    CHEWY Double charged my acct for over $80 I sat on hold for over 45mins to see what was going on as I had already received my dogs food before the 2nd charge had gone through me act Anyways after waiting on hold forever, I was told since on item wasn’t shipped and was on a hold but was finally shipped on the 2nd time that I was charged and it came out of a different warehouse that’s why I was charged the full amount and it should fall off my act WELL IT HASNT AND I’VE CALLED BACK AND CANT HET THINGS RESOLVED!!!! Uggg

    They were actively advertising 1-2 days it’ll be at your door. It took 10 days, I cannot believe I fell for such a LIE. It took them 2 DAYS to respond to an email, the same amount of time it was to take to ship my items!! Absolutely ridiculous

    The app refreshed 9 times when I was entering my address The verification kept trying to change my mother’s home address where she has lived since the 1970’s. I can guarantee it is the correct address. If one item is no longer in stock then the entire cart does not need to be dumped.

    I absolutely love Chewy. They have great prices and fast shipping. Their customer service is very compassionate and understanding. The only problem I have with the app is when I click on an item to read about it and then click back it takes me alllll the way back to the beginning of the search. It gets a bit annoying when you are 50 products down and have to start from the beginning because you wanted to read something.

    I kid you not, I would rate Chewy a 10 out of 5 stars if I could! As soon as I place an order, I know that it’ll be at my place within a day. Chewy has GREAT customer service, they have wonderful deals and my animals are happy happy happy! Plus they go out of their way to do thoughtful things like send a hand painted portrait of my cat! What company would do that?! I won’t buy from anywhere else!

    They have THE best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have been a customer of Chewy and using the app for a few years and they amaze me how quickly they respond to any problems (I have never really experienced a big problem). I decided to cancel an order, thinking I would t hear back for a few days on the email and I got a response within a few hours. Very impressed and happy with Chewy and they’re app is always up to date. Love it!

    I was always hesitant to use Chewy, for what reasons to this day I still don’t know? I’m a millennial for Harambe’s sake! Up until now they’ve always had great customer service, sending my auto shipments on time, sending my cat Chalupa cute Birthday cards, etc. Then came the Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic... I thought I was going to have to panic buy cat food off the shelf and horde it like the Karen’s were toilet paper. I thought “no way Chewy is going to be able to continue to get me my auto ships”. But continue they have. Sure they may be a few days late, that’s to be expected! But they keep in constant email contact and assure you that you don’t have to lift a finger and that it is on the way! Up until now Chewy has had great customer service, I would now redefine it as WORLD CLASS! *Shout out to our freight/small parcel drivers who deliver the stuff as well!*

    I’ve had two dogs pass away within five weeks of one another. Chewy has been so compassionate and kind. I received beautiful tulips in memory of Max 2/14/20, my black lab. They also credited my account with the special diet, Hills k/d that my sweet senior Tilly 3/20/20, ate and asked if I could donate to a shelter. I wish that more companies would follow their example of compassion! Chewy has my dedicated business-forever. Thanks again, Chewy!

    Your inconsistency is ridiculous. I use auto-ship, and items are constantly ***not available after a while. I started out with Chewy years ago purchasing Fromm and Acana products, and you stopped stocking them (don’t care what the reason - you should be doing everything you can to fulfill customer needs.) Plus, you cannot contact customer service via the app - send arrow is greyed out. Also, the bouncing Sort Filter constantly popping up is annoying. *** The reason they make auto-ship items unavailable is so they can jack up the price! Disgusting.

    I have lived in US for 30 years and I can say it with confidence: Chewy is absolutely the best company I have ever seen, used and dealt with . They are reachable 24/7, always pick up right away, always professional and helpful. A few times my cats did not like the products, a few times the packaging was not perfect- just one quick phone call and issue is solved. Chewy gives you a credit , you can order new stuff and old stuff can be just donated to another pet, mo need tide day anything back or go through any kind of hassle. In addition to above their shippments arrive in no time- usually within 48 hours. Seriously, I have never seen a company that comes even remotely close to Chewy’s performance . Very convenient and just a pleasure to deal with. I always recommend them to my friends and even strangers. Our furry family members deserve and Chewy deserves all the business. Thank you, chewy. Com !!!

    This is my first time using chewy. Ive had for over a month and i decided to buy some dog clippers and two blades. When I bought the items it was “being prepared” for over a week and so i emailed customer service. No answer. So i went ahead and just tried to cancel my pckage and just get the refund. I thought i did it successfully but i got no confirmation email or any at all. The package continued to say that is was getting ready to be delivered for a couple days so i left it alone but then it disappeared and shows that i never purchased anything and i never got the money back. Ive called the 24/7 customers service number and was on a wait for 40 minutes in three different occasions. I just want to know whats up? UPDATE: this app has the worst customer service I've ever experience. No one is ever available on the phone. Emails are never answered. I never got any refund or a package and it was $60 dollars spent. The little feedback they give on these reviews are trash and don’t actually help with anything. Im beginning to think this entire app is a scam and i do not recommend anyone downloading or purchasing anything from it.

    I have been a proud customer of chewy for the past year. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with their customer service. My deliveries are always packaged with care and delivered on time. If something is wrong with my order the Chewy family is quick to fix the issue. Not only are they adamant about fixing it, they actually care about your pets. A few days before my pet’s birthday I received a hand written card wishing my pet a happy birthday. If you are a pet lover like me you know how happy that made me. I will continue to be a long term loyal customer. Thank you Chewy family for being awesome!

    Just got a new puppy, so I downloaded chewy! I’m very happy with everything I’ve gotten from them so far. The quality of the items I’ve gotten are what was pictured, and the prices are better than what you can find at a pet store for the same items. They have a wide range of things for not only dogs but other pets and have great daily deals. The only thing I wish they provided that they don’t is an estimated shipping and arrival date that they show before you confirm your order like amazon has especially with everything going on right now. I’m in college and am going back and forth between my apartment and parents house right now. It would be nice to know when the package may arrive so I can send it to the right location or at least an option to change my shipping destination before the package ships if needed. Other than that I love the app! It’s really easy to navigate, and you can save your favorite items to come back to them later.

    Thank you Chewy and your representative for condolences, after my boy Skip passed away, and his baby getting lost in the woods by pet home , back in February 2020 I spoke with customer support, try to cancel my order, because of my loss, I did not get her name, said She and everyone at Chewy we’re sorry for my loss. Chewy refunded my purchase and said to donate the dog food that I ordered to another with dogs . I am greatful to Chewy. Than a couple days later I received a box, with a dozen Roses and a card , from Chewy stating once again their condolences again for the loss of Skip Thank You to Chewy and all who represents this Company, for sharing with me the grief of my loss of Skip.

    My last few shipments with Stella and Bella’s freeze fried foods came broken because heavy things were with them. Too expensive to loose any. Also, this food is very good, but very expensive. Any way to drop price would help. My cat and dog like it, but only like chicken. The salmon has an unbearable odor. Your service is good and employees are friendly and helpful.     I’d been told by so many friends and family that Chewy is a great site and that I should order from there, and since there’s a pandemic currently and we were going into self guarantine, I knew I had to stock up on dog and cat food! So I ordered and my total rang up to be $94.58 until I used auto-ship and it went down to $77.56. Cool, everything looked fine, I was super happy that I had gotten everything for my furbabies, until I went onto to my bank account a few days later and realized they’d charged me an extra $70. Um...what? I didn’t know that they charge you if your shipment goes through one or more warehouses. Maybe it’s my fault for not digging deeper but why wasn’t that written anywhere in big bold letters LOL!? I am not financially stable, that money was supposed to have gone for groceries and now I can’t even afford to feed myself or the rest of my family. Had I known about the warehouse fees, I honestly would never have ordered from here. It’s a great site, sure, but I’m just really disappointed and lost.

    Chewy is such a caring company and I am glad to order from them. I bought a harness that was too small for my dog (my fault it was a small dog harness and not regular size) and instead of them having me go through the process of sending it back they gave me a full refund and emailed me to donate it to a local charity or shelter. Much appreciation for this company and their kindness.

    Not saying this is definitely the case of Chewy sharing my credentials; I had recently ordered two items for my cats using this app. 4 days later my card, that was used on the app for that one purchase, was charged $50 for something on Chewy. Shocked and confused, I looked at my account on the app to see if I had accidentally ordered something and I had not. To summarize this explanation, I find it kind of sus that only a couple days of sharing my info with the app, I suddenly get my card info stolen.

    We have a new puppy. I have been adding things to my cart for days and each time I come back in the cart is empty. I tried to send an email to Chewy through the app but that function didn’t work. I tried to use the app feedback option, also doesn’t work. At one point I had $250 worth of stuff in there and it’s all fine. Super annoying.

    I love this company. They care so much about your pet. I purchased a stroller for my handicapped dog, couldn’t use it. Asked to return and was told to donate it instead. Received my money back the same day. I’ll always use them.

    My first order with chewy was successful, their prices and products are competitive, My issue is their customer service... they advertise 24hour support, I’ve been on hold for 45min now trying to get through to a representative. The only reason I need to get through to someone is because my girlfriend accidentally ordered two licking pads for our puppy(we have no need for two). The real issue is that they don’t have any option online or via their app to cancel or edit an order. Unless they can somehow make up for this experience I will stick with amazon, they have all the same products and offer free two day shipping without a minimum order requirement. Frustrating and horrible experience. Update... it’s been over an hour and I’m still on hold
