I have to admit I was skeptical after reading a few reviews. I went ahead and ordered anyway, the dresses were too cute not to. I am more than happy with my order. I purchased 4 dresses and a pair of sandals. I ordered a US size 6 for the dresses and a 9 for my shoes. Everything fits PERFECT!!! I could not believe how quick the shipping was. I ordered on a Friday and package arrived the following Tuesday. I also have to add the quality of everything was above what I had expected. Super adorable and I LOvE everything!!! I WILL be buying from BooHoo again!!

I ordered a dress in the correct size and I was sent the wrong size so I spent more money sending it back waited a week while they “checked” to see if it was in stock . Just to be told it was out of stock. When I ordered the correct size in the first place which is really unfair since I didn’t order the size I was sent . Now I’m out of some money and a dress for my birthday . Don’t trust you guys . I don’t think I’ll purchase anything from here again such a disappointing experience.
so I ordered a jumpsuit from here & it said 3-5 days yet it took 3 whole a** weeks to get here & it also came stained!!! the worst part is that it was white and there was a stain in the front & the back. it also seemed like it had already been used.
another issue, I was looking through some heels on the website & it said they were available in all sizes costing $22 but when I check on the app it says that the exact same heels are only in stock in sizes 3 & 4 costing $25 ?? so which one is it ..

This is the worst first experience. I ordered a cameo jacket and they sent some random green jacket. Makes no sense. Smh $54 later and you all still screwed me.

I ordered this dress for my birthday on Valentines Day which is today. I ordered it in Feb. 2nd and you guys guaranteed that if I ordered it by Feb. 5th that it would get here by Feb. 14th. I still have not received the dress and have had to purchase a different dress for my birthday from a different company. I would like a full refund. I am reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau. I deserve a refund and to be compensated for having to deal with your incompetence. Please let me know when you haven refunded my money. I’ve wanted to use the app so I wouldn’t have to go online to shop, and the unless I’m missing something, there is no option to click the size you want for an item and then add it to your cart. I’ve had to add it to my wishlist, then choose the size I need and add it to me cart. This really should be fixed as it’s a real inconvenience.
I placed a order and it’s taking 7 days to get to the courier.. nobody willing to help and or re send my order that they can see clearly never got the the courier... DONT ORDER FROM HERE .. then told me to re order 155 dollars order and do express pay tf ... oh and $10 gift card for my lost clothes I’ll never order from here again

Ok firstly, why is the home page filled with below average models? Not on single plus sized model on the home screen. Secondly, EVERYTIME I open the app it’s telling me to give them location services. Which I always have as “never.” Back to the plus size thing, if I’m looking at clothes for plus size women that go up to a US size 24 why am I seeing a model who’s literally a US size 8? It’s not like I’m trying the clothes on in-person. It would be really helpful to see how it plus sized clothing looks on real plus size bodies. Big stomachs included.

I ordered over $60 worth of clothing for Halloween and I got it with express shipping so I would have it before then. I was following the shipment and it said it would be delivered by October 15 and I still have yet to see that package. I try and get in contact with someone and I’m thrown for a loop every time. I just want my money back at this point.

I bought $550+ worth of clothes, after three days of confirmed receipt they cancelled the whole order saying there was unavailable items and the second mail says that there has been an over weight issue !!! Seriously! They could have shipped it in two different packages instead of cancelling the whole order and now I have to wait for my refund. Anyhow I couldn’t wait any longer so I tried to purchase in small quantity. First order went through perfectly but the second order when I clicked through payment process button I got a pop up message saying there has been a transaction issue try again. So I was about to try it again but then I received the text message from bank saying the transaction has gone through, I checked my account online and it shows the transaction payment so to make sure I called the bank and they confirmed it too. I don’t know how many emails I have sent them. There was no reply... Iam still waiting !!!! I would say this site would have been the best online retail store if there wasn’t issues like this. Cancelling the whole order. Cmon we can only add 20 pieces per cart! I can’t trust this site boohooo

I really enjoy the clothing and the app works pretty well. However, I NEED to see the customer reviews of every item so I know whether or not it’s worth buying. If it’s true to size, color, comes with any defects. Also needs accurate item descriptions, like whether or not there’s built in bras, liners, how the material is, etc. Unfortunately there’s no reviews or descriptions on the app or website. It’s better to be transparent and I bet you’ll get more customers when people can review their items.

I was looking for a knee high boots size 5. I usually shop in Forever 21 & H&M, but they only have 5.5. But then I came across to this app on instagram. I googled Boohoo US. Clicked the link and it led me to this app @ Apple store. Downloaded it, and boom! They have size 5. I was thrilled. So I ordered two things, when I get the confirmation that it’s on my way. I realized that it’s shipped from London. It was a surprised 😱 as I don’t shop stores outside of United States. But I waited anyway, and no worries cuz they have tracking #. So I received my package more than a week, and I was pleased with the products. They look great! And I love my knee high boots. 😍😱 And just last night I re-ordered again, and this morning I received an email that my stuff is on the way. 😊✈️ I am excited to receive my new shoesssss!!!!👢💕

The store itself follows the name of it. It is literally boohoo. I bought my clothes and my shipping fee, which states that it will arrive at least in 7 days. When I contacted the customer service, they asked me to wait for a month and contact them again. They casually believes nothing is wrong with this problem and i had to ask so many times to figure out what has happened with my package. DO NOT USE THIS BRAND

I ordered a coat almost two weeks ago now that should have been here last weekend at the latest. I ordered it specifically for something I’m doing this weekend, which should have been fine considering the fact that it should have been here last weekend. After contacting customer support I learned that they will not be able to look into sending me a new item until after November 7th. For reference, that’s 4 weeks after I ordered the item. Don’t waste your time, there are plenty of other clothing stores that value their customers.

I love Boo Hoo. Don’t get me wrong. They have a lot of cute stuff for affordable prices and they almost always have a sale on stuff so why not, right ? But I have 1 suggestion. Boo Hoo can really use a segment on the website and app where you can leave reviews on clothes to make sure you get the right size, if it’s something you really want and etc. instead of having to order it, get it shipped and end up returning it which is a PROCESS !
You guys really need to restock your shoes. I have looked at multiple pair and they have all been sold out for over a month. Fix this please

The app does not match the website. It’s hard finding certain items on the app that are easily found on the site. Also the advertisements never match which is also annoying.
The clothes itself is okay don’t get me wrong, some are actually good and others are just cheap material. This app freezes a lot and is very very aloof and the customer service is poor asf

the app is easy overall , but their customer service is horrible. 😂 I ordered 4 pieces off the website on August 18. They said my order was placed. You would think pretty fast right ? They have a little link on the right hand corner that says “track my package”. I click on it and it bring you straight to some postal service called royalmail. I check the website and it says my package is being delivered from the UK and there will be more information when it arrives to my destined country. So far pretty pleased with my order and the status. The app also says my package should arrive on or before August 28. Great, I can wait a week. I check the app again in about three days and the same message on royalmail. Ok... maybe the plane’s delayed or something ?? I check the next two days and the same message. Mind you it’s about the day before my package now and the message is still the same. This is not adding up or making any sense how my packed hasn’t moved within a WEEK. I try to check the tracking and the website is down 😂. How is that even possible?? that’s not even the worst part. You literally can’t even contact the place. No phone number. They Just give you scenarios on what’s possible happening with your package. No answers. The only way to contact them is to either email or download facebook messenger. And then they tell me they have to wait until September 16 just to see what is going on with my package 😂 so i have to wait a month Just to find out where my package is ?? No when it’s going to be delivered just to see where it is lol. so ridiculous. will never order from here again.

The people need reviews! You know how helpful those reviews are for sizing and quality reference?! Also the amount of returns would certainly reduce. I love boohoo but I continue to go to other places that have reviews so I’m 100% satisfied on what I’m buying and not second guessing on my purchases.

I wouldn’t recommend boohoo they said return postage was free in the United States but they deducted $8.00 from my return amount 😫Terrible company very hard to get in touch with They have no phone number and the quality of the pants that they sent me were terrible they were not what they appear to be online they were like stretch rubber they look really cute online but the feel was awful so I say stay away from this app I am not going to order anything more from them I think there a scam they say your postage is refundable but so far they haven’t refund it
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have never had an issue with boohoo. Last night I decided to use the app to make a large purchase, walked away from my phone for no more than 10 seconds to get my card, just to come back to a deleted cart. Yes the app deleted my whole cart and it cannot be retrieved through various attempts! Sooo no not happy with the app. What a waste of time. There were 20 items in the cart too! So fyi God forbid you walk away from your phone during the transaction, all hell will break loose.

I’m trying to bye theses cute boots and every time I go to pay for them (on the app) it pops up with an error. I even called my bank to see if it was my card but they told me that everything was fine! I really want theses boots, too bad there’s something up with their app!!!
The website version loads 5x faster than the app. Tried several times to create an account so I can add stuff to my cart and an error keeps popping up. Very frustrating. On the website, you don’t need to have an account to add stuff to your cart. Will revert to the website.
I gave you one star And I haven’t ordered anything but the clothes you show on here look like they are for hookers! Way too sexy and few I would even can consider.
