    I don’t really see an option to do anything through the app to do anything as far as getting loans for house, car etc. ether that or you have it encrypted! Maybe more info on loans you offer so ppl know their options and can receive feed back through app which helps during certain times (covid 19 for example). Other then that thank you and serves basic needs.

    I have nothing to complain about the actually app experience, it's generic but it works. It's not super fast but it's good enough for everything you want to do with it. However, this app could really benefit from a widget, to I can get a quick look at my spending or balance from the Home Screen. It could be just the "account preview" that's already an option inside the app, dropped into a widget, so it's just as secure.

    Banking intermittently as the app randomly locks me out and tells me to try again later. Also the investing side of the app is horrendous, should have kept my investments with E*TRADE as this app is not that intuitive to trade or monitor my investments on.

    I spoke with a nice young man named Adam in Kentucky and he was I was quite impressed on how knowledgeable he was in helping me change my payment method, plan update and changes for further billing options and just generally a very nice gentleman to speak to. You have a great young man in your company and I suggest you give him a raise or further his career in your company. Margaret Plauche. (225) 933-2929.

    It’s too complicated to log on new app. It does not give you options I have paid my chase bill online for years and now I’m all confused and no one at Chase is helping ....I guess I won’t pay or purchase with Chase cr card . Get you act together and give answers to your Customers . I’m very disappointed.

    The app itself is fine, but recently they updated it and my iPhone is too old (I have an iPhone 6) to login to it. So...I can’t check my balance or anything from the app, and I can’t even deposit checks online anymore because they can only be deposited through the app. This is really frustrating for Chase’s users that have older phones. Please fix. Thanks.

    The bank is manipulating numbers in your checking balance and chunks of money seem to disappear. Especially when you have never once been negative and good at budgeting. They either have their hacking system and making your booking money disappear but somehow the numbers are correct but something is missing. They seemed to have been ripping me off by close to 2 grand by manipulating and making your balance lower than you actually should have. Now I gotta go home gather all my payroll and receipts and deposits and try to match theirs and if I can prove it I'm suing and reporting them.

    I now don’t have access to the mobile app because Chase is restricting users who don’t have minimal OS 13 version software on their phone. For people like myself who still have a working iPhone 6 Plus and see no reason to spend $900 for a new phone that does the same thing, Chase leaves millions out in the dark and stuck using only the desktop version. Apple doesn’t allow for an upgrade software to 13, only as high as o.s 12. Thanks Chase. 😡

    Chase needs to stop tinkering with it. Lose the urge to fix what’s not broken. It seems as if every time I use the app, something is different. Please stop changing it, seemingly just for the sake of change. Or does someone’s bonus depend on how many changes they make?

    My husband and I were opening a savings account at the Glendale branch on Glendale Blvd. we had missed several appointments previously. We had to retrieve something from our safety deposit box when tried to open a new savings account for me. Jeremy approached us and asked if he can help us. He was able to set up my savings account. Jeremy also helped set up our Chase app in which he helped simplify our online banking experience. He helped name each savings account, helped set up how to send money to others, etc. My husband had difficulty grasping certain aspects of the app and Jeremy was so patient and understanding with him! He went above and beyond in his services to us. He was professional and thoughtful. Jeremy is an asset to Chase Bank.

    Manasquan Branch on Route 35 is the best. The staff has the best customer skills of most places dealing with the public . On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 20. They always go the extra mile for the customer. We have received stellar service from this branch of Chase or many years.

    Up until a few weeks ago the app was great. However they keep pictures of mobile checks that are deposited and when my account got hacked not only did they get to take advantage of me but anyone who wrote me a check that I deposited through their Mobile Deposit system. If they did not keep the visuals of the checks this app would be a lot better-

    The app worked fine for me before it was updated to require IOS 13. It no longer works on my iPhone 6 with IOS 12.5.2. Thanks for your consideration of customers with older phones, Chase

    Tried to transfer from one of my Chase Accounts to a family member’s Chase account. What a hassle. It’s not enough to have an account number to make a deposit, there are too many hoops to jump through! I am going into the bank tomorrow to see what I can do. I have always been able to transfer money to my grandchildren and it seems I have to be on their accounts to do so.
