The app is easy to use. The only thing I would change is being able to write a comment or take something off of an item that you don’t want on there or put it on the side. I was not given the option of that for my appetizer. I had to call the store and ask them to put those things on the side.

I would appreciate it if you guys were able to add a few more boxes for extra sauce. Sauce such as ranch for fried pickles or extra sauce for my honey chipotle chicken crispers. (I love to dip my fries in the chipotle sauce) it would be amazing! Thanks.

I mobile order a lot but it’s easier to not use the app. Every time I do then I can’t check in for curbside delivery so I end up going in to pick up my food. Not that big of a deal but that’s why I use the mobile order.

I wanted to order my food so I downloaded the app figuring it might be easier or faster than the website. I was dead wrong. I tried 4 times go back and forth and closing and opening. Nothing. I figured it was because I maybe wasn’t connected to WiFi. I connected later and still didn’t work. I used the website and worked perfectly. It even has the same layout and everything so there’s really no need for the app to take up room on my phone when the website does the same exact thing. Deleting immediately.

The app was choppy, timed out repeatedly and I couldn’t tell when it worked so I ended up doing thing 2-3 times.
App has flaws 1/5
There are some major flaws in the app that need to be addressed. I wanted to send a friend a gift card. I added the e-card to my cart but by the time I grabbed my credit card my phone went to sleep and the app restarted. When I reopened the app, I could not find the e-card in my cart so I added another. When I checked out, there were 2 cards in my cart. I pressed “remove” on one card but it would not delete. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but still can’t remove the extra gift card. Since I don’t want two, I’ll have to find another restaurant.
Make it easier to keep track of my online order if I leave the app. I place an order, close/leave the app and now I have to guess on the status.

Outdated User Interface, Obnoxious Experience 1/5
Navigation between screens rarely loads or retains information, order tracker is non-functional, orders regularly cancelled for no reason, issues with both pickup & delivery, had to contact restaurant directly multiple times for pickup when app indicates option to select when arriving, but opening app upon arrival the order is nowhere to be found; checking order history only shows receipt & option for arrival is gone. Also uses DoorDash for delivery & does not give option to use DoorDash account or DashPass. Very annoying experience any time I attempt to use app naively expecting it to work correctly

Unable to sign into reward points 4/5
Very frustrating trying to sign into rewards. Stated password wasn’t correct and would send email to reset it. Waited 30 minutes ( ridiculous) and never got it.

I can’t sign in because it says I used a kiosk to do my info. So I ask it to send an email and it never does. Garbage.

Good features (reorder from last/favorites) and all but it’s already the second time when it “fails to contact the restaurant “. The order is lost and I have to drive and wait, or phone in the order. Unnecessary aggravation and lost time.

That App works great except for the fact that you can’t pay with gift cards on the app. This makes it impossible to do pickup when making purchases using a gift card.
You need to allow people to add info such as no tomatoes within an item. Or to include a note for these.

There is no option to remove cilantro on the fajitas. Cilantro is a very selective taste and should be available for modifications.

Easy to use app. Also menu is descriptive and includes calorie count. :)

Leah provided amazing To-Go service during our phone call and also during pickup. Order was accurate and all utensils were in the neatly packed bag. Very friendly and prompt service on a busy New Year’s Day :)

I tried ordering online and was told when I went into the store that they had turned off online ordering. How/why you would turn off online ordering during a pandemic and only offer indoor seating is beyond me. Push your ready times back dont turn off online ordering. It’s inconsiderate and a showcase of poor management.

App runs very well and ordering wasnt difficult. However, it said online ordering wasnt available at my restaurant when it was.
Additionally i noticed that you cant even view the menu if online ordering isnt available. This alone is a annoying. On top of that though, when you google the menu, any link you click will take you to the app. And as i said before, if online ordering isnt available you wont be able to view the menu on the app. This loop needs to be fixed. Probably by means of allowing people to view the menu on the app no matter what.

Mobile orders for carside pickup don’t work. When you try to pay, the action fails. Tried with a few different credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), but nothing worked.

I like this app, it makes ordering convenient; however, I can never seem to redeem my rewards.

I like the to go but it seems it is always missing info or just different things in the app. For instance when requesting a salad this time no option for extra croutons. Also I wanted different sides on my fajitas. Last time I could pick my vegetables. And there is no comment to add these requests. All on all still good food. Just need to work out the details.

Prices have not gone up as is not the case with many places due to Covid! Their prices have been reasonable for our large family to be able to continue to eat out and the coupons offered are always a huge help! The food is great and we are so thankful!
