So about two weeks ago I took the time to purchase a vehicle expecting it to be delivered Tomorrow Saturday. I just got a phone call telling me that the car would not be delivered until a week from now, we had many plans and this ruins everything

My car came with wires disconnected, the back up camera that was advertised was not in it, the radio they advertised was not in it and instead a junkyard radio was put in. Could not recommend this process less to anyone.
Won’t load Inventory 1/5
It’s kinda hard to try to buy a car when the app doesn’t load any options, I’m currently in the market for a bmw m3 coupé and a Mercedes class amg c63 but like i said the app won’t load my searches all it says is “Sorry we are unable to load search results. Let’s try again” I know it’s not my search’s that are unavailable it’s the app.

The way their loans work through bridgecrest it is extremely easy to slip into a position where you have paid half of the loan amount after 2 years and barely touched the principal. They are extremely unwilling to help work with you to correct the issue and do not clearly explain the ins and outs of the contract. This is the only time I’ve had this problem with any car I’ve ever bought do not finance through them without doing extremely detailed research into the fine print.

Title says it all. I can’t view any cars when signed in, have to log out to look at vehicles and can’t even save favorites. Last update destroyed the app for me.
Frustrating at first, but then… 4/5
Trying to find a car on this app was kind of confusing at first. The same car for the same price might require a completely different down payment, and other things. But one I figured out this was mainly due to delivery fees, it became pretty easy.

The app isn’t working properly, it doesn’t update and show my card I added to my favorites. And also I brought a car and the next morning it wouldn’t start and it’s now been in the shop for 5days. Although I’ve had this issues Carvana has been a great help along side all the additional warranty and coverages I opt in too. Hopefully I can get through this!

I dont even have my car yet and im already upset. It was supposed to be delivered on 9/23/22. Not only are the interest and downpayment prices super high if you finance with Carvana but they are very unprofessional. And hour or two before my delivery it turns out that my future car has an AC problem. That it is broken. That was already a red flag because that problem was never mentioned on the CARFAX report that by the way I had to purchase to see. That is very distrusting and makes me wonder what other problems they didn't disclose with me. And then to reach customer service it takes pretty long and even when your on the chat, they take long to respond. I don't understand why they didn't check on this a week in advanced that way i didn't have to wat for my car. I had all the payments, proof of insurance and contracts signed in advanced for this same reason: i didn't want to wait longer for my car. And out of the blue they notice this problem? This is ridiculous. I put up with the high interest rate and high downpayment and to STILL have to take this crap? Its unbelievable. And I have good credit FYI so I could have literally gone anywhere else! I wanted to give this company a chance but if they cant even do simple tasks then not sure why they are a company in the first place.

Recently bought a 2015 Chevy corvette and I’m having some issues with the air conditioner and tires that are out of balance. Both are relatively simple issues but the warranty process is anything but simple. Very limited list of approved shops that do not want to work on the car and advised me to take it to the dealer because they can’t fix it. In addition the said that if they could fix it I’d have to leave it for several day while they wait for approval to repair. Be aware that you’ll likely get nothing from this warranty.

This has been one of the worst experience ever formy uncle. He was qualified for a car they asked him to send his driver's license and to verify his address and everything. He sent them everything they were asking for and afterwards they told him that he wasn't qualified for Carvana Pay. He spent a total of 3 or 4 days to gather everything because he didn't have the letters for his address verification in hand so he had to call alliant energy and some other companies so they would send him something to verify his address. Wouldn't recommend, Carmax is probably better!

What a waste of my time. Poor communication. They wait til the last minute to tell you that the document you uploaded wasn’t good enough then cancel your delivery. I was proactive checking in to make sure I had everything they needed. A day later they gave me an hour to upload my license for the 4th time, I did so immediately. I checked the app multiple time in that hour. Didn’t see anything saying it was rejected. I get an email saying I lost my delivery because I didn’t upload the documents in time. I called Carvan, the guy Miguel said he couldn’t see anything because my purchase as no longer active. I asked to speak to a manager and he tells me the wait to speak to a manager is 24-48 hours. With all the negativity around this company lately you would think their customer service would be on par.

Recently purchased a luxury vehicle was happy with everything except the vehicle cost me 6455 a month after I had it the barrens had to be replaced, full breaks and shoes, two bent rims, realignment, two tires, an electric windshield wipe I was assured Carvana would pay for, and it still has a slight shake when you go over 70. They would not even grant me a deferal or give any credit what so ever. When I’m over here paying $1250/ month for what’s supposed to be a tuned up ready to go vehicle

Scam pricing and listings 1/5
I have viewed the site for several month as and noticed suspicious listings and pricing buyer beware most cars are over blue book and are inflated with extra fees on top of inflated pricing… The inventory is also shared with dealerships to “move” cars to make them look sold even… The site has multiple vehicles listed under contract or whatever they call it which means car should just be removed from listing but they only do that when they are scamming you…

Not a long review. Just an angry one. The process is all pretty simple and good. However they: failed to deliver the car on the scheduled day, didn’t tell me it would be rescheduled until 4 hours after the scheduled time, Rescheduled it for 10 days passed what I originally scheduled it for with absolutely nothing to offer to make up for it. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I don’t have to be bothered by some raspy-voiced, thieving salesman.
EDIT: Keeping it at 2 stars because of their option for me to return the car and their warranties. I got the car on the rescheduled date but they failed to disclose multiple other problems with the car such as: a much larger amount of scratches and paint chips, the car door is literally warped and may allow for water to enter (although no interior water damage noticed). Previous owners hit something with the front of the car and try to repair it themselves. They didn’t even color match correctly. Carvana did not report this. (It was obviously self-repaired).
Overall, I prefer carvana over the dealership, but even online used car businesses are not trustworthy.

I was so happy with carvana until the warranty they give got expired in 3 month and then i start having problem with the intake monifold runner, check engine light went on and the off and after couple weeks it went on again the cars engine would perform very low i had to replace intake wich cost me 800$ . And in the beginning when i got a car the rotors were kinda fresh but needed replace because going on highway above 50 and pressing the brake my car would vibrate. And it’s not covered by Carvana. So i had to throw anothe 600 for rotots and brakes.
So far, so good.

The app is buggy. The sliders are hard to use precisely. If you enter numbers manually it will change it to different number. For example search for a car with less than 75k miles. You can’t because it changes it to 76k. The thing that makes it a two is that it freezes frequently and you have to restart and start at the beginning.

2 weeks after my 2019 GMC Terrian start to stall, my ENGINE LIGHT, ESC LIGHT AND TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT WAS ON!!!
My car won’t go over 40 mph and makes a horrible noise.
Of course this happens after the so called 7 day guarantee.
I purchase a warranty and began the process through Silver Rock because that was my only option.
I took the car to Firestone twice- the finally diagnosed the car with a engine problem!!
Now I’m told to take it to a GMC dealership for repair.
This is a Nightmare !!!!!!!!
I’m blown away, never ever bought a car this fast…..no haggling with sales people or finance managers telling you what you can and can’t buy!!
All I can say is just do it!

Wow super fast I felt a little un easy about buying a car site unseen. However with the 7 day return I have peace of mind.
So many delays. I ended paying insurance on a vehicle that I was never able to take possession of. I lost the insurance on my current vehicle because I was supposed to have taken my new car before my insurance ran out. Now I had to get insurance on my old car just to be able to drive.

All these reviews are bogus. Carvana cancelled or rescheduled my delivery six times without a reasonable excuse as to why. Kept saying “we experienced a delay in shipping”. I would highly recommend using literally any other means to purchase a vehicle.

I had my delivery date set to 9/6. They have been texting me saying that i get to meet my new car in a few days, and then 2 days before I was supposed to get it they told me they can’t get it to me until 9/26! And all they do is apologize with no compensation. I needed this car on the 6th because my other car is having piston problems and I need to stop driving it until I can get it fixed! Carvana is causing havoc in my life and just doesn’t care. I’m not even going to expect my car to be in good condition and am expecting to have to send it back after this. My advice, don’t use Carvana. They are definitely seem too good to be true, and they are. Not good at all 👎
