I hate this app 1/5
I’ve been with you guys for a while. And you are so quick to take your money but you take all day to send me mine. I believed in your services at first. I even convinced the whole salon to sight up to booksy. But every week I here a complaint about your app from my coworkers. I am ending my services with you. And canceling any client that came from you through boost. You owe me money from mobile payments this past weekend. All of a sudden there is an issue with my financial institution. I should have the right to use a prepaid card for mobile payments. I don’t trust your app with my bank info.

Booksy has been a solid booking app, and is definitely convenient for all involved. There are some things I believe would be super helpful for users:
•Allow administrators the option to book reoccurring appointments/reservations.
•Make it VERY CLEAR when there is a wait time in between services- This is a huge one! People just don’t see it! They book a service, then add a service and just automatically assume that makes it a back to back appointment.(Maybe make that alert a BRIGHT color or make them click an ok) I have been a user for a few years now and I still have to correct this issue weekly. It really is a stressor and can definitely jam up a schedule- when it’s not the users fault.
•Make a much more accessible place to put in notes about your client that are easily updatable.
If these updates were incorporated it would be the best app I’ve ever used. I spend a lot of time on it and these are things that would truly make a huge difference for administrators using the app for business. I truly hope this review is taken into account and reaches someone who can make those changes🙏🏻

I contacted Booksy. The only way someone can contact them which is through the customer support chat which they never answer or they never respond. As a entrepreneur and a business owner communication is key in this industry. I’m upset because it’s not like this is a free service. I pay for the service every month on time. And when there is issues there is no one there to help but they will be very fast to take your money. I strongly advise to you look in the reviews before downloading their app. Oh and the 14 day trial is a bunch of crap. I gave my code to a friend so that we could both take advantage of the “so-called” deal.As soon as I put my payment information in they processed my payment for a whole entire month. I’m confused as to where the 14 days for free went. This is false advertisement! I honestly hate the fact that I had to at least give them one star because they don’t deserve it!!

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This app has helped me tremendously. I no longer need to stop what I’m doing while attending clients on my chair. Every client who wants to book an appointment has the option to view my availability and book a reservation right then and there.
Won’t let me do anything if I don’t leave a review and takes forever to get a response from anybody if I have problems and money transactions through. The app are garbage and takes to much time to set up or receive your money clients from get taken and u get charged if you get clients from business cards or social media and then you can dispute it and wait to see if you get approved then you will receive your money back very poorly pilot together seriously thinking of switching apps or services

We’ve had way too many issues using this app. It’s really disappointing and frustrating when our clients try to book appts but can’t because it says we aren’t available or when they’re able to book appts when we aren’t available. If you have high volume of customers on a particular day of the week or multiple days of the week, I would highly suggest find another way than this app. We’ve spent too much money on this app to have this many problems. Fortunately we have extremely loyal customers that are understanding, otherwise we would have lost a lot of business up to this point.

I have been using this app since July of 2020. I have had some hiccups along the way but compared to the other apps that I have tried and researched. BooksyBIZ still is remains my top choice. If there is a way to differentiate between client referrals and the Boost Marketing feature, I would greatly appreciate some information if this is something I can do myself. My only big drawback is that when clients pay thru BooksyBIZ, especially on the weekend it takes so long to get your money versus some of their competitors who send your your funds next day. If you guys could somehow speed this process up, I for one would greatly appreciate it.

As a new small business this app is not worth it. Paying $30 a month is ridiculous. I don’t get enough clients to afford this after figuring out all the kinks I am just going to try another app. I have one staff and I can’t block out both of our schedules for an appointment. There’s a few other things I dislike about this app but too detailed to write out. You would think apps would help small businesses during this time but they have no type of support besides one time free month.
Easy to use works really good make new clients and maintain your your older clientele.

This app has made my life so much easier and my clients, saves me alot of stress, and time receiving calls and text messages from other clients trying to get haircuts while Im working use to take alot of time from me, now Booksy is like having a personal secretary, and for clients its like having my schedule in their hands they can keep track of my availability straight from their phones. Everything is more organized! Clients no longer have to wait long hours for a haircut. Keeps track of everything! App eventually might need some little improvements here and there, like for example, if a barber is backed up, should be an option to click, that sends every upcoming client of the day letting them know barber is 15min backed up or 30min etc, instead if having to send messages to all individually, but overall is a great app great customer service! Cant complaint!

This is the worst app. If you are expecting this app to total your earnings correctly and not checking to see if the numbers are adding up to the actual figure...you better double check it. I’ve been using the app for a couple years and the only reason I’m still using it is because I have so many people booking me on it. Other than that I’d scrap it! The customer service is terrible. I waited on hold for almost 20 min one time just for them to tell me the manager “Tas” was going to call me back in the next 15 min...it never happened. Smh but it’s ok I’m gonna let everyone know about this service because I know that I’m not the only one going thru it with them. So make sure you look at what you earned that day by looking at the schedule and then compare it to the statistics for that day and I’m telling ya you gonna see what I’m talking about. They said run the report but why should I have to do that when it’s supposed to show you in the statistics. It’s terrible because that’s what your paying for. And they don’t give you no type of tutorial or anything about how to use it so, you’ll be using this app at your own risk.
