    This is a good app for adjusting the noise cancellation on probably the best headphone I’ve ever used - Quiet Comfort around the neck headphone. This app eliminates so much background noise and just plays music like you are in a magnolia audio room. My only negative to this app is that it shuts down when you view another app on your iPhone it would also be nice to have similar app for windows. Overall , it’s an amazing app for IOS

    I have wrestled and been frustrated with this and the earbuds for far too long. I was a long time Bose customer, but no more…getting one bud to connect once out of multiple attempts is a victory. I know others have great experiences, but that simply points out the lack of quality control and consistency of Bose to me. You can do far, far better elsewhere and more reliably. As for help and support, if you can get past "Sorry you're having connectivity issues. Please visit" then count yourself the winner of another victory.

    The device wont connect to my TT-BA07 adapter after an update they did, seems like they REQUIRE the bluetooth device to select the Bose item, and they overlooked that some devices dont have the option to select any bluetooth device, fix it!!

    Used the app to update my Revolve speaker and tried to see if it would update my 2 newer Soundlink speakers and found they weren’t supported by the app. WHY NOT?????

    These headphones seamlessly move from your iPhon to your work computer, making working from home a better experience. The only thing I’d change is to be able to connect it to 3 devices simultaneously vs. just 2, but aside from that almost flflawless.

    On an iPhone, every time you want to use the app, you have to reconnect it to the headset. What I mean is that after you initially connect to the app, you will have to do the same every single time you want to use the app. In a single day, I switch connections, between my laptop to my iphone to my Appletv, and every single time I switch connections, I have to reconnect my headset with the app. Horrible. I would prefer once a connection is established between the app and the headset that I need not reconnect so long as I don’t close out the app. Why doesn’t it work in the background like all the other apps?

    Setting up connectivity has always been a problem that Bose has never fixed, and it continues to be difficult to setup. Perhaps it’s time to fire all the failed engineers?

    I think if I had one iOS device only for use of the headphones I’d be a 5-star all the way. I mainly use a Windows PC, and the mobile app based design of this whole product has created a nightmare for simply pairing with a computer for basic usage. My main pain point is that most of the settings are software delivered, so I can’t even control the headphones without pairing to my Apple device, so if listening on a PC there is no option but the baked in settings. They are unchangable. :(

    This app has got to be the most frustrating bluetooth app to deal with. It doesnt engage to search for devices, it doesnt save devices that have been previously found and connected and whenever you need to troubleshoot, you get redirected to a web browser and opens a Bose web page that tells you about their products. Completely useless information. I just changed from the iPhone 11 pro max to the 12 pro max. Nothing carried over. Even when I signed in to my bose connect account. No devices showed. Not one. Now, not one will pair with the dang app. What a piece of worthless garbage.

    The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because they are easy to loose if I am not careful and they are useless if I loose the right earbud. Otherwise, it is a Great product. I would highly recommend.

    Riding my home stationary bike trying to listen to music from my iPhone and I don’t hear anything. Somehow, this app has decided that my computer, on the other side of the house, should be what plays through my headphones. I am even more annoyed that this means this app woke up my computer which should be asleep. 95% of the time I use these headphones I am listening to or talking on my phone so why in the world would my computer be the primary connection and override my ability to hear my phone?!

    I like updates to make products better and this has it. The only issue I’m having is it is choppy audio when’s t randomly updates but you can turn off auto updates

    The sound of the SoundLink speakers is great and the app does a good job connecting to a single speaker at a time and managing it. Had to do a factory reset on my SoundLink Revolve to get it to reliably pair in party mode and be the source speaker, but now it works like a charm! I would like to be able to choose which speaker is the left or right channel in stereo mode— don’t force it based on which speaker is the source.

    Bose Connect is a faulty, unstable and unreliable app. QC35 do not synch with Macbook Pros under Big Sur. And it is almost impossible to pair a QC35 with an Iphone. I regret buying Bose headphones. just buy headphones from a company that can actually master Bluetooth like Beats. And of course, we will not get a refund because of the poor software of Bose.

    If you somehow stop streaming to the speakers (eg you use your phone for something else for some time) and the speakers disconnect then it can be really really hard to reconnect them. Must be software glitch. FRUSTRATING!!!! Happens a lot

    I love the app and speaker but like In other competitors apps and speakers should be able to check for firmware updates on my speaker . The app doesn’t seem to check for an update only tells you the current firmware of your speaker . Other then that great app and speaker .

    Boses sound quality is legendary. However, the service is beyond legendary. Damage is expedited repaired or replaced. This feat is like finding an extra hidden gem within a hidden gem.

    Overall the app is pretty useful; I like being able to change what devices are connected in one interface and the ability to change the level of noise-cancellation. My only real complaint is the amount of time the app takes to open. Even when my phone is already connected I end up staring at the logo animation for ~5 seconds sometimes.

    When I am using my phone with my speaker and get a call, after the call it disconnects from the speaker and takes multiple steps to reconnect. Very frustrating and not worth $200 for a speaker when it does this.
