    I have waited 3 months for a response to my dispute with hour long waits on 800 numbers and limited hours of operation for call centers. In addition when following instructions to send secure messages on their website instead of calling and waiting on hold for the call center and still waiting now 3 months for a response. I no longer plan to do business with Chase after this terrible customer service experience. Bank of America has handled a similar issue without much delay. If you have a chance switch to a more reputable banking institution.

    This version of the app has multiple bugs. What is chase doing with all the money they charge and do not share with their consumers. This app must malfunctions continuously. The touch entrance works once then never. The bill payment does not work correctly. It reminds me a dog chasing their tail. However, their are other bank networks that have worst apps than this one. Shame, shame , shame, but greed has no shame.

I recently got scammed online trying to buy merchandise and I messaged the Retail Claims Team to help dispute the charges and they did so in such a great manner.     Sunday my account was showing incorrect balance. It was showing balance from 7 days before, before over $2000 was deposited and gave me a message stating balance updates are currently unavailable. Poof be gone with my money so easy!!! Also I noticed twice that my money has been miscalculated missing funds with no explanation. One time my account was on E/$0 and the next day $13 popped up out of no where. Please explain...I expect better from chase I’ve been with this bank over 8 years. Starting not to trust chase... Soon as I make a purchase I go to the app to check and see money is deducted from balance but the amount shows up as pending. BEWARE. One more miscalculation and I’m buying a safe or changing banks and won’t have to worry anymore about shady chase ... Keep a tab on your money people!!

    Every time I attempt to deposit another check it kicks me out during the process and I have to log in and start all over. 4 checks had to log in and go through the entire process 4 TIMES!

    I have no problem with’s the app that drove me crazy. I mistakenly asked for a new card and when I realized it, I tried to call my branch to see who I had to notify. I know during the crisis things are difficult but there was no option for a banker to call me back....Should I say that I’ve been banking with Chase since the eighties and I’ve never had a problem... But it’s a whole new world now...

    I’m not one to write a review or be inadmissible, but Chase Bank (JP Morgan) has not made it easy for me to be a customer. A couple weeks ago Chase cut my card off saying that I didn’t fill out a couple documents when I initially started my account. Now, this wasn’t my fault because the bank teller had forgot to give me the papers to fill out. Chase had mailed me about the cancellation of my account, but I was not home because of COVID-19 in Chicago. They didn’t email or nothing so they cut my account off. The receptionists all told me different things which made it really confusing. They sent me a check to my home in Chicago and this has made this Chase experience worse. After several calls to Chase, they have shut my account off for who knows what. I rarely play the victim in any situation, but for someone who did absolutely NOTHING to deserve this, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I’d suggest going to a smaller bank because tellers would all be on the same page and a much better and efficient process. You’re just a number at Chase Bank.

    I have an $2446 wire transfer, but it only showed $2436 on my account. It has had requested a $15 transaction fee. I don’t know where the $10 goes. It is a fraud. I have called them 3 times. They just let me hold. It’s my money and I needed to call them to get it back. It’s ridiculous!

    App works fine, but it takes over 5 seconds to launch the app on my iPhone 11. Why is it so slow? This is a state-of-the-art phone and yet apps like this are more bloated than ever. Stop including irrelevant (and maybe increasingly intrusive) frameworks and get the app back to a leaner state.

    Normally I love Chase but today my recent transactions won’t show up anywhere. Calling the bank be put on hold makes it even more difficult. Chase is still top bank for me wonderful customer service inside and out even though it’s been really hot in Chicago the staff are outside directing people which line to stand or drive through. Bless all the hard working staff🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    The Face ID feature isn’t working! It asks you to sign in with password and turn that feature on. So you enter your password, then it asks you ton request a code, you get the code and enter it and sometimes it lets you in and sometimes it doesn’t. And this happens EVERY DAY!!!! FIX IT! PLEASE! This has been happening for weeks now! THANK YOU!

    I spent 45-55 minutes attempting to transfer funds from my personal checking account to a building contractor for work performed. I am truly disappointed and will research closing my account. The customer service representative was curt and controversial.
