Since this last update on the app, it will log me off the app and I have to sign back in almost every time I am try to open the app after closing it. Not sure why but it is annoying because it’s all of the affiliated apps doing too(Champs, Footaction, Footlocker, etc). Please fix this issue and then it will be a 5 star rating like it was a month ago.

Never email companies!! 5/5
I had problems in the past with trying to email companies and it takes so long. So I started calling, especially when my card was charged. I’ll NEVER wait for an email, EVER again. Calling is easier, faster and you see results quicker instead of waiting on responses thru an email. NEVER wait on them to do anything when it comes to YOUR money. You need to make that move and get your money back. IDGAD if I gotta talk to the president of the company, somebody gon tell me something!!

A week ahead of some of the hottest sneaker launches of the year, you all decide to roll out a new FLX program and reset all rewards points for people who have spent thousands of money with your companies. I buy at champs, footaction and footlocker ... you guys gave me 3k points which isn’t enough to get the max head start which requires 11k per shoe?! We have to spend money to get head starts and lose them even if we don’t win the shoe???? Are you out of your minds!!!! This is unacceptable. And truly feels like a scam. Andddddddd I lost about to 19 $20 off coupons. Livid. This is disgusting. I specifically supported your company the past year to get a leg up to get shoes that I actually wanted next week. And the app barely works now just trash
Reservations not working 2/5
Under this new Flx app thing you can’t see if a release is coming to your surrounding stores or if it’ll be reservations or FCFS. It just says check back later to find a store that’s releasing a shoe.... and these are shoes coming out THIS WEEK February 6th 7th and 8th. Seems some things need to be fixed so folks won’t have issues

Getting a reservation on this app is literally impossible. Always waitlisted and they make you wait hours to find out if you won or not and only to see “next time!” Pop up on the screen. Absolute garbage app 👎🏿

I literally viewed that I confirmed my size 7 for the bred 11s I go back to see alternate stores and procedures, and it also happened on the Footaction app I am very irritated because I use this app nonstop to confirm shoes so it’s not like I don’t know what I’m talking about and not only that it always say request time out this needs to get fixed

I can’t believe I waited so long for a sneaker drop just for the app to get an error and lose all my information all at once. Don’t try this app if your new to sneaker buying. This app is a complete waste of time and contains many flaws.
Ok , one time I Bought shoes at the pentagon Va location and the lady was press tigger a sale and didn’t tell me they run small so I was really mad went back the man exchange the shoes for me and a different lady helped me I got the 990 v5 black sneakers and they lasted for about 2.5 month they look disgusting and now they are to small
I like the app a lot but it signed me out and every time I try to get back in it says there is an error this also happens when I try to load an item.

I have platinum vip and after updating, my app is not recognizing my plat vip and points. Also tried to buy something ung used my rewards online and its saying the code has already been used. I buy a lot so I make use of all the rewards I get. $10, $15, $20 I use all I get. Called cust service a hundred of times and they didn’t help. I didn’t feel I was a valued customer
I can log onto the website with no problem, but have been unable to log onto the app after 4 days of trying. I’ve tried using other devices and it still doesn’t work. Thanks to Champs app, I missed out on an opportunity to enter a raffle for shoes. I requested assistance from their customer service team, but received no help.

The worst company in the whole North America, There’s no regular way to secure high value shoes with them. Don’t try to buy anything online, or using the app. It’s a total waste of time. Bots literally get all the shoes. They charge your money, you get confirmation emails but never get the shoes. SHAME.

Site is always down for a new good drop as then reappears as sold out. Why have an app drop and be down the entire time. This is the 3rd time I experienced this.
Let's see if a customer service person actually responds this time as no one did to my previous emails.
I never have an issue getting Jordans on the Nike app at the right drop time. Why is the app mysteriously down on every Yeezy drop then out of stock when it mysteriously is working again.

These Footlocker, Champs, and Footaction apps are nothing but New Release Launch Raffle Disasters! Every time there has been a New Limited Edition Raffle release these last couple of weeks/months. The app starts acting crazy. It doesn’t always allow me to make changes in the edits. It won’t acknowledge when I switch from my account to my son’s account. Meaning it won’t save/register for both accounts when we login and logout. I would rather go back to the instore raffles. Or register for raffles like Snipes formally known as KicksUSA.

I order Air Jordan 14 same time they drop. Got confirmation email and every. Just for 3 days after to get email that it is no longer available. Like that makes no sense and all the customers service lady keep say was she she can’t get me a item that is no longer available but when I order them it was. I could have gotten them somewhere if that was the case but they send me a email stating my order was completed . Bad customer experience and extremely disappointed. That was a gift for someone

Sizes be out of stock even with availability options open 1/5
Every time I would go to order a pair of shoes that suppose to be available, I would get a notification message saying that the item is out of stock. My issue is the fact that I know the ones that’s suppose to be out of stock because the size would be faded out and u can’t click on it. When it’s unfaded and I click on it meaning that it’s suppose to be available. I shouldn’t get no message saying they’re out of stock and this is not with just one size, this was with a few supposedly available sizes and I continued to get the out of stock message. So I will be deleting the app because unlike other apps footlocker, Nike etc if I click on a size that’s open for availability and try adding it to my cart, it will actually get added. Instead of the out of stock message popping up. So this is definitely an issue that needs to get fix.
