and it wouldn’t even let me do anything with out setting up a payment. No thanks.
Not Worth It: High Price, Basic Content 1/5
Simply put, this app just isn’t worth the astronomical price. It’s not even worth a third of what it costs. It’s a very basic app. The tracker is a simple calendar that lets you input start and finish dates, moods, symptoms, flow, and sexual activity, that’s it (besides a small notes section for whatever you desire to input). On top of that, when inputting your menstrual period information they limit your cycle to a max of 30 days (people with longer cycles cannot effectively use this). It also limits the days of menstruation to 10days. The “Be Better” section includes an area of four basic tips/facts in relation to menstrual health (things you can find for free on webmd, google, or better tracking apps out there). The section isn’t very inclusive with its graphics. It’s cis-genedered, heteronormative, and white washed.
And that’s it. There is nothing else this app offers. There’s no input for birth control, temperature tracking, weight, mucus type, etc. It doesn’t have calendar reminders, forums, or anything else that can remotely justify the cost. There are much better apps out there for a fraction of the price. Honestly, there are free apps that offer more than this. Save yourself some money and look for anything else. It’s easy to find what this gives you, this app isn’t worth it.
Cash Cow Trying To Make Bank Off Of Woman’s Anatomy 1/5
We shouldn’t have to pay outrageous prices for a glorified calendar and web MD app that doesn’t cover the expanse of all women and their periods. The outrageous $10/week price is nothing but a money grab by devs off of the real need of Women reproductive health. It’s a shame. Am I saying it should be free? No, but it would be both gracious and wonderful. I wouldn’t mind it being a paid app, but $40 a month for something like this app provides far, FAR exceeds what this app is worth and isn’t worth it in my opinion. You’re better off taking the time and learning yourself and making a monthly calendar reminder in your phone and saving yourself $40 a month.
False 5 start Excellent review 1/5
The first review at the very top is false. It is not free. $15/week to use it. Not to mention all the other bad reviews are practically hidden! So stupid.
I downloaded the app after I saw an ad for it. I put my information in but it wouldn’t let me put in my last cycle because it wasn’t within the range of days it offered for me to choose from, so I just chose a random date. Then it wouldn’t let me use the app without putting in my payment information after I already chose free trail. This app doesn’t work as advertised so I will just stick with Clue, my other period tracker app.
Can’t use the app unless you pay (3 day free trial) 1/5
There are plenty of other period tracking apps that cost much less and/or are free. I’m not sure what makes this one so special. $15/week is absolutely insane. This makes me question how authentic those 5 star reviews are. Anyways, I deleted pretty soon after downloading. Don’t waste your time.
Pretty but no. 1/5
Sorry, but even with how pretty it is I’m not going to spend $15/week to track my period when I can do it for free. 🙄
Edit: after reading the developers responses to other reviews (particularly to CassandraLV3H) I’m even more disgusted by the prices AND the developers. Do not give your money to these people.
I’m surprised this app has so many “5 star” reviews. $14.99/ week for me to track my period, which is not normal like others. Is just way to much. I mean we already have the PINK TAX. Now this. Being a woman is God’s greatest gift and nightmare all in one. I understand that developing an app in general is not cheap but for those that pay for it. I’d just like to say BUY THE YEARLY OPTION. $14.99 x 52(weeks in one year) equals $779.48. That’s nearly $800 A YEAR. You would be STUPID to pay weekly. And clearly the devs know this. Most apps would make the weekly make sense to the yearly/ or in this case lifetime. If I buy one donut for 99 cents but there is a deal on a dozen.. the dozen should not cost 2$ if people making donuts actually want to make money and not look foolish. The weekly price should easily be $3.99. That makes it about twice as much as lifetime option. Plus if you do the math of 100,000 people paying that every week you get... drum roll please... 20.75 MILLION DOLLARS. EVERY YEAR. If that’s not enough to pay the devs imagine what your $14.99 a week is bringing home to them! Ha. Talk about a scam. Ps. $14.99 for 100k people for a year brings them nearly 78 million.
So now that I’m done doing math for everyone. Enjoy spending your money. And tracking your period and supporting people who don’t actually care about how much us woman already pay for in our daily lives not to mention we still do not make us much as our male counterparts in most fields.
I’d highly recommend basically ANY OTHER period tracking app in your App Store. None would ever be so stingy to ask for so much money for something use ladies have nothing control over. If I could choose to not have periods I would, and actually I don’t if I’m on Nexplanon. But that’s $2k for 3 years.. and removing it is about $400.. so really. Women are not favored, Ever. Period.
Hello I thought I was going to like your app but when I started to put the last day I had my period it wouldn’t let me because the last time I had my period was on July 1 2019 and it’s currently August 14th 2019 I am 14 but I only get it every five months and don’t say I’m pregnant because I’m a Virgin. So please change that. Thanks good bye forever
Not logical... 1/5
By Journie M.
My daughter’s 13 and I wanted to download an app to keep track of her period, but I can’t select her birth year as 2006. I can select the year 2004 but little girls can have their people at the age of 9!!!
By lucy boynton
I downloaded this in hopes of being able to track my period for free, but all you get is a free TRIAL and after 3 days you have to pay
Wont let me see my last period without a subscription. Awful.
Doesn’t work 1/5
It keeps crashing every time I open it and when I open the app it was just stay stuck on the ‘Better Me’ logo and then it would close out. So I’m deleting it
By Lael Mitchell
Downloaded then deleted immediately after seeing there’s only a 7 days trial then after that you must pay $14 a WEEK! Not per month per WEEK. That’s absolutely ridiculous when there are so many free cycle tracking apps out there that have better features. It would be smarter to make your apps free but charge for extra features. Like nobody is going to seriously pay that much for a basic app.
Not for all women 2/5
By Tootie with the lil booty
This app isn’t for all women. This app is for women with normal cycles. I actually think that a man created this app. I was quite disappointed when I could not go back and log my cycle from June 29th which was my last cycle. The furthest back it allowed me to go was July 10. So sadly I’ll be deleting this app. Also it only lets you select 10 days as a period length. My last cycle, my period lasted 23 days. So yeah, I’ll just continue with Flo. Flo has it all!!
AMAZING !! 5/5
Good for tracking ur cycle and gives pretty reliable results:)
Not letting me put my birthday 3/5
It won’t even let me put my birthday I’m twelve and I started my period when I was nine you guys need to fix that
Wasnt bad at all you dont even need the stuff you could pay for it tracked my period perfect no problems at all for FREE you do NOT need the extra stuff to buy. It tracks your period for FREE.
Set up 1/5
So I start the set up and when I get to the question about when you were born it didn’t let me put my birth date in I mean really, I would understand if I was like 7 but at my age everybody is on there period it’s ridiculous
Irregular cycles complicate this 2/5
So I didn’t get past the initial set up so I can’t say how effective it is in actually tracking, but as someone with PCOS that doesn’t have regular cycles and who has long cycles I’m not able to set it up to use.
Quite dissapointing 3/5
By a glitch?
disappointing, I downloaded this app because I wanted to track my period and I was very hopeful that it would work. But as always I read the reviews. By the time it was done downloading I opened the app up even after seeing bad reviews hoping it would be different. It was okay at the start until I signed it with information. They only had the limit of 10 days which disappointed me, but I kept going anyway just to see. When I used the app and figured out I had to pay just to see results I was very disappointed about the app and I lost hope. But I didn't end up deleting the app hoping updates would come. But In my opinion, the only things wrong would be the pay and the limits. But overall that it could be a really good my app! And if it got some updates I would personally support it.
By Help advocate
It will not allow me to choose or edit my dates it chose the wrong one for me
Would have been a good app if they let me put in my own period dates and tracked it from there instead of just putting any dates !
Not impressed 1/5
When I first signed up it said I would be paying 2 something a week so I figured that It was only going to charge me weekly. It never said anything about a full year at a time. So now they have taken out about. $119 dollars and won’t give it back to me even though I have canceled my subscription. I have bills to pay and a family. They have no way of any type of customer support other than email and those never work. If you aren’t clear that it will be taken out yearly then you shouldn’t not give money back. I haven’t even had the app 2 weeks and I will never use it so they will be getting 119 dollars from me for nothing. So please don’t download the app. If they would fix my problem I would have gave a better review. Until they do though my opinion stands firm.
I don’t like it at all 1/5
I don’t like it
Dumb app 1/5
By Momma's Apple Account
This app requires a subscription and when you sign up for one it says a price for a week to pay but then charges you MORE than the full subscription price so now I am out 130$ instead of the 3$ I thought my payment was going to be, and you can’t customize anything about your period on this app it does it for you
Not a text book 30 day cycle kinda girl. 1/5
I’m on cycle day 32, and so I can only go to 30! How is the days you’re on your period all the way to 10, but the cycle duration is so small!? Uninstalling.
Very bad 1/5
You can get the same paid features here for free on almost any other tracking app. Stupid
What even is this app it is the worst tracker app I have ever downloaded.
Set up 1/5
I couldn’t understand the questions to set it up. It was really confusing and when I thought I understood, it opened to the calendar. Turns out, I didn’t. None of the info was right. Not to mention, I was hoping my current subscription to one of the other better me apps would also include this.
It honestly had no function ; it wouldn’t allow me to place my own dates for my cycle, it just estimated it for me. Paying 10$ + for an app I can’t even alter correctly is stupid. NEVER AGAIN
Terrible app 1/5
Honestly There is no use in having this app. You can’t log your period Correctly it just does what it wants to do complete waste of time and storage.
