    I dropped my car off in Rome, the guy said I was good to go so I signed the contract and left and then got followed up with an email saying they were charging me 400 dollars for a rim that I didn’t damage.

    I changed the credit card on file through the app and was not charged with the card that was updated, however speaking to a representative about the confirmation of the update from her lenses found that the card on file had not been updated, so for that the app gets nothing.

    Everyone please look at your receipts very carefully. If my concerns are not addressed and reversed the incorrect amount, I will never use your company to reserve a car again. I am a ‘fast break member’ and I have been using your service for a very long time now. I cannot believe that you guys are doing this in the last several months while I am distraught and cannot look at receipts as my mother is dying. this is false and thievery. and I will be disputing my charges with my credit card company. everyone you must look at your receipts. customer Kymberly Zona. I will inform (BBB of Orange County and California) ‘Better Business Bureau’ as well.

    As far as making a reservation, the app is easy to use. However, when we got to the airport to get our car, the app missed that I was a member of the Fastbreak. We waited in line outside in the heat at the New Orleans MSY airport for an hour and 15 minutes before getting our car. I went up to the window to show them and they didn’t care, they said get in the back of the line. It made us late getting to my Aunts’ 90th birthday party.

    This app does not help you find the right person to call. When trying to get ahold of customer service, it would take an hour or so to finally get ahold of someone and even then they aren’t helpful.

    The app worked okay once I got it set up but it is sending repeated notices that my rental was checked in. I haven’t rented a car in 10 months so I’m not sure what the notices are about.

    It’s annoying when other companies hide the policy for the insurance options. I could see a decent enough overview within the app.

    The app navigation is very difficult. I couldn’t find how to extend my rental and the app does show me how many point I have or how to gain points. What are the benefits of using budget and ver other companies? Rates are the same but there aren’t any bonuses/points is what I’m assuming.

    So far Budget has had the right vehicle at the best price for our family. So I will continue to recommend Budget rent a car. Avis was taking good care of us but they got greedy and their sister company continues to be the best one for car rentals. The Budget app is even better. Very easy to make a reservation and have never been kicked off. Thanks Budget!

    Nice car, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. App updates: could not change arrival and departure times. Could not add my wife as additional driver… Customer service at Bangor, ME was very good at pickup.

    Doesn’t show you the rate you are paying for your current rental. No ability to extend it change the current rental. Only real use is to book and see future reservations. And call for help if needed.

    I enjoy the app because it is very easy to book a car. However, there are no deals for codes to provide any kind of discounts. That is one of the reasons I got the app because I travel frequently and wanted to find the best deal.

    Your customer service is already terrible and can’t do half the things. Your Philadelphia arch location never picks up their phone + this app now which is equally disappointing. I needed to extend a reservation that had different cities as the pick up and drop off points. When I tried to modify the return date and time to extend by a day, the app is giving me an error since my pick up time is in the past. I have already picked up the vehicle so why doesn’t the app register that?! Because my pick up date and time has already passed, any changes to the return date or time makes the app error out.

    Was on a trip for my mother in law’s funeral, would be back by the 3pm drop off. They wanted to charge me for a full day for 1hr. Wouldn’t even waive the charge. Will be using Enterprise from now on. Very heartless greedy corporation.

    I need to be able to see everything in one place including my business travel, the app requires me to log in separately for this. In addition does not show my points ANYWHERE. I also find the information from my fastbteak or BCD account is updated at each rental location. Why have the app if it is not up to date or user friendly?

    This has been the worst customer service ever only reason I’m giving it one star is because I got a car but it wasn’t even the size that I applied for two days later.Can’t get a hold of customer service I’m right now working through the apps just to get a modification on my vehicle.To submit this I had to apply a nickname and my nickname was gonna be disappointed though but evidently it was already taken. Not surprised. Found it…..Wow it’s gone too. This says everything… LOL.

    This app is pointless. I make reservations weeks in advance and show up, no reservation. I have to wait in the Fastbreak line for 45 mins to get a car. You can’t extend your reservation through the app. I honestly don’t know what the point of it is. Don’t waste your time.
