  • Colors 5/5

I love being able to sort by color, work, school, medical, vacation to see at a glance what is on the schedule.
  • Could be perfect 2/5

    By Ano-nym-ous
It has a critical issue - unlike the build it iOS calendar, neither the widget nor watch complication update unless you open the calendar on your phone first. So if you are relying on today widget or watch to track your schedule, and someone sends you a meeting invite or changes the start time of an existing meeting, you’re not going to see it unless you open Calendar 5 on your phone. Had to revert back to iOS calendar. Fix the widget and watch update issues, and it’s a 5 star app.

    Handles about everything
  • Can’t live without it! 5/5

    By Darahs01
Since purchasing it a few months ago, Calendars 5 has become my only calendar and reminders app. I use it every single day and just can’t imagine going back to other similar apps.
  • Easy to use 4/5

    By aglading
I have found this app to be a great tool to gather multiple calendars. My family and friends use google and my office uses outlook and this seamlessly blends them together. My one wish is that they would release a desktop app for Mac!!!!
  • Horrible function since last update 1/5

    By Flyby777
I like to look at my calendar by the month & I’m now forced to keep tapping because I get this task page. If that’s what I wanted, I have a tag app. I used to be able to open my calendar and I’m ready to dump the calendar. I want a calendar when, not a task page. Just because there are updates to an OS, that doesn’t mean a developer should fix what isn’t broken. Maybe, if they feel compelled to do a “big update” they’ll go back to what was best. Let the USER determine what pages we want to see.
  • Great Alternative Calendar App but.. 4/5

    By Andrew Orange
I have been used this Calendar 5 since ios13 and I couldn’t find any calendar app better than this so far. Love the “simple” and efficient interface to manage reminders and cals in one app! Since ios14, quick support of widgets was really nice but the lack of variety colour themes..🥲 The Main Theme colour of Calendar 5 App is yellow/orange with dark mode support, but I want to change the interface and widget theme colours to red, greed, blue and more. ios14 Widget help users customise their iPhone but the colour of this app(yellow) is hard to match with other customised icons and wallpapers. I really do love the features of Calendar 5, but if it support variety of colour themes, it would be the no.1 killer calendar app in the AppStore rather than the other widget-customising-apps🤩 Thank you!
  • UI Fail 1/5

    By Sithdad
Tumbler style date pickers...really? Even Apple isn’t using those anymore in their app.
  • Widget can display upcoming event 4/5

    By lamb-chop-chop
If widget functions can add “upcoming event”range by month or longer time period.
  • I love it but... 4/5

    By Les3647
It lacks important features for busy business people. I would love to see some specific features for different career professionals. Also, UI needs to change and catch up to competitors. Even though I have my complaints, this is my go-to calendar.
  • Best Calendar for iOS 5/5

    By Mike_Bills
    Thank you Readdle!!
  • Valuable 5/5

    By skyking
Simple to use, I like the ease of operation. I use it for work all the time, the right product.
  • No longer auto filling days of week 1/5

    By brenorton731
I used to just be able to type for example, Friday into calendar box and it would auto populate to schedule on friday. It is no longer doing this and therefore makes the app completely useless to me
  • Excellent app for iOS and iPadOS but... 5/5

    By TNGeek572
...are you planning on developing/releasing a MacOS version? Please?!!?!?!?
  • Love the app after a week of using it! 5/5

By I dont review very often
I have always had trouble with discipline but with this app I have planned my day from when I wake up(6am) until when i go to bed(10pm) mon thru fri. Best app without a subscription, please keep it that way! As for future request, I would appreciate it so much if the team can make the apple watch “vibrate” and/or make a sound when a new event comes up. For instance if I need to walk the dog at 6pm my apple watch will vibrate and I can just lift my wrist up. Currently I can only hear the light notification sound from my phone. It would help so much more because I wouldn’t have to always have my phone nearby and would never have to keep checking it constantly.
  • Buggy 4/5

    By Santa Babarian
    Generally good, needs more features.
  • This app deleted ALL my content after ios update 1/5

    By Moni00007
It’s crazy! ALL my data, my plans, my work schedules are GONE!!!! Don’t ever trust this app with any data you need to rely on. I want my data back!!!! What bs. I will abandon this ship immediately. And customer service has NO phone number and doesn’t answer the emails I sent them. Worst app ever.
  • Natural language input 1/5

    By Killerapps?
Natural language input no longer works when typing in a date or time
  • Almost perfect 4/5

    By ORHobbes
This is one of my favorite calendar apps for the iPhone. There are only 4 reasons I don’t use it as my only calendar app... 1) When you Export or Share, it doesn’t include Tasks, only Events. That makes it almost useless for me as I have Tasks every day that need to be included when exporting. 2) Also when you Export or Share, you cannot use the List view, which is my favorite. You can only use Day, Week, or Month. Week and Month cut off details from each event, and Day requires one for per day no matter how few events you have, which is a waste. So List view makes the most sense when exporting/printing. 3) They don’t have any location based reminders. This is a big one. The native iOS calendar and reminders app have these. Other 3rd party calendar apps like Informant get around this by simply adding the ability to use the iOS event or task editor when adding new items, so you can enter options for when it’s time to leave based on traffic and current location, or when you arrive to or leave a location, etc. This is massively helpful. 4) The widget and every view mode in the app cut off every event/task title after just 1 line, so you can’t see the full title. There should be an option for the Widget and List view to allow you to show 3-5 lines of text before being cutoff. (Not in the Week, Month, or Day views, as those have time blocks with limited space. But the List view and Widgets are not limited to time blocks, so should be able to show more)
  • Great App 5/5

    By jermburks
Beats the pants off the standard Cal.
  • Difficult to use 1/5

Can’t get it to sync to my iPhone calendar. Not worth the money.
  • Widget month calendar 5/5

    By K2dean
Thanks for the full month calendar widget for iPhone It looks great Would love to see the same calendar for apple watch Thanks
  • Zoom updates? 5/5

    By HeyNikky
Love the fact that I can connect directly to my Zoom account. However, it’s not so useful if I’m not the one hosting the meeting. Wish there was a way to put somebody else’s Zoom meeting ID number in there so that when clicked on, it would automatically let me join that person’s meeting.
  • FaceTime 3/5

    By Israel Velasquez
Amigos Calendars 5 es buena pero tienen que integran el mejor FaceTime en video llamadas les doy 3 estrellas por que falta el mejor que es FaceTime de apple
  • Great app! Bad notifications. 4/5

    By HelloPretzel
I love this app but it misses notifications too much.
  • Great, BUT one annoying bug 4/5

    By Cpt'Merica
I’ve been a long-time Calendars5 user, and a fan of Readdle products in general. I was excited about iOS14 a d widgets, and that’s the one place this app falls short. When in-app, everything displays as-expected. However, the widget views are displaying everything (every event) twice. This happens on iOS and WatchOS. I’ve tried manually toggling the widget to set which calendars to display and which not, and nothing has worked. Again, when I open Calendars5, everything looks just like I want it to look. The only problems are in WatchOS and the widgets. Thank you for making a fantastic calendar app; I look forward to updates that resolve it.
  • Dual sync - reminders and google tasks 4/5

    By Phillip Lanos
It would be cool to sync them both and have it write to google tasks or reminders. The widget interface needs a bit of work - try adopting more of the reminders app native design. If you could do that you’d blow me away.
  • Need to be able to schedule events easier and further on the future 4/5

    By Ziret
Let me type the date, get rid of the spinning wheels. I need to be able to schedule events more than a year in the future. That seems impossible now.
  • IOS 14, IPhone 7 plus, App Crashes 4/5

    By fmartyn
Update: Thanks to TechBooze. Delete app and reinstall. Worked for me. My favorite calendar app until the IOS update. The app now crashes upon opening. The app is still in the background but will not display. The app does run fine on my Ipads. Strange. If it's not fixed soon I will have to look elsewhere.
  • Force closing when starting app 1/5

    By l0tu53at3r
It keeps force closing the app as soon as it loads. Thought the latest update might fix it but no such luck.
  • Widgets awfully, locations don’t work and scroll dates terrible 2/5

    By Deweydecimal13501
Since IOS 14, Readdle dropped the ball on new widgets. They look childish and silly and not very professional. Hearts and other pictures as backgrounds -really? Much too cutesy. I am not a fan of the Fantastical calendar but their new widgets have yours beat in every possible way in form, style and usability. They look professional and I am using them. They don’t look silly and embarrassing on my lock page. Seriously what were you thinking? Not all of us are 12! Locations are now NOT working well. The scroll dates do not work. Period. It takes twice as long to set an appointment and it reverts to all day. How is this an improvement? Bring back the former way -it worked!!! This scroll circle does not. All in all Readdle is failing and can’t rest on its laurels. Fix your mistakes.Improve your systems. Please Readdle do something with your widgets. They look awful.
  • Mac companion app. 4/5

    By Nettex
    Needs more features.
  • Crashing 1/5

    By JDM89USN
Updated my app with the iOS 14 updates and my app keeps crashing every time I open it.
  • iOS 14 App Crashing :: Update - works 5/5

    By TechBooze
Crashes at every instance. Update: deleted and reinstalling fixed it.
  • Repeat events options 3/5

    By Easenjoy19
I would really like to see more options for setting up repeat events, such as the ability to choose a day every month, like first Monday or last Thursday etc. I haven’t found that option in here.
  • Quick iOS 14 Update - Request Tomorrow Events widget 5/5

    By Economiseur
Awesome, quick support! Thank you! Please create narrow List Widget for Tomorrow Events. I don’t want to use the iOS Calendar widget as it doesn’t allow for Exchange calendars. I need to know my work events scheduled for tomorrow! Thanks again.
  • iOS 14 deleted almost all events of calendar 3/5

    By redspook
I updated my iPhone to iOS 14 today and now almost all events, past and future have been deleted.
  • Latest update is a step backwards 1/5

    By Trylynx
For years I’ve loved and recommended Calendars 5. However, this latest version requires the use of a scroll wheel to select the date. It’s SO frustrating and slows down the workflow. The previous version’s date selection was super-quick and intuitive. Now it just plain stinks. I’m almost to the point of saying goodbye to the app forever.
  • Two (or more) thumbs up! 5/5

    By GinniKnit
The newest version makes it very easy to input dates. Especially if you are on the run.
  • No subscription! 3/5

    By scottjl
UI is a little clunky, but it’s buy once and use it. No stupid subscription. After the update to iOS 14 & WatchOS 7 it won’t install on my Series 3. Disappointed.
  • Useful, solid app 4/5

    By Larry in Lompoc
Works better than Fantastical or iPhone calendar. Different views are very useful as is ability to navigate quickly without having to spin wheels or enter dates manually. Would be nice to gave ability to set up recurring appointments that fall on the 4th Tuesday if a month, etc., otherwise it is superior to other apps.
  • A little improvement. 3/5

    By poopycalendar
I like this calendar. I’d like it much better if: when you put in an appointment and the then allow travel time on your calendar it keeps changing your schedule to the exact time of the appointment. It would allow you to use photos in the calendar every day.
  • Best of the best 5/5

    By next generation student
This calendar app has been critical to my day-to-day life because it is easy to use and the color coding of events is dope. Also, keeps me informed. My only complaint is that I can’t share a calendar with my family where they can add events to the calendar and we all get the changes. Add that feature and this is hands down the best calendar app on the market! I’ll be waiting on the update. Lol
  • Pretty Good E-mail client but . . . 3/5

    By PFWesterman
. . . does not rise above the rest - such as WeekCal and it has at least one serious fault. There is NO WAY to recover a calendar entry deleted by mistake. There’s no “CMD-Z” equivalent here folks!! You could delete a calendar event with some seriously important information in a note, for example, or one with a complex repeating formula - all by mistake. And, if you do, you’re screwed. The response from Support is to apologize for the “inconvenience” (not the design/implementation screwup) and to say they’ll notify you if/when they ever get around to a fix. WeekCal, BTW, does have a way to recover deleted calendar events. They have some nuisance shortcomings but none as evil as this one.
  • Recommend 5/5

    By sharongore
Great program-will recommend to my friends
  • Busy Life? You need this 5/5

    By Joannem65
We are a busy family of 5... some on Apple others on Android ...this keeps everyone up to date in one location. Now there is no excuse for saying “I didn’t know....” check Calendar+ and get it done!
  • Love 5/5

    By Thosj17
Love having handy calendar on my phone
  • Hope to return to the previous date selection. 5/5

    By Huangshiren
The date selection function is designed against humanity. The previous date selection is very convenient and intuitive, I don't know why it must be designed in the form of a scroll wheel. When modifying the date of a time period, the operation is very annoying. I just want to simply shorten the period of time. Modify the deadline. The initial date changes accordingly. A little carelessness will stretch the length of time to one month. It is very annoying to operate, and it greatly affects efficiency. Hope to return to the previous date selection. I have seen many other software’s date selections that have a scroll wheel that turns into a calendar shape. Only you, this software, gets rid of its dross and takes its essence.
  • Latest Update a Flop 1/5

    By Nicholas_E
Have always loved Calendars 5 but the latest update is a huge leap BACKWARDS. The scroll wheel for dates and times is a nightmare to use, custom repeating tasks don’t work (keeps changing “last Saturday of each month” to “0th Saturday of each month”, and autocorrects to add a space each time I create a new task. Please roll back a version or two.
