    My husband has an iPhone 6 with no reason to upgrade. The new app does not support his phone. He now has to bank via computer which is less than ideal. He can no longer deposit checks. Unfortunate that Chase does not offer an app for the less fortunate.

    I sent some money on Zelle that they claim was processed but my recipient never got it, we have banks statements to prove that. I Started a claim and after a few weeks they conveniently said that everything was fine without any input from me or the other affected party, even after I offered giving them statements. I called again to see how to solve it and was hung up on after waiting for 30 minutes to talk to them. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!! They are a big bank with a lot of money and they will steal your money any way and tell you they can’t help you 🤷🏽‍♂️

    Never a late payment or missed nor over limit you lowered my credit line 20 $ over balance creating 98% usage maxing card this damages my credit standing I will be consulting legal advice and prepare to terminate ties with Chase . RTRJ

    I have an older phone and the app will not allow me to download an older version so I may use it. To deposit checks, I’ll have to literally go to the bank in person to deposit checks, just like it was years ago. Thanks, Chase!

    Works well enough for what you need. Over the years ive encountered very few bugs or glitches, and all were resolved in a timely manner. Only problems I currently have is with their newest stock trading features which is a bit cumbersome, and accessing earned credit points takes you off the app.

    absolutely no way to contact someone immediately other than calling which is annoyingly inconvenient. I’ve been depositing the same paychecks via the app on a weekly basis and have never had issues until today. same surface, same phone. Nothing is working. I have never visited a chase bank and I don’t intend to. I chose this bank for the convenience of it being a national brand but I don’t have a bank within 30 minutes of me. I rely on this feature and it is now broken. Please fix this. I’m going to receive another ridiculous overdraft fee by the time I am able to deposit my check...

    MUST use IOS 13.0 or later. Well if my device isn’t supported with Apple iOS updates any longer, why can I not still use the last supported app version? Other apps allow you to download a earlier compatible version and still work just fine. Major pita to have the app not available and am forced to find other means to continue my online banking. Not very supportive of Chase for your long time loyal users.

    Ever since April 2021, the apps “pay a bill” feature seems to be taking 1 cent off of some of the amounts paid, leading to having to make another payment of 1 cent. Example - let’s say I owe at&t 10 dollars. I make the payment for 10 dollars, but when the transaction is completed, it says I only paid $9.99. So I have to make another payment of one cent. Super annoying.

    The app is great and has useful features. It was very convenient until lately. I’ve signed in and setup facial recognition but after a few days it resets and I have to do it all over again. This has been going on for a couple of months. Very frustrating when a very convenient feature no longer works.

    No? You still have to do that reverse fuzzy logic to try to figure out that if you want a bill to arrive on a day, your crystal ball says you need to base that on the day you actually KMOW money will be in your account. It’s all very mystical. And stupid. Let us say “pay this bill on this day.” So, so simple.

    I’m new to chase and the app alone will cause me to leave. I finally decided to take a leap of faith on a chase bank after 15 years with WF and honestly the app alone will make me leave. It glitches and freezes all the time. I have been trying for several days to get it set up and have has to delete and re download the app more times than I can count. If this is foreshadowing.. I want no part of it.
