    First off the app won’t save my favorites and secondly I got the app specifically so I don’t have to continuously log on on safari but when I download it the first thing I noticed is THERES NO NEUTRAL section. I have way too much pink and frufrú for my fighter already but I also don’t want Dino n football onsies on her! Add the neutral section to make it easier to sort and find!

    I’ll be deleting the app after this review is submitted. App is terrible, been trying for two weeks to put in an order but I haven’t been able to remove anything from my cart because it gives me the same Something went wrong message. Then it crashes and kicks me out, half the time the app won’t even load.

    90% of the time the app doesn’t even pass the carters logo screen! I keep having to delete the app and reinstall it!!! I have three kids I love getting clothes from here but this makes it super aggravating!!! Please fix this carters!!!

    The app never loads. I’m constantly deleting and reinstalling the app. Annoying. I thought maybe it was my phone, but it does the same thing on my iPad.

    Overall annoyed because I can sign into my account only allowed me to create one. There’s literally no option for signing in, when I put in my email it takes me straight to create an account. I even tried going through with that, just tells me unable to use email. Yeeeeet I still get emails for my rewards.

    App is very easy to use and works well. But there are several things which should be updated. I can’t place an order using my rewards in app, it gives an error. So, I place an order through website if I want use my rewards. New arrivals are not seen in app. I’m just wondering why I missed so many new arrivals in particular departments, then I realize that I never opened website and simply missed them.🙂 Lastly, through links in telegram I can’t open the app. It directly goes to website not to the app.

    I recently went into a carters store and bought some baby clothes and they signed me up for coupons and everything else. Well I just found the app and tried to make an account and it is not letting me make one for the app.

    The app does not allow signing up. It asks to agree T&C and after navigating to the page there is no option to accept it. Later after scrolling the T&C when i come back to the app. It asks to accept the T&C which i am not able do as there is no option. This is total waste of time.

    The app doesn’t allow me to sign in. It states sign in or create account, but all it does is make me create an account when I’m trying to sign into my existing account. Super glitchy. Don’t know how to get around it so I’ll have to delete.

    Can’t add my credit card payment which is a Carter’s card. Only allows me to pay via Apple or Afterpay. I get an error message if I try to add my card. Very frustrating

    Love the brand but the app crashes often, doesn’t open and requires you to be signed it to even view any items. It doesn’t keep you signed in and when I’ve forgotten my password I have had trouble with it being sent to me email to reset. Very awful app and makes shopping online for this brand almost impossible.

    Navigating this app to shop was really easy. However it won’t allow me to add a payment method to complete my purchase. Every time I try to save the card it gives an error message. I’m also using a carters gift card for part of my purchase and for some reason it won’t allow you to use Apple Pay or PayPal along with a gift card. I tried messaging support which was a very unhelpful automated response. Never thought it’d be this hard to give someone my money lol

    If you have small kids, then you know you are buying them clothes all. The. Time. And honestly, it isn’t as much fun as it used to be. This app is WAY better than the website; it loads about ten times faster and it’s super easy to filter results to find stuff that fits both my kids. Also a lot better than shopping in the store, because who has time for that? The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I couldn’t find an easy way to remove items from my cart? You can adjust the size and number of each, but I couldn’t see how I could adjust the number to 0 or “remove” if I changed my mind.

    Always getting an “error” message. I’ve added things to my cart 6 times and when I go to check out they disappear! I’ve spent so much time adding and re-adding things to my cart but anything over the 54 items it picks and chooses what it wants to keep. Went from about $700 in my cart to ZERO because I’m so frustrated. And I wish this was the first time I’ve had these problems but it happens EVERY TIME I use the app. Until they fix the app I won’t be shopping here for a while.

    There is no correlation between the order and what is happening in the store. My order shows as picked up although only partial order has been processed and collected. They say the order can be picked up in hours. 3 days later the order didn't arrive at the store. Email is showing different status than the application. It's more confusing than helpful. Won't order again.

    The app never works properly, nothing loads you can’t click on things and once you add things to your cart it won’t let you remove things from your cart half the time it’s aggravating. The website works far better than the app

    Love Carter’s clothing for my son but the app is having serious issues. It wouldn’t let me pay for my order and I tried 2 different payment methods. I finally just had to use my browser on my phone and go to carters.com and place my order there. Then when my order shipped the app wouldn’t let me track it. I could keep clicking the track button but nothing would happen. Had to go to carters.com on my browser to track my order too. Please fix the bugs!!

    Unable to remove items from the cart. Extremely annoying. Also coupons sent through emails cannot be copied and pasted as they are just links to the site. Carters - you seriously need a better web development team.

    Downloaded the app to order items for an upcoming baby shower. To create an account you have to agree to the terms of service. The problem is there is no way to “agree.” There isn’t a box that can be checked or any way to move forward and finish creating an account.

    Not sure why it’s a requirement to sign in to your account before looking at anything in the app. I was just trying to click a link from email to look at some cute clothes, but it kept throwing up the login screen for the app, and so instead of browsing clothes, I deleted the app and am writing this review. So unnecessary.

    I would love to shop carters for my children. However when the app doesn’t load, it’s kind of hard to do that. Fully updated. Internet connection is just fine.

    I love Carters and the app is very user friendly but is in need of an update. For the past month (currently March, 2022) Pages won’t load you can’t click on anything and I constantly have to delete and reload the app on my phone. I did a quick search on the web and saw that many others are having the same issue. Hopefully an update coming soon! :)

    I have been trying to use and shop through app for a week now and it just does not work. Trying to pull up items and it just pulls up blank screens. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app and it just isn’t working. Not sure what they did but this is awful!

    I have been shopping with carters for 3 years now, and love the clothes and other items. However since the app was updated and changed, I have constant issues. It either won’t load, showing items in stock that aren’t, won’t save items to the cart, etc. Also, the app runs so slow. I order frequently and I wish this app would get changed and upgraded.
