Why haven’t lenders been able to access the app?
The app has issues. It should not require multiple attempts just to get to the fingerprint to open or to respond to a shark tank call. I find it time consuming and annoying. Further it’s constantly asking me to try or learn more about shark tank, which I already use, and it will not allow me to skip or move forward. I have to close out of app and start over. Several times it just freezes. This app could be far better with some tweaking, but today, not a huge fan.

Some apps try to do too much and fail. Some apps do to little and are useless. This app has just the right about of functionality that you need on the go with a mobile device. All the heavy lifting needs to be done on the main desktop site, as it should be. While there are times some glitches appear, they are rare and not mission critical. Overall, very impressed. The team at Inside Real Estate needs to take note of this app so they know what a real CRM app should look like! Kudos BoomTown!
This app... needs a lot of work
App has always been very limited but now with the latest release it won’t even load, guess I shouldn’t be surprised, app isn’t great even when it used to somewhat work.

This Ap is no where near as instant as the Website. It doesn't sync well, response is slow and has a lot of kinks and more delays. It spits you out and won’t let you stay logged on. Very frustrating.
Probably one of the most buggiest janky apps I have used. Constantly having to delete and reinstall on my iPhone X. Constantly have to shut down the app and reopen.
Somethings are recorded other are not. Sometimes leads stay stuck on the waiting for you page.
I have to use this app because of our brokerage using shark tank. I wish i had a better UX regarding the app

I loved this app up until 2 weeks ago. Yes it doesn’t allow a lot of what I do on the actual website but it was enough to keep me informed on new leads and remind me what I needed to get done. There was an update and now it takes a good 5-10 mins to log in. Once I am logged in (which I used to just stay logged in) it doesn’t update real time. I would log a call on the website and the app would 15 mins later make note of it when it used to be simultaneous.
Barely Functional 3/5
This app is ok for the most basic pieces of boomtown but lacks much of the functionality that makes boomtown useful. You can’t access all the information related to clients. I work on a team so we share clients but I can only see information about clients assigned to me. This app is a good start but I hope boomtown catches it up to the quality of their website system.

Glitches are common, push notifications for text messages are extremely inconsistent. I rely on this app for quick response times and it’s very frustrating when a lead sends a text or email, app doesn’t notify and I don’t see it it until sometime later when checking email.

Suggested the down load through the mobile site. Lenders can not login. This app would be very useful and create easy of use. To bad the lending option hasn't rolled out yet.

The features are all now available in the current version. I just wish I could use this app on my iPad. Can we make this happen??

Great companion app to have if you use BoomTown for your lead integration. Easy to navigate through the app and although there are some bugs, it works well. Best feature is texting through the app, and the insights.

As a Team operator, the app does NOT have some of the functionality that I would hope.
I personally do not accept leads as I am not in the field. Because of this, and seemingly due to how the app is setup, I cannot access "Lead Central" to review notes, distribution, or have the ability to distribute a specific lead (or leads) at my election.
It's a good start, but not setup for Teams as I would think it should be.

Was hoping for this app to come out. Very poor in execution. You can't send emails or texts with templates. You also can't create or edit e-alerts for clients. You also can't creat to dos for clients. Better off using the mobile site since literally limiting on what you can do.
This has been so badly needed. I love it already!!
Love that I can stay in front of the leads at all times. Update or contact leads right from the app.
