just downloaded bc i wanted to buy a pair of shoes. THIS IS THE SLOWEST MOST UNCONVIENENT app that sells clothes out there (and trust me i have been on most of them) idk if there is just a glitch in the system or what but every time i clicked on something it said the item wasnt available or when it would let me view the item it would say all the sizes where not available. its like does this website want my money or not... hello? also i would search something in the search bar and the results would have nothing to do with what i searched. BASICALLY it is impossible to buy anything off the app... either its a glitch or Champs technology people really need to get to work. sorry i just want to buy a pair of shoes😘😘 & now this is making me upset🥺🥺🥰😘😘

Always crashes on release days and makes you sign in almost every time you open it. You will get flooded with notifications but you can’t see Em without putting username and password in all the time.

I use my app almost daily, then here comes a new update that won’t even let my phone update it: I just went from spending over 1000 per month with champs to zero.
Only compatible with iOS 13 and up 1/5
I’m an avid shoe fan and purchase most of the new/limited releases. Not anymore. I use an IPhone 6. Yesterday my champs app is requiring I update. I cannot since iOS 13 is required. 12.4 is the last update for my phone. Unless I wanna upgrade phones, I can no longer use this app to enter raffles, which stinks.

Champs app is the worse. It takes the longest to load, always crashing and the navigation of the site is off. They need to start from scratch.

Has to be the worst app known to man to handle any type of traffic. Not to mention once you have the miracle of actually adding a product to cart, be prepared for a cancellation email. Also be prepared for absolutely not a single response regarding their customer care department.

App doesn’t when needed most 1/5
This app is consistently terrible. I don’t understand why it’s so much worse than it’s brother apps... Footlocker and Footaction. Most times the app will go down and you won’t be able to access it at all. For example, say you have entered a raffle you may or may not be able to check your results depending on if the app is working or not. And that’s if the app doesn’t prematurely cancel your reservation all together. I honestly don’t know if the issue is that their server is too small or their IT team isn’t that great. What i do know is that it’s a PITA.

The FLX program must be the most rigged app ever. Spending 1500 for full head starts just to not win any of the 3 app sites footlocker is affiliated with is pure disgusting. The old way at least had a chance of securing a pair. Now this new program is pure trash. Stop letting people rigged the system. Because no way I’ve spend over 10k in points to not win one reservation.

Every time a hyped sneaker reales, champs along with all the other footlocker owned stores just break and the only way to fix it is to delete it and redownload it. it’s very frustrating and this just happened to me now that’s why i’m writing my review. FIX ALL YOUR APP FOOTLOCKER‼️‼️‼️

Just missed out on a reservation for this weekend’s shoe release because the app never sent me a push notification to check to see the results of my reservation entry, I went to check my settings it said I had push setting enable on, I also have footaction and footlocker app too and I also didn’t receive a single notification either

I’m not sure if Champ Sports is aware of this issue. Every time I order a pair of sneakers from them, my order gets to me within a good 3 days (which is good) BUT my sneakers always look like they’ve been super glued in some areas and there are some minor tears around the shoes...it’s kind of frustrating because if I’m paying $170 for a pair of sneakers, I want it to look as fresh, new and clean as it looked on the app/site. I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max Plus’s and they came looking alright, all around the shoe looked like it was superglued and some spots weren’t even fully dry 😭...not gonna lie I’m kind of angry and don’t think I’m going to purchase from Champs Sports anymore (this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered a pair of sneakers from them, and I received them looking not to well)

POOR layout. I had problems from the very beginning!! I couldn’t create an account because it kept denying my email even though I didn’t have a pre-existing account. And even after I updated the app it just keeps showing me an error image on any product that I attempt to look at.

For the past two weeks or so, I have been trying to log into the app, I keep getting this message “Request Failed. The request failed. Please try again later.” I am using the correct username and password, but I keep getting this message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but keeping getting the same message. I got a random charge of 80 dollars for no reason and it doesn’t make any sense.
Ordered the same thing two different times because they canceled my order the first time because I messed my email up but everything else was correct which still makes no sense then I ordered the same stuff again just to see if it was a mistake n these mf are gonna cancel my order again talking about “are website had a malfunction” how do you as a company continue to let this happen just frustrating because now I have to wait about a week for them to give my money back to even try to get the stuff I wanted from a different website big lesson learned DONT SHOP AT CHAMPS ONLINE THEY WILL LITERALLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU WAIT TO GET IT BACK

Since this last update on the app, it will log me off the app and I have to sign back in almost every time I am try to open the app after closing it. Not sure why but it is annoying because it’s all of the affiliated apps doing too(Champs, Footaction, Footlocker, etc). Please fix this issue and then it will be a 5 star rating like it was a month ago.

I had problems in the past with trying to email companies and it takes so long. So I started calling, especially when my card was charged. I’ll NEVER wait for an email, EVER again. Calling is easier, faster and you see results quicker instead of waiting on responses thru an email. NEVER wait on them to do anything when it comes to YOUR money. You need to make that move and get your money back. IDGAD if I gotta talk to the president of the company, somebody gon tell me something!!

A week ahead of some of the hottest sneaker launches of the year, you all decide to roll out a new FLX program and reset all rewards points for people who have spent thousands of money with your companies. I buy at champs, footaction and footlocker ... you guys gave me 3k points which isn’t enough to get the max head start which requires 11k per shoe?! We have to spend money to get head starts and lose them even if we don’t win the shoe???? Are you out of your minds!!!! This is unacceptable. And truly feels like a scam. Andddddddd I lost about to 19 $20 off coupons. Livid. This is disgusting. I specifically supported your company the past year to get a leg up to get shoes that I actually wanted next week. And the app barely works now just trash

Under this new Flx app thing you can’t see if a release is coming to your surrounding stores or if it’ll be reservations or FCFS. It just says check back later to find a store that’s releasing a shoe.... and these are shoes coming out THIS WEEK February 6th 7th and 8th. Seems some things need to be fixed so folks won’t have issues
