Pretty frustrated w chase today. Your payment flow now defaults to “pay today” and its really easy to overlook. I accidentally paid a big bill immediately and then couldnt cancel it even after calling customer service. Had to scramble and shift money around to cover the payment.
Then - looking closely - youve just made the calendar so you have to pick a date - not select the due date.
Youre going to have a lot of bounced checks with this. Banks are supposed to be about trust.

Ever since I opened my checking account I have nothing but praise. Since I am a vet I was giving free checking made me feel appreciated. I’ve got to experience the technology of today’s world ,love being a customer of Chase Bank.

I use this app once a month to pay my car payment. Each month I’m forced to reset my password for sign in. I document the password each time, and every month it fails. I have to go through the painstaking process of re-registering for a new password.
This app, and Chase as a whole make paying your bill a tedious and annoying process.
I will not be financing with them again, or using them as a bank.

Difficult to capture the image of check
Constant password reset is a nightmare! Ongoing issue for many months. Impossible to access while traveling. It’s absurd that a bank if this size cannot fix their app!!!

The app was great when it worked. In the past 6 months, I have had to reset my password 2-3 times a week. I couldn't figure out why. I tried disabling touched on the app, but still had issues even with the correct password. This last time I had enough. After changing my password, and not using the app I haven't had this issue!!!

I've had no problems or complaints until I had to do the most recent update. Everytime I try to log in I have to enter my username and password even though I have the "remember me" box check. I've unchecked and rechecked it and it would sometimes(rarely) fix it, until I exit and return back to the app, in which I would then have to do again. Not only that but EVERYTIME it says it doesn't recognize this device. It's to the point where it is very frustrating.

I’m having the same problem as several others with the app suddenly requiring my password before I can use Touch ID and then saying my password is incorrect. I’ll then login with the same password on my computer and it works. Please fix this frustrating issue, Chase. I really like depositing checks with the app instead of having to go to an ATM or bank location.

Face ID needs to be better. It cuts itself off every week and when I try to sign in with my password it tells me I can’t because its been too many attempts (even though there hasn’t been) and I either have to call Chase or reset my password EVERY WEEK. It’s highly annoying. FIX THIS.

App need fixes. Login taking sometimes so luck longer vs other bank apps like bofa or Amex and it’s not internet connection. Another big issue is applying rewards - mobile app simply does not work. It’s opening blank white screen with refresh button. Please fix it!!

Constantly stating my password is incorrect and makes me reset my password every time I attempt to use the app. Face ID is activated and still states the password is incorrect. Horrible app and customer service can’t assist and states you must continue to change your password every time I attempt to use the app. Use a different bank.

When you click on items in the app (credit score, points, etc.) nothing works consistently. Sometimes I have to enter and exit the item three or four times before it will open.
Also, it would be beneficial to have the balance next to each transaction amount. It is easier to keep track that way. Currently they only have the “current balance” at the top which never adds ups correctly from the transactions listed.

I only log on to this app a handful of times a month, and 90% of the time I get “We are temporarily unable to connect you to Chase.” Very frustrating when I’m standing in line and want to check my balance or transfer money. Or if I have a break and want to balance the checkbook. I end up having to just go to the website which takes a bit longer, but at least it works. What’s the point in having an App that NEVER works?

This app was just ok before we were able to use Face ID. Now Face ID works only half the time, then it tell me I have to log in to activate Face ID... it’s the only bank/credit card app I have that has this issue. What’s the point of having this convenience if it doesn’t work and I have to constantly create new passwords bc I can’t remember what convoluted password it required me to create. So frustrating when you need to do your banking in emergency situations. Just awful.

I’m not tech savvy at all, but a Chase rep helped me put together online banking and I am amazed at how easy the Chase app is! I love that I can see how much I have in my account at any given time. I am more pleased with this Chase app than any other app I use. I will be a Chase customer for life!

I would like to see more services at Chase bank. Services such as notary and faxes for customers. I had important documents to send to a company out of state and had to go next door to a UPS store for both of these services.

Didn’t work. Tried three times and the system wouldn’t recognize the details so couldn’t deposit the check.

Auto check deposit not working 2/5
Gave 2 stars only because the other parts of the app work fine. But to do an Electronic check deposit it works horribly with the latest updates. Very disappointed and not customer friendly. My nearest bank is 8-10 miles out of my way so going to the bank itself is inconvenient. Hopefully this app will get fixed soon.

I love this out but unfortunately it doesn’t recognize addresses in a rural location where PO boxes are the way we get mail and physical addresses are not recognized either by Chase. For that reason bill pay doesn’t work and Chase bank falls short.

Either the developers know this is a terrible app and are perpetually scrambling to fix it or somebody needs a job because every time I try to open it there’s an update and I can’t use my thumb print so annoying! Literally needs to be updated every three weeks!! Srsly? Terrible!!!
