The tutorial was straightforward, the app is easy to navigate,but the app itself would feel much better if it were more aesthetically pleasing just an opinion but I like the app so far.

Constantly won’t open, freezes, crashes. This is easily the worst app. I’ve ever had. Seriously thinking about switching carriers on the performance of this app. Boost coverage isn’t that great to begin with and dealing with this just isn’t worth the hassle.

This app should not be allowed in the App Store! Ever since my account was migrated to Boost One about 3 months ago, I cannot login! I have tried everything, and, nothing works! I know other people are having the same issue per online reviews. I can’t get anyone at Boost to tell me why this is happening, nor, what if anything they are doing to fix this! How is this “Customer Service”? Someone please tell us something! Thank You,

This app no longer works or it won’t let me log in anymore. This happened after the website shutdown a couple wks ago. It tells me to try again later every time. Please fix this or tell me how to correct it on my end.

Your app is garbage and I just love how your replaced the old boost mobile app for this junk. Now I don’t even offer the Boost app program and you don’t show any phone deals or anything on this app. I also noticed that you are owned by dish net work, and I just have to say screw you guys and you’re terrible service. I would appreciate it if you would show your deals for the new phones and bring back your Boost app service.

App takes huge amount of time to load, if it loads at all. I have tried several times to get the 75 point bonus for spinning or watching video for 7 consecutive days. It’s usually after 3 days it simply refuses to load so the streak is broken.

Bad app and Bad customer service. I canceled a line in February and they left it as suspended and I want it canceled. Makes no sense! I called them and apparently they can’t help me because they are having technical difficulties so they are basically forcing me to pay for a line they made a mistake not to cancel. Smh!

The app is working now, but it had so many issues when dish network was hacked and I lost a lot of points by doing the videos and daily activities but they didn’t register You contact support department, which is nonexistent you can’t get a hold of somebody that knows what they’re doing. I don’t think they have anybody in the United States working in the Customer Service department, which they should.

Horrible service Phone is currently disconnected. Trying to pay my bill on this app since Y’all moved from online payments to app only. Can go to a boost location but y’all want to charge an extra 5 dollars. App keeps telling me I gotta sign in when I use my number it ask for a password I never made. And when I click the send a code to reset password. I never get a code.smh

This app has a few bugs, I completed a week streak and didn’t get my boostcoins even though it said I was rewarded my boostcoins and it wasn’t reflected on my account. I always have to double check to make sure I’m not getting cheated.

Ever since the switch from the old app to the new I haven’t been able to log in. I’ve had people look into the issue and it cannot be resolved. I’m an old customer so my information should be on file. The app says my email isn’t found on file and every single time I try to reset my password I get a message saying the password is invalid. This has been going on for months. This app is utter garbage. Now I have to call 611 every time I need to pay my bill. Other people are having this issue as well and no one seems to be addressing the problem. I guess I’m going to have to find a new carrier.

With the new update last week I cannot spend the wheel to earn money each day nor did it give me my credits that I had on my account to use towards my bill when I paid it two days ago. It took the amount off of my total bill but when I went to go pay, it made me pay the full amount of my bill and now my credits are gone. This app used to be useful before the current update.

Great Customer Service. Every location is always so friendly and helpful, even online support is great. I’ve been with Boost for over 14 years and I’m so excited to see that they have finally brought back perks and rewards!!! When we work hard and are great paying customers, getting rewarding is well worth it!!! I can’t wait to see what this new app has to offer!
