Good app but needs one thing 4/5

This isn’t technically an app issue so I gave it 3 stars instead of 1... but sadly, if the service at the location stinks (Burleson,Tx), no one will use the app. I arrived on time (actually 2 minutes late), texted “here” and waited 15 minutes then gave up and went inside thinking I might have done something wrong, since it was my first time using the app.
It was standing room only when I got inside the to go area, someone holler to myself and the other curbside patron that had given up and gone in that someone would be with us as soon as they could....I waited another 5+ minutes or so before someone headed for the door with a bag I stopped her and turns out it was mine.
Got in the car, and we immediately pulled out the fries to munch on while we drove home.... they were warm, at best, with congealed cheese and soggy fries. The pink in the middle bacon burger had no bacon, was warmish- but flavorless because it was charred to the point we pinched off all the edges.
The rest of the meal though definitely not the temps it should have been, was ok.
We should have just took everything back in, but with the crowd inside I knew it was going to be forever before anything could be fixed.... oh, and this was a wends day afternoon... not Friday or Saturday rush hours. 🤦♀️🤷♀️

So we love the new make over of the place but not loving the new slow staff and we walked by 7 tables that were not buses. I have been here over the last month on/ off and the wait, service and food has just gone down hill. We will now just make the drive up to Yulee for dinner now on.
App doesn’t allow for using e-gift card online 3/5
Would love for them to have a comment box so customers can leave details about their orders if the options are not available.

I visit Chili’s maybe 3 times a month if not more and I haven’t received rewards since October 2018. Way to show you appreciate your customers!
The app is terribly slow to load. Doesn’t matter if I’m connected to WiFi or not, it always drags. It would also be nice to be able to use gift cards on the app. I do like being able to order curbside pickup. Our local Chili’s, however, is so swamped on the weekends that you always end up having to go inside and wait.

I pickup a to-go order at least twice a week so using the app to place my order is super convenient. The only thing missing is a place to type special instructions for the order. Otherwise, no complaints!

We’ve already been in 3 times this month and Juan serves us like a champ. We love the March monthly margarita “The Lucky Jameson”. Juan suggested we add a bit of mango flavoring to it. We did and it was wonderful! Juan should get a raise as he takes such good care of us! Thanks, TJ Stokes

Love the variety on the lunch special menu. However today I chose the double burger and although it was good, I would recommend their regular menu burgers if that is what you have a taste for. If you just can’t the variety then the double patty along with a salad and side may be for you!!

First of all the tables were dirty I had asked For it to be clean then the manager cleaned only one and the person behind me had to ask the same thing. After ordering I ordered the spicy shrimp
I bought each dish separately which made the other part cold. A bite down into his shell hurting my teeth. I will never come here again!!

Stopped by for a drink, what an honor to have the bartender himself bring our drinks to the table! Nick is just so awesome! He still is a great kid! Great seeing you buddy! For an educator witnessing success in former students is always rewarding! Good to know you are join the profession too! 👍🏻

The app itself is fine but they fail to keep the “get in line” part updated. On several occasions it stated to have no line and when we got there we had to wait at least 30 minutes (with the app still saying there was no line).

This app serves one purpose- to collect your personal information & market you to death. Wait time displayed is grossly inaccurate. Thus, when you sign in & get in line it means nothing... you still wait a long time. One word - DELETE.

The app will say that they can “seat you now,” only to find a 30-40 minute wait instead. Since the app says there’s no wait, it won’t even let you reserve a place in line. Complete useless.
Chili’s is a place where we live going with our kids. There’s always something for each of us. Including my husband who’s on the Keto diet. My picky eaters love going and the desserts are always a hit. The environment is perfect for us.
“I’m Here” not on app. 2/5
I do not understand why I am having the most difficulty. I have even uninstalled & reinstalled the app.. yet I do not have the “I’m here” feature. So it is so frustrating having to call the restaurant when I arrive & explain my order, car type, when I am a frequent customer. (I am using an IPhone). I have even called corporate. No luck.

It navigates you to the location selected and....
You actually push a button on the app to advise the store your outside.
I use several curbside apps... this one has the needed features and operates the best of any I’ve tried.
Surprisingly these four points listed are randomly missing from all the rest!

Used to work to get on the waiting list for a table but now it says “can seat you now” when in fact there is a 30 min wait. Has happened more then once. Worthless app

The web site will not let me login because of the password. When I click the link to retrieve it tells to check my email. I have done this 4 times and have checked me email inbox as well as my junk/spam folder and nothing... I guess there is no way to log in??

Ordering through the app works fine, but the curbside pickup function won’t allow me to let the good folks inside know that I’ve arrived. So I have to go inside, which is kind of annoying.
There’s also a consistent problem with reserving a seat. The app will say that I would be able to be seated when I arrive, but inside, there’s always a wait. This is extremely annoying.

When I read that I could add myself to the wait-list with the app I got so happy and when I tried to actually get on the wait list it said it's unavailable!!!! None of the 3 Chili's closest to me Pico Rivera, Downey or Whittier, CA could do the "add to wait list feature". So disappointed!!!

The app needs work. It took me over 35 minutes to get the order placed. And, if a pop up message came up on my phone it kicked me out of the app and I had to start again.
I had to change to a new debit card and, although it was accepted, every time I tried to pay, it would revert to my old card and decline. I finally had to pay at store.
It was also painfully slow.
I hope you can get these kinks worked out.
