    App is great and digital receipt scanning used to work, however now it freezes each time I try to scan a receipt. I also wish there was a way to search through my digital receipts already scanned.

    Every so often, Touch-ID gives an annoying error message "Enter user ID and password to reset Touch-ID. OK?" Hey guys, I'm not trying to reset anything, just trying to log on. FIX THIS!!! Well OK, they "fixed" this, at least for some devices; Touch-ID doesn't work at all on my new iPad Mini 6; Chase app simply ignores it and always requires name and password. Obviously the developers aren't are of the fact that on Mini 6 the Touch-ID sensor is combined with the power button, on top of the iPad.

    I always use reports of “All or “a selected period ”payments to a certain Payee”. But your software does not allow me to do that. It does nor have an option for “Payee”.

    Your app deducted $200 out of the Zell account that I do have with somebody but I did not authorize the payment at a particular time. It was actually debited from my account at 10 o’clock on a Friday night when I wasn’t even on the app.

    I like all the information I can get in the Chase app. It’s better than the website. But it’s the clunkiest app for logging in. The facial recognition gets confused, passwords get confused and things don’t work well with Verification Codes.

    Chase locked my account I call and they unlock it after waiting for 45 minutes I try to zelle money again and they lock it again I wait for 85 minutes and I hung up I was tired of waiting I am going in person to the bank tomorrow 😡

    I think they have purposefully made the app good so they do t actually have to have human interaction. The branches don’t answer the phones to make appointments, even for “Chase Private Clients”.

    I really love paying my bills online from my bank’s app, the Chase Bank app. It’s safe and secure. I’ve never had a problem using it and now have started using the deposit with a pic of the check. Just about everything can be done from home. I only go to the bank when I need cash. Love it!

    I am not sure what happened but I can no longer look at my activity in the pay app! We use to be able to look at scheduled bills and the activities. We could also make changes if necessary. That’s all gone and I’m not happy about it!

    Since I have gotten this account and app I have had to reset my password every single time I log on. I have saved it to my Face-ID on my iPhone, doesn’t work. I have written down after changing it and it’s still wrong. I don’t how y’all can fix this but this is a major issue to me. Very annoying and inconvenient. Please fix it!

    Try to withdraw money from an ATM at the bank. Not dispense money but deduct the amount from the account. The bank will then tell you to call to file a claim. So you are on your own when ATM is making an error. They can’t even check their cameras to credit the amount back to my account. Worst experience.
