So I have to keep opening everyone because it doesn't just show me which one has the notification. ----------------------------------------- Old review (date unknown) This app layout design are horrible. Discover and capital one mobile apps are much cleaner and easier to use for there credit cards. I would expect a much better app then this. To get most of my account feat. I have to use a computer.

    I set up alerts so that I'm notified each time my card is used. I want to be able to clear these alerts simply by opening the app, instead of opening the app, signing in, tapping user settings, tapping alerts, and finally, tapping credit alerts.

    Love the good start, but needs some improvements. 1.) Chase Private Client branding only appears on occasion. Needs permanent consistent branding. OR it’s own app. 2.) The look and feel is dated. Look at a more modern app like Mint, Square, Citi, AMEX, or even Finn. 3.) Needs a calendar view for scheduled bills along with true remaining balance after scheduled bills. 4.) Investment options need to be more mobile ready. See Robinhood or Coinbase. 5.) Credit cards should have all transactions show up in Apple Wallet. See AMEX.

    Turned off auto pay in the app. Come the next month auto payment still posted to account. Apparently, the app only does some things some times. Had to call customer service to get it turned off.

    Every other week, when I try to login, I get an error message saying the app doesn’t recognize my phone. It accepts my password, but not the device. So, I get a temp code and guess what? It says my password is now wrong. The same one that was correct a minute ago. This also happens on my iPad Pro. I have to delete the app and reinstall. Sick of it.

    Keeps deactivating face id to surprise you when you need it most. Keeps telling me that i do not have internet connection while i do have internet connection. Horrible user interface forcing massive amount of additional clicks.

    I've had the Chase app for several years now and I never used to have the amount of problems that I've been having lately with the app. Every few days or so, when I try to log in I am told that my password is no longer valid. I have to reset a new password every few days and this is ridiculous!! Please come up with a fix for this bug. Perhaps it has to do with the newest IOS...but I'm tired of changing my password

    I’m not able to search at my transactions individually by typing the name of merchant, date or payment !! In the Bank of America app I do have it and it’s awesome because then I can easy know if how many times have I been charged by certain merchant, some times merchants over charge or they charge more times than they should’ve and the dates are not always the same so in order to see that I have to scroll a lot Also Some times is tough to see who is who, there is a lack of info on who is charging money to my card

    Whenever I try to access anything from the menu, the app will freeze and I have to force quit the app and go back into it for it to start working again. I am unable to access quick pay via mobile due to this and it is annoying.

    This app has been updated many times and continues to get better but as a customer with over nine accounts I need and should be able to reorder my accounts in the app like I can online. Why should I not be able to have my checking account show up first? Why is my credit card listed last? Please let the consumer decide which account to see like you do on your website. If you want the 4th and 5th star please update with this simple request like my other banks do in their apps. Only been asking for this for over a year. This seems like a very simple request.

    Chase Ultimate Rewards, which applies to the Chase Sapphire credit card, has literally the worst functionality of any app I have ever used, of any kind. It has 1/100th the functionality of Kayak or any airline booking site, but worse than that, it regularly fails to do basic things like let you scroll down or click on buttons - dropping it lower than many of the homemade apps you’ll find on the App Store. If you’re incapable of actually using the points, why even have this credit card?
