Estuve 3horas antes de mi vuelo tube complicaciones y no tuve ayuda ni de CheapOair ni de Aéreo Mexico fue una pesadumbre cargar mis maletas para todos lados, me tuve que regresar cuando vi que mas no se podia hacer que fue asta las 1:30 para la otra agarro el vuelo directo con la Aerolínea

I ordered my wife a ticket to come see me in Alaska from Chicago. We were skeptical but gave it a chance anyways. Once we booked it the flight schedule changed several times and we didn’t know about it. Once the day finally came for her flight she tried to show her ticket and the airline said it didn’t exist. Then they looked further into it and they told my wife that the flight was moved 4 days from the original date. There was no communication between Cheapo Air and my wife. We tried contacting them on multiple occasions and we were placed on hold for more than an HOUR with horrible customer service. I would not recommend you using this app at all. This is a warning they won’t communicate with you when things change and when you try to contact them about it they’ll keep you on hold until you hang up.

If there was a negative 5 stars, they’d have it from me! I’m no stranger to flying, with over 1,000 successful flights behind me, I’ve experienced a lot and with many ways of booking and many different airlines also. They took my $780, booked my flight and gave me no other information... I literally had to call and sit on hold for 5 hours to speak to someone who told me to contact the airline I’m flying with then immediately hung up on me... now my flights have been cancelled, can’t get through to anyone and the airline cannot help me with my problem since cheap o air uses a different address than your home address and don’t tell you that. So good luck verifying that it’s your booking!!! Don’t use them... I’ll be contacting my lawyer about this and I absolutely will sue them for the hardship!

Also the airline sent me an official Flight cancelation email . Cheapoair refused to process me a full refund and deducted their fee amounted $245.05

Booked with this group of cheats thinking they were cheaper. A friend said that they were not honest check with airlines first I did and Cheapo was $70 more expensive for exact same flights.

They will not answer you phone calls. They will not reply to your emails. Booked a flight through them recently and purchased the insurance as well. Ended up being double charged and was not able to cancel or reschedule the flight. They keep you on hold for 45 minutes and then disconnect you. How they have a 4-star overall rating is very surprising. Don’t risk your hard earned money with this site just to save a couple dollars.

Great service great app. With the exception of when I called customer service to ask why I couldn’t pay with my cheapo card. The lady said you can’t book for more than eleven months. When I restarted my concern she replied let me check with manager and hung up. The app has the tickets I wanted. Why wouldn’t it let me pay? I know she hung up because she had my number and never called back. I figured it out myself and saved hundreds. Love cheapo air. The rep named “Heavenly” or whatever her name is not so much!

I booked a flight for my son through cheapoair to return to Germany following a semester flight(he was in a college study abroad) as Covid cases began to add up we were informed by the university students were to return. I contacted cheapoair and the flight was cancelled. Shortly after the flight itself was cancelled(as in never took place). Cheapo STILL charged me the $35 cancellation fee, and now I have a flight credit which I have no realistic way to use.

I booked a flight from USA to Georgia and return trip.........when I landed in Tbilisi Georgia and having good days covid 19 became a serious virus and thus my airline has to cancel my booking........after almost 2 months of wait in Tbilisi trying to call the customer care and finally after 2 months they answered my call and said that I have to wait another 2 months for my refund and finally they gave me voucher for that airline which expires in 1 year.......I’m still stuck in Georgia now and don’t know what to do.......and the airline voucher they gave doesn’t work for now.

This app & website are 100% a scam. You will not save money, they will manage to scam you out of more money than you even agreed to spend. They took an extra $434 out of my account without my authorization. Their customer service is nonexistent. You have about a 3% chance of actually getting through to someone after being on hold for hours on end. When I did finally get to speak to someone, they wouldn’t listen to me & insisted I was wrong. They charged me for features & amenities that aren’t even available on the airline my flight was with, for that class of ticket. I was luckily able to dispute the charges with my bank & got a full refund. Do not ever book anything through this scam, you will instantly regret it. Use Google Flights to track prices & book directly with the airlines. After a total of 8 unauthorized charges, these jokers charged me over $1400 for a round trip domestic flight for basic economy. I could have flown first class & booked directly for cheaper. Beyond a joke. Stay far away!

I’m gonna be short & simple... DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH CHEAPOAIR. I asked for a refund but they gave me credit instead and charged me $35 for cancelling my flight (which I didn’t even do, they sent me an email saying my flight was cancelled). They also gave me a short deadline when I need to use the credit (July), but Frontier airlines is allowing me to use the credit until 2021. They’re just taking advantage of everyone during this pandemic. I’ve done everything I can and I’m not getting my $100+ back even though it’s not my fault. I repeat DO NOT book a flight with CheapOair!

They never notified me that my return trip was cancelled. When I called at the airport the guy said I was notified and couldn’t give me a refund. Only credit with Canadian air. But Canadian air wasn’t flying. He supposedly looked for another flight but only could find 6000 dollars as the lowest price. However I after I hung up I found a ticket for 1200 dollars. Multiple flights at that. I even looked on cheapoair and found some for the same price or way under 6000. So now I’m stuck because he lied to me and just wanted me to cancel my flight. I’m so depressed. I can understand if it was my first flight. I would be home. But I’m in a different country with no help. I paid my ticket. They should have got me home.
I bought 2 tickets round trip from Las Vegas to Vietnam. They’re canceled my tickets was February-10-2020 because Coronavirus. I was try call to see them refund money for us, because they’re canceled not me. The first called they transfer the phone for so many people and nobody can not to help, at the end they said will be transfer for someone to help us, i just like what is that means you guys was transfer the phone 3 times already and how long to get exactly who can help me, and after that i wait 3 hours on the phone call and nobody pick it up. The second called, they said they’re not customers service and can not to help me refund money because of coronavirus and i have to wait 24hrs to 48hrs for customers service to call back for SURE and help us, but 2 days passed and NOBODY call me back to help. The third called, I searched on google to see the number customers service of cheapoair so finally I found it, i just like yes here we go and they can not to said no with me anymore, but when i called i ask them is that the customers service and can you help me, the man in the phone said no and shutdown my phone call, oh my god! That so rough. I think they’re cheating on us because when i ask them the number of customers service they don’t want to give it for you, why? You guys said only customers service can help me and i aks the phone number of customers service and don’t want to give for me to help everything for me. if yes, it’s have to be done for long time ago ,why? You guys don’t want to refund money and you guys just want to get money from another people even not they fault and on the rules our exactly to get refund money. Why you guys not responsible. I bought tickets from cheapoair so many times and right now i’m very disappointing about them. I tried booking three flights with this company. Each time I submitted my payment information I received confirmation emails of a completely different itenirary that I paid for. I’ve been charged cancellation fees that they refuse to reimburse. On top of that I can’t get a refund for the flights. They will only offer me a future credit. I wish I could comment on their customer service except that every time and I do mean every time I called regarding a flight I booked I was on hold no less that 33 minutes and every call ended in a disconnect before I ever spoke to a real person. I ended up eating a flight due to this virus because I never got to speak to anyone. Last time I use this service... or better yet, lack thereof!!!
