    Do not like the most recent changes to the iPhone Chase App. Some changes actually made it more complicated not less. Granted I’m slightly technically “challenged” but that’s why I enjoyed the simplicity of the App.

    They are no help!!! At all!! I called there multiple times about my face recognizer not working and that’s how I usually get in but it stopped working. I called there multiple times they’ve put me on hold for 10mins at the most on every elevator music holder they have!! If you can’t help me over the phone just so I can log in instead of telling me to drive to chase just to get my account unlocked then I don’t need to bank with you guys 👋🏽

    Forgot my username. Wanted my full SSN. There was another option to use your bday. I went that route. Told me I had to use my SSN. When I log in, it prompted me 3 different times to input my password (multi multi multi factor authentication). Overly done. SSN part irks me the most.

    This app is no good. My card was compromised over a week ago while we were vacationing in Florida. I called chase. They discontinued my card. A new card was to be delivered down there by UPS and never came. Plus .., Instead of my recent credit card number on here, they have an old one that I haven’t used in over 2 years or more. I have been trying to update my Chade app but to no avail. They keep flipping me back Ed home. and forth. What the heck is going on? Someone used my number to make a purchase and I can’t get my app to work to even make a payment. I’m going to delete the doggone app and ask for statements to come by mail. I’m so tired of all of this. I was without my Chase card for over a week on vacation but now headed home. I Hope my new card is in the mail. Please do something about your app to make it easier yo update and take off old cards, old addresses that haven’t been used in years. Thank you, Cynthia Andrews

    I tried to perform a crypto purchase one and now it has been pending TWICE for over 24 hours. I received no help when I called in and now my checking is over drawn. I cannot even seek my crypto for a loss now because it is stuck pending in La la land.

    It says it will, but it does not. Maybe it’s Apple’s default to display this wording under Compatibility, yet the minimum iOS for this app is higher that this device’s. It’s disappointing they cut off much sooner than most other apps. As a Chase customer for decades, this is more than frustrating, as I liked the app’s features before the app shut me out.

    The app seems great for checking balances, but Chase says it does all sorts of other things that at the very least are unfindable. My card was recently hacked. I called the number on the back of the card and the automated system told me I could report fraud on the app. I open the app and search through it - no option to report fraud. Today I received my new card. Rather than the typical sticker that says call this number to verify receipt of your card, the information says I can use the app. I open the app and no option anywhere to verify receipt. Chase keeps telling me to use the app, but it ends up being a waste of time. Next time Chase tells you you can “use the app”, outside of checking your balance, it is probably a lie. Don’t waste your time.

    I have found that the Chase App is absolutely wonderful. I love the fact that the app is high on network security, and has real time, accurate information on my accounts. I love the weekly updates and cost summary reports as well as the savings and cash back offers. I have been using this app for over 7 years now and it just keeps getting better and better.     Chase and United customer service would keep you in cycle transferring you to one department to the other so redeeming the Milage points would be imposible. I was planing a trip and wanted to use my miles but I literally spend 6 hours on the phone trying to get help but no one could do a think but to transfer me. IS NOT worth the $100 anual fee. Worst experience I am not exaggerating.

    My name is Honey I needed to make a Wire Transfer. The Teller was very good and completed all information for this Wire Transfer. She stated the manager needed to proof read and accept the information. She took it to the manager along with my Driver’s License. The manager then asked me to follow him to his office. “He said what are you using this wire that you want to send to Mexico”. We have a very good young man to by a car he needed badly. He then said well I am not going to approve this as too many seniors are pushed from Mexico under pressure for drugs an migrants . I said he is a very good man and we know he is using this to buy a car. He is a very close friend and Manager Guillermo said I will not approve it I just do not think this money is going for that . I called my husband on the phone still setting in the manager’s office. Husband said she and I are not pressured this money is for a car. The manager said Well I am not going to approve that. I called Chase Bank to complain they took this info snd did not do anything. Horrible type of service to seniors when we want to help a dear friend get a car😟

    With the latest update I am glad to see Chase Bank finally focusing on technology. Since most of the banks offer approx the same services, differentiating yourself with an easy to use app that offers many options and feels fresh and techy will set chase apart. Now you guys are nowhere near the feel of a new age fin tech app but a good start… keep it going !!!
