    This version doesn’t match my iPhone. Both on iOS 12.x.x My phone shows local biz I can select for special cash back this is on main screen below the credit card offer. No way to choose in sidebar either. On both iPad/iPhone. Developers neglected this. Only reason I sign in daily.

    There’s some sort of UI glitch that prevents entering the mobile check deposit amount. It takes me a dozen tries to get it to work. IOS 12.2 on 6s.

    Dear JPM, We customers want JPM to keep up with the times... Your savings account return rate is insulting to us. Why not offer 2%+ ??? It’s obvious! Not enough JPM clients have transferred their savings accounts away from Chase. Is an exodus needed? Careful....

    If you try and pay your lease for the first time you get a pop up saying you don’t have any accounts to use for payments. There are no instructions on how to do this and nothing guiding you through adding an account. You have to go to the main menu, then select Account Transfer, then select Manage External Accounts. From there you can add your bank account which can be used for paying balances.

    I just got a text informing me it was time to schedule a payment for my credit card. The problem with this is that a payment is already scheduled. I agree that this is a minor nuisance but it makes me wonder what other deficiencies there are in Chase software. Is my data secure or is the code that protects my privacy just as sloppy as this part of the app.

    Installed the latest version of the app on my iphone 5c. It keeps crashing every time you every 2 to 3 clicks. Worst app ever!

    I had this on my ipad2 for a year and liked it overall. Then came the warning that the new update would require iOS 12 and I’d be without. Then all my bank apps said the same and were updating to the new iOS. I went ahead and got a 12.9” iPad Pro, now I have to put glasses on to read the numbers in the app. They’re tiny and almost grayed out looking. It’s awful for us older folks that don’t have 20 year old vision anymore. Even my son said it looked pretty faint to him. Please update the darkness in your font so everyone can see it easily! My other 2 bank apps are easily read so I know it’s not another problem on my end.

    My local Chase’s ATM were not able to dispense cash this morning which I needed. Had to go to PNC now they charged me $3.50!!!! Not right. Chase should credit me this fee since it was their fault. PLUS Chase is goin to charge me for using another ATM. Not cool.

    Since the last update this app has became totally slow. I’ve only been able to log in once in the last week and it was extremely slow. When I try login in it says chase temporarily cannot log you in please try again later...it’s been 5 days now, what’s going on????

    The Chase app is solid but it would be so much better if it leveraged more iPad specific features such as slide over and split view. Currently the chase iPad app does not support either of those things. Because of this, you cannot use other applications while viewing the Chase application. This seems to be an unnecessary limitation of using the app on an iPad

    While the app makes my business banking easier, there is a major flaw in the app that allows for fraud. Another person can deposit checks with your name on them because the Chase app does not recognize this. Someone in my building received two checks of mine and was able to deposit them into his acct via the app, even though they had my business name on them. When I went to a Chase bank they acted like in no way was this their problem. I am now having to go through hours of work just to get these checks back and had the app had a safe guard, this never would happen.

    This was a little confusing at first as I scheduled a large payment 20 days early by accident. Then Chase CS counldnot reverse the payment. I used this App about five times and am using caution as I go through tasks. For me it is. 3 moving to be a 10 in the future.

    It seems that you are charging penalties and interest rates beyond my capabilities to get this card paid off, which is how you make profit off of me. I find little support from Chase that enables me to get ahead. I am actively seeking other institutions to enable me to get out from under the strong arm of your institution

    This app will randomly have you reset passwords, log you out, lock you out, or actual buttons don’t work. Like you can click next and nothing might happen at all ever. Same problems on 2 iPhones and an android. Worst app on my phone.

    App is useless. Payments don’t go through but also doesn’t tell you the transaction doesn’t complete. The guy I talked to in the phone said he hasn’t heard of any problems with the app but the other reviews on here say otherwise. Go back to snail mail for chase. It’s more reliable

    I was able to manage very well before you changed the system. I had to call today. Spoke with an efficient and professional Customer Service Representative Kailan who walked me through the new system. I couldn’t find my pending payments. Why did you change the wording? Your system is confusing.

    The user experience on this app is superior to any digital banking apps in the US. Bill Pay is a bit of a struggle to navigate and ‘online’ banking is still required for some bill pay features. However, this app is still superior.
