    I ordered my 2018 Ford ECOSPORT on a Wednesday to be delivered on that Friday out of Austin, Texas. Unfortunately the delivery hub was really overbooked and was going to have to reschedule my delivery for a week later. I talked to the gentleman Ganesh from Austin hub and explained to him how we were really in a bad spot with our car and really needed this and he told me he would do what he could to try and get it to me as soon as they could. The next day when it was originally supposed to be delivered received a call at 9:00 in the morning from him. He drove the car out to my house personally and took a Uber back to the hub. WHO HAS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE. You have a very loyal customer. THANK YOU

    Made a choice for the car I’ve always wanted. Problem is, if you are outside their personal delivery perameters and you have to rely on them arranging a 3rd party delivery source, well, good luck. Should have had the car by now. Still waiting. Still getting the same answer, “It’s going through it’s final 150 point check before it’s released”. It’s been going through that same check for the last three inquiry calls from me. If I didn’t want this car so badly and if I thought it would never work out I would have cancelled by now. Buyer beware…especially if you live outside their delivery areas.

    They will not probably inspect your car. Received vehicle with a brake light out, and that should’ve tipped me off. 3 months in and I need a whole new engine for my 2016 Ford Escape. They will do nothing because it was just out of warranty so I’m stuck with a 26K loan and a vehicle that needs 8K in repairs..

    We have used Carvana twice to purchase vehicles for our family. The first experience went mostly smooth. Paperwork, and process was extremely easy and the staff involved were very supportive with good information on what to expect. However, the delivery of the first vehicle did not come close to meeting the said expectations. The delivery driver was extremely late, and though we were told the car was clean and detailed professionally, it was obvious that it was not! Regardless, we lived the vehicle, so we kept it. Fast forward to the second vehicle purchase. Same process, with ease of use during the purchase, but had to re-live the horrible delivery experience for a second time. Oddly enough, the delivery driver informed us that our second order was going to be late based on the exact same excuse we were given for our first delivery. It was more than a coincidence, and clearly a pattern of failure from the delivery standpoint. The second vehicle arrived dirty, and was completely misrepresented in the sales displays. The driver registered a necessary repair that had to be done on a door, and we had to file 3 other repairs that were never mentioned in the sales display. We purchased our second vehicle, had it for two days, and it is now in the repair shop for things that should have been taken care of by Carvana before it was sold. The best that Carvana offered for our inconvenience was $100 to have it detailed. What a joke! Carvana has definitely lost my business for good. Second chances are few and far in between, and Carvana failed our family on both occasions!

    After about 2weeks of going around the dealerships…looking for my preferred car trim and color and not finding what I actually do want; I decided to take the risk of buying from Carvana. I was skeptical at first, especially since you don’t get to see the car your are buying in person. But the fact that they have variety of cars in different colors won’t let me take my eyes off the app 😊. I have had my Toyota Camry 2017 SE trim for over 2months now without any issue. Hence the reason why I’m writing this review now cos I had to hold on to see if anything would go wrong. And talking about cosmetics, it came in almost like new! I will DEFINITELY recommend Carvana to anyone! I have been doing that already to my friends and family 😊

    Don’t buy a car from these fools. They are a scam and screw over people. They dont have the titles of the cars they are selling you then leaving you on the hook to pay for them but at the same time you can’t register your car cause you have no proof of ownership. I know convenience is great but the traditional way of buying a car will save you more headache in the long run! I have had my car for 9 months and still no registration.

    I purchased a Kia 1 year ago during covid. It went well. But this year I purchased 2 Promaster vans on separate occasions and Carvana damaged both on transporting them. Seems they don’t know how to transport large vans. Those are words from a Carvana advocate. Then they wanted me to drive and pick van up because they had repaired the wreckage and apparently could not even use a flatbed truck like they did with my Kia. It was long waits and no body giving me info. I had 2 separate certified checks both occasions for several thousands to put my down payments then had to go put back in my banks. And the vans that were damaged are on the site for sale. I can’t tell if they tell about the parts wrecked or not. By the way, you have no body to complain to except advocates who are super sweet but have no answers.

    Carvana lied about the scratches on my car and when it was delivered I felt rushed to agree to purchasing it. They still have yet to register my car and my 30 day plates are about to expire. I DO NOT recommend them. Go to a local dealership, do not buy from Carvana.

    I had a hard time with the underwriting I made it past that…now I’ve been waiting a month for a delivery which was scheduled to be here the 14th now it’s pushed back to the 22nd…..This is bad for business Carvana no effort or sense of urgency to help your customers but if I was late on a payment I’m sure it would be a lil different….Now I’m not sure if I’ll ever get the vehicle at this point, No fair at all!!!!!

    This was my first time purchasing from Carvana. When I received my car I immediately took it to a trusted mechanic, to have it looked over within the 7 day warranty period. The mechanic said I would be looking at new tires and brakes within a few months, fixed the license plate light, and said a low battery notification came up. I spoke to Bruce, Angelita, Logan, and countless others within those first 7 days at Carvana and every single Carvana representative apologized to me for even having to go through confirming Carvana promises below 50 percent wear and tear on vehicles just purchased. They all promised me that Silver Rock would cover this and they would send over an exception notice since normally Silver Rock does not cover brakes and tires considering them Normal wear and tear. However, since I was within the first 7 days it would qualify as an exception. My mechanic spoke to both Carvana and Silver Rock for 2 hours, I spoke simultaneously to Carvana and Angelita confirmed I could leave the mechanic and promised me that the exception will go through and this will be covered by Silver Rock. I was distrusting and asked if I should send the car back since I have not yet received confirmation and this is taking longer than promised (initially I was promised I would receive the exception approval within 12-24 hours) since I am still within the 7 days. Angelita at Carvana promised me, again, that I would receive the exception approval and that she would get back to me within 24-48 hours and to please trust her and she will soon get back to me with all the ‘yes’ needed. I did not hear back and called the following Monday. After the 7 days was up, I started receiving a run around from Carvana and back petaling. Their promises were all given on a recorded line and they told me they have to review the recordings! As if they didn't know what they have been promising me. I said please do review the recordings because I have been promised this since 6 June. It is now fifteen days later, 21 June, and I am still dealing with this, having to call Carvana everyday and being given a run around. Very disappointing experience.

    Car was to be delivered Saturday after purchase the previous Tuesday. Call late Friday night said the delivery was being pushed back by 1 hour. Saturday morning I was told that the delivery wasn’t going to happen at the 2nd scheduled time. Now mind you, this is all after 7-8 email and another 6 SMS texts saying my vehicle was on its way. Now here we are 3 days after the fact, and now I’m being told next Friday, I may get the car. Guess what I’ll be out on vacation, and Carvana literally asked me to cancel my vacation, Which is for a wedding. Very disappointed!! John Larsen Pahrump, NV
