Have been using for a few months. Couple of the things that would make it a little better for the cost of the premium subscription. 1) Being able to tag a book to more than one collection - e.g., Finished and Non Fiction. 2) Being able to update the collections titles. I added one and the decided I wanted to call it something else and there doesn’t appear to be a way to change it. 3) A calendar view so I could see a representation of what I was reading when. 4) So far the assistant appears to be virtually worthless other than asking my name.

Bookly (I have the yearly subscription) let’s you add all of the books you’ve read, tracks reading sessions, enter in your favorite quotes, and a lot more. It’s a really useful app for all types of bookworms.

A really cool rewards system (not like I need it as a bookworm) and it’s fairly simple. I love the easy set goals and the cute “assistant”. The free experience is great although some stuff I do wish I had. I’m sure the pro is worth it and highly recommend this app as a whole!

Wish there as more and different things to buy with the coins you earn. I just seem to stockpile them because nothing I really wanna buy. Overall the tracking on the app is great. I got the premium and pay monthly for it. Not a bad price and if I read correctly I can add as many books as I’d like to on there. (Hopefully I read the correctly, or else I need to track elsewhere). I love the sounds it gives while reading as well.

This is such a good book tracker. I love that it’s free and you don’t have to pay for it but if you want premium of course you’re gonna have to. I like how it has where you can put in quotes and stuff that’s for useful.

I love how it times the time I read and counts the pages I read. I find it very helpful how it shows the amount of time it shows when we would most likely finish the book. I just don’t like how we need to pay to remove a book but I understand it. Overall I love this app.

You can’t even delete already read books without buying pro and it’s annoying. Deleting a book off shouldn’t be part of pro it should just be a normal feature.

I actually love this app so much I hope so. You keep track of how far I progressed on my books an hour of how much I’ve read that week or how many pages I’ve read because if I go from page 120 to page 197. I can’t count that fast so being a little type it in just real quick and time my reading session. This is easy for me and I love it.

If you love reading books as much as I do then this is the perfect app for you. I love how you are able to set a timer for how long you want to read your book and you then once you are finished reading your book for the day you could set a timer for however long you want and you can write reflections on what you read. You can also listen to relaxing music when you read and I enjoy listening to the rain sound. Also while you are reading you can write quotes or words you found interesting in the book. You can also collect gems from reading and buy things in the shop with them which I think is cool. This app is amazing and it makes reading more enjoyable for me!

this app has really helped me get out of a reading slump but at the same time it has a limit of 10 books unless you want to buy pro. i don’t like this considering i have already used over half but don’t have the money to buy more. i think the basis of the app is great and is definitely worth a try.

I really enjoy using the app and tracking my reading, which is why I bought the pro version very early.
I’m glad they now added the audiobooks feature, but I wish I can also track percentages for audiobooks. Only tracking time and not being able to add how many pages it is, is slightly unhelpful but I hope this will be updated in the future.

I love how it gives you the opportunity to save quotes, ideas, and vocab words. It also produces PDFs of your time reading, which is really cool and is actually really useful for teaching purposes that I like, so I hope that English teachers know about this because it can be really beneficial in making children actually read.

This app has helped me tremendously in achieving my reading goals. I’ve always read a lot but have wanted to really up my game this year to read at least 100 books. Tracking my reading time is a great way to stay on track. This app has multiple features that help you do that. Also the “add a quote”, “add a thought”, and word features are great for reflecting on what you are reading and building vocabulary. The Stats feature incentives and rewards your reading accomplishments.

This app serves it's purpose of the initial intent of why I started using it; ability to track my reading progression and streaks on any book whether that be ebook or print. Also gives me a general idea on reading speed which I've tried to improve over time.
However I think the app can be far more beneficial to its users if it was more integratabtle especially when I predominately read off of my kindle. Some ideas:
- Pull in books in my Kindle library saving me from manually adding
- Save all highlighted quotes during reading session (can integrate with readwise or poll directly?)
- Ability to use Locations instead of pages
- Auto-add ‘words of the day’ for words I looked up while reading.
I've also have stumbled on a few issues that can be rather frustrating:
- Cloud sync across devices does not work well. I’ve had reading sessions completely disappear.
- If you travel there are instances your reading streak will break. This is because it does not retain the timezone of the original session. For instance, if I travel to the west coast and read at 10:30 PM PST on March 14th and this is the only time I read that day once I travel back to the East Coast it’ll show up as a reading session for March 15th causing it to break my reading streak which I have to adjust manually.
- I had a bug that editing reading sessions from the above bug caused all prior edits to revert to their original settings so I’d have to go back and readjust those sessions as well which was beyond frustrating. I think this has been addressed though.
