They are great till they aren’t. Most of the clothes are far form what is pictured. My order was daaays past it’s delivery date and when I asked for a refund that only give 10% . They are not accommodating even when it’s them that inconvenienced you.

Dont order anything express shipping from them because nothing about it will be express AT ALL! They dont have any real customer service that will contact you back. They always say they aren't in working hours. Well when are the working hours? Because it seems as if there aren't any. I just want a refund at this point. Keep the clothes!

they have low quality clothes and they run really small (i’m small and i have to order medium-large depending on the fit). I mostly only use this app for inspo now, the clothes themselves are usually a waste of money in my opinion.

First of all their advertisements are false a lot of the clothes look nothing like the pictures or the material is very cheap compared to the picture. Also they always give me false delivery dates, and my clothes ending up coming WEEKS later. You’re better off on SHEIN tbh.
