    They charged me a fee I had no idea for what. I called, the representative told me it was because I was required to make a monthly deposit in my savings. I let her know I have it set automatically to deposit from my checking to savings the same day every month. She says oh I see, then reversed the fee. But if I hadn’t caught it no telling what else they’ve gotten away with!

    This app shows the available balances in your accounts but the actual transactions are blurred out, making it useless. When it first came out more than a year ago, you could view details within your account. Very poor design.

    This app is awesome. I’ve been using it forever and it does everything I need in bank except cash.... obviously. So I’m in the drive through to deposit cash and the app showed the deposit as I was sitting there in seconds.

    Why does Chase App need over 250MB of document and data storage !! And when I try to review the usage it changes and is significantly lower. Hmmm. No one has that much data in documents etc. something fishy going on here. Do a google search “Chase app memory hog”. Others complaining of the same thing !!!! Also interesting that the most “useful” review (apple sorting ) is 2 years old !!!!! Many iOS versions and many app upgrades have since happened. Apple, this is dumb way to sort !

    This is a badly designed app, every time it updates (like every other day) it deleted your Touch ID making the Touch ID functionality totally useless. It didn’t used to do this, but now it does and it makes the app practically unusable.

    I have used online banking for several years...always a positive experience...until now. Why did you change the site? I can no longer access it on my iPad, my primary instrument. Ready to change banks over this! I refuse to buy something new just to please your tech staff! OK...now I can’t even enter a nickname. Everything seems to be taken. You must have a lot of complaints!

    Used to be fine. The updated though is terrible. It’s extremely inconvenient now to see what you have to see. Impossible to hide this imposing adds. Really very upset how it was possible to turn a normally well working all into something so unusable. Really amazed who you guys PAY for such work. Makes me want to even change the bank. Beyond frustration.

    The app functions fairly well, but every time they redesign things, it gets worse. The Zelle pay functionality is difficult to manage, especially when setting up a recurring transfer. I actually had to help my 21 year old daughter with it! The most recent update destroyed the front page layout. We have 7 or 8 accounts, and I used to be able to rearrange and put mine at the top. Not anymore! Now my wife and daughters accounts show up, and I have to open a second page to see my own savings account! Not happy. A very common practice with apps these days is to visually update them, and with so many apps, it gets frustrating to constantly be searching around for where the brilliant designers decided to put things this week! Someday maybe they’ll realize that productivity goes down with every redesign. I don’t want my apps getting in the way of my creativity and work. IE, when I go to open a door, I don’t care if it has been painted, reconditioned, etc, as long as the door knob is where it’s supposed to be!

    Useless. Shows a badge counter, but then after tapping on it - doesn’t show where it is. Have to dig around for it and then there is no indicator anyhow for what is new. Useless feature - STILL - after at least 2 years now.

    I had recently lost my card and was trying to contact support for help. There is no staff on the weekends, why would the automated message ask me for my card number if I lost it, and the other options for identification were not working. Lost card on the weekend + Chase Support= Useless

    This is the only app that kills my phone 90% of the time. I will wake up and have it be fully charged and it will turn off and then have 1% battery life. Can not access my bank unless I’m plugged in.

    To developers. App is great. Just on new iPhone 12, sprint, 5G, app shows “you’re not connected to a network” in a red banner on top of the app. Everything else works good.

    Haven’t been able to log in for weeks. Contacted customer service - was told to uninstall/reinstall, tried rebooting my phone; nothing works. They said another department would get back to me - but that the backlog was at least a week long, and perish the thought that I fail to answer the phone, because after two tries they said they’d close my case. I used to like saving “digital receipts” to the app, but I have no access to them anywhere but the now-defunct app. It’s now over a week and still nothing regarding a fix; no call, no email, no contact. It went from mostly easy to use with some decent features to utterly useless and broken. I’m considering alternatives to traditional banking at this point, like PayPal. UPDATE: they called, twice, each time leaving a voicemail that was completely unintelligible! I sounded like a spam call placed by a native Russian speaker from the bottom of a toilet bowl covered with a 55-gallon drum! (The adults in a Charlie Brown cartoon are better conversationalists...) I can log in from my wife’s phone, I can log in from Safari (no check deposits!), but it is utterly broken on my phone with no help in sight. SECOND UPDATE: now it’s MONTHS later, still not working, and apparently the app developer doesn’t care about my review being so negative - they’ve made ZERO attempts to reach out and solve the issue. Tried tapping the link for app support - it takes me to a webpage advertising the app, where the only input I can give is platform - Apple or Android. Select “Apple” and it takes you RIGHT BACK TO THE APP STORE TO TRY DOWNLOADING THE APP AGAIN! Um, folks, that’s not support - that’s an infinite loop of incompetence. I suggest you switch banks now while you have a chance! I would switch now, but I also have my business account with this forsaken bank and I’d have a hard time switching.

    Your only allowed 4 transfers from your savings to your checking a month anything over 4 they steal $40.00 from your account that’s horrible in my opinion also chase is not giving out loans at this time come on man your a bank.

    I used to really like Chase, but not anymore. With the changes to all of their sites, meaning mobile and desktop., I have decided to change banks. I cannot navigate through the new sites and acquire the information I need efficiently. The changes have eliminated key tabs that I used every day, and have created right side banners that are a mess, tons of noise and advertising. The sites are garbage so I’m going somewhere else.

    The old layout was fine! Bigger areas to press, edge to edge design, more obvious figures, etc. all of that is gone now. In the new layout everything is so crammed. Windows within windows. I can’t stand stuff like that. It’s no longer as simple.

    With this update, more than half of the screen is taken up by useless features that cannot be turned off or moved to the bottom. Access to account information is secondary in an app that I only want to use to access my accounts. And now the order of displayed accounts can’t be changed either. From a usability perspective these are all downgrades to the app. Please revert to user control over account order and positioning of other “features” on the screen (or allow users to turn off the quick actions and daily snapshot, which are currently forced to the top of the screen whether or not you want to use them). Update: Scrolling is *not* smooth. Boxes on a single screen update with noticeable flickers and at different times. Overall look of the UI is what I would expect from an amateur app developer.

    Since the new updates came out, I can no longer see any transactions in any of my accounts. It will tell me how much money I have but no individual transactions. This doesn’t help at all. I’ve used this app. for years with no problem, now I can’t see anything. It’s useless. Please fix.

    Is anyone else having issues with this app continuously losing your login info? Even though I have had the remember me box checked and the Face ID activated, every other day I’m having to put in my username and password and can’t use Face ID. This is getting really annoying.

    Started using this app a few weeks ago not sure where the problem lies but my fingerprints login works fine . Then suddenly it stops working ,the save login disappeared from my saved logins list. Have re enter it again. Expect a suggestion from someone .

    I am tired of all the app updates! I want to quickly use my phone to deposit a check or review accounts. Seems like once a month there is an update that takes extra time to ignore or download, and if you do not download it a month later it will be required. Cant we just stick with a base system?
