Very user friendly. Chase is by far the best bank when it comes to customer service and features/services offered. The second I use my card I get notified and they are helpful and prompt with any issues I ever have. Keep it up :)
Best banking app ever 5/5
I don’t have a Chase bank close by but this app is all I need. Highly recommended!have another banking app on my phone and only wish that it could do the things this one does. We do not have a Chase branch here locally so the app is our primary interface. I could not be a customer without it!

First Step 1/5
Literally didn’t get passed the first step in signing up. The app sent me back to the beginning, then, said I could not continue because I technically have an “account” now. Called the rep and they couldn’t help me. Bad experience within in minutes of getting the app. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Endless Loop of PW Resets 1/5

The app is ugly, but it has been functional. Who am I to judge based upon looks alone?
Now, however, I seem to be stuck in an endless cycle of password resets. It would be nice if I could actually use the app for more than one single session without having to reset my password.
I have the app on my iPod touch 6th gen with the latest iOS available. When I sign in it shows a number of different balances.
What is the “Remaining statement balance”? It shows a figure that is completely different from the last statement balance and the current balance.
Also, is there an email address for Chases customer service? I have tried the “app support” link. All it gives is phone numbers. I would prefer to WRITE to them so that I can save my email AND their reply.

Multiple times the app no longer remembers my info and trying to reset everything it will keep going back and forth for the ssn question and never give me a chance to enter the info it’s requesting

I should have written this review a long time ago. This app is the best-designed banking app I know of but it doesn’t have a place on the app that tells me how much I have spent on my credit card since my last statement. There was a time that I remember this app having this feature. The fact that this was taken away tells me that Chase would LOVE to take my money from me in the form of interest on my credit card balance if I had any. This makes me feel as though Chase does not have my back. It’s a simple thing to add. Please bring back this feature!

It will be very convenient to be able to tap a transaction/TRANSFER and see the notes on the transfer without having to go to “transfer activity” in menu.
Please incorporate this on your app. Other banking apps are ahead of Chase on this.

An App’s info should mirror real-time transactions 1/5
I changed bank accounts for my every day checking/savings in Dec 2019. I don’t bank with Chase for checking and savings. They only hold my home loan. In Jan of 2020, I paid my home loan via the new bank account by way of using a desktop computer. In Feb I used the Chase app. A week later Chase tells me the funding didn’t clear. This was perplexing because I saved screen shots of the transaction confirmation provided to me on the app and I knew there were funds in the checking account for the home loan payment. Chase sent me an email advising the Feb payment was submitted via the Dec 2019 bank account info. Why they chose that account I don’t know, as it had been closed for over a month. I immediately went to the Chase website via desktop computer and paid the home loan from the bank account with funds in it. I saved the screenshot and received an email confirming payment transaction. I then called Chase bank and spoke with Javier on a secure and recorded line. I explained the problem and that I anticipated a late fee but I was requesting it be waived on account of the incompetent Chase app. He said no problem and would waive the fee IF it appeared and would personally monitor the account to ensure if it appeared he would reverse the transaction. The following day, I logged into the Chase App and the late fee had been applied and there was no record of the home loan payment I had submitted on 2/21/20. I logged into the Chase website via the email confirmation page received the previous day and it showed payment was in process and no late fee was accessed. I’m intelligent to know what to do in the event that Javier doesn’t keep his word (but I trust that he will) but what I don’t like is the deception by Chase App because a majority would have seen the late fee assessment and panicked and then paid the home loan via the Chase App and now instead of 1 payment they would have made 2 payments in 2 days and potentially would have created an overdrawn checking account. I detest the Chase App and because of this ill experience its value to me is horrendous. In the future, I will either make payment of the home loan from a desktop computer or walk-in the payment directly to one of their bank buildings.

My last 3-4 transactions online, in person at the bank and on the telephone over the past month have been frustrating, time consuming and impersonal.

Beware!!!! If you have a credit card they charge interest on every transaction. I would look for another bank. When I closed my account they sent me a letter saying my account was closed and they will update the credit agencies to inform them the account is closed. I felt they were trying to say it will affect my credit.

I’ve been using the Chase app for many years now and I’ve never had any issues. It’s very convenient and I usually never have to make those late night trips to the bank.
Went into a local branch to discuss my checking account. The representative who was available was unable to answer my questions. He assured me I would hear from a manager via phone or email the very next day. I never did. I’m disappointed with Chase. I know chase is huge but I would expect a higher level of customer service after being with chase for 20 years. Especially with the abundance of banking options presenting themselves at my doorstep. I Would like to hear from Chase 9133 Central Ave. Montclair CA Branch today. Please do not disregard me again. Thank you.

Great Bank TERRIBLE APP 1/5
It never works l. Out of all the banking apps I use this is the worst. I am considering changing banks because of it. I use the app for about of bills and transactions and it’s a complete inconvenience. Please fix or I will no longer be a customer.
