    I’ve been on care for a long time, I wasn’t receiving any messages after applying to 20 families a day! Then I decided to pay for it and still no families have messaged me after applying to so many a day! I have 3 years of paid experience, I currently work at a child facility. I’m sure one family would have messaged me by now after a month of applying to 20 a day !!

    I just got this app and it has a wide range of jobs to apply to but when i apply i cant hear back from anyone unless i pay money. Thats the stupidest thing ive ever heard in all honesty. This app was suppose to help me find a job not take money i dont have. Waste of time being on this app. Seriously

    When I first signed on to, I had a few glitches but they stayed on the phone with me no matter how long it was until the problem was resolved. The last lady (today) I had on the phone from customer service was on the phone with me for at least 15 to 20 minutes and I kept asking her not to leave me and her response was I’m not going to leave you until you are totally up and running and she fixed a few things on her end and then my whole program on the site worked. I always say that customer service is the frontline to any business whether it be an online business or an actual brick-and-mortar building. They can make or break an organization and I highly recommend whether you’re looking to hire or you’re looking for a job because this company is second to none , especially with their customer service. 💥💥💥💥💥

    I am a teacher. I’m currently using the app to find tutoring clients. I wish that the app gave you the choice of choosing more than one care type you provide. I would like to offer baby sitting services as well. Would be better if I could do that.

    I’m a premium member and pay 25.00$ monthly for my service- suddenly the App/Site would no longer show me anything BUT childcare positions- when I’m qualified for many more categories. No phone number listed on the app/site. Finally found a number online and it gives you 3 choices: Caregiver, Searching for Care, Or Business Owner. First 2 choices just lead you through time wasting prompts for hours, then eventually just discontinues the call. Choose option 3 and You can wait about 13 minutes for a very poorly speaking overseas person who can’t help you with ANYTHING. They will read the script OVER and OVER and it’s the same experience as basically choosing the first 2 options, only much more frustrating. I pay 10$ for Netflix and can talk to a live person anytime for anything! This is a LOT more money and they won’t help you or speak to you! It’s my membership keeping them in service- why do I have to be a “Business Account” to deserve to talk to someone? This company makes enough money to run effective customer service, they just choose NOT to. Happy to accept my money monthly- not important enough to have a conversation about a billing issue or app failure or tech assistance. It’s a joke. Very disappointed. please don’t bother responding. There really is no excuse you can post that can effectively defend this HUGE oversight with your Multimillion dollar company! Please- if you’re an American based app developer- considering coming up with something very similar to this but INCLUDE customer service! I guarantee ALL of their customers would be on board- me included!

    I paid $25 for one month for premium membership that is supposed to allow me to message families and appear higher in Search results. I paid for this and I’m not able to do anything. I’m not even appearing on the sight. And with all these other reviews about how bad the customer service is, I doubt anything will get resolved.

    I’ve used the site to find one job so far, so I guess it’s not a total loss, but I definitely have some issues with the app and site. Everything is behind a paywall. I shouldn’t have to pay so much per month to find work. I’d understand a one-time fee for the background check, but a monthly membership is ridiculous. Plus, I’m in the caregiving business looking for a long-time client. I haven’t had a lot of clients, so I don’t have a lot of reviews. I also wish there was a way to mark jobs you’re interested in, as well as not interested in. I wish there was a way to bookmark jobs and apply to them later. Also, I wish there was a feature to tell me if I already applied to a certain job or person, so I don’t have to go back and keep checking. Overall, the app isn’t great. It does its job, just not very well.

    As you all know, protecting our family is first and foremost one of the most important positions you will ever fill. Searching for a wonderful family that will appreciate your services as much as you appreciate your positions. In a world that is how it works. However, I was quite SURPRISED when I found out that very bad people troll these sites in need of caregivers to only find out they are thieves. Trying to involve you in a scam. I truly had no idea that things that this existed. One day I had 3 different families inquire about my services to quickly become aware that they are SCAMMERS. I can honestly report that stays on top of these issues ensuring that the families are connecting with talented and fun loving care givers, as well as, ensuring that the families you are connecting with are good, honest and living families in need of quality need! for providing a professional and safe place to connect wonderful caregivers to fun loving and honest families. Beware of some of the other sites. Not being disrespectful. Truly conveying my message because it was scary and I am extremely excited that I have not experienced that at Respectfully, A loving caregiver

    First of all, the app doesn’t have HALF of the settings and things that the desktop website does, which is ridiculous considering you made an app??? Second, after alll the setup, all the time spent on getting my profile approved, i applied for a job near me and THE APP FORCES YOU TO PAY 30$ TO EVEN GET A REPLY FROM THE CLIENT. what!!!! If the company needs money that badly they should offer to take it out of your first payment, or even let you pay it much later on. If i had money to chance on maybe getting a job then i wouldn’t be searching for a job lol. A garbage company.

    I selected the wrong option for the jobs so provide because it was unclearly stated and I can not change it without making a new account. Also every single time I open the app it just crashes, I have reset my phone and deleted and redone loaded the app a whole bunch of times.

    Not very pleased with the app. I believe their should be a way to see when a position has been filled. I also think that their are lots of flakey people on this app. So babysitters, please beware of fake accounts or people trying to waste your time. You will think that you are starting a position just to be told that it is either filled or the parent is no longer interested days before you begin. & don’t get me started on the pricing. Apparently 10$-$11 an hour is all most people are willing to pay you. Even if you have had YEARS of experience. Such a joke.

    I use to speak so highly of this app. Like I would explain to EVERYONE how Godsent this app was, it helped me find a family a couple years ago and I stuck with them (that’s when didn’t charge sitters anything or make them “subscribe” or whatever) and now unfortunately I had to relocate so I am no longer with my family anymore. I wanted to go back in and look for another family that this app could connect me with but then I was faced with a log that had numbers and dollar signs on it. I am so surprised and then reading a lot of the reviews isn’t helping their case any either. if you actually read this please go back to your old ways because this is too much and confusing! You’re losing a lot of users

    I was going to sign up for to do pet care, and had typed out all of my information when the website informed me that because I was under 18, I had to go to the website online to sign up. I went to (the website) and filled out all of my information again, only to have the website tell me that I wasn’t eligible to do pet care! If I am too young for the job, I understand and I can accept that I will have to wait. But if that is not the reason why they can’t accept me in right now, or I really am too young, I would like to know ahead of time before I fill out two long forms and get my hopes up.
