    App won’t work unless you update to latest version. This is constant. At any moment while you are out and about and need to use the app to look at balance, transfer money, it won’t work because you need to update. And you can’t update because you are out and the network is bad or everything just spins and then this app is a brick.

    I’ve had a chase Amazon credit card for about over a year now. They will close your account without telling you why. They won’t give you any other information as to why they closed it. AND they have terrible customer service.

    The best thing about it is the bill pay that put all my bill pay accounts in alphabetical order so I can find them very easy to pay my bills when I scroll down my bill pay. Befor for 3 months they didn't have this fixture which was so annoying finding my bill pay. Please don’t ever change it again

    I have used the Chase App almost exclusively for 90% of my banking transactions. Be it depositing checks, sending cash directly to individuals by Zelle, managing my Chase credit card, etc. this App has been a game changer for me. It is timely and efficient. I am also able to manage the savings accounts of my children. I could not be more pleased. I even am able to monitor my credit rating within this App. I am a poster child for loving my Chase App. Cheers!

    These is the best bank. The people are great even with everything going on. And the APP is amazing!!! What ever you need is easy to find and if there’s some you can’t find Chase puts videos on YouTube on the subject. Trust me go with chase!

    Terrible customer service, bad practices, bad people. I’ve had my company with Chase for years and in 2020 they forgot how to service their customers. Really, really a bad bank. We are changing very soon. Eighteen million in revenue leaving because they are just bad.

    When my iPhone’s language setting is Chinese and the language setting for Chase App is English, the merchant type for my transactions is in Spanish. The only way that the merchant type will be English is when J switch iPhone’s language setting to English. Go fix your bug! The software engineers are paid to develop a good app! Not an app with this kind of problem!

    I used to have Santander Bank years ago. The Santander Mobil app had a feature that sent you a push notification when your account was logged into. Chase needs to have this. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the Chase app, or Chase itself. Santander Bank on the other hand, can go jump in a lake.

    There are alerts on the app icon but when you go to view alerts it does tell you which accounts have the alert. So you have to click on each account to see where the alert actually is. If you back out before finding the alert it clears the notification on the app so you can really tell if you viewed the alert or not. Also the brokerage part is really lackluster compared to other software. I’d like to see upcoming dividends, an easier way to see transaction history. It’s pretty clunky in general.

    This last update was horrible! The app forgot my login information and I was not home, so I had to wait until I got home to see my notes and login to check my account! Then, when I finally set everything up, two days after it forgot my Face ID and then I had to again wait until I got home to put in my password again. Terrible!

    Three weeks ago Chase apparently locked our business account. I cannot login to the account. Upon attempting to login a notice appears telling me to call them. I did this three weeks ago. Finally after talking to 3 or 4 persons, all asking for the same information I gave the first one, I was told the account was not locked and Chase had a problem that should be resolved in 2 days. Three weeks later, numerous phone calls, and the third degree from at least 3 different persons each time I call we are still locked out. I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail.

    This is not the first time it happened to me. Apparently, I have two Chase app accounts and I never quite figure out which is which. I ended up changing pass word all the time. Today, I need to see why I have not receive any Safire Chase credit card statement, I ended up reset password for my business account which my staff has access. I hope I am not changing their password! I will work on figuring out this. There is got to be a better way for business owner like me!
