  • look here!optimize task order 4/5

    By plz look here vdbdhb
When i want to input multiple tasks, the order of the tasks can be arranged according to the order i input. The first input is placed at the beginning of the list, not the first input task is ranked at the end of the list!
  • Really dislike the new version 3/5

    By Chuckji
So many little changes, none of which make it easier to use IMHO. Why mess with a good product?
  • Room for Improvement 3/5

    By Rachelskirts
The new location-picker doesn’t show a street address, so if you search for a nearby chain (like Kroger, my local grocery store), you get a list of fifteen places named “Kroger” with no way to distinguish between them to find the exact one you want. That is really unhelpful and seems like a weird oversight. Really love the weekly calendar layout, though, which is what keeps me coming back!
  • Excellent Calendar App! 5/5

    By kwb777
Super easy to use and visually appealing.
  • Simply the best 5/5

    By JT_Edmonds
This calendar app is amazing. The update to support multiple calendar accounts across different providers is an awesome feature. The multiple views available primarily the month view makes this superior to the Apple calendar. Great product, I’ve been using for years.
  • Was great, last update killed it 1/5

    By W1B2
I recently bought this app because the updates could be custom, colors, alerts, and times. I loved it! So much better than the stock iPhone calendar. This last update has made it almost unusable. Time function is all screwed up, the custom alerts is gone, they destroyed a great app. Please please go back or give me my money back. I bought the app for its functionality and you removed all that made it so good. Terrible unless the fix it fast or go back to previous version. Better be quick or I’m gone forever.
  • Last Update is Broken 1/5

    By Nlkccom
I used to be able to create a non all-day event by simply press and hold on the event date. Now that action only create an all-day event. When I change it to non all-day, it won’t bring in the default event reminder. I didn’t notice this change until I realized I missed all the event reminders for the past week.
  • Won’t Sync 3/5

    By JW1JW
Update. It seems to be syncing. It seems to take time for the sync to work though. Purchased this because I wanted a calendar that would display both dates and tasks. I didn’t like switching apps to track dates and tasks. Well, this app does the date/task thing great, however it will not sync across my iPad and my iPhone. All my other apps will sync, so I know it’s not my device. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. 1 Star
  • Everything is better 5/5

    By jfaughnan
I’ve used this app since it first came out. Some years it had problems. The text editing for notes used to be odd. Sync was flaky once. All those issues have been fixed. I use it for Google Calendar. Google’s app can’t move events between calendars. This app can. Highly recommend. PS. It still has trouble when a contact has 5 or more unique emails. Minor annoyance.
  • Latest Update - Awful 1/5

    By DT Nicole
Latest update removed all of my entries. I did not change my settings or tinker with it. I updated it and when I opened it, everything was gone. I’m going to try a different app since this is no longer reliable or functioning properly.
  • Don’t buy it 1/5

    By k9education
I have used this app for years and have the paid version. My favorite thing about it - and the only reason I paid for it - was the alert system. The developers have now removed all of the hour and minute alerts, so now the alerts are only available dailt. The is completely useless as I can no longer use this app to alert for meetings, veterinary appointments, concerts or much of anything else as nearly all of my events require hour and/or minute alerts. Don’t buy this app!!
  • Latest Update may make me quit this app 2/5

    By ALK3333333333
The latest update is so frustrating. All appointments default to “all day” to start with. Then to set an apt you have to scroll through the each minutes to set the right time. BUT it also moves the beginning time or end time after you’ve set them because of the default appointment length. If I set a start of 8:00 and an end of 8:30 the app will change my start time to 7:30. I then have to go and set the end time AGAIN. So to set one appointment I will have to set the beginning and the end TWICE. It takes me too long to make a simple appointment. So disappointed.
  • Great calendar 5/5

    By Nsahoo
Looks great. Works great. An ability to hide events would be awesome.
  • Update font size please !!!! 5/5

    By smithe73
I have requested numerous times for your support team/developers to please increase the font size so people can see it better. Please help us out. I love the app and have used it for years. Thank you ES
  • Not a fan of latest update 3/5

    By Deweydecimal13501
Scrolling dates -what a pain to use to set a single appointment which always ends up as a day long thing. NOT. Big mistake on your part with the programming. It used to be more intuitive but not anymore. Disappointed that setting appointments is now an issue. This was supposed to make my life easier. First Fantastical went south and now you are following suit. Make things work please! Calendar 5 was my favorite but you can’t rest on your laurels and just throw in wacky stuff. Do you even test the stuff you put out practictically in real life?
  • Recent Update Broke Events 1/5

    By Christopher David S
Can’t set a specific time for events now. Events default to full day. Trying to edit the time brings up the full event details which prevents you from saving the event. It’s broken and needs to be fixed.

    By garyg1217A
Without this app my life would be insanely out of hand. It’s the glue that holds my boring life just the way I like it!
  • The best! 5/5

    By Jeanie2008
Thank you for adding Juneteenth to your calendar! It did not go unnoticed! Love the app!
  • Latest update won’t allow single time event 1/5

    By Sailor 79
I’ve used this app for years and loved it and now with the latest update when I put something on my Calendar for say Monday June 15th at 2pm it make an automatic time frame of ending the following day at 2am so that my monthly calendar looks like I have an event that lasts for 12 hrs when it’s just a Drs appointment. It clutters up my screen and when I try to change the ending time so that it all falls during the same day it automatically changes the start time. Sometime all of the automation app developers add doesn’t really help. It add something that I need to remove do what would be a simple task. If something isn’t an “All Day Event” that doesn’t automatically make it a several day event. It just means it’s an appointment for a specific time. An event that lasts several days should be the exception that I need to go a little further to do. Most events are a specific time not several days. Several days are for a block of time that I will be out of town for work or a vacation. It’s made the app a pain to use.
  • Last 2 Updates Ruined It 1/5

    By Twoan7els
The BEST part about the App was how easy it was to 2-3 in the description and it knew the time of the event. I believe 2 updates ago that went away. NOW you changed how time is entered to be the scrolling wheel that takes FOREVER and is a TERRIBLE design that has become the norm for Apple. Your App corrected this by having a GOOD interface that was quick and simple. Unfortunately the recent update removed the GOOD interface.
  • Dissatisfied with update. Give us a choice. 2/5

    By Testami
The main thing I liked about the Calendars 5 app was the ability to “tap” to set times. In my mind that was the key distinguishing feature that separated Calendars 5 from the rest of the pack. Please consider adding an option to choose the ‘old way’ of selecting times instead of being stuck Apple’s ‘scroll wheel.’
  • Update ruined app 1/5

    By RawrXRay
After a recent update, the app makes it difficult to add an event to your calendar. The end time defaults to next day & when you edit the end time, it alters the start time, vice versa. Junk app now.
  • A not-so-great update 3/5

    By Idesign2
During all the years of using Cal 5, I have learned not to update this app before reading the most recent reviews since this calendar is crucial in my daily life, and many times the update sucked. This time, I am happy to report that it did not make a huge mess of my task list. But this is the only good news. As many reviewers before me, I am not thrilled with the scrolling date and time picker. What’s more, I can’t see why the placement of the Delete and Edit icons was switched in the Event window. Is this some kind of a cruel joke on the long-time users with the muscle memory??? Please commit to the certain setting so, after I get used to this one, I won’t need to “retrain” myself to the new one next year!
  • Hate the new update! 2/5

    By Babycakesmonsterbear
The most recent update is a pain in the ***. It didn’t make it easier to add items in. I wish you could copy and then paste as many times as you wanted before copying another item. I would like to be able to go back to a couple versions ago.

    By Billy_72
Works great for me! Also, works great with Apple products.
  • Was 5 star 3/5

    By $Sea$
Adding an event before was SO much easier. Now several added steps are constantly annoying- you must 1)click off " all day event" Every Single Time to set the event time 2) then you must click a separate tab on "set local reminder" and it jumps to another page to set calendar alarms/alerts, 3) pressing "Done" and jumping back to the original screen to press "Save" event!! WHY??? It was a seamless process before.
  • Loved for years, hate new update 2/5

    By MarisaCaroline
I’ve used this app for years and I love how functional it is... or was. The new update with scrolling times and dates is a step in the wrong direction for this app. It used to be so easy to see and select dates and times with the grid format and that feature is what set this app apart from the rest. Now this app is just like all the previous calendar apps I used and hated. I would give this app 5 stars if I could have an option to use the previous format. That’s what made this app so great and I cannot recommend this app if it lacks that defining feature.
  • Use to love it 1/5

    By Dissapointed in latest uodate
I originally went with this app because Apple changed it’s calendar to use a wheel to set the date of an event and it was too cumbersome for events that were more than a month away. The latest update to Calendar 5 changed to the same method. I will keep the app if the settings allow me to go back to the grid view on setting dates. If not, I will be looking for a new one.
  • Update frustrating 1/5

    By MJTN5
Please, please, please revert back to the old way of selecting dates. Th scroll is so frustrating as I can no longer figure out where my weekdays and weekends are. I also cant see to move items to an open date. I want to go back to giving this APP a 5 star. Right now it is a solid 1.
  • Change back!!! 1/5

    By Dspit3
I hate the scrolling time😫 please go back!!
  • Revert please 2/5

    By AurusAM
I have been using this App for years and recommended it to countless people. Please revert the Event creation changes you recently made. I HATE the scrolling time - it is exponentially slower and more frustrating than the elegant and creative one you had. And a Date slider? Who thought that was faster or easier? I can’t even see what day it is if I need to create an all day event from Friday to Monday. And now I have to tap Show Details to get all the things I used to have on the initial Event entry screen. And all the extra color options... it’s just too much and too cluttered. I loved this App for its quick event entry and simple elegant clean interface. If you really want to give people additional options then turn it into Settings changes where someone can toggle to a slider or toggle On additional color choices.
  • Seriously?? 1/5

    By ErikRc
👎🏽 terrible update from the date picker to changing the color of the calendars. Use to be five stars.
  • My go to Calendar 5/5

    By Windsailor
I usually cycle through apps and Calendars 5 is the one I have settled on. Everything works. Even with my Google account. I'll go as far as to say everything that Readdle makes - appears to work flawlessly. I'm really impressed with Readdle. I like the ability to use colors for certain types of events - and I like that I can see my overdue reminder listed on each current day - just for that - a reminder.
  • Shared calendar alerts removed 1/5

    By Carbine68
I used to be able to create a reminder from calendars that are shared to me. That option was removed and this app now completely fails us as we can no longer create alerts from each other’s shared calendars.
  • Please change date selection back to calendar view 2/5

    By i loveabbykat
New update changed quite a few things when it really didn’t need to be changed. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I’ve been using this for years and have been so happy with it. However this new updated changed the format of how to insert the date and instead of using the calendar view so you could see the day as well it is just showing the numbers of the date. Would like to see the calendar view back please!
  • Latest Update is Terrible 1/5

    By fonata123
I have used Calendars 5 for years and thought it was great until this latest update. To schedule a task, now you now have to scroll to a date instead of using a calendar to select the date. The scroll doesn’t even show you the day of week so you have to go by the date alone. Totally clumsy and inefficient. Looks like it’s time to find a new app.
  • Keeps getting better 5/5

  • Not a fan of the update 1/5

    By OMG. So disappointed
I’ve used and recommended this app for years. Before today I would have easily given 5+++ stars. Today I downloaded an update I’m so disappointed. I absolutely hate the scrolling date/time function. Is there any way to go back in time?
  • Terrible update. 2/5

    By Sarie196
I have loved this app for years and am considering looking for a different calendar after this update. Why would so many extra steps be added to schedule an appointment. I open this app so many times a day and am so disappointing with how if functions now.
  • Don’t like new update 3/5

    By ipadcal3
Latest update, the date and time are like apples which is what had me look for this app. Please change it back. Loved it until this change.
  • Marilyn Dorr 2/5

    By arroyoflash
You have just gone from a five star rating to a 2 star because your update changed the format to pick a date by scrolling which I intensely dislike and which is why I chose your calendar a few years ago. Apple has a calendar which uses the scrolling for dates/times and that is why I found Calendars 5. I am very disappointed.
  • Not all change is good 3/5

    By tipsyshoes
Populating the location field for an event is not as efficient or effective as with previous versions. Why was it deemed necessary to change this feature for the newest version? For my money this is a step backward. I am looking for another calendar app.
  • Privacy concerns. 2/5

    By anonymizemecaptn
There’s already privacy concerns with Readdle in general, but now Zoom is integrated? I wish there was a simple calendar app without all the bloat. This app used to be perfect for me.
  • Using for years 5/5

    By Jeff L 123
I’ve been using this for years and still love it. I’ve recommended it to dozens of people. The ease of adding events, the square event shape and week view are my favorite features.

    By The Phantom F4
It’s a great tool that help organize all activities, there is a learning curve . Need some instructions it would help make it more user friendly.
  • Makes systems sounds useless 5/5

    By CoreReset
Great app, but the system settings for reminders and calendar alert tones become useless on iOS using this app. It uses its own tones and ignores those system settings. They could easily do custom tones if they read from system settings.
  • Has glitch 1/5

    By Ali1350789560
Email reminder is gray. I cannot choose email reminder for events.
