    I bought a Honda Accord from Carvana 3 years ago. My process was very quick and easy. They delivered my car on a truck about a week or two later. I had zero problems with my car.     Connectivity issues with multiple devices using Carvana website, unable to preview cars and banking through Plaid was frustrating as 7 attempts on various devices and then through downloaded Carvana app and still “Something went wrong!” appeared. Had to hand type bank account info for confirmation. Then date and time selected for pick-up spooled and froze the app and my phone to where I had to shut down my phone and reboot! Once back on the app the time and date I selected and many others were no longer available. Felicia R. was awesome through this whole process and I thank her so so much as well as Amy from Underwriting which both saved this sale.

    My experience with carvana has been simple yet frustrating. The process of ordering a vehicle is very streamlined and easy, but my delivery date has been pushed back 4 times as of today with no reason at all given as to why. Once you place an order, the process to cancel or change the order is far more difficult than agreeing to 20+k of debt for some reason, and I paid a lump sum for insurance thatI can't use because I don't have my car yet. The insurance company says Carvana confirmed ownership of the car had been transferred but Carvana says the insirance company will pay me back... If I ever get this car... It will most definitely be the last I order from Carvana.

    Pure trash. I ordered a car and then ended up changing my mind a few hours later. I cancelled everything and it all seemed fine. A couple of days later Carvana withdrew my $7000 down payment from my bank account. Now they are saying it will take five to seven business days to return their fraudulent charge. I was on my way to purchase another car elsewhere that I may now lose out on because I no longer have my down payment available. This company is the absolute worst and it is easy to see why they are on their way to failure, most likely going under before the year is over. Total flop company. Buy your car anywhere but here.

    Not sure why I had to cancel and rebuy to receive the 250 dollar off savings…..also, why can’t I schedule more the two weeks for pick up! Both weekends available for a 200 mile one way trip are busy and can’t pay more for delivery like I asked!

    This is my 4 vehicle from Carvana and I have yet to have an issue with any of vehicles. All Fords, regular oil change, brake pads and tires. Still riding great with 2 near 100,000 miles. 1 edge, 1 Taurus and 2 Explorers. All finance thru Carvana in less than 45 mins.

    Set up my pick up date and time they emailed and texted a few hours before and tried to push me to a new day and time when I picked up the car the low tire lights were on the guy said he just filled them but the tires were below their specks to sale so they would put in for a voucher to replace he did then I talked to several other people from the company afterwards they have me take the care to a preferred vendor to measure tread depth 3 of the 4 were below their standards I was told initially but clim was denied i also had to pay for the people to look at which I was told I wouldn’t have to their warranty company told the guy to tell me that they don’t pay for any diagnosis other than a check engine light called Carvana back the said the would submit an exception to get tires replaced then I was told the wouldn’t because they met standards now they changed it but didn’t let their employees know so no I just decided to return the car due to the fact that they did want to sell it if so they would have taken care of the issue also when I picked the car up it smelled like an ashtray and all the windows inside were smudged with bad streaks for where someone tried to clean them but used dirty equipment horrible service from them would recommend them to anyone

    Worst car buying experience of my life. By far. Sent me a car with the check engine light on. Talked to repair shops and they all confirmed that they get carvana cars in constantly. It appears they don’t inspect before reselling. Dave yourself the time of 20+ phone calls, hours of hold, and Horus of talking to incompetent customer service employees that have no authority. Terrible.

    They’re always advertised get your car in a few days well it’s been two weeks &’ they’ve rescheduled my pickup FOURRRR time ! To the point where I couldn’t make one of my appointments due to being at work in the time being but I left early to get my car just for them to inform me my car hasn’t even gotten to the slot machine. What kind of “professional” company is this ?…. I’ve called customer service multiple times to see the update of my car turns out they’re nationwide &’ “Carvana of Las Vegas” is suppose to inform me if my car gets to the slot machine early. One morning I woke up my friend had passed by the slot machine &’ my car was sitting there for a week before pickup ! Just for them to call me yesterday saying I cannot pick up my car due to the person who was supposed to sign off my car left early . LET ME NOT GET STARTED ON ROOT WITH CARVANA because that’s another mess alone .

    This is the worst company ever.... Their customer service is the worst, this is the second day of me trying to get In contact so I can exchange my vehicle and all they do is say "allow me a few minutes" and never come back.... their customer service is complete garbage.... On top of that the wait time to get your vehicle could be anything from 3 days to weeks... Going back and forth and issues never get resolved.... Then after issue was finally resolved, I asked if the pick up time will still be the same, they say yes pick up time still the same, I asked like 3 more times just to make sure, and then after I hung up with them an hour later I received a notification saying pick up time has been rescheduled... Trust me when I tell you, if your looking to buy a vehicle, save yourself the headache with this company and go to a dealership or find a different company, this is the worst car company you can find....

    As you all may know Carvana is on the verge of bankruptcy and rightfully so. Along with suspicious business practices including withholding titles to the vehicle fraudulent listings and failure to inspect vehicles as advertised the investors are fleeing fast. I purchased a vehicle with 500 miles! The delivery date was pushed back the day before Christmas Eve, by the time I was able to get an appointment for inspection as they recommended it was just outside the 7 day return policy and what do you know, there is a 7 inch crack along the windshield bas that can only have been found by the inspection It’s not covered under their 100 day warranty conveniently. Oh and did I mention that not only did they market this vehicle as including a 12k self driving package on their website they even included the manufacturer window sticker saying it’s included and the Tesla confirmed that it was not, do not trust this company at all cost, im currently I’m talks regarding legal action as we speak

    Absolute worst experience i’ve ever had buying anything in my entire life. They canceled my delivery 3 different times after I already had my insurance and registration switched over to the car I was buying from them so i’ve been without a car for a month and getting rides from coworkers and family members. They don’t tell you the delivery is getting delayed until the day before it’s supposed to be there and they’ve done it each time every 3 times. I’m not a confrontational person at all and Ive been trying to be so polite because I know what it’s like to work in customer service but at this point I’m already paying payments on a car that I don’t even have yet. They also insisted I needed to send things overnight to them so my delivery would be on time and I paid for overnight shipping twice out of pocket just to have the delivery delayed anyway. This app really is not worth it and I sincerely don’t recommend Carvana if you wanna keep your sanity. Most frustrating and stressful experience ever.

    I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rouge back in September of 2022. I was in the process of selling my house and moving in October. I told them to transfer my current registration because I had just paid over $100 for my new tag the math before. Well you can only talk to some random person on chat for customer service. So I continually chatted and explained just to transfer my tag since I just got it and I was moving and going to have to change it later anyways. Well my car got delivered. No problems. The delivery person told me the reason they were stalling was because they aren’t capable of transferring registration. Which turned out to be true. But the advocates in chat will lie and say it can be done. So plan on paying the registration fees and everything. Ok so I told the advocates thst I was moving to florida and send them there. I know I told at least two advocates of this. Well my tags were delivered to my old house in Tennessee. So again I get on the chat and talk to Peter. He apologizes and said I will need to go to the Tennessee DMV to get replacements. I live in florida!! So great car hortble customer service, especially since you can not talk to a real person. Just chat.

    I’m really surprised this place is still in business. I guess people are too lazy to learn how to negotiate properly. Surely I can find any car on here for about 5000 less than what they have listed. Definitely everything is priced about to three grand over the list price or compared to Kelley blue book prices. Since there is really no sales person or metal man I can’t see them making that much off per vehicle for doing nothing. It’s worse than paying someone’s commission pay in my opinion. I cannot really comment on the process of buying a car on here because I would never be so stupid to waste my time buying a car that’s obviously way over priced when I can find one locally and get the price down.

    13 delays in delivery before I cut ties and purchased a car elsewhere. If you get a notice your delivery has been delayed, call customer service and ask how often they have seen 4-5-6 delays.

    I legitimately found a 2010 Suzuki on here for $10,000 that they wanted $8k down payment for, and then to finance the rest of the 2k for 72 months?? I know I don’t have the best credit and I understand the economic situation, but for that I could’ve gotten a better deal at the dealership or the same exact car for $3k flat at most on Craigslist, which I will be heading to. (Dealership) Quite disappointed they even had some great promasters I had my eye on for vanlife too. But if you wanted 30k payment down on a 40k vehicle, and then tack on a high interest rate amount for the remaining 10, what’s the point of coming here?

    By far way more time consuming then going to a dealership, there is very littler customer service help and answering are extremely vague. I was left in the dark most of the time with customer service saying everything was looking good, but when the time came, it was not good and issues I was afraid of happened. And it could have all been avoided with appropriate customer service. This was very stressful process, I would not recommend for absolutely anyone.

    Carvana system continually keeps dumping all the documents I’ve upload. It will say everything is good to go then all of a sudden it’ll say I need to submit every single document again as if I never did. The system will then contact me & say Iissed the deadline & lost the sale. Customer service was able to see all my documents but can’t tell me why their own online system doesn’t. I hope this is a fluke but Carvana doesn’t seem to want to figure it out cuz I’m just one person, there are thousands of other customers they can get money from so my rare incident doesn’t factor

    Whoever does the listings and decide whether a car is “automatic or manual” needs help. Wasting my time and getting my hopes up on rare manual cars to only click on the vehicle and it be an automatic car. For example you guys label any automatic car whose shift has a leather boot on it as manual. You guys label the weird ugly Porsche PDK shifter in the 911 as manual as well. And your prices are still outlandish but cool app though

    I was so excited for my first car. I submitted everything and prepared for get my car. I was waiting no one give me a call whats wrong with my application. Then i have to changed a car. So that fine to me. Then i have to call their service many time to update things over and over. No one call like they said. They said they will call my job and verify me. Again!! On one call. And gave me so rude email. They gave me this We received your request for additional information regarding Carvana’s Treasury Operations decision. Our Treasury Operations team has completed a secondary review and has confirmed that we will not be proceeding with the sale of a vehicle in your name due to Carvana having discovered that information or documents you provided were potentially false, misleading or otherwise could not be verified. This is a final decision by our Treasury Operations Department So disrespectful i even have 2 job all information and even call bank. If their call center know what they doing probably no bad reviews

    I have an iPhone and it constantly freezes. I can’t even get through the app without it freezing for about 2 minutes. They also don’t deliver to my area. I would have to drive a n hour or two to go and get it. I guess that really would be a big deal if I could actually scroll and look without the app freezing.
