    This program does not do what promises. It doesn’t take into consideration your specific needs or goal. If you don’t like the week that coach offers, it still counts it as a completed week. You can’t track your progress since the data shows a week you didn’t complete. A complete waste of money. I tried to request a refund and my request was denied. They are other free apps that offer a lot more. This was was disappointing.

    I’m fasting from 8:00 pm until noon. I have been doing this for three days. This with walking on the treadmill for 90minutes then riding my stationary bike for 30 minutes makes me feel so good. I’m also eating keto lifestyle. I feel fantastic and have 10 more pounds to get to goal. I have lost 22 pounds on keto alone in six weeks 👍🏼👍🏼

    I am only on my 4th day using this app and I have already lost 3lbs. There are different fasting options, but you are limited if you are using the free version. I fast from 8pm to 12pm and the app alerts me an hour before I break or start a fast. It also allows you to track your weight. In addition to this app I do Pilates 5 days a week and although I am not on a strict diet; I do eat healthy and limit my carbs and sweets. A large cup of joe (black) keeps me sane during my fast. I recommend intermittent fasting to anyone who has been struggling with their weight. It works!

    I wish there was a way to “check off” days that I completed and stayed within my fasting hours. This app is kinda pointless except for the reminders of when you’re fasting or not but you could really just look at see what time it is.

    I have tried practically everything to help me lose weight, but with body fast it is easy and practical to do, after a while it definitely gets way easier! In 2 weeks I have lost 10 pounds already! Definitely recommend.

    Am I the only one who struggled to read the weekly chart and window table? The colors, the way the table's written out, it's really confusing. I paid a membership (which I now regret doing) but the coach isn't any different or better than the free version. I hate the way the windows are all over the place. I work, I need a schedule, I can't just skip eating for an entire day. I'm over it, all you need is an alarm clock folks, and there's one built into your phone.

    Coach is useless and does not take into consideration your plans or preferences. Was told I would be refunded within 14 days if I wasn’t satisfied and am now being told they won’t refund me. An absolute sham of a program. Very sorry I signed up for the coach and support.

    I really like this app but it doesn’t adjust with time zones. I travel for work and everyday I’m in a new time zone but it doesn’t adjust accordingly. I have my fasting schedule and now I’m having to do it manually counting forward/backward. Which is fine, but I can count hours without the app. This was just a way to make it easier but I wish it would count the actual hours fasting rather than go by my phones clock. Super big flaw if you are a traveler.

    I’ve enjoyed using this app to keep me on track for fasting. I like that you can move fast times to support changes in your weekly schedule. I also like you have one day you can abort (if you just had one of those days) and the extra challenges are fun to add, to keep you excited. Overall I have enjoyed this app more than most others!

    It was quite refreshing. Fasting helped me with organizing my life. I don’t eat after 7:45pm any more and I wake up so refreshed. Food no longer controls me I actually started my fast Sunday night so I had a head start. I will continual because I want to do a forty day fast. Thanks for your support.

    Or response even Worst app. And I enjoy many like fitness pal or zero as well as workout apps but this one is so bad it was like it is a sham and we should be refunded. Especially when you cancel within two days. At least learn from my lost 6 month payment and X out of this app before you download it.

    The app had such great reviews that I didn’t hesitate to purchase the “coach”; however, very basic features are lacking: - It won’t even ask/track if you were able to complete your fasting period - if 1 day in the week doesn’t work for me because you know, life happens, it’s impossible to make modifications, you have to abort the week (because you can’t even cross out the one day that you couldn’t make it work) - it doesn’t ask for any upcoming events to help you plan around it So basically I don’t understand how this is supposed to help me achieve my goals if I’m left to guess everything all over again. I want a refund.

    When I downloaded the app the formatting was complete wonky. Much like when a webpage loads incorrectly And after repeated download the temps it still wouldn’t fix, so I deleted the app and went with something else. Too bad.
