Starting with the fact that there was NO WAY to request and refund and now there is NO WAY to cancel the subscription. The links are a massive runaround that never actually offer you a way to cancel, only renew. How do I get out of this expensive and useless App???

App not user friendly. If you adjust one day it doesn’t adjust other days go correlate. The point of this app was to make it easier to fast. I had difficulty setting times and found it not worth the money. Very disappointed. There is no coach just more “programs.” Not very helpful.

Within a few minutes of using the “coaching” subscription version I realized it is a computer generating “coach” with little feedback opportunities. The fasting schedule is way too erratic to be healthy and beneficial. I tried to cancel within five minutes but was rejected. I would steer clear of this one.
The response to my above post is incorrect and untrue since I asked for a refund within minutes and it was denied.
Update: I tried emailing your support group as suggested below and got the same response as before...that I had to contact Apple. I did and was rejected again. So what is basis for your representation that you will refund within 14 days? So far, this is not true for me.
It could not be any easier! Thanks for taking away the need to think about it so much!

Doing something new is much easier when you set a realistic series of goals and persistent, positive reminders - which can get dull. And dull can likely lead to giving up - but less likely when progress is rewarded with another challenge to keep you engaged in solidifying new behavior. Before long you’ve reached your goal which not only reason to celebrate but - in the best possible way - beside the point. Because you haven’t merely achieved something obvious to others on the outside, you’ve gone and changed yourself on the inside. Not personalized at all. It’s a joke. Just go with the free part of the app it makes no sense to add the coach feature for $35 for 3 months. Requested refund obviously they make it almost impossible to do.

This is my first time using this app and it’s been almost a week and I love it! I’m using the free version for now and it sends positive reminders that you are doing well and how much longer you have until the fasting time is up! I have already recommended to friends!

I have being using BodyFast for a few days only. App is neatly done. However, being user of many other food tracking weight losing apps, so far BodyFast is more a time keeper rather than a true losing aid. No way to connect to your fitness apps, no tracking whatsoever. Even though fasting is not about tracking or counting calories, some sort of analysis would be of great help. If we already paid for an app believe me that we would’t mind to keep track of things to get more insight of our progress. If this is all I am gonna get probably I won’t be extending my usage period.
Wakes me up at 4 am 1/5
First of all, the free fasting plans are messed up. I chose the skip breakfast plan, and it keeps telling me to eat at 8 am. But even worse, I get woken up my push notifications at 4 am. I can turn them off, sure, but I was hoping I’d get notifications to motivate and remind me during my fasts. Nope, just a 4 am push trying to get me to sign up for the paid version.
I am using the free version of BodyFast without paying for any of the optional additional purchases.
The interface is clean and simple and so are the functions. If all you need is an app to help you with a intermittent fasting schedule, this does a good job.
However, I wish the app had more options for functions. Some ideas
- Display of how much time is left in my current phase (eating or fasting) in the notification review bar
- More personalization in notifications received for start/end of each phase (ex. I'd like a notification not just an hour before a new phase starts but a reminder an hour after and an encouragement halfway through)
- Shifting the schedule more effectively (i.e. not having to shift each day manually - all days following the shift should automatically adjust)

The app and programs are great!! Lost 8 lbs in the first week. I cannot believe the amount of energy I have! It’s non stop! Reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because I cannot read the app... I have a iPhone X and the words do not fit in my screen, so all the words on the sides are cut off... very frustrating!!!!

I love the app. I love that it tells you a half hour before to alert you about your fasting period to get you prepared. And how much time before you can eat again. I wish there wasn’t so many more options for a paying consumer. But because I only need to loose a small amount of weight, it does enough. Someone with a larger amount to loose may have to use the in app purchases. Which is unfortunate

I was trying the “free” version of this app and before I knew it- I was charged $34.99 for a 3 month subscription for the coach upgrade (or something like that). I requested a refund immediately and got no response. I have never opened the app since then because I was only looking for a timer for fasting.

I’m enjoying the app and have lost a few pounds so far however I downloaded it on my iPad and would like to use it on my iPhone as well. I do not have Facebook and therefore am not able to sign into my account on my phone so I am not able to use my account on both devices. I wish I could sign into my account using my email address. I think with more and more people leaving Facebook because of privacy issues, I’m pretty certain people don’t want their diet history up for grabs.
I don’t like that there is no one responsible know all live coach for when you mess up… There is no one there to reach out to if you need help… It’s a problem for me because today in my second week I effed up so I needed someone to reach out to but of course I couldn’t because this app doesn’t allow it blah blah blah no one cares it’s an OK app

This program does not do what promises. It doesn’t take into consideration your specific needs or goal. If you don’t like the week that coach offers, it still counts it as a completed week. You can’t track your progress since the data shows a week you didn’t complete. A complete waste of money. I tried to request a refund and my request was denied. They are other free apps that offer a lot more. This was was disappointing.

I’m fasting from 8:00 pm until noon. I have been doing this for three days. This with walking on the treadmill for 90minutes then riding my stationary bike for 30 minutes makes me feel so good. I’m also eating keto lifestyle. I feel fantastic and have 10 more pounds to get to goal. I have lost 22 pounds on keto alone in six weeks 👍🏼👍🏼
Finally Losing Weight 5/5
I am only on my 4th day using this app and I have already lost 3lbs. There are different fasting options, but you are limited if you are using the free version. I fast from 8pm to 12pm and the app alerts me an hour before I break or start a fast. It also allows you to track your weight. In addition to this app I do Pilates 5 days a week and although I am not on a strict diet; I do eat healthy and limit my carbs and sweets. A large cup of joe (black) keeps me sane during my fast. I recommend intermittent fasting to anyone who has been struggling with their weight. It works!

Deleted within minutes. It did not download properly. Letters cut off and whole boxes of information missing. What I could see had spell and grammar errors.
