So I order some clothing items from boohoo on April 4,2020 and I was suppose to receive it by April 9,2020 (that’s a red flag right there) so I waited and waited and never received my order or any type of message saying that something with wrong with my order. They said my order was is Memphis TN and it never said anything after that. So I downloaded whats app and decided to contact them. They said I’m sorry to hear that and we’ll give you a refund on 5-7 business days. So I waited again for another week and still no refund so I contacted them again and ask them Is there anyway to get another form of refund and they said no we’ll contact you if there is anything wrong with ur refund I still haven’t received my refund or anything. PLEASE DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. ITS FOR SURE A SCAM .

I placed my order on June 14,2020, it was supposed to be here on June 19 and today it is June 27.
I ordered a hoodie and short set and when I took it out the plastic it had a big whole on the side so my girlfriend had to sew it so before you go buying stuff think twice because it might be too small/too big or wrong product or bad quality

I’ve tried to make large purchases multiple times. When I add my items to the cart I see all promotional sale items, then when I go to pay you charge me full price. I contacted boohoo twice, the first time nobody responded. the second time I was tossed around from 5 different people who were no help. I was told that I would have to pay $300+ for sale items that came to a total of 165 and when I receive my package they will refund me the money. I’ve never heard of such bs in my life. They clearly don’t care about the customers or try to come up with some type of resolution.

I do a lot of shopping online and I understand that there is no perfect app but if there is issue they are quick to handle a resolve. THIS APP on the other hand is quite the opposite! First, I didn’t receive all of my order and they added two items that my 9 year old daughter couldn’t even wear! So I returned all of the items that were too small and the two items that I didn’t order. Boohoo sent an email and said they received the items and I should receive a refund in 7 to 10 days. When that didn’t happen I emailed them to ask where refund was and they said they sent it in April. Which was impossible because I had ordered in April. They have given me nothing but a complete run around in behind their incompetence. I am furious because I am out of $29.03 and I never received what I actually ordered!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS !!!!😡😡😡😡

I’ll get straight to the point.
1. No matter what I order I always receive the WRONG size and even some things I didn’t order.
2. There’s no way to leave a review ON the app itself or see pictures of what you’re getting on other customers.
3. If you want to leave a review you have to go to their Facebook and even then they have to accept or deny your review.
4. The return policy is horrible because not only will it take forever, but YOU have to pay to send your items back.
5. I’ve been searching for months and still have no idea how to delete my account. At this point I’m not even sure if it’s possible.
This place is overall super SKETCHY and unprofessional.

Usually I don’t have issues with my order but this last order there is an issue with my package and it is frustrating to not be about to contact the company and not speak to a representative.
That’s unprofessional in my opinion and makes me reevaluate purchasing items from them because they don’t have a effective and efficient way to contact their company. I had to find out through fedex that there was and issue. I’m still trying to contact Boohoo. Hopefully, they still send the item. And credit me something for the inconvenience.

I order some white shorts from them and although they sent white shorts they were completely off from the picture online. The ones I received were see through and were very thin. When I email boohoo they told me I would get 50% refund but still proceeded to say “as the difference is not so big”. Very disappointed...

I’ve ordered from boohoo about 3 times.
1st time was a great experience around the time BOOHOO was reaching a wider audience. Which lead me to the 2nd purchase.
The 2nd time I’ve ordered the shipping took at least 3 weeks for ONE item that was promised to be delivered with 7 business days.(Should’ve ran away then & washed my hands right?)
The 3rd time was me not wanting to give up on a company bc of ONE mistake. I ordered 15 items & paid for express shipping, the said they pride themselves in shipping out orders same day but the other half of my order has yet to be shipped out. The communication is HORRIBLE. I wish they had a custom service representative to answer any questions or concerns in between certain times.
MORAL OF THE STORY; Don’t let the affordable prices get you. DO NOT shop here.

I seen boohoo suggested on a forum and decided to try it. I loved some of the clothes and ended up spending over $100 and paid for express shipping. I placed my order on the 31st so today is a week and I still have not received anything. My order was sent in two packages and one of them doesn’t even have a receive date. Ridiculous.

I literally bought a couple of items of this app a month ago and it said it was supposed to already come and nothing has come! This is bad service, no updates. I was going to use a dress that I bought off of here for my graduation but I couldn’t cuz it didn’t come on time. Disappointed.
I ordered a package over two weeks ago and my package still hasn’t arrived at my house. They gave me two delivery dates and it hasn’t came yet. I am very upset and will no longer be shopping with this website.

I wouldn’t recommend this online store to my worst enemy. The AMOUNT OF ANXIETY this terrible company gave me is unfathomable. Over 2 MONTHS, I tried contacting someone to arrange a pick up date. They either ignore me or keep sending me the SAME response (I’m talking copy & paste), with no effort to resolve the issue. On top of that the garments came cheap & not as displayed.
I used to love ordering from Boohoo! But I started to notice they don’t have updated clothes. It’s the SAME clothes from when I first started ordering from Booboo TWO YEARS AGO!! Absolutely nothing changed including the shoes, bags, and accessories!! When I did use the site, customer service was awesome. Shipping time was okay. GET SOME NEW PRODUCTS!! Until than I won’t be back.
Update: A year later. Clothes/style is still the same! Leaving a review should be an option. PLEASE GET SOME UPDATES CLOTHES!! SHEIN ALWAYS have updated clothes!!

The clothes are TRASH the worse quality ever. My friend ordered from here too and the pant legs are diff sizes. One was longer than the other! My clothes i returned 90 % of my order. Bad quality. Just tried again today to login on the app and nothing. I’ll be deleting the app and using safari or will login on my computer from now on

So incredibly disappointed on my latest order. Not only was BOTH the swim suits I order UNFLATTERING, the swimsuits themself made little to no sense on any body type.
Being plus size woman and offering plus size swim wear I was excited. But I received swimsuits that are made from extremely low quality material that was NOT in ANYWAY made for plus size women.
I also don’t understand why you can’t leave reviews on any products?
I’ve maybe over 5 orders over $100 with Boohoo and the last two/three orders have been extremely cheap, low quality, not true to size merchandise.
PLEASE GIVE THE OPTION TO LET YOUR CUSTOMERS LEAVE REVIEWS ON PRODUCTS.

Despite all the bad reviews, I decided to give it a shot and I ordered 3 items from this website that I truly liked and for a great deal. I didn't have high expectations on quality and material, etc.
From the time I placed My order I received prompt confirmation and regular updates on the tracking of my package via 3rd party app.
My purchased items were delivered in good condition and within the specify time frame of 7-11 business days, (got mine in 10 days).
The clothes I purchased are as described, quality of material is good and the fitting was perfect.
I’m satisfied with my purchase and the delivery of goods. I will buy from them again in the future.

I bought clothes on April 30 around midnight, got an email saying it would arrive on May 4 but it never did. I waited days upon days and still nothing!!!! I eventually called BooHoo from the dial but the robot lady was NO HELP. Then i messaged Boohoo on Instagram about my “missing package” and they said they would look into it but i doubt they ever did LMAOOOOOOOO. My package has been sitting at Memphis Tennessee for like 3 weeks according to FedEx. Very disappointed in the useless customer service, plus my package never came, ended up getting a refund when i didn’t even ask for one lol... just wanted my clothes and woulda wait but my package got lost in transit apparently “sorry were outta stock so we’ll refund you, money will be sent back to your account by June 3rd”. BYE BOOBOO with ya bankrupt cockroach cheapass see through clothes. (some of the workers at boohoo deserve better, but some of them were dumb asl.)

I always judge a companies awareness by if they include a dark mode to their app. Boohoo added this recently and it always makes shopping more pleasurable since its a lot easier on the eyes. I do most of my shopping at night during my down time before I go to sleep, so a dark mode is a huge quality of life improvement for me.
Now the important part: The clothing is super affordable. The quality sometimes depends on the item, but that’s true for every major retailer in this day and age where leggings from Victoria Secret are just glorified panty hose.
The key difference being spending $60 on them at VS or like $10 at boohoo.
P.S: Give the genius who added a dark mode a raise for saving me from having recurrent migraines from staring at a stark white screen before bed. 👏👏👏👏👏

This weekend I will be the first in my family to graduate from college. It’s a huge milestone for us. Due to the current situation I started looking for e-commerce stores and came across boohoo. Although they had bad reviews I decided to give the company a chance. My first two orders came in great and proceeded to order the dress I would be wearing this weekend. However, after making the order and tracking the information I noticed that it was sent to the home where I lived 3 years ago and have since moved twice. I don’t know how that happened as I don’t even use that address for my debit card and hadn’t changed the address at the time of check out. I contacted customer service telling them about the issue at hand they were very unhelpful. The address is all the way in Berkeley and I live in Pomona. They decided to not give any solutions and rather told me to “collect the dress from the address”. I said I really think it was a glitch in the app as I haven’t used the address in years and got a new phone that doesn’t have the address automatically saved. It’s a huge disappointment they provided no tangible solutions given the special occasion even if it would have required an additional cost. I recommend people to look at other online stores.

I ordered with the anticipation I would have to return everything... I was so wrong I absolutely love every item I received! The only complaint I have is that the pants I ordered were their size for a US 18, but I should of ordered a 16. So the jeans from what I can tell run a little big but everything was such good quality! I can’t wait for it to warm up so I can wear one of the dresses ❤️
