Doesn’t help 1/5
I took snapshots of plants I knew & had to take a second even a third of some before it identified them correctly. If it’s that bad how can I trust it to identify ones I don’t know. I’m not keeping this even for the free trial time. Julia snail

Ridiculous do not track policy 1/5
Despite paying a SUBSCRIPTION for the app to unlock the full functionality, you can’t enable notifications without turning on Allow Tracking in settings. It’s a disgusting dark web pattern to marry simple reminders with tracking analytics. Also, forcing folks to pay for your garbage “content” and app functionality with a subscription is pretty wild. You should be able to unlock most of the app with a single charge, and then leave subscription for your evergreen content features. But I get it, everybody has to make as much money as possible or whatever. Garbage, garbage app.
Sorry I got involved! 1/5

I downloaded the app cause a few plants in my garden were sick. Sent in the photos. No answer from the app. Now , as I text this, I’m trying to cancel but unable. I tried to cancel the same day but the drama is incredible…. 20 bucks out the window!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Not enough plant info 4/5
not enough plants are available with information for example i have 2 separate species of hoya and this app doesn’t account for either it just doesn’t have enough plant information to satisfy the needs of people with varies plants in their collection
This app was not accurate and didn’t even explain to what it’s poisonous to. For 20$ I would hope it would explain better and be accurate. It would be a different plant every time I took a picture but the same plant. I wish I could get a refund.
Amazing and easy to use!
By moms photos
Use it all the time on my walks!!
Plant ID was not correct 1/5
This app should be free and it should work.
Take app 1/5
You know, like if I do not see the price, it should be free, if you hide purchasing options it lies it fake it a really bad marketing strategy. Bad marketing strategy means bad people on the back who try to sell what nobody wants to buy. Plz, all developers, STOP be bad ! ! ! We are not that stupid we know your tricks, come on !
Zee Zee plant 1/5
The ONE plant I need help with and it is NOT in the app :-(
This app is probably the only reason all my plants are alive- it makes it clear and easy to remember when to water, fertilize, or repot all my plant buddies, and has so much information about each plant in case I have any questions. You can have (I think) 5 plants for free, and more than that costs around $4 a month. That’s incredibly affordable compared to most apps I’ve seen, and it’s worth it to spend the price of one coffee a month to keep track of all my plants!
Why do you have to pay for it ?
Click bait 1/5
Be upfront and say this a trial so people don’t do unnecessary downloads!
Wonderful, easy to use, great info 5/5
By Makes me smile alot
I really love the ease of use.
Must have for plant connoisseur 5/5
Great App support. Well set up. Highly informative. 👍👍
It would be great if I was able to see all the over due reminders instead of them being stacked up, as I use this app for the plants in my office and I can’t see what I’ve missed.
Deceptive + $$$ 1/5
Only after downloading are you advised that this is a paid subscription service.
I am deleting this app as soon as I post this.
This is a deceptive form of Bait and Switch.
50% Off 5/5
This is a great app, take advantage of the 50% off within the first hour of using the app because it goes away!
What’s the point? 3/5
By Jordan Goettling
The app itself functions and looks fine but it has absolutely no point from what I can tell. It doesn’t tell you a ton about plants nor does it have very basic things like...different species of spider plant to choose from. It also doesn’t help you troubleshoot when your plant is sick or dying. And its reminders are never adjust if you miss a water or are late. You could easily do everything that is “offered” in this paid app in Notes and Reminders.
If you prefer a separate app, I understand that but this is just an app without purpose that clutters my phone. If I were going on usage alone, I would give it 0 stars but since it is a functioning, usable app - I felt that would be unfair.
best plant app 5/5
This app is very helpful and my garden of plants has never been better
Please fix log in 4/5
I am really loving the app but confused about my “account”. I made an account but it doesn’t seem to be connected to My Garden. Tried to log in on the web and it prompts me to pay even though I already have a subscription. Same for on my husband’s phone- he’d be willing to pay too but we want to share a login so we can share My Garden. “Logging in” as me on either of our phones didn’t seem to mean anything at all.
0/7 identifying plants.
So far so good 4/5
I wanted an app that would help me figure out how to care for my plants and help me schedule feeding, fertilizing etc. I think it’s doing well that way so far. I hope to also diagnose issues that come up.
-5 stars 1/5

I could not be more disappointed with an app than with this ap it’s wrong 95% of the time
And very conveniently all tu he nicknames I tried are. Taken
Only free for 3days 1/5
3 days of free is a joke. False advertising to call this a free app if there aren’t even basic features that can be used without subscribing. BAD user experience. Market this correctly.
Not happy 1/5
By cold bed room
This app wanted me to start a free trial just like every single app that they advertise always wants you to start if we file like you just want the app you want to know how to fix your life and how to fix plants quit selling humans apps that make us start free trials we just want the app
Needs option when you decide to water early 3/5
DEVS PLEASE READ! I’m annoyed that once you set a watering schedule there is no easy way to modify it if you want to water early!
For example if one of my plants is looking a little dry and I decide to water it 2 days early, I wish I could click “Water” and then it would automatically mark the upcoming watering task as accomplished, and then remind me again X days later as I had previously set up. Right now I have to go into each plant and manually push the care reminder back, otherwise it will remind me again in 2 days, which would be way too early since I just watered it.
This is INCREDIBLY annoying when you have 50+ plants like I do. Watering schedules are not an exact science so there need to be a quick way to just tap when you care for a plant and it snoozes the notification by X days.
Please fix this! It makes me want to delete this app and invest in another app with better plant management. Thank you!
It’s okay 3/5
By London Jaei
I have found other apps that are more flexible and user friendly. Cancelling my current subscription
Love it! 4/5
so, i’m only giving 4 stars bc i don’t have a subscription and therefore can’t speak on the app in its entirety. but, just off the free version alone, i really do love this app. me giving a review at all is proof of that lol
❗️this next part i mention not knowing all the features that come with a subscription❗️
i would like to suggest that a feature be added that allows the app to keep up with the local weather. i live in FL and it’s hurricane season, which means lots of rain. my plants sit outside in pots and with all the rain i’m worried about overwatering. it’d be cool if the app could keep up with the recorded amount of rainfall and then let me know if i should bring in certain plants. or if it’s a scorcher, let me know to bring them in or water extra.
So far, I love it!! 5/5
Easy to add plants to your garden and identify issues. Was able to figure out what was wrong with my Lucky Bamboo.
has subscriptions 1/5
all i want is an app that i can add all of my plant reminders into and add notes without buying the subscription!
Nice But No 1/5
It provides information you might not know but paying a regular subscription fee for that information is retarded. Just use Google and don't bother with this app
Love the app 4/5
I absolutely love this app. It has helped me identify many plants I did not know and others I have. Knowing that I have made a lost of my plants indoor and outdoor. Only thing I would like is plant lists so I can make 4 lists as I work 3 gardens and a yard as well as my indoor plants. Taking pictures of them as they go and updating progress is nice. 4 stars because the one thing. Add it and you are a 5 star app that works well just need service.
Cant actually get in 1/5
I just downloaded this app and got the offer for $10/year. I had to sign in to my Apple ID to confirm the purchase but the keyboard never pops up for me to type my password in. Very frustrating.
Not an accurate diagnosis. 1/5
Tried 3 different plants and diagnosis were not accurate.
Okay I guess 3/5
Works when it wants to work
I love this app 5/5
Thank you, Alex, my awesome botanist friend! Your concern and wisdom are greatly appreciated.
I had a another useless app that charged me to speak to a botanist. This botanist never even spoke to me. This app is not perfect, but it's good enough for me. There tons cool video that you can watch to learn more about our green friends.
History log is now missing after last update 1/5
The last update messed up all watering reminders.
Fun and easy to use 5/5
Great app for anyone with plants or trying to grow their own green thumb.
Works well 5/5
I tried it on multiple plants I knew what they were around my area. Worked great.
By De Pere, Wi
I really wish I could try the app before having to purchase a year’s subscription. The “free trial” that automatically charges you is a scammy cash-grab by the developer.
Not worth it 1/5
It doesn’t accurately identify plants.
So buggy lately! 2/5
This app had been fantastic but suddenly lately it barely works, it’s so buggy! I can’t scroll through all my plants and the reminders are so wonky!!! Really bummed cuz I have so much info saved in here. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Was optimistic 2/5
I was so very optimistic for this app based on reviews that I jumped right into free trial! However when I went to start cataloging my garden, none of my plants were in the data base. Literally None.
Would be 5; but some issues 3/5
I really like this app and have been using it for a few months now. I like that I can keep all my plants in one place and take photos to track the growth (or lack thereof)…but there are a few little bugs or quirks that I don’t love. First, if you get behind on your watering, and you open the app to hit “complete” when you’ve watered, it doesn’t count the watering date as that day. Instead, you have to hit compete on the day they set the reminder for. I would like to be able to update the watering schedule to the current day, so then my schedule is correct from then on.
Also, when I go to the “My Garden” tab and view the list of my plants, it stops my scroll after 10 or so plants. I cannot view the rest of my garden because the app will not let me scroll father. Very annoying, because I like to see if I’m keeping up with what plants are currently in my home.
If these two issues were fixed, this would easily be a 5 star app.
Needs improvement 2/5
Gives precise notifications and cares for the plants.
What happened with reminders? 2/5
I set up care reminders for my plants until I get into a routine with watering them, but suddenly they’re not working correctly. Before when I’d open the app, it would tell me which plants were due for watering and you’d check off when you did it. Now it doesn’t do that and it only shows future reminders, which doesn’t help me if I can’t remember which plants are supposed to be watered???
